The aims of this research was to describe the ability to observed of students in grade II-A on the learning theme X Recreation in 49 Public Elementary School Kuranji Padang. The design of this research was a classroom action research. The instrument of this research are teacher observation sheet activities, the ability to observed of student observation sheet, and learning test sheet. The subjects were 26 students of class II-A. Results of this research in two cycles showed an increasement in the use of visual media. The ability of students to interpreted the media on the first cycle in the amount of 6,8 (68,86%) and increased to 8,4 (84,34%) in the second cycle. Students’ ability to created a message based on what they interpreted in the first cycle by 9,3 (93%) and increased 9,6 (95,84%) in the second cycle. It can be concluded that, through the use of visual media could improved students' ability to observed in learning process of students in grade II-A on the learning theme X Recreation in 49 Public Elementary School Kuranji Padang . Researchers suggest that teachers can use and maximize the use of appropriate media in each of the learning process, one of them by using visual media to increase the ability students to observe.

This research was a classroom action research (CAR) carried out to improve the learning process with the steps of planning, implement, observing, and reflecting. This research was carried out in mathematics by utilizing the media of crime tests on integer count material. The formulation of the problem in this research were: (1) Can the media of crime be able to improve mathematics learning outcomes in integer counts ?; (2) What are the learning outcomes of each cycle by utilizing the learning outcomes of students ?. The results of the study showed that the use of stikrim media in mathematics learning integer count material could improve student learning outcomes. The results of the first cycle test were obtained by six students or 60% complete, and four students or 40% incomplete. Then the results of the second cycle test showed nine students or 91% complete and three students or 10% not complete. The increase occured in students who have reached 88% of students have completed and exceeds 75% indicators of success, and it is stated that the improvement of this learning has been successful.

