The availability of depleted oil reserves has made world oil prices soar. Consequently, the fuel subsidy swells. Facing this situation, the Government made a policy of converting kerosene to LPG gas. The methodology used in this study is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through interviews and observations in the community by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using reduction, display and verification techniques. The results of the study show: 1) The public perception regarding the conversion of kerosene to LPG gas is quite good. 2) The attitude of the community towards the conversion of kerosene to LPG gas is predominantly in the good category. 3) Community participation in the conversion of kerosene to LPG gas has a dominant distribution in the high enough category. <span>This research aimed to find out the public perception of the use of financial technology (Fintech). The informant in this research is the citizen of Medan as a user fintech or not. Data collection techniques by using in-depth interviews to 10 informants with different ages and professions background. The analysis technique by using descriptive qualitative method that is useful to provide facts and data. The result shows that public perception toward the use of financial technology (fintech) includes attitude, interest, understanding, motivation, and expectation. Where attitude of society towards the use of fintech, providing support to the progress of financial technology innovation in Indonesia is very helpful for the community, while the public interest to use fintech has been proven from interviews 9 out of 10 respondents have been interested by using it. The society has understood the benefits and usage of fintech because using fintech is more efficient and effective than other financial services so that people are motivated to use fintech. The society hope to the organizers of fintech in order to provide socialization to the public and practicality in using the service, so that people who lack understanding of technology can use it easily.</span>

Perancangan ini dibuat untuk menyampaikan keindahan wisata budaya di kabupaten Sidoarjo, khususnya Candi Pari yang terletak di Porong, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Media Fotografi dipilih sebagai sarana mengiklankan karena simpel, dan lebih nyata serta mudah dipahami hingga menarik pengelihatan bahkan menyentuh hati. Keunggulan dari media ini pun dirasa lebih menggugah emosi pembaca untuk berperan langsung serta melihat rinci isi yang ada di media tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Berawal dari pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentas dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data view. Hasil dari pengumpulan data tersebut diperoleh informasi tentang kurangnya kepedulian pemerintah dan badan pengelola wisata yang mengakibatkan minimnya akses jalan dan petunjuk arah ke lokasi, banyak masyarakat yang kurang mengetahui lokasi wisata candi pari sebagai cagar budaya bangsa. Setelah itu, menentukan konsep desain dan ide perancangan, adapun konsep yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah konsep “Delight” pada warna yang digunakan pada dalam buku. Hasil akhir dari perancangan ini adalah Buku Essay Fotografi yang didukung dengan media pendukung seperti kaos, mug, tempat pensil dan lain lain. Melalui perancangan ini diharap dapat menambah wawasan masyarakat akan adanya destinasi Wisata Cagar Budaya Candi Pari.This design was made to convey the beauty of cultural tourism in the Sidoarjo district, especially the Pari Temple located in Porong, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. Media Photography was chosen as a means of advertising because it is simple, and more real and easy to understand to attract vision and even touch the heart. The advantages of this media are also felt to be more arousing to the reader’s emotions to play a direct role and see detailed contents in the media. The method used is a qualitative method. Starting with data collection by observation, interview, and documentation follow by using view analysis. The results of the data collection obtained information about the lack of compensation of the government and the tourism management agency that resulted in the lack of access to the nationalities, many people were not aware of the tourism locations. After that, to determine the design concept and design idea, while the concept used in this design is the concept of “Delight” on the colors used in the book. The final result of this design is a Photography Essay Book which is supported by supporting media such as t-shirts, mugs, pencil cases, others. Through this design it is hoped that can broaden the public insight into the existence of the Pari Temple Cultural Heritage Tourism destination.

The purpose of this research is to provide education to increase public awareness of the dangers of covid-19. In addition, this study found the importance of raising public awareness to adhere to health protocols to avoid the dangers of Covid-19.  The research target is the government of Gampong Aneuk Glee, Indrapuri Sub District. This study uses a qualitative method that aims to determine the Gampong government’s strategy in increasing public awareness about the dangers of Covid-19. The data was obtained through three data collection methods, including interviews, observation, and analysis. The results showed that the Gampong Aneuk Glee government had carried out many strategies in increasing public awareness, such as placing banners and appealing to the public about the dangers of Covid-19. It is intended to increase public awareness regarding the dangers of Covid-19 optimally.

