The focus of this PKM are efforts to improve business management and home industry production quality in Demak Regency. Partners are home industry business actors with various market snacks products. Based on the situation analysis, partners have problems in production aspects and business management. Problems in production are limited tools, partners use manually production. The problem in marketing is the limited marketing reach, the product is only sold in one traditional market. The problem in financial aspect are that partners do not have financial books and records so that profits or losses cannot be detected properly. The solutions offered for problems in the production aspect are Machine facilitation and workshops for Mixing Dough and Making Frozen Food Products. Solutions for marketing aspects, namely training and workshops on making product variations and packaging. Solutions for financial aspects include training in simple bookkeeping and business financial management. All of the target solutions offered have been fulfilled by the PKM team to partners. The benefits that partners get from this community service program include: (1) Increased turnover, (2) Improved Machine Use Skills, (3) Improved Partner Understanding and Skills in Doing Simple Bookkeeping and separating family and business finances and (4) Expanding Marketing Reach

The community service program is carried out at one of the SMEs in Wonosobo, Central Java, which produces and markets processed carica food products. The problems faced by SMEs are problems in the aspects of marketing, financial management and production. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of SMEs to market products, manage company finances, increase the efficiency of the production process, and increase production capacity. The approach used in this community service is training and business assistance. The results felt by SMEs are the wider marketing of carica processed food products, structuring the company's financial system, efficiency in the production process, and increased production capacity.

In the Indonesian economy, Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the business groups that have the largest number. In addition, this group is proven to be resistant to various shocks of economic crisis. So it is imperative to strengthen groups of micro, small and medium enterprises that involve many groups. The criteria for businesses that are included in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises have been regulated in a legal umbrella based on law. The development of the number of MSMEs from year to year is increasing. The development of MSMEs can only be seen in terms of numbers. In general, especially in the financial aspect, only a few MSMEs have experienced developments in terms of their financial performance. This is inseparable from the unconsciousness of MSME players of the importance of corporate financial management. The training program offered is in the form of simple accounting training for MSMEs. The accounting taught is simple accounting that is adjusted to the conditions in MSMEs but does not deviate from existing standards and regulations. This training is intended for MSME players who are members of the Delima District Business Group. With this training, it is hoped that MSME players will be able to know the development of the company and be able to take advantage of accounting to support the progress of their MSMEs. Based on the description above, basically, the community service program through service activities is divided into three activities, namely by using the lecture, tutorial, and discussion method and followed by the Delima District Business Group of 10 people.

[Bahasa]: Mayoritas masyarakat Babakan memiliki mata pencaharian sebagai pengusaha roti. Akan tetapi pengelolaan usaha roti masih sangat sederhana dan tidak dikelola dengan sistematis dan terencana dengan baik. Di sisi lain kunci utama keberhasilan dalam mengembangkan usaha adalah pada manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kemampuan dalam manajemen usaha yang dimiliki produsen roti di Babakan tergolong kategori kurang. Mereka masih menjalankan usaha sebagai pekerjaan sampingan sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Mayoritas usaha roti belum memiliki ijin edar, kemasan roti yang digunakan masih sangat sederhana dan pemasaran juga masih dalam skala lokal atau hanya di pulau Lombok saja sedangkan potensi yang dimiliki para pengusaha roti sangat besar untuk dapat memasarkan rotinya hingga ke pulau lain. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajemen usaha bagi para pelaku usaha industri kecil rumah tangga di kelurahan Babakan yang terdiri dari 25 produsen roti. Pelatihan dan pendampingan melibatkan dinas kesehatan, motivator dari area capacity to grow Bank BTPN, pemuka agama, dan UIN Mataram. Pelatihan dan pendampingan adalah berkaitan dengan cara pengurusan SPP-PIRT, manajemen keuangan usaha mikro, produk halal, dan cara berbisnis islami. Kata Kunci: UMKM, PIRT, keuangan UMKM, produk halal, produsen, bisnis islami         [English]: The majority of the Babakan residents make a living as bread entrepreneurs. However, the management of bread business is still very simple and not managed systematically and well planned. On the other hand, the main key to success in developing a business is the ability of management. The ability in business management by bread producers in Babakan is categorized as low. They still run businesses as a side job. The majority of bread businesses do not yet have marketing licenses, bread packaging used is still very simple and marketing is also still on a local scale or only on the island of Lombok while the potential of bakers is very large to be able to market their bread to other islands. This community service program aims to improve business management ability for small-scale household industry in the Babakan sub-district consisting of 25 bread producers. Training and mentoring involved the health office, a motivator BTPN Banks, religious leaders, and UIN Mataram team. Training and mentoring are related to the way of arranging SPP-PIRT, micro business financial management, halal products, and ways of doing Islamic business. MSMEs are an economic driving sector that can contribute greatly to the Indonesian economy. One of the weaknesses of MSMEs is that they still lack knowledge and understanding of financial management, especially when coupled with the Covid-19 epidemic, MSMEs are experiencing various problems, so there needs to be strengthening of MSMEs through various skills so that MSMEs can survive during pandemics and post-pandemics. One of the business groups that is quite affected by Covid-19, is MSMEs engaged in the culinary or food sector, which are indicated to still have weaknesses in the financial aspect. Our MSME partners in community service are handayani catering assisted groups. The PKM team makes efforts to assist the assisted catering groups through mentoring, empowerment and capacity building activities in financial management, starting with providing financial records and bookkeeping as well as various ways to mitigate financial risk. The result of this activity was that the participants began to prepare financial reports and began to implement financial management, especially cash flow, which was previously less of a concern. Participants were greatly helped by the preparation of financial reports as an indicator of business sustainability and health.

