This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on the purchasing decision process, the influence of lifestyle on the purchasing decision process and the influence of product knowledge on the folding bicycle purchase decision process in Semarang City. This research was conducted from November to December 2020 with the number of samples used as many as 100 respondents with the sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used instrument test, model test, regression test using SPSS 24.0 software. The results showed that product quality, lifestyle, and product knowledge had a positive effect on the purchasing decision process. Product quality has the greatest influence on the purchasing decision process compared to lifestyle and product knowledge. The better the quality of the product, the higher the purchasing decision process.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on Nokia mobile phone purchase decision  with brand image as mediator. This  research was conducted in Denpasar  City. The  number of samples taken is 99 samples with  nonprobability sampling method, especially Accidental sampling or convenience sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires with Likert scale 1-5. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study found that product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decision, brand  image hasa significant positive effect on purchasing  decision, product quality has a significant positive effect on brand image and brand image mediating the effect of product quality on purchasing decision. Companies should conduct market research to make the product or product specifications suitable and suitable to be incorporated in Nokia mobile phone products. In the service, the company must work together with various vendors of Nokia mobile phones both sales and service spare parts, service, and guarantees by multiplying the cooperation with them, with these consumers will easily obtain the services needed.

The method used was explanatory survey with multiple linear regression test tool. The respondents of the research was Bank BRI Syariah KCP Setiabudhi Bandung. As for the sampling technique used is a sampling of saturated. The results showed a preference Bank BRI Syariah KCP Setiabudhi can be categorized and significantly higher client preferences are influenced by the variable quality of product and service quality.

This research is motivated by the importance of maintaining customer loyalty for the survival of the company. This study aims to determine and analyze customer satisfaction and product quality as keys to increasing customer loyalty. The population of this study were visitors to the Rava Motor workshop for one year, amounting to 3161 customers where the population data was seen from the actual customer entry unit in 2019. Based on Slovin calculations with an error of 10%, a sample of 97 visitors was obtained using incidental sampling technique. The research method used is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observation and interviews. The instrument used has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the descriptive data analysis technique, multiple correlation and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive effect of service quality on customer loyalty and there is a positive effect of product quality on customer loyalty. In addition, simultaneously that there is a positive effect of service quality and product quality on customer loyalty.

This research aims to figure out the effect of Product Quality, Price and Stock Availability upon the Decision to Purchase Cable of Kabelmetal brand in DKI Jakarta. (Case Study at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk). Sampling technique of this research is sampling probability using Simple Random Sampling. This research has applied 100 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach and is located in DKI Jakarta. Therefore, data analysis has applied statistical analysis of multiple linear regression test. Data is processed by using SPSS Version 21. Result of analysis using SPSS version 21 indicates that only two of the three hypotheses have affected significantly. Result of the research has identified that Product Quality has affected significantly the Purchasing Decision which is 0.005 < 0.05 and Price has affected the Purchasing Decision which is 0.000 < 0.05. However, the hypothesis that has not affected the Purchasing decision is Product availability which value is 0.529 > 0.05. This study examines purchasing decisions of The Executive product, viewed from the aspect of foreig branding, price, and product quality in the perspective of consumer behavior. A quantitative approach was applied, using a questionnaire to 400 respondents. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicated that foreign branding, price, and product quality influence purchasing decisions partially and simultaneously had positive and significant effect on purchasing decision. The highest effect in this study was product quality, with comfort and quality of raw material which the main factor need to be maintened because they determined the purchasing decision of The Executive as a fashion product. Abstrak Studi ini mengkaji keputusan pembelian produk The Executive, dilihat dari aspek foreign branding, harga, dan kualitas produk dalam perspektif perilaku konsumen. Pendekatan kuantitatif diterapkan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner pada 400 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan, foreign branding, harga, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pengaruh terbesar terletak pada variabel kualitas produk, dengan kenyamanan dan kualitas bahan baku menjadi faktor dominan yang perlu dipertahankan, karena menentukan keputusan pembelian The Executive sebagai produk fashion.

This research was conducted at the Joint Office of SAMSAT Denpasar. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents with a sampling technique that is proportionate stratified random sampling method. Data collection in this study was conducted by a questionnaire method with data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that SAMSAT corner service, taxpayer awareness, tax socialization, and service quality had a positive effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This means that the better SAMSAT corner service, awareness of taxpayers, tax socialization, and quality of service will also increase motor vehicle taxpayers compliance in terms of meeting their tax obligations. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by consumer satisfaction. This research was conducted at PT Pos Indonesia company in Denpasar City. Total population taken as many as 100 respondents, using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data were collected through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is path analysis and test of sobel. Based on the results of the analysis found that the quality of service mediated consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Quality of service partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. Quality of service have a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty, meaning that if there is a change in the quality of service then the loyalty of consumers will also experience changes. This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, advertisements, electronic words of mouth, and brand image on Oppo smartphone buying interests. This is a quantitative research with survey method. The population in this study are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Papua, with sample of 105 respondents, determined by the non-probability sampling technique. The analytical method used is the validity test and the reliability test using Cronbach's Alpha. The analysis technique used is the hypothesis and the multiple linear regression. The results of this study partially indicate that (1) a product quality has no effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of -0.662 and the significant value of 0.536 > 0.05, (2) advertisements have no effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 1.067 and the significant value of 0.289 > 0.05, (3) electronic word of mouth has a positive effect on Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 4.999 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, (4) and brand image has a positive effect on the Oppo smartphone buying interest, as evidenced by the t-value of 4.934 and the significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study simultaneously indicate that product quality, electronic word of mouth and brand image have a positive effect on the buying interest of Oppo smartphone with a significant value of 0,000 < 0.005
