ABSTRAK Judul penelitian ini adalah “Efektivitas Pengawasan Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Tangerang Terhadap Penyalahgunaan Izin Tinggal Kunjungan Warga Negara Asing untuk Bekerja Berdasarkan Undang-undang No 6 Tahun 2011 Tentang Keimigrasian”. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana efektivitas pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh kantor imigrasi kelas 1 Tangerang bagi warga negara asing yang menyalahi izin tinggal kunjungan menurut Undang-undang No 6 Tahun 2011 tentang keimigrasian dan Bagaimana penyelesaian hukum bagi warga negara asing yang menyalahgunakan izin tinggal kunjungan untuk bekerja di kantor imigrasi kelas 1 tangerang. Metode penelitian ini ada normatif empiris. Sumber data primernya yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara, studi pustaka, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Kemudian data yang dikumpulkan secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian penelitian ini adalah warga negara asing bisa dipertanggungjawabkan pidana atau tindakan administratif keimigrasian apabila terbukti menyalahgunakan izin yang telah diberikan dikenakan pasal 122 dan pasal 75 Undang-undang No 6 Tahun 2011 tentang keimigrasian. Untuk menerapkan sanksi pidana dan tindakan administratif pada kasus penyalahgunaan izin tinggal kunjungan bagi warga negara asing maka harus dilakukan penyelidikan dan penyidikan terlebih dahulu oleh tim pengawasan dan penyidikan kantor imigrasi kelas 1 tangerang terhadap warga negara asing yang menyalahgunakan izin tinggal kunjungan. Kata Kunci: Imigrasi, Izin Tinggal Kunjungan, Warga Negara AsingABSTRACTThe title of this thesis is "The Effectiveness of Tangerang Class 1 Immigration Office Supervision Against Abuse of Foreign Residents Visit Permits to Work Under Law No. 6 of 2011 Regarding Immigration". The formulation of this thesis is how the effectiveness of supervision conducted by the Tangerang 1 class immigration office for foreign nationals who violate the residence permit according to Law No. 6 of 2011 concerning immigration and how the legal settlement for foreign citizens who abuse the residence permit for visiting work at the immigration office in class 1, Tangerang. This research method is empirical normative. The primary data sources used are interviews, literature study, documentation, and observation. Then the data collected qualitatively. The results of this thesis research are that foreign citizens can be held liable for criminal or administrative immigration actions if they are proven to misuse the licenses that have been given subject to article 122 and article 75 of Law No. 6 of 2011 concerning immigration. To apply criminal sanctions and administrative actions in cases of abuse of residence permit for foreign citizens, an investigation and investigation must be carried out first by the surveillance and investigation team of the tangerang class 1 immigration office against foreign nationals who abuse the residence permit. In preventing the Covid-19 pandemic, immigration has a security function which is carried out by selecting the intentions and objectives of foreign nationals to Indonesian territory by examining visa applications, including in handling detainees in the detention room. The problem in this study is whether the arrangements for handling detainees in the detention room of the Class 1 Immigration Office for Non TPI, South Jakarta can be implemented during the covid-19 pandemic. How to optimize the handling of detainees during the covid-19 pandemic in the detention room of the Class 1 Immigration Office for Non TPI, South Jakarta. This research method is empirical normative using primary data and secondary data. The results of the study stated that the arrangements for handling detainees in the detention room of the Class 1 Immigration Office for Non TPI, South Jakarta, could not be fully implemented during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is because until now there is no regulation specifically for the Class I Immigration Office for Non TPI related to the handling of detainees in the detention room, thus causing the absence of standard operating procedures for officers. Optimization of the handling of detainees during a pandemic in the detention room of the Class 1 Immigration Office for Non TPI Special South Jakarta is through the issuance of the Regulation of the Director General of Immigration regarding the handling of detainees during a pandemic in the detention room at the Immigration Office Class 1 Special for Non TPI South Jakarta.