Tourism has begun to develop in the village of Tablanusu. The community as a major component in tourism development plays an important role to develop the local potentialities of nature and culture. The purpose of this study is to identify the forms of community participation in tourism development in Tablanusu village. This study uses descriptive qualitative method, the technique of collecting data through observations, interviews and documents study. This study was conducted at the Tablanusu village. Informants in this study were 17 people selected by purposive sampling. This research uses the theory of participation. The results of the study reveal the form of participation in planning, implementation, and monitoring. The research results suggest the government to support the community to improve the quality of human resources, building infrastructures which are still lacking, and make good cooperation between tourism stakeholders including the local community in Tablanusu village.

One of the health problems that will catch people's attention in 2020 is COVID-19. Various media also highlighted the problem because it was considered a dangerous thing. One of the media that participated in the news was a health media called Klikdokter.com. Klikdokter.com has been intensively reporting about COVID-19 since January 2020. The aim of the research is to see how the public perception about COVID-19 on Klikdokter.com. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, informants were selected based on purposive sampling. The data analysis used Stuart Hall's Encoding-Decoding theory, which describes the three positions of the audience in constructing messages, namely dominant position, negotiation, and opposition. The results showed that the position of the audience in constructing messages from the news of COVID-19 on Klikdokter.com, the majority were in a negotiating position. This position means that the audience may misinterpret some parts of the message and quite understand what is conveyed by Klikdokter.com.Keywords: Covid-19; Reception; Reporting.

This study is intended to explore the public perception, especially visitors of a city park to express their aspirations. Data collection techniques that was employed in this research are observation, questionnaire and interview and literature study. The results showed that the general public perception of the city park in the city of Bandung is quite good, but other respondents have opposite perception. They perceive that the management of city parks are not well maintained, less clean and incomplete in infrastructures, and the maintenance of the park is still incidentally maintained by agency managers. Secondly, there is a fact that there are no institutional system that can accommodate all stakeholders in the management of city parks. It is therefore important for the government of Bandung to immediately review the policies regarding the city park by considering participatory programs with existing policies.  The research carried out aims to find out the extent of the implementation of Law Number 10 Year 2009 concerning Tourism, whether this policy has been properly implemented or not and to find out how the efforts made by policy providers (the Government) to advance the tourism potential in the city of Cirebon, especially Kejawan Beach. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive design because in this study, data collection through observation and interviews is obtained directly down to the field, therefore the techniques used were Purposive Sampling and Accidental techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of Law Number 10 of 2009 has not gone well and there is still a lack of tourist attraction to visit the coast due to the lack of government attention to the shore beaches, and the lack of complete infrastructure and governance that has not been maximized in accordance with Law Number 10 of 2009.

