This study aims to identify the effect of competence, motivation and work experience on the work productivity of lecturers at the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics, Hamzanwadi University, East Lombok, either partially or simultaneously. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational method to ascertain whether there is a bond between 2 or more variables. The population, all lecturers of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Economics, totaling 32 lecturers. The sampling method utilizes saturated sampling method. Information analysis procedures use descriptive information, information analysis prerequisite test, hypothesis testing. Information analysis of the influence of competence, motivation and work experience on lecturers' work productivity is processed using SPSS16. 0 for windows. The results of the t-test research show that each independent variable, namely competence and work motivation, partially affects positively and significantly, whereas work experience partially does not affect work productivity. The results of the F test research 70% of work productivity is influenced by aspects of competence, motivation and work experience, on the other hand the remaining 30% is described or predicted by other aspects outside the three aspects and other models outside the model. The conclusion is partially that the competence variable is more influential than the motivation and work experience variables on work productivity, but simultaneously the competence, motivation and work experience variables affect the lecturer's work productivity Keywords: Work Productivity, Work Motivation, Work Experience

This study aims to empirically examine the role of hard work and smart work through work motivation in improving the performance of insurance agents PT. Prudential Life Assurance Surabaya, this analysis uses an independent variable that is the variable of hard work, smart work and work motivation. For the dependent variable is the performance of the sample of this study is the insurance agent PT. Prudential Life Assurance Surabaya Titans Surabaya office unit. The sample is done by random sampling method. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires directly to insurance agents as many as 91 respondents. The statistical method uses multiple linear analysis, by testing the hypothesis R test, t test and f test. the results of this study indicate that hard work, smart work and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of insurance agents, and the most dominant influence is an indirect relationship with the performance of insurance agents.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of incentives on employee performance in the ammonia operations department 1 B PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang. This research was conducted at PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang with a research sample of 55 employees in the ammonia operation section 1 B PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang. The sampling method uses saturated sampling where the entire population is used as the research sample. Data retrieval of this research was conducted at the Department of Manpower PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya  Palembang. The results of quantitative research show the magnitude of the effect of training on the performance of employees of the ammonia operations department 1 B PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang amounted to 20.2% and the remaining 79.8% explained other factors outside the variables studied in this study, including ability and expertise, knowledge, work design, personality, work motivation, leadership, leadership style, organizational culture, work environment, job satisfaction, loyalty, commitment and work discipline, also affect the performance of employees of the ammonia operations department 1 B PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of independence, professional expertise, work motivation, work experience and level of education on the performance of cooperative supervisors in Klungkung District. This research was carried out in all cooperatives in Klungkung District. The population is 126 supervisors. The number of samples taken was 66 supervisors with a purposive sampling method. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that independence, professional expertise, work motivation, work experience and education level simultaneously had a positive effect on supervisor performance. Partially that independence, professional expertise, work motivation, work experience and level of education also influence the performance of supervisors. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Minimum statutory reserve, BIRate, and Inflation towards Loan to Deposit Ratio. Population in this research used JointVenture Bank in Indonesian Banking Directory during period 2013 through 2017.Purposive sampling method were used as samples determining method and 14 bankselected as the sample of the research. This type of research is descriptive quantitative.Presentation and analysis of research data using descriptive statistical analysis, paneldata regression models, data estimation methods namely Chow Test, classicalassumption analysis using normality test, multicollinearity test and hypothesis test. Thisresult of research show that variable GWM have positive and not significant influence toLDR. Variable BI Rate have negative significant influence to LDR. And variable inflationhave positive significant influence to LDR. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 89%compared to the independent variable on the variable Loan to Deposit Ratio in 2013-2017. While 4% is contributed by other factors.

