This research was conducted at PT Sejahtera Indobali Trada Tabanan Branch. The number of samples taken is 54 employees, with the method used is a saturated sample. Data collection was obtained from the results of interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used the classic assumption test, path analysis (path analysis), sobel test and VAF test. The results of the study are career development has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect in mediating the relationship between career development and employee performance. Purpose: Influence of communication climate and job promotion on employee performance and motivation with discipline and job satisfaction as intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo. The aim of this study is to test and analyze the influence of communication and promotion on employee motivation and performance with discipline and job satisfaction as variabels intervening at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia. Tbk in Gedangan Sidoarjo Research methodology: The samples of this study are 74 respondents consisting of employees permanent of the division warehouse and production. This research applies path analysis by using the program of analysis Smart PLS. Results: The relationship between variables in this study produced thirteen hypotheses with significant influence and five hypotheses with not significant influence. Relation testing between organizational job promotion and motivation variabels has the biggest significance. Meanwhile, the relation testing between communication climate variabels and employee performance variabels has the smallest significance. Limitation: The limitation in this research is one company where the number of samples taken is only permanent employees of the warehouse and production only. Contribution: Results of this study are expected to be able to give contribution to human resources management and to practical management. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of personal characteristics on employee motivation Sari Sehat Herbal Medicine Industry and to determine whether the employee motivation Sari Sehat Herbal Medicine Industry in Magelang . Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 89 employees Sari Sehat Herbal Medicine Industry Magelang . Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 17 . In this study used a sample of the entire population and data testing techniques used in this study include test validity , reliability tests with Cronbach alpha . Spearman correlation analysis to examine the relationship between personal characteristics such as age , education , length of employment , marital status of the motivation , by comparing the value Sig.ρhitung with α value ( 0.05 ) . As for analyzing gender relations to motivation chi square analysis was used to compare the value of Sig . χ ^ 2hitung the value of α ( 0.05 ) . The analysis showed that the level of personal characteristics ( 0.003 ) , length of employment ( 0 ) and marital status ( 0.006 ) effect on employee performance . Age (0.524 ) and gender (0.217 ) had no effect on motivation . And the biggest motivation for employees Sari Sehat Herbal Medicine Industry is salary ( 79 % ) . This research

This study aims to determine and analyze the description of transformational leadership, organizational culture, motivation and performance, and the relationship between the four variables at the Jambi District Court employees. This study uses descriptive and verificative research methods that aim to describe research variables systematically and in accordance with the facts investigated, as well as knowing the relationship between variables through testing hypotheses. The study sample used as many as 74 employees of the Jambi District Court, The results of the descriptive analysis show that the overall level of transformational leadership quality and organizational culture in the Jambi District Court are at a good level of quality. While for work motivation and employee performance are at a high level of quality. The results of hypothesis testing through path analysis prove that transformational leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. For the indirect effects of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation, it shows that the application of transformational leadership and good organizational culture can increase employee motivation at a higher level, which indirectly has an impact on improving employee performance. However, on the other hand work motivation partially does not affect employee performance.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational culture variables, information technology, and employee performance, whether or not technology plays a role in improving employee performance. The population in this study is the Information System Users (SINERGY) in the Bali Design and Business Institute, consisting of 81 lecturers and employees. Data relating to research variables were collected using questionnaires that were distributed to all respondents and filled in by the respondents themselves based on the respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test performed, it was proven that all statement items in the questionnaire are valid and reliable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that: the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Organizational culture has a positive effect on motivation. The use of information technology has a positive on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on employee performance. The success of any organization mainly depends on employee performance as it leads to the organization's productivity and profitability. To enhance employee performance or let employees’ perform more following their ability, organizations need to motivate their employees. The non-banking financial institutes (NBFIs) have been contributing toward expanding both the quality and amount of monetary administrations and moderating the omissions of existing money-related intermediation to meet the developing needs of various sorts of interest in the nation. This research paper aimed to find out the relationship of motivation and how it impacts employees' performance at non-banking financial institutes of Bangladesh. The focus was on analyzing the motivation theory of Herzberg's two-factor theory. For this reason, a quantitative method was used in order to collect data. Two hundred data were collected from non-banking financial institutes from Dhaka city of Bangladesh. A structured questionnaire was formed includes two-part one is a biographical part, and another was variables-based questions. The Descriptive analysis includes mean, standard deviation, frequency distribution, and percentages; moreover, this Correlation and multi regression analysis are applied to determine the relationship and effects of motivation and employees' performance. The results of this research are positive and significant relations between employee motivation and employees' performance at the non-banking financial institutes of Bangladesh.

