School and community are two inseparable things. The community needs schools to educate their children, while schools need the community to support their vision and mission. Therefore the management of school relations with the community (public relations) is an effort of the school to increase good cooperation between schools and the community. This study aims to analyze the implementation of public relations management in schools in increasing the role of school committees. This research uses a qualitative approach, with a type of case study. The results showed that public relations management carried out by schools properly,could increase the role of school committees. The optimal role of the school committee can be to increase effective communication between the school and the guardians of students and can support the implementation of school programs so that educational goals will be easier to achieve.

The school committee is a partner of the principal who has a role as a giver of consideration, as a supporter, as a supervisor, and as a mediator. All of these roles cannot stand alone but have a relationship between one role and another. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach. The purpose of the article is to find out activities related to the objectives of the research. The subjects in this study were school committees, principals, teachers, and students' guardians. The results of the article are that the condition of facilities and infrastructure at the Karang Jaya 1 public elementary school is generally adequate, although there is still a shortage of supporting media such as projectors, the teaching and learning process is still not available.

In principle, the government's efforts to continue to advance education is as a part of 12 years educational development in Berangas village, East Pulau Laut district of Kotabaru regency. By requiring children to study up to 12 years, it is hoped that they will be able to find out what steps should be taken to implement totally. The approach used in this study was a qualitative approach with a case study. Sources of data were parents, students, principals, teachers and school committee as well as documents relating to the school and Berangas village. The results revealed that: (1) The role of 12 years education in Berangas village, East Pulau Laut district of Kotabaru regency, clarifies that this policy is made to develop education and improve the human quality in Indonesia, (2) the parents’ role in 12 years educationin Berangas village, East Pulau Laut district of Kotabaru regency finds a lot of advantages and disadvantages. It can be viewed from educational equity and completion of 12 years education, (3) The impact of free education can be measured by several variables including the completion of 12 years education in Berangas village, as well as schools’ quality improvement and the extent of the increasing participation of children to education, (4) The constraints of 12 years education in Berangas village did not run well; therefore, this policy has an impact on the achievement of 12 years education.Keywords: Parents’ Role, Children Participation

This research raises the problem of how the school Committee functions in the Development and implementation of school programs at SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh. This research aims to describe the function of the school committee in the Development and implementation of school programs in SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh. The subject of this study is a school committee administrator who is directly involved in management. The number of research subjects is as many as 22 people. The method used is an analytical description method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by non-test techniques in the form of poll and data processing in the form of percentage calculations. The research results that the school Committee plays a role in determining school policies. The role of the school Committee is limited to receiving reports from the school principal. The school committee was poorly involved in taking the school's policies. The school committee is only involved when raising funds from the community. The conclusion of the research is the function of the school committee in the Development and implementation of the school program at SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh is still small. The involvement of school committees in the development and implementation of school programs in SD Negeri 19 Banda Aceh is only 36.37%. The school committee will be fully functional involved by the school if it has to do with the school's luminescence that requires community assistance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of private madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) in rural areas in organizing the tahfiz al-qur'an program. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Board of Teachers, the Foundation. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview processes and direct documentation is analyzed. The results of the study, it is very important to plan all components of the school in the success of the madrasa superior program, starting from student planning, curriculum, educators and education personnel, finance, and public relations, in planning activities can involve the community as an important element to support the progress of madrasas. Then the role of people's representatives can be used as a relationship or good relationship in advancing Madrasas. In conclusion, Madrasah Ibtidiayah Giriyoso has prepared supporting facilities such as the tahfiz cottage in front of the class, educators and education staff who are fluent and memorized the Koran, the curriculum listed in the learning implementation plan, then establish good relations with the community, especially in supporting school programs. The role of foster care in the pesantren is a solution for the pesantren in optimizing all work programs and activities of the pesantren, especially in online learning that is carried out in the pesantren. This study is more focused on the guardianship system of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students under the age of 11 who carry out online learning in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study at the Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, especially in the Fathimatuzzahro area. The results showed that in online learning carried out in Islamic boarding schools, foster caregivers have several roles that help make online learning more effective. First, the foster caregivers act as badals of the parents of their foster children. Second, the foster caregivers act as badal for the teacher/teacher of their foster children. Third, foster caregivers act as facilitators for their foster children. Fourth, foster caregivers become uswah for students who become their foster children. It is hoped that this will help the pesantren to streamline and maximize online learning at the pesantren to achieve the educational goals expected by all parties.