One concept to maintain corporate image is employee performance. A concept that seeks to create a good and reliable Human Resources within the company to achieve the goals of the company itself. When the company has committed to maintain employee performance improvement will encourage companies to pay attention to the level of work discipline experienced by employees and the provision of proper work motivation to see the level of job satisfaction of each employee will make employees feel more eager in completing the work. The population of this study were non-permanent employees of Hotel ASTON Jember and the sample was set by 50 respondents. The variables analyzed in this research are work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The sampling method used is simple random Sampling in which all permanent employees have the opportunity to be sampled in this study. This type of research is an explanatory research.Research is a study that tries to explain a subject matter and there is a hypothesis testing and perform  analysis  of  data  obtained.  Methods  of  data  analysis  using  Multiple  Linear Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that discipline, motivation and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on performance Employees at Hotel ASTON Jember and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Hotel ASTON Jember's employees. Introduction. This paper focuses on competence, motivation, performance and work experience of librarians in Badung Regency Library. The paper aims to examine the role of moderation work in the library. Methodology. A quantitative descriptive was applied using total sampling as the sampling technique. There were 39 librarians in this study from schools, universities and district areas. Questionnaires, observations and interviews were used as data collection methods. Data Analysis. Data analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Results and Discussion. The results showed that working experience did not moderate positively and there was no significant relationship between competence and work motivation on librarian performance. Aspects related to competency, motivation and performance of the librarians need to be increased, particularly, English skills and academic in the field of librarianship. Conclusion. Work experience does not affect competency and work motivation on the performance of the librarians so that the library management needs to re-evaluate the competency of the librarian.

The development of informal sector in many cities in Indonesia, interests many scholars to analyse it. This research tries to describe and analyse the phenomena of under employment and gender discrimination in the informal sector at Surakarta. The research aims is to analyse the effects of education level, work experience and gender to productivity. The measurement of productivity uses level of income. This research tries to test the model proposed by Mincer (1974) and Jones (2001). The model contains of four variables, they are level of education, work experience and gender as the independent variable, while level of income is the dependent variable. To test our hypotheses we use double log econometric models.The setting of this research is micro retail entrepreneur or in Indonesia they called PKL. PKL, which become our respondents are those who locate in three PKL centre in Surakarta. Their location at around Monument 45, Manahan Stadium and Kotta Barat field. Our sampling method is purposive-sampling method and we interviewed 100 respondents to complete the data. The result shows that there are no positive correlation between level of education and gender to level of income. While work experience seems to have a positive effect to level of income. It concludes that there is a under employment phenomena in informal sector at Surakarta. While the hypotheses which said that there are gender discrimination is not supported.

The objective to be achieved through this research is to find out the differences in productivity of daily batik workers and loose batik workers. In addition, it is also to find out whether there are differences in work motivation, work experience between daily batik and loose batik in Kampoeng Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The method used is a comparative descriptive method. The population in this study amounted to 665 batik and the sample used amounted to 100 people, where the sampling technique uses purposive sampling and convenience sampling techniques. The data used are secondary data and primary data with data collection techniques of observation, questionnaires, interviews. documentation and study of literature. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Independent T-test. Based on the results of research and discussion shows there are significant differences in work productivity between daily batik and loose batik, there are differences in work motivation and work experience of daily batik and loose batik. To increase profits for companies, a highly motivated workforce is needed, profit will increase if supported by good work productivity of workers. The achievement of these objectives depends on the policies adopted by the company. But on the other hand, the work productivity of workers decreases, this is due to low work motivation and the relative compensation of only enough for the basic needs of the lives of workers, this results in targeted production not being achieved according to targets set by the company, as for the goals. This study aims to determine (1) compensation provided by PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, (2) motivation of workers at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, (3) work productivity at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, and (4) the effect of compensation and motivation both jointly and individually on work productivity at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung. The method used is descriptive and expansive survey method of the analysis unit of the workers of PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung. Sampling using a random sampling method and simple with a sample of (n) 85 workers. The type of investigation into this study is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional and the analytical method used is frequency distribution and path analysis. The findings of this study are compensation and motivation both jointly and individually influencing work productivity workers at PT. Necis Indah Cemerlang Bandung, but partially dominant motivation affects work productivity rather than compensation

This study aims to see and analysis the influence of leadership on and job satisfaction, as well as to measure the role of communication as a mediating variable for the influence of leadership on job satisfaction in a villa business in Bali. The population of this research is all employees who work in the villa business in Bali. This study collected data using a questionnaire with accidental sampling method involving 109 employees at a villa business in Bali as respondents. To determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable and the role of the mediating variable, this study analyzed the data using a path analysis approach with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 21 program. Meanwhile, to measure the role of the mediating variable using the variance accounted for (VAF) method. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant effect on communication and job satisfaction, communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and communication is proven to be a partial mediator of the influence of leadership on employee job satisfaction in the villa business in Bali
