This article discusses the issue of improving the quality of training for future nurses. The problem identified by the author - the discrepancy between traditional vocational education and the needs of society and the requirements of employers - indicates the need to use innovative pedagogical technologies. One of the key vectors for solving the indicated problem, according to the author, is the deepening and scaling of practice-oriented teaching of students, carried out using a contextual approach. The implementation of this approach not only provides an inextricable link between theoretical knowledge and future professional activities, but also gives students the opportunity to understand and feel themselves in the real situation of the production process. This is achieved by quasi-professional activities of students on simulation sites, which contribute to their acquisition of primary practical experience. The use of a contextual approach in the educational process of a medical college indicates an improvement in the quality of graduate training.

The aim of this article is, firstly, an analysis of numerous deficiencies and the consequences of the educational process generated congestion programs, books, calendar and lesson plans, as well as the immense amount of homework; Secondly, modeling of normalized learning process, which is entirely possible to achieve high quality education based on successful implementation of the principle of availability of learning and teaching of all other principles. In this regard, the most obvious abnormal congestion is stated for the seniors immense amount of homework that is incompatible with the principle of accessibility of education and school hygiene requirements. It is noted also that studies of many local authors found negative effects of abnormally overloaded amount of homework. However, numerous studies have concluded less obvious, but the most dangerous  overloading  of  school  curricula  and  textbooks.  Appeal  to  the  measurement  of  educational  overloads  done  by V. P. Bespalko shows that students are forced to use mathematics textbooks, whose congestion contains between 5-fold to 20- fold. Effectiveness in study for many students with these textbooks V. P. Bespalko describes the term "zero success." It is ascertained spread of zero (ie, disastrous) the level of success of the quality of education in mathematics, physics and chemistry. It is shown that abnormal overload programs and textbooks causes long chain of  other anomalous phenomena in the educational process such as the loss of the opportunity to implement the principle of availability, training and all other didactic principles; distribution of zero-level retention on the quality of education in mathematics, physics and chemistry; the loss of students’ desire to learn, that paralyzes the assimilation education content; mechanical memorization of educational material; the forced nature of the training activity of the students and the teacher's position occasioned by the authoritarian it; school boredom,  indiscipline,  but  teaching  students,  which  in  turn  becomes  the  cause  of  the  juvenile;  application  of  teachers antipedagogical means of maintaining discipline; catastrophically high incidence of students. This circuit anomalies learning process does not end there. Its sequel is the subjects of individual research. The standardization of the educational process is considered as the maximum possible elimination of educational and all other overloads generated by their anomalies. It is shown that strong guidance for implementing learning is normalized in the pedagogical heritage of J. A. Comenius, A. Distervega, practical experience in solving the problem of eliminating congestion educational (Frohlich school, modern educational reforms in Singapore). In this regard, it also emphasizes the relevance of the concept of structuralism, sponsored by the famous Polish dydakt K. Sosnitskii.

Today, Russia is actively working to introduce the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ (FSES HO 3++) into the educational process. At the same time, it is assumed that these higher education standards will contribute to improving the quality of training students of domestic universities for professional activities in domestic organizations. However, as practice shows, the continuous improvement of FSES HO, according to the Bachelor-Master system, does not solve the key problems associated with the training of professionals demanded by domestic organizations, who should be trained by the universities. This paper shows the problems associated with the formation of professional competencies among students of domestic universities in the implementation of FSES HO 3++, as well as possible ways to solve them and to improve the quality of training students as future professionals for domestic organizations. At the same time, all proposals are based on the practical experience of the authors and scientific analysis of existing problems, as well as feedback from employers justifying their requirements for graduates of domestic universities from the standpoint of the needs of organizations in the young professional staff they need, which allows them to successfully solve the issues of timely provision of the required level of competitiveness.

The planned modernization of the higher education system should be based on the analysis of the initial state of the system at the present time, problems encountered in recent years and suggestions from all stakeholders. The quality of education of graduates (level of competence) depends on the organization and implementation of the educational process (the contribution of the University) and the activity of students (the contribution of students). Considered the expediency of using the results of student’s surveys to adjust the educational process. Shown that the educational program can take into account the propensity of students to a particular type of activity (technologist, organizer, researcher). Determining the causes of students ’ anxiety helps to improve the educational process and relations with students. Argued that the quality of education increases with earlier adaptation of students to the educational environment of the University. It is shown how the degree of formation of volitional qualities of students affects the manifestation of such properties as responsibility, discipline, organization and diligence. The success of professional activities of graduates of educational organizations will be determined by the direction of their life goals. The assessment of life goals of students shows the need for continuous improvement of socio-cultural (educational) environment in universities. Measures for improvement of educational process and improvement of pedagogical qualification of teachers are offered.

The formation of safety-related competencies is a difficult task. These specific safety competencies, unlike other competencies, are difficult to fully develop by providing safety learners and students. Simulation Technologies could be the solution to make it easier for students to develop competencies related to human safety. In this thesis, the following methods were used: analysis of scientific literature, projective methods, mathematical methods – in particular registration and ranking, theoretical methods including: analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, conclusions, modeling, induction, deduction. The study showed that the use of simulation technologies allows creating conditions for the formation of the necessary competencies without increased risk for applicants and others. One of the most promising technologies for the formation of safety-related competencies is the use of virtual reality. The use of simulation technologies in the educational process will intensify it and improve the quality of education. Simulation technologies should take a special place in the training of specialists whose professional activities are associated with increased risk, as well as with significant negative consequences of erroneous decisions, in particular in the training of rescuers, military specialists, police, operators of complex systems (including transport, nuclear, etc.), medical workers, in the aerospace industry, etc.

Online classroom management is an innovation in the overall educational process. Its main characteristics - pedagogical communication, digital methodology and quality of learning in the online environment are the main semantic pillars on which this article is built. Empirical results from a teacher survey are presented. Their professional reflection outlines three research profiles: personal professional, pedagogical-methodological, competence-reflexive. In the pedagogical analysis of these profiles a number of conclusions are formed for the management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning. They are related to issues such as basic methodological skills, digital skills of teachers; quality of education, continuing qualification and others. The question is to develop a digital methodology for more successful management of the online classroom in the process of distance learning.
