Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu 1) untuk mengetahui bentuk kata makian 2) untuk mengetahui fungsi kata makian 3) untuk mengetahui makna referensi kata makian. Metode penelitian ini, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif diantaranya teknik simak dan catat, yaitu penelitian menonton film komedi Sasak OMJ ( Ooo Menu Jarin). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan 1) bentuk kata makian yang terdapat pada film drama komedi Sasak OMJ (Ooo Menu Jarin) sebanyak 12 kata makian dan terdiri atas dua bentuk bahasa yaitu bentuk kata dasar dan bentuk frase. 2) fungsi kata makian yang terdapat pada film tersebut menurut pandangan Andersson dan Trudgiil ada empat fungsi yaitu a) fungsi “explerive” yang berarti penggunaan makian untuk menyatakan emosi dan tidak ditunjukkan langsung pada orang lain b) fungsi”abusive” yang berarti penggunaan makian yang langsung ditunjukkan pada orang lain c) fungsi “humorous” yang berarti penggunaan makian yang merujuk langsung pada orang lain, tetapi bukan dalam maksud menghina dan yang d) fungsi”auxiliary” yangberarti menggunakan makian yang tidak langsung merujuk pada orang lain, melainkan sekedar cara bicara (lezy speaking), yang sering kali tidak sungguh-sungguh. 3) Makna referensial kata makian yaitu, keadaan, binatang, benda-benda, bagian tubuh dan profesi. Abstract: The purpose of this study, namely 1) to know the form of the word 2) to know the function of the word cuss 3) to know the meaning of the word reference. This method of research, with the technique of data collection using qualitative descriptive method including the reading and note-taking technique, which is the research to watch the comedy movies Sasak OMJ (Ooo Menu Jarin). The results of the study showed 1) the word form found in the comedy-drama Sasak OMJ (Ooo Menu Jarin) as many as 12 words and consists of two forms of basic word and phrase form. 2) The word function that exists in the film according to the views of Andersson and Trudgiil there are four functions of a) function "explerive" which means the use of cuss to declare emotions and not shown directly in others b) function "abusive" Which means the use of the stock is directly shown in others c) function "humorous" which means the use of the laboratory referring directly to others, but not in the intent of insults and the D) function "auxiliary" means using the Cuss That does not directly refer to other people, but rather just a lezy speaking, which is often not earnest. 3) referential meaning of the word cuss i.e., circumstances, animals, objects, body parts and professions.

This study aimed to describe the construction and how the formation pattern of serial verbs in Batak Toba language through X-bar theory.  A qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques using note-taking and interview techniques was used. Data were collected from interviews with native speakers and the text of Toba Batak language almanac. In analyzing the data, a method of distribution was employed. The results showed that the formation pattern of serial verbs in the Batak Toba language consisted of 4 types namely which were [transitive V1+ transitive V2], [transitive V1+intransitive V2], [intransitive V1+ transitive V2], and [intransitive V1 + intransitive V2]. The first type, [transitive V1+ transitive V2] is formed from the predicate that followed by the object + the predicate and followed by the object. The next formation, [V1 transitive + V2 intransitive] is formed from predicates followed by object + predicates and not followed by the object. The later type, [V1 intransitive + V2 transitive] is formed from predicates that not followed by object + predicates and followed by an object. Further, the last type, [intransitive V1 + V2] is formed from a predicate not followed by an object + a predicate and not followed by an object.

This study aims to determine the ṭibāq language style used in the book ʻUmdah al-Ahkām min Kalām Khair al-Anām and to analyze the types and forms of ṭibāq language style contained in it. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with observation and note-taking techniques in data collection. In analyzing the data used the method of agih with the basic technique of BUL (For Direct Elements). The data presentation used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that in the book ʻUmdah al-Ahkām min Kalām Khair al-Anām there are 63 data with 61 hadith containing ṭibāq, of which 48 ṭibāq ījāb and 15 ṭibāq salab. Ṭibāq ījāb in the form of fiʻil with fiʻil has 19 data, isim with isim is 21, the combination of fiʻil and isim has 2 data, and harf with harf have 6 data. While the form of ṭibāq salab which consists of fiʻil with fiʻil has 11 data, isim with isim has 3 data, and the combination of fiʻil and isim has one data.