<p>Based on the observations and teaching reflections I did as an internship student in grade II of an elementary school, I found that most of the students did not follow the classroom rules when I was teaching. During the learning process, they chatted with each other, did not raise their hands before talking, and some students played with their belongings. I decided to use rewards and consequences to help them show expected behaviors. The purposes of this research was to know whether the use of rewards and consequences would increase the students’ discipline while I was teaching. The method used in this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) that was held in two cycles. This research involved 24 students of a grade II class at ABC Christian School. Data was collected from observations, interviews and journal reflections. After analyzing the data descriptively, it was found that the implementation of rewards and consequences increased students’ expected behaviors. The rewards and consequences worked on increasing their discipline by maintaining consistency of the implementation of the rewards and consequences as well as using supporting non-verbal communications.  </p><p><em><em>BAHASA INDONESIA ABSTRAK:</em> Berdasarkan hasil observasi telah dilakukan peneliti di kelas 2 sekolah ABC Manado maka disimpulkan bahwa kedisiplinan siswa masih kurang. Peneliti menemukan bahwa siswa tidak mengikuti peraturan dan prosedur yang ada di dalam kelas. Peneliti kemudian memutuskan menggunakan reward dan konsekuensi untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dan mengembangkan kemampuan peneliti dalam mendisiplinkan siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelediki apakah reward dan konsekuensi dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa dan juga untuk menemukan tentang bagaimana menerapkan reward dan konsekuensi secara efektif dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa.</em></p><p class="Default"><em>Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas II yang terdiri dari 25 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen penelitian berupa, lembar observasi mentor, lembar kuesioner siswa, lembar wawancara mentor dan teman sejawat, dan jurnal refleksi harian dan daftar centang dari mentor dan teman sejawat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik sederhana dan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan reward dan konsekuensi dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa kelas II. Penerapan reward dan konsekuensi dilaksanakan dengan memperhatikan kesesuaian dengan perkembangan siswa, memberikan penjelasan mengenai prosedur reward dan konsekuensi kepada siswa, mempertahankan kekonsistenan penerapan reward dan konsekuensi serta mengkombinasikan reward dan konsekuensi dengan komunikasi non-verbal.</em></p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan teknik dasar lempar cakram dalam proses belajar mengajar dengan mengunakan media modifikasi pada siswa kelas V B SD Negeri 18 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research). Subjek penelitian siswa kelas V B SD Negeri 18 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Hasil pra siklus dalam proses belajar mengajar teknik dasar lempar cakram secara keseluruhan terdapat  20% tuntas belajar dan 80% belum tuntas belajar. Dan hasil penelitian pada siklus kesatu menunjukan bahwa jumlah indikator pada lembar observasi aktivitas guru dalam pembelajaran masih terlaksana 18 item atau baru mendapat presentase (72%), dan pada lembar observasi aktivitas belajar siswa pada pembelajaran masih terlaksana 13 item atau baru mendapat presentase (52%) dari jumlah keseluruhan lembar observasi yaitu 25 item. Ini menunjukan bahwa proses belajar mengajar baik guru maupun siswa masih rendah atau masih pada kategori belum tuntas belajar. Sedangkan hasil disiklus ke dua menunjukan bahwa jumlah indikator yang guru lakukan pada proses belajar mengajar meningkat yaitu 22 item atau mendapat presentase (88%). Begitu juga dengan jumlah indikator yang siswa ikuti pada proses belajar mengajar disiklus ke dua meningkat menjadi  20 item atau mendapat presentase (80%). Ini menunjukan bahwa tindakan yang dilakukan disiklus kedua baik guru maupun siswa dapat dikatakan telah tuntas belajar. ABSTRACTThe research is an action research aiming at improving the learning output of social science using cooperative learning model of Numbered Head Together. The subjects of the research are the fifth grade students of Sekolah Dasar Negeri Batu Kembar in the even semester, the year of 2015/ 2016 with the number of students of 21 consisting of 12 boys and 9 girls. The research used cycling procedure containing four steps of planning, doing, observing, and reflecting. The action research is done in two cycles. Each cycle is conducted in one meeting. After the implementation of Numbered Head Together, the learning output of students social science improves from the first to the second cycle. The result shows that the average score in the first cycle is 65, and the learning completion is 50.00%, while in the second cycle, the average score is 74 and the learning completion is 85.00%. The learning process score in the first cycle is 75.75%, and it improves in the second cycle to be 90.00%. The result of students behavior observation shows improvement of students discipline, cooperation, bravery which in the first cycle is 80.50% and it improves in the second cycle to be 85.50%. Therefore it can be inferred that the implementation of the cooperative learning model of Numbered Head Together is able to improve the learning output of the fifth grade students social science in an elementary school. Keywords: Learning Output, Social Science, Numbered Head Together.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Head Together. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Batu Kembar kelas V semester genap tahun pelajaran 2015/ 2016 dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 21 siswa, terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 9 siswi perempuan. Prosedur penelitian dilaksanakan bersiklus yang terdiri dari empat tahap, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Pelaksanaan tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus dilaksanakan satu kali pertemuan, setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa meningkat dari siklus pertama ke siklus kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pada siklus I memperoleh nilai 65, dengan ketuntasan hasil belajar sebesar 50,00%, sedangkan siklus II memperoleh nilai rata-rata 74 dengan ketuntasan belajar 85,00%. Begitu pula dengan penilaian pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I sebesar 75,75%, meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 90,00%. Sedangkan hasil observasi perilaku siswa menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada sikap berupa disiplin, kerja sama dan keberanian yang diperoleh pada siklus I dengan persentase sebesar 80,50% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 85,50%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Numbered Head Together dapat Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di kelas V Sekolah Dasar.Kata Kunci: Hasil Belajar, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Numbered Head Together.

