This research aims to figure out the effect of Product Quality, Price and Stock Availability upon the Decision to Purchase Cable of Kabelmetal brand in DKI Jakarta. (Case Study at PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk). Sampling technique of this research is sampling probability using Simple Random Sampling. This research has applied 100 respondents using quantitative descriptive approach and is located in DKI Jakarta. Therefore, data analysis has applied statistical analysis of multiple linear regression test. Data is processed by using SPSS Version 21. Result of analysis using SPSS version 21 indicates that only two of the three hypotheses have affected significantly. Result of the research has identified that Product Quality has affected significantly the Purchasing Decision which is 0.005 < 0.05 and Price has affected the Purchasing Decision which is 0.000 < 0.05. However, the hypothesis that has not affected the Purchasing decision is Product availability which value is 0.529 > 0.05. <p>Working Capital is a comparison ratio in the company's financial management. This ratio compares income to current assets minus current Liabilities. PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk is one of the mining companies that performs well on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) because it is one of the LQ45 companies. In this research, PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk is the object of research. The unit of analysis is the Company's 2015-219 Financial Statements. Then the research methodology uses a quantitative descriptive approach with purposive sampling technique. The results of the discussion in the research of PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk experienced had decreased in income from 2015 to 2016 however, it rose up in 2016-2019. The increase from year to year is almost 100% from 2016 to 2018 and has increased 3 (three) times in the calculation. Thus, the company's performance is categorized as good and positive.</p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on the purchasing decision process, the influence of lifestyle on the purchasing decision process and the influence of product knowledge on the folding bicycle purchase decision process in Semarang City. This research was conducted from November to December 2020 with the number of samples used as many as 100 respondents with the sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used instrument test, model test, regression test using SPSS 24.0 software. The results showed that product quality, lifestyle, and product knowledge had a positive effect on the purchasing decision process. Product quality has the greatest influence on the purchasing decision process compared to lifestyle and product knowledge. The better the quality of the product, the higher the purchasing decision process.

<p>This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the procurement of goods and services at Sebelas Maret University. To find out the effectiveness of the system of procurement of goods and services seen from their suitability with the principle of procurement of goods / services and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) specified. The principles of procurement of government goods / services include: 1) efficient, 2) effective, 3) transparent, 4) open, 5) competing, 6) fair, and 7) accountable. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The types of data in this study are information or information, both oral, written and actions related to the research variables. The main data from this study are in the form of written questionnaires and field documentation. The population in this study were officers in the procurement of goods and services. The research sample was 30 people and the sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that the stages of the procurement process of goods and services have been effectively implemented. This is indicated by the process of auction announcements with a score of 87%, 88% auction registration, 88% job description, 89% income and bid opening, 90% bid and qualification evaluation, and 90% winner determination and announcement. Overall, the process of procurement of goods and services gets a score of 89% and is included in very suitable / implemented criteria.</p>

This research is to find out the Model On New Customer Purchase Decision Toward of Product Quality, Location and Promotion In Electric Cigarette At West Jakarta. The subjects in this study were new consumers of electric cigarettes who made purchasing decisions at 54 Vape Store Tanjung Duren. The sample used in this study was 170 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Cataract is the most prevalent cause of blindness in the world. Based on occupation, cataract was higher among farmer, fisherman, and labor workers. This study aims to measure the prevalence of cataract among fishermen of the “Putra Samudra” fisherman group at Lebih village.   This was a cross-sectional study with quantitative descriptive approach. Samples were 70 fishermen of the 187 members of “Putra Samudra” fishermen group. Sampling technique was simple random sampling. Instrument for the study was questionnaire and direct ophthalmoscope. The result showed that 18.6% of the fishermen have cataract. Cataract prevalence was significantly higher among the fishermen ?50 year old, lower education and those who did not wear specific protection aids. It is necessary to provide education on the importance of specific protection aids to prevent cataract. It is also necessary to develop occupational health program that include medical check-up prior working time, regular and specific, also health care for occupational health problems among fishermen. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of location, promotion and merchandising on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Wijaya Motor Bandung, Indonesia. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data collected in this study used the distribution of questionnaires to 118 consumers at PT Wijaya Motor Bandung using a simple random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between location, promotion and merchandising on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Wijaya Motor Bandung, Indonesia.

