Organic system of farming (better called a biological system) is an alternative to the modern intensive systems, according to which the technology of cultivated crops involves the production of environmentally healthy food for the humans and feed for farm animals. To do this, crop products must not contain any harmful chemical residues. Therefore, the use of any artificial chemicals, for example, mineral fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, desiccants, defoliants, etc. is prohibited in its production. The area under the organic system is increasing from year to year and by 2018 they have reached 32.4 million hectares in the world, including 7.4 million hectares in Europe, and the leaders among European countries in the production of organic products are Austria and Switzerland. In 2011, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On Organic Production”, which defines the legal, economic, social and organizational bases of organic farming. However, the area under such a system in the country so far remains insignificant, and the reason for this is the high potential clogging of our lands, which does not allow the transition to herbicide-free technologies. Below are some techniques that allow you to reduce the clogging of the fields below the threshold of its harmfulness in order to abandon herbicides as a major factor in the deterioration of phytosanitary conditions. Such methods are such a structure of the sown areas, allowing to switch to crop rotation, application of manure without weed seeds, use of improved chills instead of the usual, inclusion in the technology of spring harrowing pre-emergence and their shoots, abandonment of intermediate cultivation for late spring crops instead of spring crops, use spring May.

The expediency of fusarium resistant lupines usage in organic farming for improving soil fertility and producing high protein feed for livestock is justified in this article. Organic production excludes the use of mineral fertilizers and pesticides. In these circumstances, increases the value of cultures that positively affect the fertility of soils and their phytosanitary status. These crops include annual fodder lupine (yellow, white and angustifolia), especially varieties that are resistant to disease. Having the highest nitrogen-fixing ability among annual legume crops, lupins, depending on the type and conditions of cultivation, can accumulate from 80 to 300 kg/ha of environmentally pure symbiotic nitrogen in biomass. Plowing the green mass (30-45 t/ha) is equivalent to the corresponding amount of manure or introduction of 5-7 t/ha of ammonium nitrate. 30 kg/ha of phosphorus and 50 kg/ha of potassium are entering the soil with plant remains. Therefore, lupine provides itself with nutrients and still leaves up to 150 kg/ha of nitrogen in the soil after harvesting for subsequent crops in crop rotation. In organic production, fusariosis resistant varieties of lupines are also interesting as a source of high protein feeds for livestock. They are building up to 60 t/ha of biomass, which contains more than one ton of digestible protein. In grain of the fodder varieties contains 40-52% of crude protein, 5.5-6.0% of fat, 10-12% of sugar. The characteristic of fusarium resistant varieties of lupins (yellow, white and angustifolia), created in the NSC "Institute of Agriculture NAAS" and included in the Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine is presented in this article. These varieties are practically not affected by fusariosis under the production conditions and do not require the use of fungicides during the growing season. They can be grown in crop rotation with a return period of 2-3 years, whereas for unstable it took 6-7 years. Because of the inability to use in organic farming fungicide to prevent crop losses from anthracnose, it is necessary to use predominantly angustifolia lupine varieties, which are now more tolerant to this disease, prevent sowing of infected seeds and adhere to crop rotation. Fusarium-resistant varieties of lupins are suitable for cultivation in poucous and sown crops, and in mixtures with other crops.

The article describes the current state of development of the world and domestic market of organic products, countries where there are the highest rates of development of certified production, countries with the highest consumption of organic products per capita and countries with the largest areas of organic agricultural land. The organic products market in Ukraine has been analyzed from the beginnings to the present state, indicating all stages of development and the problems that have arisen, as well as the basic laws on organic production, certified organic products, countries and companies operating on the domestic market. The area of land with organic status, the total number of certification bodies, the number of operators in this market in the regions of Ukraine is indicated. In the article a comparative analysis of Ukrainian organic production with world production is conducted, the countries-leaders for the areas occupied by organic production are specified. The list of certified in Ukraine types of organic products, which are consumed both on the domestic market and exported to different countries of the world, is determined. The article deals with the dynamics of the internal market of organic products for 2002-2017 years. The basic principles of organic agriculture, which focus on the preservation of the environment and natural resources, are presented and a mechanism for promoting organic production by agricultural enterprise. The benefits of this production are also described, including: health benefits, environmental, social and economic benefits. The urgent problems of the organic products market are determined, directions of state policy in the field of organic production are proposed, which will promote the development of organic production in Ukraine and the circulation of domestic organic products in the world.

