The branding of a product or service is now more creative. One of them is using video. The right video can give potential buyers a positive perspective. However, there are obstacles in making attractive branding with videos, namely the ability to package attractive videos such as editing sound and images, dubbing and adding text. Another obstacle is the distribution of the video itself. Video creation sometimes requires applications with large resources. Meanwhile, as micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), it is still rare to have computers with high enough specifications. As a solution to this problem, community service activities were carried out by the Samarinda State Polytechnic team to MSME owners in the city of Samarinda using the Kinemaster. The implementation of this activity is carried out for one day to meet face to face with online mentoring for one week. The method of implementation is carried out by lectures, practices, discussions and questions and answers. This intensive service was given to 35 participants. A total of 28 participants succeeded in making business product branding videos with a duration of 1 to 2 minutes

ABSTRACT Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the largest part of Indonesia's existing business units. Its contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) also continues to increase from year to year. Even though there are many MSMEs in quantity, they can still be improved from the aspect of business scale, in order to strengthen competitiveness and sustainability. To be able to increase the scale of business, planning is needed. The planning involves the necessary preparations so that the business is ready to grow and has the potential to become big. In the plan, which is usually called a “business plan”, business owners are encouraged to know more about the business they are running. Marketing, sales, operations, resources and finance aspects are the main focus. Each aspect is discussed in detail about what can be done, not only in the short term, but also in the medium and even long term. Forward projections based on reasonable assumptions. This is where accuracy and thoroughness are needed in preparing plans so that the steps compiled can be implemented, not only beautiful on paper. This is also found in MSMEs in Jambi Province. On this basis, the Community Service Team (PKM) together with the Center for Entrepreneurship Studies (PUSWIRA) of Tarumanagara University provided training and assistance in the preparation of business plans to 150 Jambi MSMEs. The activity, which lasted for one month, in July 2021, has helped MSME owners develop a simple but applicable business plan so that the managed business is on the right track to grow and be sustainable.

This article analyses the perception and application of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices in a sample of 499 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Santa Marta (Colombia) following the theory of Stakeholders. Specifically, the interdependence technique of exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the most influential Stakeholders in the execution of CSR practices. It was found that Stakeholders related to the value chain, the environment and corporate management favour social responsibility actions in local MSMEs. In contrast, community and government have less influence on the development of social responsibility practices in MSMEs. Additionally, it was found that the size of the business acts as an important moderator of the development of the CSR. Given that there is a distinctive influence of Stakeholders in the development of responsible practices in the MSMEs of Santa Marta, it is suggested that comprehensive training programs on social responsibility be promoted in smaller companies.
