his study aims to produce a teaching material based on the scientific approach that is valid, practical, and effective and can increase creativity in biology learning in high school class X. The method used in this development is the 4-D Model (Four D Model) development model, which consists of four stages are: define, design, develop, and spread (disseminate). Development research is a research method for developing products and improving products. The defining stage is carried out by the determination of learning conditions by analyzing competency standards and boundaries of the subject matter that will be taught by the teacher based on the 2013 curriculum content standards. The planning stage for the preparation of instruments needed in this study and the design of prototype teaching materials. Development stage 1) expert appraisal followed by revision, and 2) development trials limited to students (developmental testing). Stage of dissemination (disseminate) by publishing teaching material that has been developed in the form of a journal. The ability of students has increased, this can be seen from the percentage of classical completeness of students in the first trial of 36%, and the percentage of classical completeness of students in the second trial was 83%. In other words an increase in the biological representation of students in the ecosystem material from the first trial to the second trial increased. Keywords: Development, Teaching Materials, Creativity

AbstrakPenelitian ini berdasarkan pengembangan bahan ajar yang digunakan untuk pelatihan membatik pada program PPPUD UNP 2019, dengan judul “Pengembangan Kerajinan Batik Berbasis Budaya Lokal di Kabupaten Agam Sumatera Barat, Menuju Pasar Global”. Hal ini dilaksanakan,  seiring dengan usaha pemerintah daerah yang mendorong industri batik tumbuh dan berkembang di Sumatera Barat, salah satunya adalah UMKM Batik Minang Alam Takambang yang berlokasi di Nagari Batu Palano Kec. Sungai Puar Kab. Agam, Propinsi Sumatera Barat yang menjadi mitra dalam PPPUD UNP. Sebagai unggulan daerah UMKM Batik Minang Alam Takambang harus didorong untuk dapat berkembang sama dengan batik lainnya yang telah dahulu maju di pulau Jawa. Metode dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar ini adalah Research and Development dengan model penelitian 4D  yang terdiri dari tahap pendefinisian, tahap perencanaan, tahap pengembangan dan tahap penyebaran. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan  dianggap telah dapat  digunakan oleh peserta pelatihan membatik dalam proses belajar, berdasarkan hasil penelitian data uji validitas dan praktikalitas, dengan hasil 83,35% kategori sangat valid. Sedangkan data uji praktikalitas dengan hasil 85,89% kategori sangat praktis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar batik tulis layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata kuliah analisis tekstil.Kata Kunci: bahan ajar, pelatihan, membatik, budaya lokal.AbstractThis research is based on the development of teaching materials used for batik training in the 2019 PPP UNP PPPUD program, entitled "Development of Local Culture-Based Batik Crafts in Agam Regency, West Sumatra, Towards a Global Market". This was carried out, along with the efforts of the local government to encourage the batik industry to grow and develop in West Sumatra, one of which was the Minangkabau Batik Minang Alam Takambang located in Nagari Batu Palano Kec. Sungai Puar Kab. Agam, West Sumatra Province which is a partner in PPPUD UNP. As the pre-eminent regional SME Batik Minang Alam Takambang should be encouraged to be able to develop together with other batik that had previously advanced on the island of Java. The method in developing this teaching material is Research and Development with the 4D research model consisting of the defining stage, the planning stage, the development stage and the deployment stage. Teaching material developed is considered to be able to be used by batik training participants in the learning process, based on the results of the validity and practicality test data, with the results of 83.35% the category is very valid. While the practicality test data with the results of 85.89% is very practical category. It can be concluded that the written batik teaching material is fit to be used as a learning medium in textile analysis courses.Keywords: teaching materials, training, batik, local culture.