During the past decade, the general attitude of the human population towards health, nutrition quality and environment has remarkably changed. As a result of the growing demand for organic products, especially organic milk, the livestock organic production has increased. Figures from the Serbian Ministry of agriculture estimate that around 75 percent of Serbia's agricultural land, and some 650,000 hectares, can be used for organic food production within three years. The ?rule of 30%? in organic production means that farm animals kept in organic system must ingest at least 30% of meal dry matter from pastures, makes forage quality of utmost importance. In order to estimate possibilities of organic production in Fruska Gora region forage botanical as well as chemical composition were analysed. A botanical analysis has confirmed presence of plants with high yield and of high nutritive value. Dominant presence of Dactilys glomerata L. and Poa pratensis L. was revealed in the samples of mixed hay, while the Lucerne hay was predominantly composed only by one leguminous species Medicago sativa L. Chemical analyses of hay samples originating from Fruska Gora has pointed out that level of crude proteins, cellulose, fats, macro and trace elements can completely satisfy requirements of animals in organic farming and therefore can present a solid base for further development of organic dairy farming. Possibilities for further development of organic production are great, and it can be expected that organic production will increase in the future and can become a significant branch of livestock production.

This article is devoted to the analysis of domestic and international legal bases of use of antibiotics in organic animal husbandry, and also formulation on its basis of the conclusions and offers directed on improvement of the current agrarian legislation in the specified sphere. It is determined that the reform of Ukrainian legislation on veterinary medicine and feed takes in to account the main international requirements for regulating the use of antibiotics in animal husbandry, in particular Regulation (EU) 2019/6 of the European Parliament and Council of 11.12.2018 «On veterinary medicinal products and repealing of the Directive 2001/82/EU». For the effective implementation of legislative requirements in practice, the need to continue working in the following areas is justified: development of by laws in the field of antimicrobial drugs in animal husbandry; collection, accumulation and analysis of information on the amounts and types of antibiotics used by agricultural producers; development of advanced livestock technologies without the use of antimicrobials, taking in to account the positive experience of other countries; dissemination of knowledge about such technologies among agricultural entities. As a result of the study of the current legislation in the field of organic agricultural production, it was concluded that the legal regulation of the use of antibiotics in organic animal husbandry meets international requirements, namely such basic documents as Commission Regulation (EU) of 05.09.2008 № 889/2008 «Detailed rules on organic production, labeling and control for the implementation of Council Regulation (EU) № 834/2007 on organic production and labeling of organic products» and Council Regulation (EU) № 834/2007 «On organic production and labeling of organic products, and repealing the Regulation (EEC) № 2092/91». To improve the mechanism of control and trace ability of antibiotics in the treatment of farm animals in organic animal husbandry, it is proposed: to accelerate the work on the adoption of the Procedure for the use of antimicrobial drugs in veterinary medicine; to supplement the Procedure (detailed rules) of organic production and circulation of organic products with provisions on the requirements for documentary confirmation of the use of antimicrobial drugs by operators, storage periods of relevant documents. Despite the global economic slowdown, the sales of organic products on the international market continue to grow, and their production is becoming one of the most promising directions in agriculture. Given Ukraine's natural resources, export-oriented production of organic products has great potential. The purpose of this survey – to analyze the current trends on the global market for organic products, as well as the potential for organic farming in Ukraine, and to find the prospects and ways to develop exports. Using of general logical methods of induction and deduction, analyzing the trends on the global market for organic products and the potential of Ukraine's agriculture, organizational, economic, socio-cultural and regulatory conditions for the development of organic production in Ukraine are distinguished. The factors and promising directions of Ukraine's export specialization on the world market for organic products are explored, major methods of stimulating and supporting exporting producers are suggested.

The article considers the expediency of organic agricultural production with the definition of a number of advantages, such as economic, environmental and social. The conditions for the development of organic agricultural production are given, namely: the presence of large areas of environmentally friendly agricultural land; high fertility of soils; favorable climatic conditions; low level of use of mineral fertilizers, plant protection products; presence of potential consumers market; Export attractiveness of organic products for EU countries; provision of the agrarian sector of the economy by labor resources. The efficiency of production of organic agro production, which is determined by internal (organizational, techno-technological, economic, marketing) and external (economic, institutional, legal, natural-ecological, social) factors, is investigated. The reasons that hinder the efficiency of production of organic products in Ukraine, which can be attributed to: imperfect institutional support and lack of state financial support; Innovative passivity of most manufacturers and management structures; lack of awareness of producers regarding the specifics of organic production and the public regarding the benefits of organic products; the predominance of exports of organic raw materials; processing, production, wholesale and retail trade in organic products of consumption are still underdeveloped; deficit of grain and other agricultural crops of organic origin; insufficient number of cattle as the main producer of organic fertilizers; high cost of borrowed funds; high ethnogeny load on the area of ​​Central and Eastern Ukraine. The evolution of the organic agricultural market will lead to the development of the relevant infrastructure. Agriculture of Ukraine has all the conditions for the development of organic agricultural production, since the soil-climatic allow to significantly expand the volume of organic farming. Co-operation of the organic agricultural sector in Ukraine is presented in the form of dairy cooperatives, which are intended for the sale of milk at more attractive prices. The cooperative movement makes it possible to combine efforts to create real competition for powerful agrarian enterprises and, at the same time, to promote the spread of organic agricultural production.

