Archaeological remainin at Trowulan site, Mojokerto are one of the important assets in the world of Indonesia archaeology because it holds many valuable lessons from the past. Currently the Trowulan Site has not been able to show a big role for the wider community. This can be seen from the lack of awareness and socialization to the community. The problem raised in this study is how the implementation of management, utilization, and preservation is very necessary in establishing cooperation for the sustainability of archaeological remaining in heritage sites of the Majapahit Kingdom in Trowulan, Mojokerto. This study aims to see the implementation of the management, utilization, and preservation of the Majapahit Trowulan site as an archaeological site that has the potential to be developed. This study uses a descriptive analytic approach by observing the community around the Majapahit site in Trowulan. The data collection technique used a documentation study in the form of a map of the distribution of the Majapahit site in Trowulan and a literature study through previous research. The analysis used in this research is interactive analysis. The purpose of this study is to preserve the heritage sites of the Majapahit Kingdom by protecting the site such as rescue and security, zoning, maintenance and restoration for sustainable for generation to generation. These conservation efforts have been implemented but also still face a lot of obstacles such as human resources.

In writing this article, it aims to determine the effect of the benefits of creative and innovative ideas in running an entrepreneurial business based in an Islamic economy. The method in writing this article is to use descriptive analysis literature study to analyze the influence of creative and innovative ideas on the entrepreneurial world. The data collection technique is to look for secondary data obtained from sources relevant to the topic of discussion. By taking the title, taking advantage of this idea will have a great opportunity to face existing challenges and have great potential in the face of increasingly fierce business competition today. Because if you don't take advantage of this idea, the business you are running will be unable to compete with similar businesses and consumers will feel uninterested in simple products so that the business we run will experience a decrease in sales levels. Therefore, the existence of this idea will have a considerable influence in the world of economy and business so that consumers do not feel bored to buy and use these products. However, consumers can feel satisfied because they can use products with many benefits that consumers can take advantage. Dalam penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manfaat ide kreatif dan inovatif dalam menjalankan bisnis wirausaha yang berbasis dalam ekonomi Islam. Metode dalam penulisan artikel ini ialah dengan menggunakan studi pustaka analisis deskriptif untuk menganalisis pengaruh ide kreatif dan inovatif terhadap dunia usaha wirausaha. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan mencari data sekunder yang diperoleh dari sumber yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Dengan mengambil gelar tersebut, karena dengan memanfaatkan ide tersebut akan memiliki peluang yang besar untuk menghadapi tantangan yang ada dan memiliki potensi yang besar dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat saat ini. Karena jika tidak memanfaatkan ide ini maka bisnis yang dijalankan akan kalah bersaing dengan bisnis sejenis dan konsumen akan merasa tidak tertarik pada produk sederhana sehingga bisnis yang kita jalankan akan mengalami penurunan tingkat penjualan. Oleh karena itu, keberadaan ide ini akan memberikan pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam dunia ekonomi dan bisnis agar konsumen tidak merasa bosan untuk membeli dan menggunakan produk tersebut. Namun konsumen dapat merasa puas karena dapat menggunakan produk dengan banyak manfaat yang dapat dimanfaatkan konsumen.

The Islamic Discourse of the Archipelago increasingly found its momentum in the struggle for the meaning of Islam. Many are pros and not a few cons. The pros, driven by the NU religious movement. While those who are cons, radical groups are identified. In this context, it is important to study more deeply about Islam Nusantara. This research uses the method of library research or Library Research. A literature study is a data collection technique by conducting a study of books, literature, notes, and reports that are related to the problem being solved. This article utilizes journals, materials and relevant information to be collected, read and reviewed, recorded as a guide or reference source. The results showed that the ability of Islamic da'wah to adapt to local culture made it easier for Islamic da'wah to enter the lowest strata of society. Inevitably, Islam as a religion that spreads throughout the world appears creatively in dialogue with the local community (local), is in a position to accept the traditions of the community, while modifying it into a new culture that can be accepted by the local community and still within the path of Islam. Therefore, the arrival of Islamic da'wah is enlightenment for the Southeast Asian region, especially Indonesia.