Variation Of Dialogue in Ajari Aku Islam Movie ABSTRAKVariasi bahasa oleh penutur dalam film Ajari Aku Islam merupakan variasi yang berlatar tempat di kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan wujud variasi dialek dan variasi fungsiolek yang ada dalam film yang tayang pada tahun 2019 tersebut. Metode yang dimanfaatkan dalam menyusun penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif-deskriptif untuk menganalisis data yang didapatkan dan dikelompokkan ke dalam variasi dialek dan variasi fungsiolek berdasarkan tuturan tokoh. Selain metode di atas, dimanfaatkan pula metode simak-catat dengan maksud mengurai kesulitan dalam proses pemerolehan data. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan dua variasi dialek dan tiga variasi fungsiolek yang hadir melalui percakapan antar tokohnya. Variasi dialek tersebut ialah dialek Medan dan dialek Hokkian. Kemudian, tiga dari lima variasi fungsiolek yang dapat ditemui dalam film tersebut diantaranya; 1) ragam usaha, 2) ragam santai, dan 3) ragam akrab. Penanda adanya dialek Medan dalam film tersebut ialah penggunaan “kek mana”, sedangkan kata “ciak”dan sapaan “koh” menjadi penanda digunakannya dialek Hokkian.Kata kunci: variasi dialek, variasi fungsiolek, tokoh film, Medan. sosiolinguistikABSTRACTSpeaker language variations in the film Ajari Aku Islam are variations that are set in Medan, North Sumatra. This study aims to describe the form of dialect variations and fungsiolect variations in the films that showed in 2019. The method used in compiling this research is a qualitative-descriptive method in an effort to analyze data to obtain and classify dialect variations and fungsiolect variations spoken by the characters. Beside the above method, the note-taking method is also used with the intention of unraveling the difficulties in the data collection process. The results of this study obtained two variations of dialect and three variations of fungsiolect that were present through the conversations between the figures. These dialect variations are the Medan dialect and the Hokkian dialect. Then, three of the five variations can be found in the film include; 1) variety of business, 2) variety of casual, and 3) variety of familiar. The sign of the Medan dialect in the film is the use of "kek mana", while the word "ciak" and the greeting "koh" indicate the use of the Hokkian dialect.Keyword: dialect variations, fungsiolect variations, actor, Medan, sosiolinguistics

Jerome Polin Sijabat is an Indonesian YouTuber. Jerome Polin is known after starting a YouTube channel called Nihongo Mantappu, which shares his personal life in Japan. Apart from speaking Indonesian, Jerome Polin also uses other languages, such as English and Japanese. Jerome Polin's mastery of the language causes code-mixing in the video. This study describes the forms of code-mixing and the factors that cause code-mixing in videos on Jerome Polin's YouTube channel. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a sample of conversational quotations. The data collection technique used is the listening method using note-taking techniques and free-involved-talk listening techniques. The results showed that the forms of code-mixing insertion in Jerome Polin's YouTube video include elements of words, phrases, and clauses. The types of code-mixing in Jerome Polin's YouTube videos are outer code-mixing.

This research aims to classify and identify morphemes recognition in English. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. In providing data, the researcher uses listening and note-taking technique. The data used in this study were retrieved from the book Top Grammar: A Guide to Write English. While the theory used is the theory of the principle of morpheme recognition. The results of this discussion can be classified into six principles of morpheme recognition namely (1) the form of indefinite pronouns, comparative and superlative degree and reflexive pronouns; (2) singular and plural forms; (3) the form of the past participle in regular {-d}/{-ed} and irregular {–n} forms; (4) singular and plural nouns, present and past verbs; (5) the form of homonyms and in principle; and (6), the form of free morpheme and bound morpheme. From the results of the classification, morpheme units can be identified based on word form, word class and also the meaning that appears.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengklasifikasi dan mengidentifikasi pengenalan morfem dalam bahasa Inggris. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam tahapan penyediaan data, penulis menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari buku Top Grammar: A Guide to Write English. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori prinsip pengenalan morfem. Hasil dari pembahasan menunjukan bahwa terdapat enam prinsip pengenalan morfem, yaitu (1) terdapat pada bentuk indefinite pronoun, comparative dan superlative degree, serta reflexive pronoun; (2) terdapat pada bentuk tunggal dan jamak; (3) terdapat data pada bentuk past participle bentuk regular {-d}/ {-ed} dan irregular {–n}; (4) terdapat padakata benda tunggal dan jamak dan kata kerja present serta past; (5) terdapat pada bentuk homonim; (6) terdapat pada bentuk morfem bebas dan terikat. Dari hasil klasifikasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa satuan morfem dapat diidentifikasi berdasarkan bentuk kata, kelas kata, dan makna yang muncul.

