The productivity of human resources needs to be continuously improved through various sustainable efforts. The work environment is one of the important efforts to increase teacher productivity. Schools need to pay attention to the work environment so that teacher productivity increases, both physical and non-physical environments. This research will be carried out at the Adiguna Maritim Polytechnic, which will be held in March 2019. The results of this study show. (1) It can be seen that the adjusted value of the R square is 0.501 or 50.1%. This shows that the Work Environment Variable (X1) and the Leadership Style Variable (X2) can explain the Work Productivity Variable (Y) by 50.1%, the rest 49.9% (100% - 50.1%) is true by other variables outside the research model. (2) The results of the t test (partial) show that t (2.528)> t table (1.697), as well as the significance value of 0.017 <0.05, it can reject the first hypothesis accepted, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X1) affects the Work Productivity (Y) is accepted. (3) The results of the t test (partial) show that t count (4.269)> t table (1.697), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be rejected that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the leadership style variable (X2) affects the work productivity variable. (Y). (4) The results of the simultaneous test (F) can be seen that Fcount (16,585)> Ftable (3,295), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be rejected for the third acceptance, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X1), the Leadership Style Variable (X2 ) influence jointly (simultaneously) on the Work Productivity Variable (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of conflict and work stress on employee productivity at PT Indomaret Prismatama Data used secondary data. The analysis used is a classic assumption, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination analysis. T test results show that conflict (X1) affects the work productivity of employees and work stress also (X2) affects the work productivity of employees (Y) employees at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The F test results found that work conflict and stress jointly affect the work productivity of employees (Y) at PT Indomarco Prismatama Baturaja. The magnitude of the contribution of conflict (X1) and work stress (X2) of 88.5% on the ups and downs of employee work productivity (Y) while the remaining 11.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the research model.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction of Baraya Purwakarta car rental. Sources of data in this study were obtained from questionnaires (primary) which were distributed to respondents. The population of this research is the car rental customer Baraya Purwakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 70 people. The research data analysis method used was validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, namely the f test and t test. The research findings show that the variable of service quality and price affects the customer satisfaction variable which has an R Square value of 0.502 or 50.2% and the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other variables. From the simultaneous test results, service quality and price have an effect on customer satisfaction as evidenced by the results of the Fcount value greater than Ftable of 34.576 and sig 0,000. From the results of the t test, service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction with a tcount of 3,965 and price has an effect on customer satisfaction with a tcount of 5,177.

The data analysis method used is quantitative method. Quantitative methods are used to determine the relationship between the variable compensation (X1) and variable work discipline (X2) on employee productivity (Y).Samples were employees at mechanical division of PT Mulia Makmur Jalan Jababeka VIIIA Elektrikatama SFB Block B 11 V Cikarang Bekasi, sampling is done by random sampling. After examining the completed questionnaires that have been distributed to the employees and the calculation of the correlation between compensation and discipline against the labor productivity by using multiple regression calculations obtained: Y = 0.0102 + 0,2149X1 + 0,7998X2 with b1 = 0.2149 have meaning relationships compensation (X1) and productivity (Y) is positive and b2 = 0.7998 has meaning relations work discipline (X2) and productivity (Y) is positive. While the analysis results obtained using the calculation of multiple correlation R = 0.9113 and KPB = 83.05%, which means there is a very strong positive relationship between compensation and (X1) and discipline (X2) together to work productivity (Y) and 16.95% contribution comes from factors outside of this study. The F-test results showed Fhitung> Ftabel or 66.13%> 3.35, which means all of the independent variable (compensation = X1, X2 = work discipline) together there is a significant effect on work productivity variable (Y) on the mechanical PT Mulia Makmur Elektrikatama division.

The study is based on the phenomenon, which showed a decrease in employee productivity, one of them due to low employee motivation, and poor corporate cultureThe sampling method used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study followed the formula Slovin, or as many as 35 employees.Data that has met the test of validity and reliability further processed to produce a regression equation 0.242+ 0286 X1 + 0.699 X2, where Y is the variable Employee Productivity, Motivation X1 and X2 are the variables are variables Organizational Culture. Hypothesis testing using t test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect the dependent variable partially on Employee Productivity. Motivation partially positive effect on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0815 which means a strong relationship between them. Organizational culture is partially positive effect on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0.747, which means a strong relationship between them. Motivational variables simultaneously and Cultural Organization has a significant influence on Work Productivity indicated by the r value of 0.776 which means the relationship between them is very strong. While the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0.602, which means that motivation together with Cultural Organization may explain the variable Work Productivity by 60, 2%, while the remaining 39.8% is explained by other variables.

The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires to 42 honorary employees. Analysis of the data used is quantitative analysis, with the method of multiple linear regression, determination test, t test and F test. The results of SPSS analysis for windows version 16.0, obtained the regression equation Y = 2.239 + 0.231X1 + 0.653X2 + 0.378X3. The regression equation shows that there is a positive influence between morale, work discipline and organizational commitment to the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Observers Regional Office, and work discipline variables have the strongest influence on work productivity because it has the greatest regression coefficient value, namely .653. From the results of the determination test it is known that 85.3% of the work productivity of honorary employees at the Seluma Irrigation Water Irrigation Area Observers Office is influenced by morale, work discipline and organizational commitment. The t-test results showed that morale, work discipline and organizational commitment partially had a significant effect on the work productivity of honorary employees, because of the probability value of sig. 0.05.