Tamblingan is an area in Bali which is located at an altitude of 1,350 meters above sea level. Tamblingan also known as an archaeological site because it holds many archaeological remains, especially during the ancient Balines era.The problem that would revealed and solved are how the landscape at Tamblingan is ideal as a settlement, supported by archaeological evidence to strengthen it. The purpose of this study is to identify the landscape in the Tamblingan area so that this area was chosen as a settlement in the past. Data collection is done by literature study, both search for internet sources and e-journals that focusing discuss of Tamblingan Site. Tamblingan area is a fertile plateau, its morphology is in the form of a mountain range with Lake Tamblingan as an old caldera containing rainwater. the topography also varies and allows it to be used as a settlement. From the results of the study conducted it was proven that the Tamblingan area is a fertile land area, besides that also the forest and Lake Tamblingan provide various needs to support daily life. Tamblingan merupakan satu wilayah di Bali yang berada di ketinggian 1.350 meter di atas permukaan laut. Tamblingan juga dikenal sebagai situs arkeologi karena menyimpan banyak tinggalan arkeologi terutama dimasa Bali Kuno. Dalam penelitian ini permasalahan yang ingin diungkap dan dipecahkan adalah bagaimana bentanglahan atau lanskap kawasan Tamblingan sehingga daerah ini ideal untuk dijadikan sebagai lokasi hunian atau permukiman, ditunjang dengan bukti-bukti arkeologis untuk menguatkannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi lanskap di wilayah Tamblingan sehingga daerah ini dipilih sebagai kawasan hunian dimasa lalu. Metode Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka, baik itu penelusuran sumber internet maupun beberapa jurnal cetak dan online yang mengulas mengenai Situs Tamblingan. Kawasan Tamblingan adalah dataran tinggi yang subur, morfologinya berupa deretan pegunungan dengan Danau Tamblingan sebagai kaldera tua yang berisi air hujan. topografinya juga bervariasi dan memungkinkan untuk digunakan sebagai permukiman. Dari hasil studi yang dilakukan terbukti bahwa kawasan Tamblingan merupakan wilayah yang memiliki lahan yang subur, selain itu juga hutan dan Danau Tamblingan menyediakan berbagai keperluan untuk menunjang kehidupan sehari-hari.