In classical learning approach, conventional lecture method is commonly used by teachers in implementing learning process in classes.  The teacher becomes the main source of learning.  The current student’s habit that tends to be passive and individualistic resulted in a passive and monotone learning.      To overcome these problems, I was interested to implement the model of numbered heads together in learning Physics in the Class VII B of SMP Negeri 5 Kota Jambi. The purpose of this learning approach is to enable students to develop cooperative skill and more active learning of physics and to improve learning results. This research is a class action research, which were performed in two cycles.  All students’ activities in the class were observed and recorded in observation sheet, consisting of teacher observation sheet and student observation sheet. To find out the learning outcomes, formative test was performed using a written instrument form.  The results show the increase of students’ discipline, cooperation, liveliness, timeliness in learning Physics.  In addition, the learning model also increases the students’ learning outcomes. The average learning results increased to 75.38 (increase 3.25 points).  To conclude, the implementation of Number Head Together increase students’ discipline, cooperation, activities, and timeliness.  The model also increase the Physics learning outcome of student in SMP Negeri 5 Kota  Jambi.

This research is based on the learning process carried out by the teacher who seems improvised. This is proven by the teacher teaching without using models, approaches, or strategies that can make the learning process more effective. The teacher also does not prepare before starting the lesson, this is evidenced by the absence of media used by the teacher to assist the learning process. the purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by applying constructivism learning. This research was conducted at 003 Benai Kecil Elementary School with 22 students as research subjects. This study uses classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The results of these two cycles of research prove that, in the initial data of students who completed as many as 10 people with a percentage of completeness of 45.5% with incomplete categories. In the first cycle, students who finished as many as 17 people with a percentage of 77.2% with a complete category. Whereas in the second cycle, students who have returned have increased to as many as 22 people with a percentage of 90.9% with the category of completion. The results of this study prove that the kontriktivism learning model is effective in improving science learning outcomes of Grade VI students of SD Negeri 003 Benai Kecil, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency

IPS is a lesson at the elementary school level. Based on the curriculum at SDN 22 Ampenan which uses the 2006 KTS curriculum, each student learns to use the media of LKS and books as the supporting media. The availability of the media has less influence on students. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based application which can support the school. This application aims to help the learning process of students with multimedia available in the application. This application displays materials, images, videos, and evaluations which are contained in the exercises and games of each chapter in grades 5 and 6.This application is built using android studio version 2.2.1 with the Java programming language. Besides this application is also developed using the waterfall model. The testing method used is a black box and MOS testing. Testing using the MOS method on application quality shows that 62.5% of the respondents stated strongly agree, teacher respondents stated strongly agree with the percentage of 62.75%.

Mahārah kalām (speaking skills) is a part of skills that highly considered in learning Arabic at Pesantren Darul Ulum Banda Aceh. It encourages students to practice speaking Arabic on a daily basis both in the classroom and outside. Based on pre observations, there are many students who are unable to speak or communicate in Arabic. Most of them feel tired and bored to learn Arabic due to media being used that does not match with the learning process, while some of them do not practice using Arabic in daily conversation. Based on this situation, the author conducted research using animation media to improve learning speaking skills at the school using action research approach. The results of this study show that the continuity of the learning process with the media is very effective in improving the language proficiency particularly speaking skills. Furthermore, they are also delighted with the use of animation media in the learning process. Keywords: Learning Arabic; Speaking Skills; Animation Media

<em>The purpose of this research is to improve the understanding of the struggle in maintaining Indonesia’s independence concept through the implementation of Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning model supported by audio visual media on fifth grade students of an elementary school in Surakarta.This research is a Classroom Action Research. The data obtained by doing interview, observation, test, and documentation. The validity of the data is tested using content validity and triangulation. The data analysis used is interactive analysis model.The result of this research is classical completeness on pre-action is 13, 79%, on cycle I the classical completeness increases to 53, 57%, and on cycle II the classical completeness increases to 88,89%. Based on the results of research, it is found that the implementation of Everyone Is A Teacher Here learning model supported by audio visual media improves the understanding of the struggle in maintaining Indonesia’s independence concept on on fifth grade students of an elementary school in Surakarta.</em>
