According to the Results of a number of Theoretical and Empirical Scientific Research known, that today it is impossible to ensure the effective Performance of Tasks Assigned to subordinate personnel without significant Physical Effort, therefore, the Level of Physical and Special Physical Training is an Integral Indicator of the Formation of Professional Competencies of Servicemen of different categories and age groups, including in the direction of their Fire (Shooting) Training. The main Purpose of the Scientific Research is an Experimental Test of the effectiveness of the Content-Functional Model of the Formation of Readiness of Combat Units of the Installation "ZU-23" to Perform Tasks on Purpose with the use of Special Physical Training. During the Empirical Research, the following Methods were used: abstraction, analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling, mathematical and statistical, instrumental methods, etc. As a Result of Empirical research, Members of the Research Group tested the Content-Functional Model of Formation of Readiness of cadets of the Command and Staff Faculty of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine (officials of Combat Units of the "ZU-23" Installation) to Perform Tasks on Purpose with the use of Special Physical Training. We found that the focused use of Special Physical Training provided a gradual and gradual Formation of Military-Applied Skills necessary for Future officers to Perform Training and Combat Missions, which contributed to the intensification of the Formation of their Professional Competencies.

Today, the Construction of Modern, Functional and Effective Pedagogical Models of representatives of the Security and Defense Sector of Ukraine, including cadets of the command direction of Training of Higher Military Educational Institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (etc.) is relevant and timely. The Main Purpose of the Research is to Construct a Pedagogical Model of the Formation of the Readiness of the Combat units of the ZU-23 to perform tasks on Purpose with the use of Special Physical Training (on the example of cadets of higher military educational institutions of the command direction of training). During the Theoretical Research the following Methods were used: axiomatic, historical (logical), idealization, ascent from the concrete, formalization, etc. As a Result of the Theoretical Research, the members of the Research group constructed a Semantic-Functional Model of the Formation of the Readiness of the Combat Units of the ZU-23 to perform the assigned tasks using Special Physical Training (on the example of cadets of the Command and Staff Faculty of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine). The Pedagogical Model constructed by the members of the Research group integrates: The Target block, the Content block and the Result-evaluation block.

The article analyzes the essence and principles of formation of competencies of the head of a modern educational institution in the conditions of constant reforms of the educational process in Ukraine. The aims of article to disclosure of the content of professional competence of the school principal, on the basis of which to propose a system of comprehensive measures and monitoring of the formation of professional competencies of the head of the educational institution, as well as outline the main directions of development of the professional competence of the head of the educational institution. The methodology of conducting theoretical and empirical research included: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, abstraction and concretization, and systematic analysis, which allowed to achieve the goal of the study. The components of the professional competence of the school principal are considered. A system of complex measures and monitoring on the formation of professional competencies of the head of the educational institution is proposed. The main directions of development of the system of formation of professional competence of the head of the educational institution are outlined.

According to the Results of monitoring of Internet resources, analysis of Scientific-Methodical, Special and reference literature, members of the Research Group established, that the issue of implementation (determination of effectiveness) of Modern Scientific tools, as well as Technical means of Training that provide a System of long-term training of athletes specializing in Martial Arts – is devoted to an insufficient number of Scientific and Methodological works. This requires Further Scientific Research and emphasizes the relevance and Practical component of the chosen area of Research. The main Purpose of Scientific Research is to determine the effectiveness of modern Scientific tools ("VKS Katsumoto" and "Visual 3D") in the System of long-term training of wrestlers (on the example of athletes who specialize in Sambo wrestling). In the process of Research and Analytical work, the following Research methods were used: abstraction, Analysis and Synthesis, induction and deduction, modeling, mathematical and statistical, etc. As a Result of Empirical Research, the effectiveness of modern Scientific tools has been determined "VKS Katsumoto" and "Visual 3D" in the System of long-term training of athletes specializing in Sambo (Sports and Combat direction). Prospects for Further Scientific Research in the chosen direction of Research include a comparative analysis of the performance of Ukrainian sambo wrestlers at the 2021 World Cup using modern Scientific tools (Technical Teaching Aids).

- Some problems of the relationship between psychotherapy and scientific research are examined. The following aspects are discussed: the theory of demarcation between science and non-science, the problem of replicability, "hard" and "soft" sciences, complexity and chaos theory, the levels of probability and indeterminacy, the inductive-deductive circle, abduction, etc. Clinical material is presented in order to exemplify the issues under discussion. The present paper gives a review of such terms as "value" and "extracurricular activities". Secular values are to be passed from generation to generation. Family is the most traditional means of the transfer. However, educational institutions are of equal importance, though criticized at all times and under all regimes. Therefore, school must build spiritual and moral values in schoolchildren, taking in consideration the current conditions. The authors tried to answer the question how exactly the modern school should do it. The research contains an analysis of numerous foreign and domestic scientific sources, as well as the authors’ own empirical research. The research objective was to identify the psychological and pedagogical conditions for orientation of adolescents to moral values during extracurricular activities. The empirical basis was the data obtained from a survey conducted at a secondary school (Romanovskaya Station) in 2018 (N=43). The research employed methods of analysis and synthesis. The results of theoretical and empirical research can find direct application in the educational process. They may also be useful for humanitarian departments of Russian pedagogical universities that prepare students for spiritual and moral education of students. In addition, the data can be used in the system of training and retraining of teachers.

