Teachers are the intermediaries who deliver the relay sticks of Indonesian progress to the millennial generation of the 21st century. The progress of the nation can be obtained by qualified human resources (HR). Human resources (HR) can be obtained if education in the country is adequate and organized. The role of teachers, in general, is as an educational task, including educating, teaching, and training. In technological advances, many learning media can be obtained quickly, but the role of teachers remains irreplaceable. The book Visible Learning by researcher John Hattie (2013) mentions that one of the five determining factors of student success in achieving achievement is the role of teachers. The magnitude of the role of the teacher shows that the quality possessed by a teacher must be equal. The professionalism of teachers is assessed from various aspects, one of which is the attitude of a teacher when teaching. The attitude of a professional teacher reflects the values contained in Pancasila. Pancasila is still the most appropriate philosophy and paradigm both in reality and ideologically to control Indonesia. This book aims to show the sides of qualified and professional teachers to become outstanding teachers for millennials in the global age. Based on the title and the purpose, the author shows that teachers in Indonesia can become professionals in the millennial generation. The teacher in question starts from kindergarten to upper secondary level. So this book will be helpful for teachers and prospective teachers at any level who want to increase their potential. In this book, the author conveys several new things, including the character that teachers must-have in the era of disruption and the industrial era 4.0. ABSTRACT Digital banking and the accountability of good zakat can increase interest in paying zakat on the benchmarking of sharia. On the other hand, technological advances such as the use of artificial intelligence make the role of human resources shifted. Even though human resources (labor) are one of the potential sources of zakat revenue. Zakat literacy and interest in paying zakat are also low in Islamic banking. The researcher did not find zakat data in statistical reports on Islamic banks nationally. It seems that it was only found in the presentation of reports about the sources and uses of private Islamic bank zakat funds. This can lead to the perception that Islamic banks do not optimally manage zakat. Through literature studies, researchers provide a solution to how zakat management can be done to increase interest in paying zakat but can still maintain the use of human resources (work). The conclusion obtained is that interest in paying zakat on Islamic banks cannot be maximally realized if it is not supported by internal efforts. Efforts that can be made are transparency of zakat reports, increased literacy, acceleration and optimization of digital management of Islamic bank zakat.

AbstractTechnological advances in the past few decades have enabled researchers and physicians to celebrate wondrous medical breakthroughs. Many of these evolutionary progressions are achieved by utilising human body parts and tissues in research. The sequencing of the human genome has provided the international research community with a wealth of new information to use in further researching the role of genetic susceptibility in complex diseases. However, maximizing the utilization of this information to benefit public health globally necessitates population based knowledge regarding the frequency of susceptibility alleles, disease penetrance estimates, and the role of the gene interaction. To fulfil these goals, large regional populations are being recruited in many locations for the development of genetic databases usually called bio banks or genetic banks. The ”bio” in bio bank is derived from living, biological entities: people, animals, plants, bacteria. In the realm of bio banking, people are the source of the raw material for the discovery of genes for research, diagnosis, and therapy, raising a host of issues about rights and responsibilities, fiduciary and societal obligations.

Abstract This study explores that feedback becomes effective when it is purposeful. Feedback should provide in such a way that the prospective teachers must reach the specific purpose and learning goal behind the practicum experience i.e. the change in teaching behavior and to become a more professional teacher. If provision of feedback does not fulfill the purpose behind the process then it is just the wastage of time. Systematic literature review was used as a research methodology and detailed literature was cited to see all aspects of feedback and mentoring to improve practicum. Feedback becomes effective only when it provides information to the prospective teachers either they are performing their tasks to achieve their learning goals properly or they may need some correction. It is evident from the literature that there is a significant difference in the role of mentor and supervisor. Mentors play the role of advisor, friend, guide and counselor while supervisors play the role a teacher, assessor and boss.