In the past the function of the hotel was only as a place to stay for consumers who travel on business or tourism and do not have a relationship or family at their destination. Sharia concept hotels continue to grow along with the needs of Muslim consumers around the world. The concept of sharia hotels also continues to grow in Indonesia, especially in the Yogyakarta region as one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and brand image on customer loyalty of sharia hotels in Yogyakarta Special Region both partially and simultaneously.This type of research is causally comparative. The variables in this study are price, service quality, brand image and customer loyalty. The population in this study are customers who have visited sharia hotels in Yogyakarta. Sampling was done by nonrandom sampling, specifically using purposive sampling where the sample was taken from the population, with the following criteria: 1) Customers who had stayed in sharia hotels in Yogyakarta more than twice, and 2) Respondents aged 18 years. The sample in this study was taken as many as 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) Prices have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; (3) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty; and (4) Price, service quality, and brand image have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Abstract The Conception of Community Life in Petatah Petitih Minangkabau with The Indigeneous Approach. This study aims to identify the Minangkabau conceptions values as depicted in the petatah petitih Minang (proverb). This research examines Minang Proverb with the Indigenous Psychology approach. Qualitative research methods, describing, interpreting the concept of values in the Minangkabau community which is illustrated by the Minang proverb. The data collection technique used is desk research and interview. Sources of literature study are from the Minangkabau Adat textbook obtained from the Rumah Gadang Minangkabau pavilion in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; the results of previous studies / research, and relevant information from online mass media. Online Interview was conducted with the Chief Advisor of the Bundo Kanduang Council Organization Advisor Solok City, West Sumatra. The results show that there are ten values or Minangkabau life concept which are contained in the Minang proverb which is inherent in the Minang identity, namely; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi –malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; loyal; fair; thrifty; watchful; braveness; wise diligent and humble. Key words: Minangkabau conceptions, Minang proverb, Indigenous psychology Abstrak Konsep Pola Hidup Masyarakat dalam Petatah Petitih Minangkabau dengan Pendekatan Indigenius. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi konsepsi nilai-nilai adat yang berkaitan dengan pola hidup masyarakat Minangkabau (Minang) yang tergambar dalam Petatah Petitih (pepatah) Minang. Penelitian ini mengkaji psikologi yang lekat pada budaya adat Minangkabau yang tertuang dalam Pepatah Minang dengan pendekatan Indigenous Psychology (Psikologi Indigenius). Metode penelitian kualitatif, yakni menggambarkan, menafsirkan konsepsi nilai-nilai adat pada masyarakat Minangkabau yang tergambar pepatah Minang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan cara studi kepustakaan (desk research) dan wawancara. Sumber studi kepustakaan adalah dari buku teks Adat Minangkabau yang diperolah dari anjungan Rumah Gadang Minangkabau di Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) Jakarta; hasil kajian/penelitian sebelumnya, dan informasi yang relevan dari media massa daring. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Ketua Penasehat Organisasi Bundo Kanduang Kota Solok Sumatera Barat secara daring. Hasil menunjukan terdapat sepuluh nilai atau konsep pola hidup masyarakat Minang yang tertuang dalam pepatah minang yang melekat pada jati diri orang Minang yakni; hiduik baraka, baukue jo bajangko; baso basi-malu jo sopan; tenggang raso; setia; adil; hemat cermat; waspada; berani karena benar; arif bijaksana; rajin dan rendah hati. Kata-kata kunci: nilai budaya Minangkabau, pepatah Minang, psikologi indigenius

This study examines the role of human resource management in improving the quality of educators. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study. This research site is in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri, Purworejo Regency. The data collection technique used by researchers is interview observation. In this study, the object of research is the Role of Human Resources to Achieve Workforce Quality in MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri. Research data collection using descriptive observation, interview or qualitative methods. This interview observation study was conducted by lecturers and students of Islamic Education Management Study Program with student WK in MTs Nu Ma'arifKemiri. This activity aims to observe the Quality of Human Resources Workers conducted by MTs Nu Ma'arif Kemiri.

The Phenomenon of Bia Music in Batu village community needs to be closely examined considering that the Bia Music in the past to the present time is shifting and changing, due to lack of awareness, people's behavior towards Mia Music. The music of this tradition is very apprehensive to see the reality of the players from year to year diminishing in quantity and quality. The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) Function of Bia Music, (2) Social reality that happened in society. This research uses qualitative method with data collection technique of interview, observation and document study. The technique of data validity is based on the credibility criteria, using triangulation of data. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and data verification. The results of this study indicate that the Functions of Bia Music, among others, as a medium of ritual, communication media, into evangelism media, events of cultural festivals, education, association, entertainment and publicity. There are three moments of dialectics in the social realities of externalization, objectivity, and internalization.

Sex education is still a topic that is considered taboo in Indonesia, through Tiktok which is a popular application in the world in 2020, it is used as a medium to meet this information need by the @tabu.id account. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intensity, media content and attractiveness of using social media on the TikTok @tabu.id account on the fulfillment of sex education information needs. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey. The theory used is the Uses Effect Theory. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire or questionnaire and literature study. While the data analysis technique will be collected using a Likert scale. The results of this study are the intensity, message content and attractiveness affect the need for information about sex education. While the magnitude of the influence of sex education information is 6.75%, the magnitude of the influence of infographic messages on sex education information is 33.26% and the magnitude of the influence of sex education information is 15.02%.