This study aims to investigate the implementation of the Immigration Act the Government of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 of 2011, which regulates the residence permit and to determine the response to criminal acts of abuse and residence permit immigration by foreign students in Indonesia. This research method is implemented with the normative, where researchers conducted a literature study by way of examining the books , litertur , and legislation relating to matters that will be discussed in the thesis writer . The findings obtained from this study include: (1) the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 6 in 2011, with about handling abuse and violators of residency immigration has been running with the maximum, but there are several obstacles that occur within the system implementation of the completion of a issue a limited residence permit. (2) the response to the crime of abuse and violation of residence permit the immigration dilakuan judicial action submitted to the police and then processed through the court, and may be subject to criminal sanctions in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, or by administrative action. Immigration officials authorized to conduct immigration adminitratif actions against foreigners in Indonesia which could jeopardize the security and public order as described in Law No. 6 of 2011 on immigration. The buy back guarantee agreement in the cooperation agreement aims to protect the bank frombusiness risks in the distribution of machine ownership financing. Buy back guarantee is defined asthe ability of the supplier as a guarantor against the bank, to "buy back" the machine object afterthe debtor is declared in default to the bank. Based on the description, the writer tries to examine theimplementation of the buy back guarantee agreement related to the distribution of machine financing,and legal remedies for the bank applying the contents of the buy back guarantee if there is default onthe debtor. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with analytical descriptivespecifications.The research was carried out through literature study, then looked at the relationshipbetween one law and another and carried out an analysis related to the application of its practice.After getting a description of the research results, the writer analyzes and draws conclusions fromthe research results obtained. Primary data collection is also carried out to support secondary data,which is obtained by documentation and bank interviews related to the machine ownership agreement.The results of the study concluded that the implementation of the buy back guarantee was carriedout in several stages, namely the stage of the debtor's statement of default, the negotiation stage,and the stage of the agreement, the application of the buy back guarantee. Apart from that, the buyback guarantee that applies to PT. BPRS XXX Bekasi, there are two types of definitions: "buy backguarantee" and "help resell" by the supplier. Legal action has never been taken by the bank whenthere is default from the debtor. The bank is more concerned about the good ethics of the supplier tobuy / help sell the machine goods. The suggestions that the writer can give include, banks must applyprudential banking principles more selectively, suppliers do not only pursue sales targets but payattention to the side of the bank so that cooperation remains well established. n addition, research isneeded regarding the perspectives of the bank, supplier and debtor in addressing the problems thatexist in buy back guarantee in more depth and breadth.

The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

Perceptions of pedestrian convenience on the pedestrian path of Gajah Mada Street Denpasar. Gajah Mada Street as an economic and tourist area requires good and comfortable physical infrastructure to support easy accessibility and circulation of visitors to the area. One of the physical infrastructures is a pedestrian lanewhich functions as an access to support pedestrian activities. The purpose of this study was to identify the physical conditions of the pedestrian paths and to determine the perception of pedestrian comfort on the pedestrian path at Gajah Mada Street. The research method used in this research is a survey method byperforming primary data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and secondary data through literature study. Based on the research conducted, it is known that there are physical conditions and supporting facilities for the damaged pedestrian paths, in the form of materials and street furniture such as: seats, trash cans and roadside plants. Based on the assessment of perceptional respondents about the condition of pedestrian path has been considered comfortable and safe. The suggestion of this research is that it is necessary to improve the physical condition of the damaged pedestrians. The purpose of improving pedestrian facilities and infrastructure is to facilitate the pedestrians in order to be comfortable and safe in carrying outactivities on the pedestrian path.