The study aimed to assess the Organizational Change and Change Readiness in Saudi Electric Company: Employees attitude during time of Company Organizational Shift. Specifically, the study answered the level of implementation of change management at Saudi Electric Company as perceived by the respondents in terms of communication, employee Involvement, employee Training and stress Management. Also, the study answered the Level of Effectiveness of change management at Saudi Electric Company as perceived by the respondents in terms of employee motivation, decision making and employee performance. This study further focused on the relationship between status and level of effectiveness of implementation of change management at Saudi Electric Company. The study also analyzed the employee attitude and readiness for change management in the organization. According to the limitation of this study are shortage of time and shortage of available data, moreover the result of this study is related to Saudi Electric Co in Saudi Arabia only, so it may not fit with all other organizations that may have different in size and different in nature of business.

The current study seeks to investigate the mediating role of employee communication in the relationship between organisational culture, employee motivation, the workload on employee performance in Batam Port Management Partnership and Business Development Section, Indonesia. This quantitative study involved 50 Batam Port Management Partnership and Business Development with 150 respondents participated in this study. The data collected using a census approach by distributing the questionnaire, and the data analysed with structural equation modelling – partial least square (SEM-PLS). This study indicated that Organizational Culture and Communication have a significant positive relationship with employee performance. Besides that, Motivation and Workload do not have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, communication mediates the relationship between workload and employee performance. In conclusion, the present study proved that communication is a significant factor in determining employee performance and plays a significant role as mediating variable between workload and employee performance. This study contributes significantly to the theory and government policy in the term of human resource development. The findings of this study can assist the Batam Port Management Partnership and Business Development in increasing their employee performance through communication.

The purpose of this study was to test and obtain empirical evidence about the direct and indirect effects of training and competence together to employees performance in PT. Cipta Krida Bahari. This study uses an explanatory approach Analysis and Descriptive Analysis, which aims to determine the effect of independent and dependent variables. Furthermore, the present invention will be described, by observation and research and describe the nature or the events ongoing at the time of the study and examine the causes of the symptoms. In this study examines the influence of variables of training, competence and motivation, simultaneously or partially on employee performance. The benefits of this research is that companies in improving the performance of employees through training programs, attention to improving the competence of employees, increase employee motivation, and in turn can help in improving the work (performance) of each individual employee. The results showed simultaneously and partially variable training and competency positive effect on employee motivation and improve employee performance

The purpose of this study was to determine how the relationship and influence of leadership and motivation to employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor. The research method was used with Explanatory Analysis approach that explains the causality relationship between variables. Sampling technique was using saturated sample, all members of the population were sampled. From this research result was found there is a relationship and influence which is significant between the variables of leadership motivation to employee performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor among variables by using the test F, where F count larger than F table (32.173 > 3.158). Conclusion: There is a significant effect that can be explained by the result obtained from the R-square is 0530, which means that the variables of leadership and motivation are giving contribution of 53.0% to the variable of employees performance at PT. Astra Honda Motor, while the remaining 47.0% was contributed by other variables which not researched. Suggestions which the author convey to company, leadership which was contained in the company would need to be more increased, considers motivation of employees was good enough.