В статье рассматривается вопрос о факторах, влияющих на развитие настоящего профессионализма, неразрывно связанного с профессиональной направленностью личности, субъектным отношением к деятельности. Одной из психических структур, связывающих профессиональное и личностное, являются профессиональные представления. Анализ современных эмпирических исследований показывает, что значительное развитие профессиональные представления получают во время обучения в системе высшего образования. Однако это развитие имеет значительные резервы. Гипотеза исследования состоит в том, что существуют факторы, значительно замедляющие развитие у студентов профессиональных представлений в процессе обучения. На основе анализа особенностей развития профессиональных представлений было выдвинуто предположение, что одним из таких факторов является частое возникновение у них негативных эмоциональных состояний. Для подтверждения этой гипотезы со студентами были проведены занятия по формированию навыка совладания с негативными переживаниями. В результате развитие профессиональных представлений у них значительно ускорилось. Таким образом, возникновение негативных переживаний, связанных с процессом обучения, является фактором, существенно замедляющим развитие профессиональных представлений. The article focuses on factors that influence the development of professional competencies, promotes people’s professional improvement, their involvement in their work. Professional insights serve as a bridge between the personal and the professional. The analysis of modern empirical research shows that higher education efficiently promotes the development of people’s professional insights. It also shows that people’s professional development has significant reserves. The hypothesis of the research consists in the assumption that there are certain factors that hinder the development of students’ professional insights in the process of education. The analysis of the peculiarities of professional insights development enables the authors of the article to assume that one of the factors is students’ predisposition towards negative emotions. To prove the hypothesis, students were engaged into learning activities aimed at the development of coping skills. The experiment showed that students’ professional insights were developed more efficiently and rapidly. Therefore, negative emotions associated with the process of education are a factor that significantly hinders the development of students’ professional insights.

AbstractThe higher education courses for social experts started more than 25 years ago in Hungary. Since then more than 20 thousand students have earned a degree in social areas. Some of them quit their original jobs whereas a lot of these specialists still provide support as human assistants and regard their profession a career. Due to the huge amount of experience accumulated in both education and practice since then, in our empirical research an answer was sought to the question which personal and professional competencies determine the long-term engagement to a career and how the competency experience of the students correlates with their further career aspirations. In the research nearly 500 responses from students from 8 different Hungarian higher education institutions were analysed by applying questionnaires and tests accepted in international practice together with our own measures. Data were collected about the students’ career decision self-efficiency experiences, their personality traits and also about the question how they see their future profession. Based on our results the students who had a definite idea of their future professional career even during their studies and were determined with improved professional and personal competencies during the training made up a distinct group and were more dedicated to their career. On the basis of our analyses it was empirically proved that the training types which provide opportunities for the conscious monitoring of personal and professional competencies by encouraging the student with their career adjustment are of great significance.

In continuation of our scientific research, published in the previous issue of the journal, this article was written. In the process of research, the methods of analysis and synthesis, the graphic method were used. The results of this study prove the general theoretical conclusion about the relationship between nominal wage growth and inflation. Achieving financial stability is possible with a decrease in the rate of inflation. Based on the analysis of the scientific periodic and monographic literature, the calculations we have cited, the article concluded that the reasons for inflation in Russia are mostly non-monetary. But when choosing a macroeconomic policy, it is necessary to base on the coordination of influence on both monetary and non-monetary factors of inflation.

The purpose of the article is to identify the characteristic features ofjazz jam sessions as creative and concert events. The research methods arebased on the use of a number of empirical approaches. The historicalmethod has characterized the periodization of the emergence andpopularity of jam session as an artistic phenomenon. The use of themethod of comparison of jazz jam sessions and jazz concert made itpossible to determine the characteristic features of jams. An appeal toaxiological research methods has identified the most strikingimprovisational solos of leading jazz artists. Of particular importance inthe context of the article are the methods of analysis and synthesis,observation and generalization. It is important to pay attention to the use ofa structural-functional scientific-research method that indicates theeffectiveness of technological and execution processes on jams. Scientificinnovation. The article is about discovering the peculiarities of the jamsession phenomenon and defining the role of interaction between theaudience of improviser listeners and musicians throughout the jams. Theprocesses of development of jazz concerts and improvisations at jamsessions are revealed. Conclusions. The scientific research providedconfirms the fact that system of interactions between musicians amongthemselves and the audience, as well as improvisation of the performers atthe jam sessions is immense and infinite. That is why modern jazz singersand the audience will always strive for its development and understanding.This way is worth starting with repeated listening to improvisation, in theimmediate presence of the jam sessions (both participant and listener).

Given the relevance of a problem emphasized both in the works of scientific research and legal framework the readiness of primary school teachers to educate national identity are going to be analyzed in this article considering the national orientation of teachers’ personality in educating the national identity of pupils. In spring 2014 the research was accomplished by applying quantitative research strategy. The aim of this research was to evaluate how the national orientation of teacher’s personality influences the national identity of pupils. The empirical research has revealed the extraordinary significance of teacher’s personality on the education of national identity in pupils proving at the same time that the younger a child is the stronger influence of teacher’s personality.