Industrial revolution 4.0 or also known as the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). In facing the 4.0 revolution, someone must have skills, these skills are known as the 4Cs of 21st century learning, namely: communication, collaboration, critical thinking and problem solving, as well as creativity and innovation. These skills can penetrate the teaching and learning process, namely using teaching materials. Teaching materials that are often used are student worksheets. 4C skills can improve the activities that are on student worksheets. This study aims to determine and define the requirements needed in learning with content competence (KI), basic competence (KD), and learning materials according to the 2013 curriculum content standards. This type of research is a four-D model development research, but in This research only reaches the define stage. The subjects of this study were 60 students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Batusangkar. The results showed that developing student worksheets (LKPD) oriented 4C skills in class X semester 1 subjects.

The research objective was to develop thematic teaching materials based on Problem Based Learning in the two sub-theme of the diversity of living things in grade IV elementary schools. The development of teaching materials is motivated by the need for learning that can improve students' ability in problem solving, the ability to think critically, and foster curiosity. This type of research is development research (research and development). The development model used is the 4-D model which consists of the stages of defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The define stage will carry out an analysis of the curriculum, student analysis and needs analysis. The design stage is carried out by designing the lesson plans and teaching materials. The development stage is carried out by testing the validity, practicality and effectiveness test. The disseminate stage cannot be carried out because of the covid pandemic 19. The results of the research at the design stage obtained RPP and teaching materials designed by following PBL steps. The development stage based on the validity test of teaching materials is categorized as valid. At the effectiveness stage, the results showed that the teaching materials were effective so that they were easy to use by fourth grade students of SDN 03 Muaro. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the thematic learning tools based on Problem Based Learning on the sub-theme of the Diversity of Living Things for grade IV SD that have been produced can be declared valid, practical and effective.

Abstract.The research model used is Research and Development (R & D) which aims to produce flipbook-based electronic teaching materials that are integrated with valid curriculum and content standards. The subjects of this study were 2 persons biology teacher, and thirty-one students in class XI SMA 3 Makassar. This research was carried out by using the modification of the ADDIE development model which consisted of the stages of Analyze, Design, Dvevelopment, Implementation, and Evaluation. The data collected is data on the results of the flipbook-based electronic teaching material validation obtained from media and material expert validation questionnaires, the practicality obtained from the questionnaire tested through students and teachers, and the results of effectiveness obtained from the metacognitive awareness questionnaire and test results filled by students of class XI MIA 1 SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. Data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Flipbook-based electronic teaching materials. developed has several components such as learning material, animation and learning videos, pictures, practice questions, and evaluation questions. The results of the study show that the average value of the total validity of flipbook-based electronic teaching materials as a whole is in the very valid category (4.59). The overall student response is in a very practical category (4.14). Teacher response is in a very practical category (4.28). The overall metacognition awareness of students is in the good category (3.97). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the flipbook-based electronic teaching material for class XI high school studied has a high level of validity.Keywords:learning materials, e-books, metacognitive, development.

Abstract: Teaching material is an important learning element, it gets the attention of the teacher so that students can learn the things needed to achieve learning goals. This analysis aims to determine the suitability of class IV thematic textbooks with the Ministry of Education and Culture regulation Number 21 of 2016, the scope of social studies material. The suitability of textbooks with the characteristics of students and the literacy contained therein. The results of the analysis show: 1) Based on the content standards contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 21 of 2016, Class IV Thematic textbooks published by the Ministry of Education and Culture have met the predetermined standards. 2) it is in accordance with the development of students both in terms of material presentation, writing and image portions in the textbook. 3) there is no HOTS in the whole learning theme. 4) and there is financial literacy, culture and citizenship and character education. This study aims to develop a value-based teaching material for Citizenship Education (PKn) together with the local wisdom of the Minangkabau community to build the national character of the fifth grade students of Elementary School. The research conducted is research and development with the ADDIE research model which is an acronym in English from the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. By participating in the development stage of the ADDIE model, teaching material development is carried out by combining the values of togetherness found in the local wisdom of the Minangkabau community in a single unit of learning material. Data obtained from the validation of teaching materials, classroom learning practices, and the effectiveness of learning from student learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that the development of Pkn teaching materials based on the values of togetherness of the Minangkabau community has been successfully carried out based on data on the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of teaching materials in learning in Class V of Elementary School.Keywords: Development Research, Minangkabau, PKn, SD Togetherness Value.