The use of satire language style by a film creator aims to convey meaning to the public. This study aims at analyzing the use of satire language styles used by Bu Tejo in a short film entitled "Tilik." This research used a qualitative descriptive method. The object of this research is satire utterances spoken by Bu Tejo in the film "Tilik." The data collection techniques in this study used observation, listening, and note-taking techniques. The results demonstrate three types of satire languages used by Bu Tejo in the film “Tilik": cynicism, irony, and sarcasm. It is also found that cynicism is the most spoken language than sarcasm. The study highlights that the use of satire language uttered by Bu Tejo aims to convey ideas and perspectives related to problems occurring in society and express dissatisfaction.

ABSTRAK   Setiap tuturan seringkali mengandung maksud lain. Perlokusi merupakan salah satu tindak tutur yang didalamnya mengandung maksud lain. Tindak tutur perlokusi dapat ditemukan dalam sebuah video, salah satunya pada video filosofi stoicism (Ekpektasi dan kebahagiaan) di channel youtube satu persen. Pada penelitian ini, topik yang dikaji adalah mengenai filosofi hidup stoicism yang mana filosofi tersebut memberi dampak bagi pendengar untuk senantiasa berfikir tentang kemungkinan terburuk. Tuturan dalam video tersebut mengandung perlokusi. Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tindak tutur perlokusi dalam video filosofi stoicism (Ekpektasi dan kebahagiaan) di channel youtube satu persen. Objek penelitian ini adalah tuturan dalam video tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif kualitatif. Perolehan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik simak dan catat. Hasil dari penelitian ini  ditemukan enam data yang mengandung perlokusi yang terdiri atas tindak tutur perlokusi untuk memengaruhi, tindak tutur perlokusi mengajak, dan tindak tutur perlokusi permintaan. Dengan membaca penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang pragmatik khusunya tindak tutur perlokusi bagi pembaca. Kata Kunci : Pragmatik. Tindak Tutur, Perlokusi, Filosofi, Stoicism   ABSTRACT Each utterance often contains other purposes. Perlokusi is one of the speech acts that contains other purposes. Perlokusi's speech acts can be found in a video, one of which is the philosophy video of stoicism (Expectations and happiness) on the one percent YouTube channel. In this research, the topic studied is about the philosophy of life of stoicism, which philosophy has an impact on listeners to always think about the worst possible. The speech in the video contains perlocution. The purpose of this research is to find out the speech acts of percocution in the philosophy video of stoicism (Expectations and happiness) on the one percent youtube channel. The object of this research is the utterance in the video. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection of this research was carried out by listening and note taking techniques. The results of this study found six data containing perlocutionary speech consisting of speech actuations to influence, speech actuating speech invocations, and act of speech demanding. By reading this research it is hoped that it can increase knowledge about pragmatics especially in the act of speech telling for readers. A speech can also lead to a description of the principles of conversation. This also happened in Las Day Production's video “Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid”. This research aims to find out and describe the female characters’ utterances or the implicit forms of the in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The approach in this research uses pragmatic and qualitative descriptive. The data collection technique in this study was using the note-taking technique. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data triangulation, theory triangulation, and source triangulation. Triangulation of data was generated by recording the speech of a female character in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production. The theory triangulation refers to pragmatic theory, while the source triangulation is the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid" by Last Day Production, which is downloaded on YouTube. The research results in the video "Cara Kodein Cowok Biar Cepet Merid” have 8 stories of female characters that contain implicatures.

Describe the implementation of the fingerprint electronic absence policy on the discipline and performance of civil servants as well as the impact it has on implementing the fingerprint electronic absence policy. Qualitative descriptive method describes various conditions and situations as the object of research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation and interviews. After the implementation of fingerprint electronic attendance, discipline increases and obligations as employees have been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. The application of sanctions in the regional government of seluma regency is in accordance with the regulations of civil servants and the provision of rewards for employees who excel has been carried out properly, to inspire other employees, so that they can work better.

This study was conducted to determine the imposition of a progressive tax rate on motor vehicle taxes based on The Four Maxims in Pasaman Barat Regency, Sumatra Barat. The method used in this study was a qualitative descriptive method. The type of data used in this study was primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation. The purpose of this study was to determine how to impose a progressive tax rate on motorized vehicle tax based on four principles of tax collection. The results show that the tax principle as still appropriate and relevant to be applied, namely the principles of tax collection proposed by Adam Smith, which are equality, legal certainty, the convenience of payment, and principles efficiency (economic of collection).
