In this research 15 districts out of 30 were selected to get all needed data, and thirteen (13) women were communicated in each selected district (15) as a sum of a hundred and ninety-five (195) correspondents. The combination of quantitative and qualitative methods was used to analyze data, and questionnaires and interviews were used to collect data. Our results have been proved that small and medium enterprises run by women and sustainability of Rwandan economic development were closely related as the SMEs run by women increase and employment opportunities also increase. It was noted that women owned SMEs is a central driving effort behind gender equality, poverty reduction, and job creation. Therefore, it is recommended that the government might set the policy to encourage women in doing business whereby women in different regions of Rwanda should be given enough attention in economy activities through both small and medium enterprises, and entrepreneurship.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the core of modern economic life that is very important for economic development in Indonesia, so the government seeks to empower SMEs. Bluto - Sumenep has many SMEs but is difficult to develop. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of SMEs in Bluto related to the success of their business in relation to education, skills and funds. Questionnaires were used to obtain data from 100 entrepreneurs. The result of correlation analysis shows that there is no relationship between business success with education, skill and fund. This result proves the unique phenomenon of the mindset of the Bluto people who consider that "being an employee is the main one, and the certificate is more important than the skill." The Covid-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia since March 2020. To anticipate this, the government has implemented various policies, including pembatasan sosial berskala besar (PSBB) and pemberlakukan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM). This policy is expected to be one way to prevent community activities outside the home so as to avoid the transmission of Covid-19. However, the PSBB and PPKM policies are considered to have a significant impact. The impact felt by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a decrease in profit levels and feelings of psychological pressure, feeling anxious about business continuity in the future. This situation makes SMEs feel psychologically depressed. To anticipate the psychological pressure experienced, the Faculty of Psychology, Universitas Tarumanagara (F.Psi. UNTAR) under the coordination of Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Universitas Tarumangara (LPPM UNTAR) organizes community service activities (PkM) for MSME actors. The author (PkM Team) is one of the representatives of F.Psi. UNTAR. One of the materials provided by the PkM Team in the activity was coping strategies. Through the provision of coping strategy materials, it is hoped that MSME actors can anticipate and manage the psychological pressures experienced, so that they remain enthusiastic in managing their businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this article, we will discuss the methods of coping strategies provided and the evaluation of the results of the mini seminar activities that have been carried out.

The branding of a product or service is now more creative. One of them is using video. The right video can give potential buyers a positive perspective. However, there are obstacles in making attractive branding with videos, namely the ability to package attractive videos such as editing sound and images, dubbing and adding text. Another obstacle is the distribution of the video itself. Video creation sometimes requires applications with large resources. Meanwhile, as micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), it is still rare to have computers with high enough specifications. As a solution to this problem, community service activities were carried out by the Samarinda State Polytechnic team to MSME owners in the city of Samarinda using the Kinemaster. The implementation of this activity is carried out for one day to meet face to face with online mentoring for one week. The method of implementation is carried out by lectures, practices, discussions and questions and answers. This intensive service was given to 35 participants. A total of 28 participants succeeded in making business product branding videos with a duration of 1 to 2 minutes

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are important contributors to economic development. However, increasing the performance of MSMEs faces many obstacles and challenges, especially in the face of competition. Lack of understanding to manage businesses, capital and difficult access to external capital are the main challenges that must be faced by MSME entrepreneurs. MSME entrepreneurs find it difficult to obtain loan capital because they do not have sufficient assets to meet the loan requirements at the bank. To overcome this problem the Government issued a policy in the form of a credit program for MSMEs with guarantees namely People's Business Credit (KUR). KUR is expected to be able to help MSME entrepreneurs to increase business capital, so that business performance can improve. The purpose of this activity is to find out the difficulties faced by women MSME entrepreneurs, increase understanding in managing businesses, and provide understanding to access KUR funds. This activity was carried out in central Jakarta with a total of 150 female MSME owners. The method used is observation, training and filling out the questionnaire. The result of this activity is a report on the activities of the training conducted.

This article introduces a triangular model to study small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia by examining three points, namely the state, economy and society. It discusses how and why the government has changed the nation's economic development strategies over time in response to the changing global economy. Within the context of these development strategies, the article describes how and explains why Chinese and Bumiputera (Malays and indigenous people in Malaysia) SMEs, and civil societies responded to these changes. It provides analysis on how these development strategies have shaped the development of Chinese and Bumiputera SMEs at different periods in the nation's economic development. It argues that prolonged pro-distributive policies have negative effects on the competitiveness of the nation's economy.
