In recent years, Russian agriculture has been demonstrating steady positive dynamics, ensuring the growth of its export potential, especially for grain and oilseeds. Their export is of great economic and political importance, since leads to the improvement of the economic and social situation in the agro-industrial complex and in related industries. In this context, Central and South America are considered promising regions, with stable population growth, respectively, the import of agricultural products. While Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Chile are among the top ten exporters of food products, at the same time, not all countries in the region fully meet their food needs. Peru, with a population of over 32 million, is one such country. Establishing direct grain deliveries from Russia to this country will, on the one hand, provide an additional grain market, as well as consolidate political interests in the region.

Abstract. The Russian agrarian sector of the economy ensures the food security of the state and, solving the tasks of minimizing the import of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs, the vector of its strategic development focuses on the export of food products and other agricultural products. The purpose of this study is to identify the actual state of exports of agricultural products produced by domestic agricultural producers. Methods. The article uses such research methods as the method of analysis and synthesis, the method of forecasting and the method of comparative analysis. The results of the article are that the analysis of statistical and other official documents in the field of export of Russian agricultural products shows that the direction of the agrarian sector of the economy in the field of food self-sufficiency is receiving sustainable development, despite the existing problems in the field of geopolitics and geoeconomics, which have a transformational impact on Russian agriculture. economy and agro-industrial complex. If we cite statistical data, then more than 1030 suppliers of Russian-made products appeared only in 2019, and the share of domestic goods is now 89 %. Moreover, 35 % are Sverdlovsk producers. This is a prerequisite for supporting domestic producers. And domestically produced goods have now received high recognition from the townspeople, as they are the most environmentally friendly and high-quality, and most importantly, fresh, because fresh products can be bought in a shop near the house. The scientific novelty of the research is characterized by a new approach to the formation and development of the international agri-food market with the active participation of Russian agriculture and the agro-industrial complex.

The article considers two versions of D. H. Lawrence’s essay The Theatre: the one which appeared in the English Review in September 1913 and the other one which Lawrence published in his first travel book Twilight in Italy (1916). The latter, considerably revised and expanded, contains a number of new observations and gives a more detailed account of Lawrence’s ideas.Lawrence brings to life the atmosphere inside and outside the theatre in Gargnano, presenting vividly the social structure of this small northern Italian town. He depicts the theatre as a multi-storey stage, combining the interpretation of the plays by Shakespeare, D’Annunzio and Ibsen with psychological portraits of the actors and a presentation of the spectators and their responses to the plays as distinct social groups.Lawrence’s views on the theatre are contextualised by his insights into cinema and its growing popularity. What makes this research original is the fact that it offers a new perspective, aiming to illustrate the social situation inside and outside the theatre whichLawrenceobserved. The author uses the material that has never been published or discussed before such as the handwritten lists of box-holders in Gargnano Theatre, which was offered to Lawrence and his wife Frieda by Mr. Pietro Comboni, and the photographs of the box-panels that decorated the theatre inLawrence’s time.

Ideologically motivated attempts to elucidate Shostakovich’s political views and to determine whether and how they may be coded into his compositions have come to characterize the Western reception of the composer’s works since his death in 1975. Fuelled by the political oppositions of the cold war, Shostakovich’s posthumous reputation in the West has been largely shaped by two conflicting perspectives. These have positioned him on the one hand as a secret dissident, bent and broken under the unbearable strain of totalitarianism, made heroic through his veiled musical resistance to Communism; and on the other hand as a composer compromised by his capitulation to the regime – represented in an anachronistic musical style. Both perspectives surrender Shostakovich and his music to a crude oversimplification driven by vested political interests. Western listeners thus conditioned are primed to hear either the coded dissidence of a tragic victim of Communist brutality or the sinister submission of a ‘loyal son of the Communist Party’.1 For those prepared to accept Shostakovich as a ‘tragic victim’, the publication of his purported memoirs in 1979, ‘as related to and edited by’ the author Solomon Volkov, presents a tantalizing conclusion: bitterly yet discreetly scornful of the Stalinist regime, Shostakovich was indeed a secret dissident and this dissidence was made tangible in his music.

Even ten years ago, agro-industrial enterprises were not attractive to investors due to the long payback period and a number of risks. However, with increasing world population and increased consumption, and growing demand for agricultural products that is crucial to the growth of production industries and enterprises makes agriculture attractive for investments. In the context of the dynamic development of the agro-industrial complex, the question arises about the informatization of enterprises that were close to bankruptcy not so long ago, but today are profitable and promising. And if there are powerful software products for large agricultural holdings, then small enterprises in the industry do not have software products that meet their needs. Thus, the proposed algorithm and model formed the basis of the developed software for a small agricultural enterprise.

The article makes an attempt to protract the monograph of Valerii Rektut that explores the political, social and economic processes that took place in the Haisyn region in the Podolia governorate during the Hetmanate and the formation of the Directory of the Ukrainian People's Republic (April 1918- 1920). The research is based on the diverse sources, which include archive documents, presented for the first time and Ukrainian periodicals of the time. The first section of the work examines the events that took place in the Haisyn region during the Hetmanate, including the formation of local authorities, land reform, and economic difficulties. The second part is devoted to the political and social situation in the Haisyn region during the formation of the Directory of the Ukrainan People's Republic. The author focuses on describing the national-cultural processes that were being activated at the time. For instance, on the activities of Jewish, Polish and Russian political powers pursuing their political interests. The work also analyzes the Jewish pogroms of 1919-1920, their causes and consequences. A significant place is occupied by the "Haisyn Labor Republic", which existed from May to September 1919. The characteristics of the Zyatkivtsi agreement of November 6, 1919 and its political consequences are also of particular interest. The monograph deserves a highly positive assessment, as the author analyzes the most significant events of the most turbulent times in Ukrainian history.

