Indonesia as a multicultural country, has a diversity consisting cultural, ethnic and language. To observe, Yogyakarta is the one of Indonesian province displayed that diversity. Thus Yogyakarta often called as ‘Indonesian miniature’, while the diversity can lead to horizontal conflicts in Yogyakarta. IKPMDI-Y established as a communicative forum to reduce horizontal conflicts. Therefore, in this research, the author observe the role of IKPMDI-Y involved in Yogyakarta Government Policies for building spirit of multiculturalism.The author uses quantitative method case study which use descriptive approach and theory as a research tool. While unit analize is IKPMDI-Y organization, and the research scope in Yogyakarta city.The researcher found the IKPMDI-Y involved in Yogyakarta Government Policie which delivering the spirit of multiculturalism. Where IKPMDI-Y is forum which unify the students/ regional organization from various ethnic groups and languages in Yogyakarta. Therfore IKPMDI-Y leads the active role in realizing the spirit of multiculturalism in Yogyakarta city.

The secret supply of the German Navy during the Second World War has scarcely been studied until now. The goal of this article is to study one of the more active supply areas of the Etappendienst at the beginning of the war, the one known as Etappe Kanaren, as part of the Grossetappe Spanien-Portugal. In this research primary sources from German Naval War Command have been consulted. Among the main conclusions, it should be pointed out, on the one hand, the intense activity to support the Kriegsmarine during the first years of the war, despite the distance from mainland Spain and the British pressure, which finally stopped the supply operations. On the other hand, we have confirmed the active role of the Spanish government in relation to the Etappendienst: Spanish authorities allowed the supply operations, but pressure from the Allies forced the Spanish government to impede these activities.

PK policies in Bogor Regency, to analyze the role of BAZNAS and its potential and to analyze the synergy between local government policies and BAZNAS in the PPK Program. This qualitative research uses the analysis method "AIM" (Analysis Interactive Model), namely: collection, reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions (verification) which are generally used to analyze the synergy process, while quantitative analysis is used to calculate the potential value of zakat. The results of this study are that the poverty rate is still difficult to suppress even though central and regional programs have been implemented where one of the main reasons is the problem of lack of funding, the budget required is around IDR 1.4 trillion, which was realized IDR 890 billion (2017). BAZNAS Bogor Regency has played an active role in the KDP program, but it is still far from optimal. The results of the potential analysis reached Rp. 1,169,354,000,000, new proceeds of around Rp. 6 billion; Realizing the various support capacities, potential of BAZNAS, analysis of problems and analysis of the interests of the parties, an agreement was built (in the FGD) to synergize at the level of policies, institutions and programs, which will later be outlined by the Regional Government (Bappeda) in the RAD (Rencana Aksi Daerah)document.

The institutional improvement as an important issue in the 2014-2019 Ministry of Agriculture Strategic Plan (Renstra). The development of the agricultural sector that relies on natural resource management needs institutional regulation to synergize efforts that support each other in achieving goals. Institutional improvements in clove agribusiness include; upstream to downstream agribusiness institutions involving farmers, government institutions and business actors. All institutions involved have a role in clove agribusiness activities, institutional farmers included in the group are farmers whose members are clove farmers in the management of cloves and gapoktan as a combination of farmer groups. This study describes the role of farmer group institutions in the agribusiness system including upstream subsystems, farming subsystems and downstream subsystems in clove management. This research uses a case study method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection on the role of the Mayou City Farmer Group and the Aru Jaya farmer group association (Gapoktan) was obtained from the results of the interviews with the help of questionnaires or questionnaires. The role of farmer groups in clove management is presented in a descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the existence of Mayou City farmer group institutions had not played an active role in any clove farming activities, this was due to the inactivity and lack of role and participation of members who preferred to focus on their respective farming systems. Thus the care and activeness of a member in the Mayou City Farmers Group are caused by the needs and interests to be achieved. Then the role of Aru Jaya Gapoktan did not work as it should because since its formation, only carried out the management of horticultural cultivation, especially vegetables and have never touched on how clove cultivation as a hereditary plant has been carried out by local communities.