Abstract: This study focused on forms of social pathology. Dua Garis Biru's novel tells a story about teenage life who commit deviation. The deviations committed by teenagers in Dua Garis Biru's novel are juvenile delinquency, dating, sexual relations before marriage, and early-age marriage. The deviant actions will give knowledge about the importance of sex education and the importance of communication between parents so that it can increase the discussion about sexuality to the children who are already teenagers. The method of the study was qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique was a literature study by collecting books and other sources related to the problems of the study. The results of the study show that Dua Garis Biru's novel show several forms of social pathology: Bima, who likes to skip school; Dara and Bima, who have dating until they have sexual relations before marriage; and Dara, who attempts to abort the fetus. Based on the results of the study, some suggestions are delivered to the readers and further researchers. For readers, they can take positive values from Dua Garis Biru's novel. For further researchers, it is expected that it can be used as a reference for the description of social pathology in Indonesian literary works. Novel Dua Garis Biru mengangkat cerita mengenai kehidupan remaja yang melakukan penyimpangan. Penyimpangan yang dilakukan oleh remaja pada novel Dua Garis Biru ini adalah juvenile delinquency, pacaran, hubungan seksual di luar nikah, dan pernikahan dini. perbuatan-perbuatan menyimpang ini akan memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya edukasi seks dan pentingnya komunikasi antara orangtua agar dapat meningkatkan diskusi mengenai seksualitas kepada anak-anak yang sudah beranjak remaja. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, dengan cara mengumpulkan buku-buku dan sumber-sumber lain yang terkait dengan masalah penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa novel Dua Garis Biru menempatkan beberapa bentuk patologi sosial, seperti: Bima yang suka membolos, Dara dan Bima yang berpacaran sampai melakukan hubungan seksual di luar nikah, dan percobaan Dara untuk menggugurkan janin yang dikandungnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, beberapa saran disampaikan kepada pembaca dan peneliti selanjutnya. Bagi pembaca agar bisa mengambil pelajaran nilai-nilai positif dari novel Dua Garis Biru. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi mengenai gambaran patologi sosial dalam karya sastra Indonesia. The purpose of this study is describe feminism and the resilience of women in the world of work in Indonesia and Iceland. Feminism as a system of ideas, as a framework and study of social life and human experience that evolved from a women-centered perspective. In Indonesia and Iceland, this is a long history as a reflection of the responsibility regarding the reality of gender inequality. In this study researchers used a research method with the type of literature study. Data collection techniques that utilize secondary data obtained through the library and then described and analyzed to extract from the literature such as books, journals, report, documents and other materials that support this research. Based on the results and discussion that has been presented, it can be concluded that feminism is increasingly developing and being recognized by the world. Feminism and the resilience of women in these two countries have shown that women have great opportunities in the development of the world of work, politics and other fields. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan dalam dunia kerja di Indonesia dan Islandia. Feminisme sebagai sistem gagasan,   sebagai kerangka kerja dan studi kehidupan sosial dan pengalaman manusia yang berevolusi dari perpsektif yang berpusat pada perempuan. Di Indonesia dan Islandia, hal ini adalah sejarah panjang sebagai cerminan dari tanggung jawab tentang realitas ketidaksetaraan gender. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian dengan jenis kajian kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik penelitian kepustakaan yang memanfaatkan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui perpustakaan kemudian di deskripsikan dan dianalisis untuk disarikan dari literatur seperti buku, jurnal, laporan, dokumen dan bahan lain yang mendukung penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa feminisme semakin lama semakin berkembang dan diakui oleh dunia. Feminisme dan ketahanan perempuan di dua negara ini sudah menunjukkan bahwa kaum perempuan memiliki peluang besar dalam perkembangan dunia kerja, politik dan bidang lainnya.
