The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of private madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) in rural areas in organizing the tahfiz al-qur'an program. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Board of Teachers, the Foundation. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview processes and direct documentation is analyzed. The results of the study, it is very important to plan all components of the school in the success of the madrasa superior program, starting from student planning, curriculum, educators and education personnel, finance, and public relations, in planning activities can involve the community as an important element to support the progress of madrasas. Then the role of people's representatives can be used as a relationship or good relationship in advancing Madrasas. In conclusion, Madrasah Ibtidiayah Giriyoso has prepared supporting facilities such as the tahfiz cottage in front of the class, educators and education staff who are fluent and memorized the Koran, the curriculum listed in the learning implementation plan, then establish good relations with the community, especially in supporting school programs. Government Public Relations could serve as a means or channel of government agencies in running relationship with the press, including the Local Government of Bengkulu province. This study aimed to see at how public relations play this role. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative method in which the data collection was conducted by semi- structured interviews to research subjects. It’s possible for researchers to develop questions appropriate to the situation and condition so it was possible to get complete data. From the research, the role of PR in the Bengkulu Provincial Government ran good relationship with the press. The good role of the public relations could be demonstrated by the implementation of most of the series of activities such as: building and maintaining a good relationship with the press, served and understood the media, press interviews, broadcast rebuttal, filling out the important public section in the press, and documentation.Keywords : Public Relation Role, Mass Media Relation

AbstrakPendidikan merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia pada umumnya. Pendidikan mampu memberantas suatu kebodohan dan juga mampu menjunjung martabat manusia sebagi makhluk yang dianugerahi sebuah akal yang sehat serta fisik yang sempurna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa program studi PPKN dalam mengikuti praktik pemahaman hukum di Pengadilan Negeri Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Subjek  penelitian yaitu mahasiswa program studi P PPKN semester lima.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang analisis permasalahan mahasiswa program studi PPKN dalam mengikuti praktik pemahaman hukum di pengadilan  negeri Bojonegoroadalah kurang lengkapnya pembekalan, informasi yang kurang jelas terkait waktu pelaksanaan, Penyusunan proposal praktik pemahaman hukum,tetap aktif meski ditengah pandemi covid-19, peran dosen pembimbing yang kurang maksimal, jarak tempuh yang jauh, penyusunan laporan praktik pemahaman hukum. Kata kunci : mahasiswa,praktik, hukumAbstract Education is one of very important parts of human life in general. Education is able to eradicate ignorance and it’s also able to uphold human dignity as a creature that is endowed with a healthy mind and perfect physical. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems faced by civic study program students in following the practice of lawunderstanding in the Bojonegoro District Court. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were students of the fifth semester of civicstudy program. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using an interactive model. Based on the results of research on the problemsanalysis of civic study program students in following the practice of lawunderstanding in the Bojonegorodistrict court is incomplete debriefing, unclear information related to the time of implementation,proposal preparation for law understanding practices, remained active although in the middle of covid-19pandemics, less role of the supervisor, long distance traveled, compilation of law understanding practice reports. Keywords: students, practice, law

School and community are two inseparable things. The community needs schools to educate their children, while schools need the community to support their vision and mission. Therefore the management of school relations with the community (public relations) is an effort of the school to increase good cooperation between schools and the community. This study aims to analyze the implementation of public relations management in schools in increasing the role of school committees. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a type of case study. The results showed that public relations management carried out by schools properly,could increase the role of school committees. The optimal role of the school committee can be to increase effective communication between the school and the guardians of students and can support the implementation of school programs so that educational goals will be easier to achieve.