The provision of water services has traditionally been considered a responsibility of the state. During the late 1980s, the private sector emerged as a key actor in the provision of public services. Mexico City was no exception to this trend and public authorities awarded service contracts to four private consortia in 1993. Through consideration of this case study, two main questions arise: First, why do public authorities establish partnerships with the private sector? Second, what are the implications of these partnerships for water governance? This article focuses, on the one hand, on the conceptual debate of water as a public and/or private good, while identifying new trends and strategies carried out by private operators. On the other hand, it analyzes the role of the state and its relationships with other actors through a governance model characterized by partnerships and multilevel networks.Spanish La provisión del servicio del agua ha sido tradicionalmente considerada como una responsabilidad del Estado. A finales de la década de 1980, el sector privado emerge como un actor clave en el suministro de servicios públicos. La ciudad de México no escapa a esta tendencia y en 1993 las autoridades públicas firman contratos de servicios con cuatro consorcios privados. A través de este estudio de caso, dos preguntas son planteadas: ¿Por qué las autoridades públicas establecen partenariados con el sector privado? ¿Cuáles son las implicaciones de dichos partenariados en la gobernanza del agua? Quelles sont les implications de ces partenariats sur la gouvernance de l'eau ? Cet article s'intéresse, d'une part, au débat conceptuel sur l'eau en tant que bien public et/ou privé, en identifiant les tendances nouvelles et les stratégies menées par les opérateurs privés. Recently, the role of the victim in criminal proceedings became more significant. An observation was made that the legal interests of the victim are much more severely affected by the crime than the collective legal interests in the form of public or social order. However, the differences in the rights the victim is vested with differ substantively between particular countries. The authors present the position of the victim in American, English and French law. The solutions provided for in these systems are confronted with legal regulations adopted in Poland, i.e. the home country of the authors. It shows, surprisingly, that the role of the victim in criminal proceedings has evolved somehow independently of the implementation of the concept of restitution. On the one hand, there are legal systems in which the criminal court may order the offender to pay compensation for the damage caused, but the role of the victim still remains marginal. On the other hand, there are systems in which the victim is not only entitled to receive restitution, but he or she also has significant powers which enable him or her to play an active role in the criminal proceedings.

The family planning village in Jambewangi village of Banyuwangi regency has been awarded the title of provice and national pilot KB Village in the year of 2019. Motivated by the commitment and active role of various components of stakeholders to foster and accompany the society in the process of implementation of the KB village policy. All stakeholders involved can provide coaching and facilitation to improve the utilization of all potential of the welfare and acceleration of the development of Jambewangi village. Each stakeholder involved has different influences and interests. It is also influenced by power or authority over the policy itself. This study was qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected using observation and deep interviews. After examining the validity, data were analyzed by presenting the data that is simultaneously analyzed and interpreted according to the analysis theory of stakeholder role to be concluded. This study explains the analysis of the role of stakeholders involved in the implementation of family planning village in Jambewangi village of Banyuwangi regency, which are grouped based on interests and power on policies in accordance with Bryson's stakeholder analysis theory. From the results of this study, it was concluded that the grouping of stakeholders in this study had the aim to find out the parties involved in the implementation of the policy including its roles, interests, and impacts arising from the implementation of the policy program.

An effort has been made to revisit the political participation of Pakhtun women in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa former NWFP. The active role in the politics of Pakhtun women was quite difficult due to socio-cultural constraints. In such circumstances a woman from the elite class emerged on the political scene of NWFP; Begum Zari Sarfaraz who not only participated in the independence movement of Pakistan but also participated in politics after the creation of Pakistan and had rendered great services for women folk as members of national and provincial assemblies. The paper shed light on her opposition to One Unit. The paper also investigates the reason that why she quit politics. There is hardly any literature on the role of Begum Zari Sarfaraz in the politics of Pakistan.

Purpose: The present study aims to explore the role of viewer’s reactivity of entertainment and empathy in their perception of violence against women among viewers of Lahore, Pakistan. The supplementary aim was also formulated to gain more clear insight which is the role of viewers’ gender in viewer’s reactivity and perception of violence against women. Design/Methodology/Approach Quantitative method was used in the study.  Sample was consisted of 500 viewers of the thirty dramas serials of Geo, ARY Digital and Hum TV which presented violence against women. The participants were drawn through purposive and snowball sampling strategies.  The sample has 233 male participants and 267 female participants. Findings: The findings indicated that viewer’s reactivity of both enjoyment and empathy correlated with perception of violence against women. Gender differences were found only for the one sub scale of perception (i.e., domination). Implications/Originality/Value: The findings highlighted that perception of violence against women was more inclined towards active violence being portrayed by the entertainment channels and chances to imitate the same behavior in society cannot be ruled out.

The purpose of zakat to develop the social economic value of society is difficult to materialize if there is no active role of zakat managers (amil) who are required to be professional and innovative in managing zakat funds. The main function of the amil zakat institution lies in the activities of collecting, distributing, and utilizing zakat. The activity of collecting zakat in the history of Islam, is an activity or effort of amil in collecting zakat by picking up or taking from the place of amil. In addition to taking zakat, the amils who are in charge of taking zakat must also pray for those who pay zakat.This study aims to determine the implementation of productive zakat fund management and empowerment of the poor on zakat funds that are given by LAIZSNU Lamongan. By using the case study method, so as to be able to photograph how LAZISNU Lamongan's performance is in managing productive zakat funds . Lazisnu Lamongan has 3 zakat distribution programs, namely humanitarian, health and economic assistance. The mustahik empowerment program is included in the economic assistance program.

The study of rural settlement in Roman Britain is undergoing a period of re-evaluation and change. In the past, work has focused on the individual study sites, especially villas. Now there is an increasing interest in the exploitation of whole landscapes, with an emphasis on the people who lived in them and the ways that they exploited the resources available to them. These trends are reviewed, and a case study is presented based on the author’s fieldwork in East Yorkshire. Given that the bulk of the population of Roman Britain lived in the countryside, emphasis is placed on understanding the active role of these people in creating the culture of Roman Britain.
