Public Relations as a matter of study and implementation of theory, can’t be separated from the influence of religious scriptures embraced by individual who involved in a communication process. For a Muslim, the Qur'an and hadits are guide and source of knowledge that used as a reference by Public Relations Officer in the work.Arthur W. Page proposes 8 working principles that must be owned by a Public Relations Officer: Tell the Truth, Prove it with Action, Listen to The Customer, Manage for Tomorrow, Conduct Public Relations as If The Whole Company Depends On it, Remain Calm , Patient and Good Humored. This research discusses about How Perception of the Member of Perhumas of Central Java in viewing principle of public relations performance in the Syari’ah IslamThe methodology of research was descriptive qualitative,it was using 4 informants who have different background. The Analytical techniques used are interactive analysis model, data collection was done by structured interview and literature study. Validity of data by using triangulation technique.
