This article examines the history and international experience of creating and functioning of transport and logistics infrastructure facilities − transport and logistics centers in Europe, the USA, and Asian countries, and identifies specific features and directions of further development. The concept of «transport and logistics center» is characterized, which takes into account the peculiarities of its structure, management, and functioning formed by the European Association of Transport and Logistics Centers. For the first time the ideology of creating a large logistics complex dates back to 1960, when in France (near Paris) at the initiative of the state in cooperation with local authorities andprivate companies were established two specialized logistics centers«Garonor» and «Sogaris». In accordance with the objectives of the functioning of transport and logistics centers, the main components of the class of transport and logistics centers are determined by their presence or absence. This article presents the classification of transport and logistics centers for the following features: integration of main modes of transport; capacity of vantage processing, space, occupied territory and the complexity of the transport and logistics services provided by the cluster; scale and administrative level of the area, which is served by the nature of specialization of terminals in the transport and logistics center and the degree of integration with enterprises and industries, trade, etc.Regardless of the diversity of types of transport and logistics centers, shows the main ge-neral features of all transport and logistics centers, as a complex system, which includes several subsystems, integrated links, due to which it is able to perform logistical functions. Since existing scientific research is not enough to improve the state of methodological support of the process of creating transport-logistic infrastructure relevance of conducting research into the creation of the methodological basis of support of the processes of creation and functio-ning of transport-logistic centers. Keywords: transport and logistics center, transport potential, transport and logistics infra-structure.

One of the most important areas of study of the state institution ”Scientific and Practical Centre of The State Forensic Expertise Committee of The Republic of Belarus” (hereinafter referred to as “the Centre”) is plant objects research using sporo-pollen analysis. Sporo-pollen analysis is used in solving of trouble-shooting problems connected with identifying the territory by the character of flora while determining the time of a crime. The Center for the first time in the Belarusian expert practice conducts research on pollen and spores of plants for the purpose of attributing to one batch of psychoactive substances impregnated with inactive matrix of vegetable origin. In this article, we propose a variant of optimizing palynological expert studies which consists in creating reference information retrieval system ”PalExp” (hereinafter referred to as “RIRS”) in which all information about pollen contains. The architecture and the main components of such a system, the questions of creating categories of accounting in the context of peculiarities of pallinological expert research and related problems of the formalization of information presentation, the basic requirements for the formation and functioning of the RIRS are presented. Advantages of this system as compared to the traditional sources of dendrochronological information are presented. The execution of forensic-palynological expertise with RIRS has a number of advantages, namely: shortening the investigation time, obtaining weighty evidences, as well as providing additional guarantees against unreasonable bringing of citizens to criminal and administrative responsibility. Key words: identification of objects, vegetable objects, forensic investigations, information search system ”PALEXP”.

The article introduces into scientific circulation the text of Diodore of Tarsus Commentary on the Psalms. The explanation of the first four psalms was translated into Russian from ancient Greek for the first time and is accompanied by scientific commentary. The preface to the translation contains brief information about the author and his work: Diodore of Tarsus is considered a prominent and important theologian of the Antiochian school, however, almost all of his works have been lost. The exclusiveness of the Commentary on the Psalms is that it is one of the earliest examples of the typically Antiochian way of exegesis. Even though authoritative manuscripts that contain the Commentary are not signed with the name of the Tarsian bishop, researchers argue that this text belongs to him. The preface also provides information on Diodore’s style, the advantages and disadvantages of his approach. The bishop of Tarsus suggested a classification of the psalms, and the exegesis of the first four psalms allows us to see by example the peculiarities of each of the types proposed by the bishop. The Commentary on the Psalms by Diodore of Tarsus provides modern scholars the opportunity to analyze this important material on the subject of the state of biblical exegesis in the second half of the 4th century.

For Slovenes in the Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes the year 1919 represented the final step to a new political beginning. With the end of the united all-Slovene liberal party organisation and the formation of separate liberal parties, the political party life faced a new era. Similar development was showing also in the Marxist camp. The Catholic camp was united. For the first time, Slovenes from all political camps took part in the state government politics and parliament work. They faced the diminishing of the independence, which was gained in the State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs, and the mutual fight for its preservation or abolition. This was the beginning of national-political separations in the later Yugoslav state. The year 1919 was characterized also by the establishment of the Slovene university and early occurrences of social discontent. A declaration about the new historical phenomenon – Bolshevism, had to be made. While the region of Prekmurje was integrated to the new state, the questions of the Western border and the situation with Carinthia were not resolved. For the Slovene history, the year 1919 presents a multi-transitional year.

Beginning in the early 1970s, Jewish and Muslim feminists, tackled “oral law”—Mishna and Talmud, in Judaism, and the parallel Hadith and Fiqh in Islam, and several analogous methodologies were devised. A parallel case study of maintenance and rebellion of wives —mezonoteha, moredet al ba?ala; nafaqa al-mar?a and nush?z—in classical Jewish and Islamic oral law demonstrates similarities in content and discourse. Differences between the two, however, were found in the application of oral law to daily life, as reflected in “responsa”—piskei halacha and fatwas. In modern times, as the state became more involved in regulating maintenance and disobedience, and Jewish law was backed for the first time in history by a state, state policy and implementation were influenced by the political system and socioeconomic circumstances of the country. Despite their similar origin in oral law, maintenance and rebellion have divergent relevance to modern Jews and Muslims.

Tamm–Horsfall Protein (uromodulin) is named after Igor Tamm and Franc Horsfall Jr who described it for the first time in 1952. It is a glycoprotein, secreted by the cells in the thick ascending limb of the loop of Henle. This protein will perform a number of important pathophysiological functions, including protection against uroinfections, especially caused by E. Сoli, and protection against formation of calcium concernments in the kidney. Igor Tamm (1922-1995) is an outstanding cytologist, virologist and biochemist. He is one of the pioneers in the study of viral replication. He was born in Estonia and died in the USA. In 1964 he was elected for a professorship in Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research, where has been working continuously. Since 1959, he became a head of the virology lab established by his mentor and co-author Franc Horsfall. In the course of studies on the natural inhibitor of viral replication, Tamm and Horsfall isolated and characterized biochemically a new protein named after their names. Franc Lappin Horsfall Jr (1906-1971) was a well-known clinician and virologist with remarkable achievements in internal medicine. He was born and died in the USA. He worked in the Rockefeller Hospital from 1934 to 1960, then in the Center for Cancer Research at the Sloan-Kettering Institute. Here he was a leader of a research team studying the molecular mechanisms of immunity, the effects of chemotherapy with benzimidazole compounds (together with I. Tamm), coxsackie viruses, herpes simplex virus, etc.