This research was made to build a design of destination branding for Tourist Village Kerta in Payangan Districts, Gianyar Regency. The Method that being used is qualitative description. The informant determination technique that being used are purposive sampling technique. The data sources that being used are secondary data sources and primary data sources. The Primary data on this report is a data that comes from the observation, focus group discussion (FGD) and interview. While the secondary data on this report comes from the documentation and literature study to completed the primary data. The result from this research showing us that a brand from Tourist Village Kerta is a Climatic Village. Climatic Village was choosen as Tourist Village Kerta brand because Kerta Village has won many awards as Climatic Village. The logo design of Kerta Village as Climatic Village is described with four components such as a bamboo, a cow or a cattle, human and a temple. The bamboo, cattle and human was connected to the Tri Hita Karana concept, while the temple showing us the connection between human and the God. The purpose of this paper is to find out and analyze whether or not it is permissible to transfer HT objects and about the type of agreement used to transfer some HT objects. The writing method used in this research is empirical legal research method with qualitative analysis, with a sociological juridical approach. The data sources used consisted of primary data through interviews with several Notaries / PPAT and secondary data including laws and regulations, books and journals. The results showed, first, that the transfer of HT objects is allowed even though it was not previously agreed in the APHT. Second, the types of agreements used consist of the agreement to carry out the sale and purchase of some HT objects in the form of PPJB and subsequently AJB, agreements related to the purchase and sale of HT objects, agreements related to the process of breaking and separating HT objects, making SKMHT and APHT . Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah diperbolehkan atau tidaknya pengalihan objek HT dan mengenai jenis perjanjian yang dipakai untuk mengalihkan sebagian objek HT. Metode penulisan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris dengan analisis kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan terdiri dari data primer melalui wawancara ke beberapa Notaris/PPAT dan data sekunder meliputi peraturan perundang-undangan, buku-buku dan jurnal-jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, pertama, bahwa pengalihan obyek HT diperbolehkan meskipun sebelumnya tidak diperjanjikan dalam APHT. Kedua, Jenis-jenis perjanjian yang dipergunakan terdiri dari perjanjian kesepakatan untuk melakukan jual beli atas objek sebagian objek HT berupa PPJB dan selanjutnya AJB, perjanjian terkait pembayaran hasil jual beli objek HT, perjanjian terkait proses pemecahan dan pemisahan objek HT, perjanjian pembuatan SKMHT dan APHT

This article discusses nationalism in the sabil war saga written by Teungku Chik Pantee Kulu. The sabil war saga written by Tengku Chik Pantee Kulu is a saga found in Acehnese society and can give the spirit of defending the country after listening to it. This saga was written in 1873 after he returned from Mecca and at that time Aceh fought against the Dutch. This research method uses literature study with a hermeneutic approach. The primary data source is Ali Hasjmy's book, Aceh Literary Contributions in the Development of Indonesian Literature, Jakarta: Bulan Bintang, 1977. The results of the analysis show that there are five values of nationalism in the sabil war saga by Teungku Chik Pante Kulu, namely love for the homeland, self-sacrifice, interest country above personal interests, has a heroic spirit, and does not give up easily.

Getting married is part of the worship which is sanctified by the Prophet Muhammad, but in Indonesia it has rules if there is someone who is underage married as stated in the law that if someone wants to do a marriage for the prospective bridegroom must be 19 years old and calom the bride must be 16, and can continue the marriage by requesting marriage dispensation permission to the Religious Court. This study aims to determine the judge's consideration of the early marriage dispensation based on the analysis of the Sidoarjo Religious Court Decision Number: 222 / Pdt.P / 2017 / Pa. . The research method used is a juridical-normative research method where data sources are obtained from secondary data and primary data. The results showed that the judgment of judges regarding the dispensation of early marriage was seen from a situation if it was not hastened to marry, something would happen that violated the law because the prospective bride had been pregnant for 1 month, even though the candidate had not reached 16 years but was seen from the evidence and witnesses that they were able to get married.

This study aims to determine how the effect of problem-based learning models and gender on students' mathematical communication skills. By using data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data, the primary data sources in this study were data that contained the research title, and secondary data in this study were supporting books related to the research title. The method used is the literature study. The results of this study indicate that the problem-based learning model has an influence on mathematical communication because each step in learning can support the development of students 'mathematical communication skills, the gender-based learning model has an influence on students' mathematical communication skills , but between female and male students different abilities.