Kehilangan gigi dapat menimbulkan dampak emosional serta menyebabkan berkurangnya kemampuan untuk melakukan aktivitas pengunyahan dan berbicara. Melihat akibat yang ditimbulkan maka seharusnya gigi yang hilang diganti dengan gigi tiruan. Pada umumnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pembuatan gigi tiruan, masyarakat lebih memilih mengunjungi tukang gigi daripada pergi ke dokter gigi. Salah satu alasan yang memengaruhi seseorang memakai gigi tiruan yaitu persepsi terhadap status kesehatan gigi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di desa Treman kecamatan Kauditan berlangsung selama bulan April-Oktober 2013. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling dengan membagikan kuesioner pada sampel yang berjumlah 107 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi masyarakat berdasarkan waktu memiliki skor tertinggi yaitu 398 termasuk kategori baik, persepsi masyarakat berdasarkan keterjangkauan memiliki skor sebanyak 395 termasuk kategori baik, persepsi masyarakat berdasarkan biaya jumlah skor yaitu 379 termasuk kategori baik, persepsi masyarakat berdasarkan kebutuhan memiliki skor sebanyak 366,6 termasuk kategori baik, dan persepsi masyarakat berdasarkan kompetensi memiliki skor terendah yaitu sebanyak 236,25 termasuk kategori cukup.Kata kunci : persepsi masyarakat, tukang gigi, pembuatan gigi tiruan ABSTRACTTooth loss can cause emotional effect and also reduce the ability to chew and speak. Based on these, missing teeth should be replaced with dentures. In general, to meet the needs of dentures, same people prefer visiting dental handyman rather than dentist. One of the reasons that affect a person to wear denture is the perception of dental health status. This research is a descriptive study. This study was conducted in Treman village, on april-oktober 2013. The sampling technique was done with purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to the sample that consist of 107 people.The results of this research showed the public perception based on the time has the highest scores that is 398 including good categories, the public perception based on the affordability has 395 scores categorized as good, the public perception based on the cost has 379 scores including as good categories, the public perception based on the needs has 366,6 scores categorized as good, and the public perception based on the competence has the lowest scores as many as 236,25 including enough category. This study aims to describe the role of local government and the participation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the development of Plastic Woven Crafts in Karanggebang Jetis Village, Ponorogo Regency. The theory used in the formulation of the first problem regarding the role of local government uses the theory of Gede Diva (2009) which divides the role of government in three ways, namely the role of government as a facilitator, the role of government as regulator and the role of government as a catalyst. Second, the participation of UMKM actors uses the theory of Cohen and Uphoff in Distianto (2016) into four forms of participation, namely participation in planning, participation in implementation, participation in the utilization of results and finally participation in evaluation.This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling techniques and data collection techniques carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this research in the efforts to develop UMKM Plastic Weaving Crafts in Karanggebang Jetis Village, Ponorogo Regency, in general, there has been no interference from the government and UMKM entrepreneurs. So far, plastic woven crafts are still not developed. To develop UMKM especially plastic woven handicrafts located in Karanggebang Jetis, it is necessary to have the role of government and participation of UMKM actors.

Partisipasi masyarakat adalah perwujudan dari masyarakat di dalam negara demokrasi, dimana pemerintahan yang di dasarkan kepada rakyat merupakan tujuan utama kehidupan berpolitik, baik dalam kebijakan maupun dalam tujuan pemerintahan. Perda Label Batik Pekalongan merupakan peraturan daerah yang mengatur tentang suatu tanda yang menunjukkan identitas dan ciri batik buatan Pekalongan yang terdiri dari tiga jenis yaitu batik tulis, batik cap atau batik kombinasi tulis dan cap. Tujuan dibentuknya Perda tersebut adalah agar masyarakat dan konsumen Batik Pekalongan tidak dirugikan akibat dari salah dalam membedakan jenis batik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembentukan Perda tentang penggunaan label batik Pekalongan masih bersifat elitis, karena yang mendominasi mengikuti public hearing hanya pengusaha kelas atas yaitu seseorang atau kelompok orang yang memproduksi seni batik dalam bentuk tulis, cap dan kombinasi dalam jumlah besar, sudah mempunyai nama merek yang terkenal, dan pemasarannya sudah sangat luas baik di dalam negeri maupun di luar negeri. Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembentukan perda tentang label batik pekalongan yang masih bersifat elitis dapat berpengaruh karakteristik produk hukum yang di hasilkan yaitu lebih menguntungkan pengusaha batik kelas atas, karena dalam pembuatan label batik Pekalongan merugikan dalam segi ekonomis bagi  pengusaha kelas menengah dan bawah.<br /><br />Community participation is the embodiment of the people in a democracy, where the government is based on the people as the ultimate goal of political life, both in policy and administration purposes. Label the Perda Batik Pekalongan local regulation of Batik Pekalongan Label is a sign which indicates the identity and characteristics of batik from Pekalongan which consists of three types of batik, batik or batik and stamp combination. Purpose of the establishment of the regulation is that the public and consumers are not harmed Batik Pekalongan result of incorrect in distinguishing the types of batik. The result of this research indicates that participation in the formation of legislation on the use of Pekalongan batik label still elitist, because that dominate following the public hearing only top-class entrepreneurs is a person or group of people who produce batik art in written form, stamp and combinations in bulk, already has a well-known brand names, and marketing has been very widely both domestically and abroad. Public participation in the formation of regulations about labeling Pekalongan batik is still elitist may influence the characteristics of a legal product that produced batik entrepreneurs are more favorable upper classes, as in the manufacture of Pekalongan batik label in terms of economic harm to employers middle and lower classes.<br /><br />