XX в. The historiographic analysis of the development of the concept of large social groups and historical and psychological study of social phenomena associated with mass social phenomena was presented. Topical problems of the psychology of large social groups are formulated, including heterogeneity of the grounds for their isolation, insufficient differentiation with similar concepts, uneven research in various periods, and ideological loading of the history of its development. The study's main problem was the need to replenish the processes in such groups that took place in various historical periods of social psychology development as well as a synthesis of this holistic picture at the level of modern understanding and the formulation of promising areas of research. The study's purpose was to establish a connection between the definition and the basic properties of the concept of "large social groups" (and its synonyms, analogs) and the peculiarities of the social situation in a certain period, as well as the reconstruction of social processes of this historical segment. The hypothesis was tested that large social groups as phenomena of social life were formed under the past time. The concept and its properties were corresponding to them, on the one hand, compared to the level of development of humanitarian knowledge. On the other, they tried to satisfy the social and political requests to understand and manage the social situation. Methods of the historiography of the history of social psychology and psychological and historical reconstruction were used. The article's first part was devoted to the analysis of the early two stages of the development of social psychology - from the middle of the XIX to the beginning of the XX centuries and 1920 of the XX century.

Abstract Agriculture continues to move forward confidently. Before our eyes, the agrarian industry is reviving, becoming stronger, taking a strong position at the forefront of the Russian economy. The most important achievement of 2017 was a record grain harvest of 130 million tons. This result was achieved not only by increasing the cultivated areas, which increased by 620 thousand hectares in 2017, but also thanks to the record yield, which amounted to 28 kg / ha, which is 80% higher than in 2000. The maximum harvest in the history of new and Soviet Russia, which will ensure our country a strong leadership in the world wheat market. Russian agriculture remains a driver of the country’s economic development. For the second year in a row, we get a record harvest of not only grain, but also sugar beets and sunflowers, the production of soybeans, rapeseed and greenhouse vegetables is growing. In the new season, grain exports will reach 45 million tons, including more than 35 million tons of wheat. Russia is expanding the geography of its presence, having mastered new directions for the supply of agricultural products. At the end of 10 months of 2017, grain exports increased by 22% compared to the same period in 2016 and amounted to 32 million tons. During the same time, the export of Russian wheat exceeded 24 million tons, which is 23% more than a year earlier. … In Russia, over 17 years, the volume of grain production increased 2 times, sugar beet and sunflower - 2-3 times, soybeans and rapeseed - 10, greenhouse vegetables - 1.8, poultry meat - 6, pork - 2. Fish - 2 times. Greenhouse vegetable growing and horticulture are developing intensively. Progress is being made in the development of animal husbandry and aquaculture. The dairy industry is undergoing a significant transformation, and production volumes on farms are growing. These are new growth points for the agro-industrial complex. Thanks to the achievements of domestic scientists, grain production of agricultural crops can be increased due to many factors. One of the factors is foliar dressing with liquid micro- and macro-fertilizers. Therefore, we studied various combinations of liquid micro-, macrofertilizers, as well as the bio-logical product Albit, in order to identify the best option and recommend it for produc-tion.

Increasingly divergent housing needs together with dilapidated housing stock requires us to consider upgrading many inner-city suburban areas. Renovations to individual dwellings rarely take advantage of the opportunity to develop density, maximize the use of green space, pool economic and social resources, and to share costly but necessary infrastructural changes while retaining or reinvigorating neighbourhood character. The rhetoric of the Moderns and their attitude to buildings of character is still with us, to the detriment of the suburban realm. Attempts to address these concerns have resulted in reductive, generic, commodified space that allows little scope for flexible use by different social groupings. By tracing Denise-Scott Brown’s canonical arguments regarding the place of social sensitivity through the work of contemporary architects Pier Vittorio Aureli and Alexander D’Hooghe, together with investigation of how shared domestic space can be ordered, bounded and framed for a variety of heterogeneous privacies, a built proposition which adds to the formal quality of the inner-city suburbs is developed. This new kind of integrated, shared dwelling can be viewed as a Rossian monument, at once an embodiment of the ‘idea of the city’ as well as discrete, absolute, architectural product allowing the inhabitants as individuals or households a space which can be taken ownership of in a liberal spirit. This thesis elaborates upon discussions between too-often separated realms of discourse that Scott-Brown identified: that of physical form generation on the one hand, and social aims on the other. By using architectural research through design, a proposition for an alternative housing model is proposed. The specific formal and social situation of the building stock under examination form a point of departure alongside recent trends in alternative dwelling arrangements. The point is made that there is a vital role for the place of design in the housing market as a way to shape and redefine statistical analysis of living styles and standards. The design case study is an example of a specific proposition which, rather than being a replicable typology, is an example of the kinds of choices that should be available to suit current demographic changes and social desires.

The fundamental objective of the negotiations on agriculture that are taking place in the Doha Round is to establish a new set of rules, which will correct current distortions and prevent future distortions in international markets for agricultural products while taking into account non-trade concerns and special and differential treatment. A summary of the chronology of the very slow progress to date in the negotiations is provided. This rate of progress is explained through considering the weights the different groups of governments are giving to removing trade distortions, on the one hand, and to non-trade concerns and special and differential treatment, on the other. Some results from the economic theory of distortions and welfare are used to explain the conditions under which the twin pursuits of non-trade concerns domestically and fairness internationally are compatible. These results are contrasted with the realities of the current negotiations on the agriculture component of the ‘July 2004 package’.