Indonesia as one of the largest coffee producing countries in the world has an important role in global trade, namely the specialty coffee trade. Specialty coffee is one of the leading commodities for coffee producing countries like Indonesia because of the taste of the coffee. The quality of the product itself has an understanding that the product offered by the seller has more selling value that must be owned by competitors' products, therefore the company is trying to focus on the quality of the product and compare it with the products offered by competing companies. This research is associative research using a quantitative approach. With the aim to analyze the effect of Coffee Beverage Product Quality on Buyer's Decisions at Point Coffee Pedurenan, South Jakarta, as well as find out which factors have a dominant influence on Buyer's Decisions at the Coffee Shop. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who had visited Point Coffee by using the Probability Sampling method with the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data was collected using questtionnaires and distribute it directly to buyers at Point Coffee. The suggestion from this research is that the owner of Point Coffee can maintain the hygiene that has been applied by the workers, Increase again the Quality, Quantity, Variation, and Innovation of coffee beverage products in terms of flavor, to meet the buyer's decision. The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.


Consumer’s life style changes impact shifting trend in trade channel where is number of visits to traditional groceries continues to decline, while in contrary the visit to vegetable vendor and minimarts are increasing. Product Availability means product distributes well and ready at outlet. Product Affordability is extending to which perceived value of the product is greater than perceived cost at the outlet where customer buy its product. Customer satisfaction is an important strategy in maintaining customers, in most business include in retail chain. Declining growth on fast moving consumer product business especially beverages including bottled water and the increased of competition had brought many companies to re-look and invest on their distribution Strategy. Currently company mainly focuses on wholesalers, while a lot of opportunity to develop traditional retail. Company needs to really understand the strong reason traditional retail channel is important to be developed. Company must win the market competition thru product availability, product affordability, product quality and Product Variability. This research attempt to investigate the relationship of the Product Availability to Customer Satisfaction in water bottled business at Jakarta area and to provide insight on company maximizing product availability at the traditional retail channel. This study is using quantitative approach and data collection is buy distributing questionnaire to respondents of AQUA, the biggest bottle water brand in Indonesia to consumer living in Greater Jakarta area. Sampling approach was convenient sampling technique. This researched managed to collect 400 valid responses. Data analysis and hypothesis testing was employed regression analysis with SPSS software. The finding found that product availability, Product affordability and Product quality significantly influence customer satisfaction of customer AQUA. Additional insight suggests product availability variable has the strongest influence for all Jakarta Area except West Jakarta on Customer Satisfaction than product affordability, product quality and product variability.

Purpose: This study determines the influence of emotional intelligence on the students' achievement of Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn) at SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta in the 2019/2020 academic year.Methodology: The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with both quantitative and qualitative data, specifically learning achievement and emotional intelligence. It was conducted at SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta in March 2020 using 720 respondents. Additionally, X, XI, and XII had 8 classes each, totaling 24 classes, where a sample of 30 students was taken from using a simple random sampling technique. Data obtained from the questionnaire was processed through simple regression analysis techniques and analysis of the determination coefficient (R2). Furthermore, data on emotional intelligence (X) was obtained by distributing questionnaires. Students' learning achievement scores for Pancasila and Civic Education (Y) were used in the report cards in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year.Findings: According to the results, the statistical analysis produces a regression equation Y = 74.298 + 0.165 X. In case the value of emotional intelligence (X) increases by 1 unit, the PPKn learning achievement (Y) increases by 0.165 units with a constant of 74,298. Hypothesis testing shows that emotional intelligence was significantly influenced by learning achievement. The determination coefficient (R2) obtained was 0.59 (5.9%), meaning that emotional intelligence affects 5.9% of the PPKn learning achievement, while 94.1% was influenced by other factors outside the study.Unique contributions to theory, practice, and policy: Students' emotional intelligence (EQ) has an influence on student PPKn learning achievement. With EQ, it is hoped that students will be able to train and manage their feelings, motivate themselves, be able to be strong in the face of frustration, ability to control impulses and delay momentary gratification, regulate a reactive mood, and be able to empathize and cooperate with others. Through EQ too, students are expected to be able to keep away from frustration and prolonged stress, so this emotional intelligence will support a student in achieving his goals and ideals.
