Knowledge, understanding and displaying good management skills will help sports managers of the sports organization to position the teams and clubs. Descriptive correlation study carried out using a survey method for this study. Purposive sampling technique was used to select 85 sports managers of the sports organization. Data were collected using self-developed questionnaire as an instrument. The entire questionnaire yielded a reliability value of 0.77r. Data were analysed using multiple linear Regression at the 0.05 alpha levels.The findings show significant multiple correlations. The regression indicated that the management skills was a good contributor for the selection of management model (F (4, 95) = 2.267, P ˂ .000). Based on the findings of this study, the researcher concluded that management skills contribute to the selection of the management model. Recomendation on government and stakeholder in the state should organize seminar, workshop and training for sports managers of the sports organizations in Kwara state for them to have knowledge on management skills which is crucial to their job.

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the socio-economic influence of farmers on the level of technological application in orange plantation. The research method used descriptive analysis, while to determine the relationship between variables was done by using a simple non-linear regression test and multiple linear regression test. A survey method was conducted on socio-economic factual description of farmers, the application of agricultural technology, especially orange plantation and its productivity. The unit of analysis is a farmer who was cultivation in 2009 until 2020. The sampling technique was done by two-stage random sampling and obtained a sample of 90 farmers as respondents. The collected data were analyzed analytically descriptive according to the results of hypothesis testing. The result of the research showed that: The application of agricultural technology influenced by socio-economic factors, namely the area of arable land and social media exposure.

The study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, promotion variables to tourist satisfaction and interests to revisit. The researcher collected the samples by distributing questionnaires to respondents thought survey method. The sampling technique applied wa purposive sampling. The total samples were 96 respondents. IBM SPSS Statistics 21 applied to analyze the data. The analysis tools applied were validity test, reliability tast, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression. The partial test (t test) proves that the quality of service, price and promotion significanty affected the tourist satisfaction and tourist satisfaction significantly affected the interest to come back. The simultaneous test (f test) indicated that the service quality, price and promotion significantly affected tourist satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of accounting knowledge and entrepreneurial personality on managerial performance in manufacturing companies located in the province of West Sumatra. List of manufacturing companies was obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Padang. Data was collected by survey method. Data obtained using a questionnaire distributed to managers. For the selection of samples was done by purposive sampling method. Analysis using testing through test the validity and reliability of the data, the classical assumption test (test for normality, multicollinearity), multiple linear regression hypothesis test. The study concluded the effect of accounting knowledge and entrepreneurial personality simultaneously influence on managerial performance, but partially entrepreneurial personality has no effect on managerial performance.

Manpower or HR expert or professional desired by the company, then to improve the competence of human resources, the government has formulated the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (SKKNI) in various fields one of them in the field of MSDM. SKKNI is nationally applicable as a reference for the provision of professional education and training (training), competency test and professional certification in the field of MSDM. This standard has been endorsed by the minister of labor and transmigration on September 9, 2014. SKKNI contains competencies related to HR management that are relevant to different types of business. Data collection in this research using survey method involving 51 respondents with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this research is done by using SEM method. The results of this study show that SKKNI has no significant effect on human resource competence and HR professional development, human resource competence has significant effect on Company Policy but human resource competence has no significant effect to HR professional development, company policy has significant effect to the development of HR profession

The Malays and the Dayak are the dominant tribes in West Kalimantan. Different tribes have different species of plants or the way they use medicinal plants. This study aims to analyze the type, processing method, and the use method of medicinal plants by traditional healers (Battra) from the Malay and Dayak Mahap tribes in Tembesuk village, Sekadau Regency. This study used a survey method, and the selection of respondents (Batrra) was carried out by purposive sampling technique. In Tembesuk Village, 8 Battra consist of 5 Malays and 3 Dayak Mahap people. The results showed that 80 species of plants were used by Batrra in Tembesuk village. Sixty species are distributed in the Malay tribe traditional healers, while the Dayak Mahap tribe traditional healers use 35 species. The plant part with the highest uses are leaves (60% of the Malays and 64.44% of the Dayak Mahap). The most common processing method is boiled (41.54% of the Malays and 41.18% of the Dayak Mahap), the way of use is drunk (35.82% of the Malays, and 41.18% Dayak Mahap). Most of the plants are wild (66.67% Malay and 58.33% Dayak Mahap), and the plant family with extensive use is Zingiberaceae (six plants in Malay and five in Dayak Mahap).

This study aims to analyze how much the influence of leadership, motivation and work culture on the performance of the Poverty Reduction Program in the Administrative City of North Jakarta. The research location is in North Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province. The selection of location is based on the assumption that the difference in status has an impact on the leadership under it vertically.The research method uses a quantitative approach with a total population of 1,724,161 people. The sampling technique was proportional stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula, with a total of 95 samples. The data analysis technique in the research that will be carried out is simple linear regression and multiple linear regression to analyze the variables studied. The results of the study prove that leadership has an effect on 14.1%, motivation has an effect on 50.2%, work culture has an effect on 48.8%, leadership, motivation and work culture have an effect on 50.4% of poverty in North Jakarta simultaneously. Recommendations from this research, (1) the importance of transformational leadership supported by managerial progress, education and commitment, (2) the importance of motivation both internally and externally, supported by rewards and punishments, (3) the need for a commitment so that the work culture is stronger so that it will have a positive impact on the implementation of the program to become more optimal, (4) the importance of commitment, management and availability of human resources potential, according to the needs and placements in accordance with their fields.

The present study was Academic Self Image of B.Ed., trainees in the perambalur district. The main objectives of the study are to find out the academic self-image of B.Ed., trainees concerning the Demographic variables such as gender, year of study, subject, locality of college, marital status. A sample was using the survey method, and the simple random sampling technique was adopted for the selection of the sample. The samples of 941 B.Ed., trainees were taken from the study. The main findings of the study are there is no significant difference in the mean scores on the academic selfimage of B.Ed., trainees concerning their gender, subject, and marital status. There is a significant difference in the mean scores on the academic self-image of B.Ed., trainees concerning their year of study, locality of college. It’s my conclusion that the present study reveals that there is morenumber of B.Ed., Trainees have a high academic self-image.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (prodqual), packaging and prices as independent variables on the sales performance of SMEs as a dependent variable in Jagakarsa sub-district, South Jakarta (then called SME’s). This research is a quantitative study with positivism paradigm approach survey method. The population of this study is the customer of SMEs. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire containing 26 items that were distributed to 80 respondents by applied a purposive sampling technique with analytical methods such as multiple linear regression analysis tests. The results of this study indicate that there was a significant influence of those independence variables on dependence variable, then have a positive and significant effect as well.