Abstrak- In general, this study aims to determine and analyze the role of supervision in an education. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Supervision comes from the word super and vision, which means to see and review from above or view and assess from above, which is carried out by superiors on the activities, creativity and performance of subordinates. In terms of terms, in Carter's Good Dictionary Education, supervision is all the efforts of school officials in leading teachers and other education personnel to improve teaching. These include stimulating, selecting the growth and development of teachers' positions, selecting and revising educational goals, teaching materials and teaching methods, and evaluating teaching. Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Barat dan Banten merupakan perusahaan atau instansi yang melaksanakan Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal, kegiatan informal tersebut dilakukan oleh Unit Seksi Humas dan Protokoler pada Bidang Ekspert Madya Komunikasi dan Pelaporan. Peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menetahui bagaimana gambaran impelementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani. Paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konstruktivisme yang bertujuan untuk memaknai makna-makna yang diungkapkan informan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian secara utuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus, karena penulis ingin mengetahi aspek “how” dan “why”yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik setiap manusia dengan cara berinteraksi secara langsung dan mendalam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut menggunakan konsep POAC yaitu perencanaan (Planning), pengorganisasian (Organizing), pelaksanaan (Actuating), dan pengawasan (Controling), sehingga dalam kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani menerapkan atau mengimplementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal tersebut dengan sebaik mungkin. Implementasi yang tercipta di Perum Perhutani dapat menciptakan kenyamanan, merasa dihargai dalam melaksanakan setiap pekerjaan, sehingga dapat dipahami pula bahwa implementasi Human Relations melalui kegiatan informal di Perum Perhutani telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga dapat menciptakan serta meningkatan produktivitas dalam bekerja. Perum Perhutani Regional Division of West Java and Banten is a company or agency that carries out Human Relations through informal activities, informal activities are carred out by the Public Relations and protocol section unit in the field of experts in intermediate communication and reporting. Researchers are interested in doing this research with the aim to find out how the descripyion of Human Relations implementation through informal activities in Perhutani Public Division West Java and Banten Regional Division through the concept of POAC from planning, organizing, implementing to monitoring (controlling) the activity. The paradigm used in this study is contructivism which aims to interpret the meanings expressed by informants. The approach used is a qualitative approach that aims to understand the phenomenon experienced by the research subject in its entirety. The method used in this study is a case study, because the author wants to know the “how” and “why” aspects that aim to find out the caracteristics of each human being by interacting directly and deeply. Based on the results of the study showed that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activities using the consept of POAC namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling, so that in informal activities in the Perhutani public corporate to implement Human Relations throught informal activites as well as possibl. The implementation created in Perum Perhutani can create comfort, feel valued in carrying out every job, so that it can be understood also that the implementation of Human Relations throught informal activites in Perum Perhutani has been carried out properly so as to create and improve productivity in work.

Pesantren, the Islamic boarding school, is the oldest Islamic education in Indonesia and is constantly undergoing changes from time to time. This research uses the qualitative approach. This study aims to describe the application of the heutagogy method in the growth of pesantren education. The results of this study indicate that the Al-Luqmaniyyah salaf Boarding School has already applied the heutagogy learning method, it means that pesantren education precedes the Westerners in terms of its utilization. Through the study and discussion of Kitab Kuning (yellow-colored textbooks about Islamic knowledge), students determine their systems, study materials, and problems to find a solution. Sources of learning for students are not only limited by the Kitab Kuning, but students can also have access through the internet, online books and applications with trusted sources. PSDS is responsible for managing the talents and interests of the santri (a term used in Pesantren to call an apprentice), as well as training santri skills by making films, recording, creativity, writing, making advertisements, making interesting contents on social media. LP2M Al-Luqmaniyyah with its various divisions is required to channel and facilitate what the community needs from the students as they can also learn from the community it self. This paper departs from the issue of the hidden curriculum that occurred during the last 10 years. Hidden curriculum is the practice of school education that contributes to education. Previous studies discuss the role of the state, the role of the school and the teacher's role in the practice of hidden curriculum separately.While in this paper, the researchers wanted to demonstrate the practice of hidden curriculum in a comprehensive manner by using thought Henry Giroux. This research is a case study with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted in 2019 by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documents. The findings in this study (1) there is a contestation of values ​​due to differences in ideology trustees and teachers that are implemented in the practice of hidden curriculum, (2) The practice of hidden curriculum is done by the board of trustees behind the development of a formal curriculum, and carried out by the teacher to maintain the old identity through daily practices, (3) impacted on the delay on student achievement, because it is generally the practice of hidden curriculum support the practice of the formal curriculum, but the opposite what happened.. advice in this study is need to agree and trust between the board of trustees and school teachers in order to get maximum achievement.