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. These include stimulating, selecting the growth and development of teachers' positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials and teaching methods, and evaluating teaching. Educational supervision has very important goals and benefits. <p>Entrepreneurship is very important to instill independence in the younger generation. There are a number of things that have an important influence on a child's soul, including family, school and the environment. The role of the family, especially mothers as early educators who put the most important foundation for the growth of the personality and maturity of children's thinking. There are several research focuses that exist in, among others, (1) to know parents in instilling entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang. (2) to knowing the form or result of the cultivation of entrepreneurial education values in the central tempe chips industry in Sanan, Malang (3) to knowing the obstacles in cultivating entrepreneurial education values in the Tempe chips industry center in Sanan, Malang. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of research of community phenomena because researchers take data directly in the field. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, and data presentation. The conclusion of this study is the role of parents in instilling entrepreneurial values is to guide and support the activities of their children in the field of entrepreneurship. The results have been well implemented through habituation. The obstacle in implementing entrepreneurship for children is the lack of parental trust so that it is difficult to teach entrepreneurship, it is difficult to determine which products are sold because they are too expensive, and the difficulty of the child to divide time.</p><p class="CPKeyword"><em><strong>Keywords: the role of parents; entrepreneurship</strong></em></p>

Indonesia Manajemen hubungan masyarakat adalah sebuah fungsi manajemen yang didalamnya meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengorganisasian dan evaluasi terhadap hubungan masyarakat. Hubungan masyarakat sangat penting keberadaannya didalam suatu organisasi. Dengan adanya manajemen yang baik maka humas di perguruan tinggi akan terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini menfokuskan pada dua hal yaitu; 1) Bagaimana fungsi manajemen humas dalam menarik minat masyarakat di IAIN Madura, 2) Bagaimana pola komunikasi humas di IAIN Madura, 3) Bagaimana respon stakeholders terhadap humas di IAIN Madura. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang dilakukan di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, redusi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui meningkatkan ketekunan dan Member check. Hasil penelitian ini; 1. Fungsi manajemen hubungan masyarakat dalam menarik minat masyarakat. (a) perencanaan meliputi, perencanaan fisik, perencanaan fungsional, perencanaan secara luas, dan perencanaan dikombinasikan, (b) pengorganisasian humas dibagi sesuai dengan tupoksi, (c) pelaksanaan hubungan masyarakat, melakukan kerjasama dengan pihak internal dan eksternal kampus, malakukan promosi melalui media massa dan menggunakan peran alumni, (d) evaluasi hubungan masyarakat dilakukan disetiap akhir kegiatan. 2. Pola komunikasi humas, a) internal, melakukan rapat dan musyawarah, b) eksternal, melalui kerjasama, media massa (cetak dan online). 3. Respon stakeholders terhadap humas IAIN Madura, a) respon dosen, b) respon mahasiswa, c) respon tokoh masyarakat. Kata kunci: Manajemen Humas, Minat Masyarakat.   Inggris Public relations management is a management function which includes planning, implementing, organizing and evaluating public relations.  Public relations is very important presence in an organization.  With good management, public relations at universities will be carried out effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study focuses on two things namely;  1) How is the function of public relations management in attracting public interest in IAIN Madura, 2) How is the pattern of public relations communicationIAIN Madura, 3) How is the response of stakeholders to public relations IAIN Madura. This study uses a qualitative approach conducted at the Madura State Islamic Institute.  Data collection techniques using interview, observation, documentation.  Stages of data analysis are performed by presenting data, data reduction, and drawing conclusions.  Checking the validity of the data through increasing perseverance and member checking. The results of this study;  1. The function of public relations management in attracting public interest.  (a) planning includes, physical planning, functional planning, broad planning, and combined planning, (b) organizing public relations is divided according to the main tasks and functions, (c) implementing public relations, collaborating with internal and external campus, conducting promotion through media  mass and using the role of alumni, (d) evaluation of public relations is done at the end of each activity.  2. Public relations communication patterns, a) internal, conducting meetings and deliberations, b) external, through cooperation, mass media (print and online).  3. This article aims to determine the extent of the mathematical connection ability of the linear equations system of two variables in terms of the connection representation and procedural connections. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. This study's subjects were the students of class X MIPA 1 MA P2K Al Hidayah Lajukidul, which numbered 24 students. However, only six subjects were taken based on the level of mathematical connection ability high, medium, and low that had been selected by mathematics subject teachers based on students' ability to solve math story problems. The research instrument consisted of tests and interview questions. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman include data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study results showed that in question no. 1, all research subjects can represent connections and procedural connections, students can write mathematical symbols and answer questions using formulas correctly. In problem no.2, only the subject of high mathematical connection ability can connect representation and procedural connections. The other subject is not quite right in writing mathematical symbols. In question no.3, only subjects with low mathematical connection ability do not have representation and procedural connection skills; students only write what is known but is incomplete. In conclusion, the two-variable linear equation system's mathematical connection ability in terms of the connection representation and procedural connections are not evenly distributed.   Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana kemampuan koneksi matematis materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel ditinjau dari koneksi representasi dan koneksi prosedural. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 1 MA P2K Al Hidayah Lajukidul yang berjumlah 24 siswa tetapi hanya diambil 6 subjek berdasarkan tingkat kemampuan koneksi matematis tinggi, sedang, dan rendah yang telah dipilih oleh guru mata pelajaran matematika berdasarkan kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita matematika. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari soal tes dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada soal  no. 1 semua subjek penelitian mempunyai kemampuan koneksi representasi dan koneksi prosedural, siswa mampu menuliskan simbol matematika dan menjawab soal menggunakan rumus dengan benar. Pada soal no.2 hanya subjek kemampuan koneksi matematis tinggi yang mempunyai kemampuan koneksi representasi dan koneksi prosedural, subjek yang lain kurang tepat dalam menuliskan simbol matematika. Pada soal no.3 hanya subjek kemampuan koneksi matematis rendah yang belum mempunyai kemampuan koneksi representasi dan prosedural, siswa hanya menuliskan apa yang diketahui tetapi tidak lengkap. Kesimpulannya kemampuan koneksi matematis materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel ditinjau dari koneksi representasi dan koneksi prosedural belum merata.

Public relations plays essential roles in communicating and building image of tourist destinations in order to attract a significant number of tourists. Starting from this consideration, this research investigates the role of hotel public relations practitioners in communicating Yogyakarta as the tourist destination. The growth of tourists arriving in Yogyakarta cannot be separated from the role of hotel public relations practitioners in communicating Yogyakarta as the great place to visit. This research employed descriptive qualitative approach. The data was gathered by conducting interviews with three hotel public relations practitioners in Yogyakarta who have experienced in this field at least one year. Based on activities they did to communicate Yogyakarta as the tourist destination, it can be categorised that hotel public relations practitioners in Yogyakarta play communication technician role by using the beautiful and unique cultures and landmarks as backgrounds to communicate their hotels to tourists, using both conventional and new media to strengthen the image of Yogyakarta.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir Di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian lapangan (<em>field research</em>) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pnggalilian data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian guru BK, peserta didik dan orang tua siswa kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanaan bimbingan pribadi sosial dalam mengembangkan keterampilan sosial siswa terisolir di SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu 1) Persiapan meliputi menentukan personil, alat assessment dan identifikasi siswa juga kategori siswa terisolir 2) Pelaksanaan meliputi menyusun program dan implementasi program penanganan 3) Evaluasi hasil pelaksanaan dan 4) Tindak lanjut hasil pelaksanaan.<br /><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> Pribadi Sosial, Keterampilan Sosial, Terisolir<br />Abstract<br /><strong>Implementation of Social Personal Guidance in Developing the Social Skills of Isolated Students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan</strong><strong>.  </strong>This study aims to observe the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students in SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection method uses interviews, observations and documentation with the BK teacher's research subjects, students and parents of students then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of social personal guidance in developing social skills of isolated students at SMP Negeri 5 Banguntapan was carried out in several stages, namely 1) Preparation includes determining personnel, assessment tools and student identification as well as the category of isolated students 2) Implementation includes arranging programs and implementing handling programs 3) Evaluation of results of implementation and 4) Follow-up of results of implementation.<br /><strong>Keywords:</strong>Social Personal, Social Skills, Isolated<p class="06IsiAbstrak"> </p>