Learning media is one of the supporting facilities in teaching and learning activities. In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, online-based learning media is very necessary. The lack of teacher ability in using interactive learning media makes online learning even more boring, especially in learning to write poetry. The articulate storyline is one software that can produce more interesting learning media. Using many features can produce learning media that are more varied, innovative, and easy to use. The research method used is RND, which has ten research steps that the researchers then simplified into four main steps, namely the research and data collection stage, the planning stage, the product development stage, and the validation and testing stage. Media development results are a product of a poem made by class X students at SMA Negeri 2 Sukabumi. The product was produced after learning poetry material using online interactive learning media. Three validators assessed the media feasibility level. The material validator is given a feasibility value of 82%, the medium validator is given a value of 80%, and the Indonesian language learning validator is given 84%. Meanwhile, 89% of students responded "Ya" in student responses, and 11% of students responded "Tidak". Based on the validator's assessment results, the media was considered very feasible to be used in schools and received a positive response from students.

The most significant concern in teaching mathematical concepts is developing and improving mathematical communication skills. However, the reality reveals that communication skills possessed by students are still relatively low. This causes students’ difficulty in understanding the material, solving problems, and conveying mathematical ideas both in oral or written form. Furthermore, students’ teaching material is not adequate to support the expected learning goals. It creates students’ difficulty in understanding the materials and it doesn’t integrate mathematical communication skills. This study aims to develop teaching materials in the form of mathematics module based on reciprocal teaching to improve students' mathematical communication skills. This is a research development that employs Four-D model. Subjects of the study are the teachers and the seventh grade Junior High School. In collecting the data, the researchers employ observation, interviews, questionnaires, and mathematical communication skills test. The results show that teaching material in the form of module that is assessed by experts has reached excellent criteria in terms of material and media. The module is also practically used by students and teachers in the learning process. It means, module based on reciprocal teaching can improve students' mathematical communication skills

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This development research aims to produce teaching material of writing for beginner students of BIPA. The development procedure is carried out by the stages of goal setting, designing, developing and disseminating the product. The development procedure was adapted from Thiagarajan's four-D Models. The results of the development indicated that three aspects were described, namely (1) the content of teaching materials; (2) language; and (3) the presentation based on the results of the validation test in accordance with BIPA experts and BIPA practitioners in the use of products, it can be concluded that writing teaching materials for beginner students of BIPA are feasible to be used.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong><em> </em>Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar menulis bagi pelajar BIPA tingkat pemula. Prosedur pengembangan dilakukan dengan tahapan penetapan tujuan, perancangan, pengembangan, dan diseminasi produk. Prosedur pengembangan tersebut diadaptasi dari <em>four-D Model.</em>  Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa tiga aspek yang digambarkan, yaitu (1) isi bahan ajar; (2) kebahasaan; (3) penyajian berdasarkan hasil uji validasi pakar BIPA dan praktisi BIPA dalam penggunaan produk dapat disimpulkan bahan ajar menulis untuk pelajar BIPA tingkat pula ini layak digunakan.

This research is motivated by the limited material in printed books, the book is distributed to students one book for two people and distributed when the learning process is only in school, this makes the learning process very ineffective, for that students need additional teaching materials, especially reproductive system material at school. contraceptive method sub material in the family planning (KB) program. Research conducted in February 2020 aims to produce valid teaching materials for the reproductive system of SMA / MA. The method used in this research is the 4-D model method. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive method. The instrument used in this study was a validity test questionnaire, which was conducted by 3 expert validators, namely 2 lecturers and 1 teacher. The results obtained from the validity test showed a validity value of 86, 9% with very valid criteria because it was in accordance with the content standards, basic competencies and core competencies that had been set.