Abstract Organic agriculture ensures a balanced state of the ecosystem, which is the key to sustainable development of the economic and social spheres of society. European countries are in the process of historical development reached an understanding on the need for its further ecological progress. That is why the world market for organic products has formed. Studies show that the development of organic production began in the 20‘s of the twentieth century. Since then, markets for organic products began to grow rapidly in many countries. Among the world‘s regions, the largest areas of organic land are located in Oceania and Europe. The article is devoted to the study of foreign experience in the development of ecological agriculture. The variety of names of ecological systems of management in the countries of the world and the principles which are included in the concept “ecological agriculture“ are studied. The history of the emergence of organic agriculture has been explored. The analysis of the development of organic agricultural production at the world level, the countries of Europe and the European Union (EU) and individual countries has been analyzed. A grouping of organic farms in Europe has been organized in terms of size. Ukraine, with its significant natural and economic potential in the future may also be one of the important subjects that will form a proposal in this market. The environmental policy of the country has an important influence on the efficiency of organic farms.

Aim. To conduct complex agrophysical, physical-chemical substantiation of the effi ciency of the organic fer- tilization system in terms of nitrogen balance and organic carbon in the agroecosystem of a fi ve-fi eld grain- growing and weeding crop rotation fi lled with cereals and legumes up to 40 % and the use of by-products for fertility restoration and improvement of the agrogenesis of regraded chernozem in the central part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Methods. Laboratory-analytical, experimental fi eld, computational, statistical. Results. The systematic application of the organic system of fertilization in a short grain-growing and weeding crop rotation with the use of by-products as organic fertilizers promotes the increase in the points of exchange neutrality and the decrease in the unsaturation of regraded chernozem with the alkali of the tilled layer, while the increase in microaggregation and structure-building is conditioned by the approximation of potential acid- ity to the isoelectric state of soil colloids which is a feature of the process of biologization and simulation of natural soil formation in agroecosystems of the central part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Under the organic fertilization system the decrease in the agroecosystem performance is related to the decrease in the volume of nitrogen balance which testifi es to the decrease in the intensity of its circulation in agroecosystem: the processes of enhancing the humifi cation of by-products and the formation of prohumus substances prevail, ac- companied with the intensifi cation of atmospheric CO 2 involvement in the formation of the total phytomass of the harvest, and the agroecosystem transforms into a stock system, which may be characterized as a basic sys- tem for organic production of plant cultivation. Conclusions. The elaborated system of organic fertilization of crops in a fi ve-fi eld grain-growing and weeding crop rotation allows avoiding the use of organic fertilizers and perennial grasses and using by-products of plant cultivation instead to saturate the crop rotation with legumes up to 30–40 %, the application of nitrogen-fi xing and phosphate-mobilizing preparations allows ensuring the production of organically pure products with simultaneous restoration of both fertility and the natural model of the chernozem agrogenesis of the central part of the Forest-Steppe of Ukraine.

The market of organic agricultural products in Russia and in the world is analyzed. The main factors (macro-, meso - and micro-levels) affecting the production of organic products are highlighted. The conditions of growth in demand for organic products are analyzed. The potential for the development of organic agriculture, consisting of agricultural, environmental, market and management types of potential, and indicators for assessing this potential, are identified. The potential of organic agriculture development in the Saratov region is evaluated. Measures of state support for organic production in the regions of the Russian Federation and in the Saratov region and the degree of demand for certain measures are analyzed.

The main aspects of the organic production export crediting are investigated in this article. As export crediting today is an extremely relevant and important issue in Ukraine, there is a wide base of research in this area. However, despite the number of developments, today there is no established mechanism for the organic production export crediting. Nowadays, the export of organic production in Ukraine is actively evolving, so it needs additional financial support for growth. One of the tools to support the export of organic products is lending. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to analyze the theoretical foundations and practical aspects of lending for organic exports. The current state of the export of organic products in Ukraine has been studied. The regional distribution of organic production export is determined. The main ways of export crediting are also investigated. The existing experience of crediting the export of organic production in Ukraine and the world is analyzed. In particular, one of the main tools for organic product export crediting has been identified. The problems faced by the producer of Ukrainian organic products are identified and ways to solve them are suggested. Prospects for the development of organic product export crediting in Ukraine are considered. Thus, the study presents recommendations that can be immediately used for practical implementation as a tool for organic product export crediting.