The community subjection activities is a partnership program between the Community Partnership Program (PKM) with Dolok Masihul (Domas) Farmer Group partners. The problems are (1) Production aspects include a) Oyster mushroom chips are oily and less crunchy and do not last long; b) Plastics and labels used are still inadequate and straightforward because they are not accompanied by product information as well as packaging for oyster mushroom chips which is even done manually. (2) Aspects of Business and Financial Management, among others: a) Marketing is still carried out conventionally. b) Business management is always simple, carried out in a family manner, and there is no product legality. c) There is no separation between household finances and business finances. d) There are no records or business bookkeeping so that it is difficult to calculate the profits it gets. This community service aims to increase the knowledge, skills, and income of the Domas Farmer Group and the surrounding community through training in production, finance, and marketing. Community service activities are carried out using method 1). Transfer of knowledge, such as lectures and discussions, 2). Training, and 3). Bookkeeping assistance for the Oyster Mushroom Chips business. The results to improve the skills and knowledge of the Domas farmer group include making Oyster Mushroom chips using Deep Fryers and Spinners, knowing the use of social Media for marketing, and being able to make a financial report—publishing the Compilation Guide Book.

                                                         AbstrakKegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat dari Lembaga Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara ini bertujuan untuk melakukan Pembinaan Pengelolaan Manajemen Usaha dan E-Marketing pada Pelaku Usaha Industri Mikro Pengrajin Sepatu di Kecamatan Medan Denai.  Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melibatkan pengrajin Sepatu yang akan menjadi Mitra pengabdian masyarakat yaitu Jondy Shoes dan Whindy Shoes. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 8 (delapan) bulan dengan target luaran utama adalah publikasi jurnal ilmiah pengabdian masyarakat, memperoleh ijin usaha, mempunyai website dann peningkatan wawasan dan keterampilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat  ini adalah  pendekatan partisipatif, pendekatan kognitif, pendekatan afektif dan pendekatan keterampilan dan tahapan tahapan yang digunakan adalah persiapan, investigasi, transformasi. Incubation, verification, implementation, evaluasi, pengembangan secara bertahap yang dimulai dengan Plan, do, action, check. Desa Bendar dikenal sebagai desa Nelayan karena mayoritas penduduk Desa Bendar adalah nelayan dengan jumlah sebesar 55,7% atau 880 orang. Root of problem yang dihadapi oleh Desa Bendar, Kecamatan Juana, Kabupaten Pati adalah banyaknya hasil tangkapan ikan para nelayan serta sumber daya manusia yang belum terberdayakan secara maksimal, sehingga belum dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat baik secara kelompok maupun individu di Desa Bendar. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah KUB Mina Melati. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati masih menerapkan manajemen tradisional. Rendahnya pengetahuan anggota KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati menjadi salah satu penyebabnya terutama dalam hal proses produksi dan pengolahan kerupuk yang baik dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop teknik-teknik produksi kerupuk, serta praktik produksi kerupuk. Dengan adanya program pengabdian ini diharapkan masyarakat Desa Bendar dapat menghasilkan produksi kerupuk ikan yang memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Apabila nilai jual dari hasil pengolahan kerupuk ikan tinggi, maka penghasilan warga akan meningkat, dan selanjutnya memberi dampak kepada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Bendar dan menjadikan Desa Bendar sebagai Desa Sentra Kerupuk Ikan. Kata kunci: Desa Nelayan, Kerupuk Ikan,Pemberdayaan. Abstract Bendar Village is well- known as a Fishing Village because the majority of Bendar Village residents are fishermen with a total of 55.7% or 880 people. The root of the problem faced by Bendar Village, Juana Subdistrict, Pati Regency was the number of fish catches of the fishermen and human resources that have not been maximally empowered yet, so that they have not been able to improve the welfare of the community yet both individually and in groups in Bendar Village. The partner in this service was KUB Mina Melati. In running its business, KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati still applied traditional management. The low knowledge of members of KUB Kerupuk Ikan Mina Melati was one of the causes, especially in terms of good cracker production and processing and business management. The activities carried out by this service were training and workshops on cracker production techniques, as well as cracker production practices. With this community service program, it is hoped that the people of Bendar Village can produce fish crackers that have a high selling value. If the selling value of fish cracker processing results is high, the income of citizens will increase, and subsequently, have an impact on improving the welfare of the people of Bendar Village and making Bendar Village a Center Village of Fish Crackers. Keywords: Fishing Village, Fish Crackers, empowerment.

"In RW 06. The purpose of the establishment of Durenan Indah Thematic Village in RW 06 Manguharjo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is to increase knowledge or education about Nusantara culture, especially Semarang City Local Art and Culture, preserving national and local culture which characterizes the city of Semarang in general. and is a hallmark of the superior product of Mangunharjo Village, community empowerment aims to reduce poverty and unemployment, beautify slum areas, uphold local wisdom in increasing potential and solving environmental problems, making the area a tourism area. The problems faced by SMEs Batik Blekok and UKM Batik Blibis include in the field of financial management, in this case is due to limited knowledge about the preparation and preparation of financial reports correctly. The solution offered is to provide training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping for MSMEs and preparing financial reports. The community service program was carried out on Thursday, November 19, 2020. The implementation of service activities at the Batik Outlet of Durenan Indah Thematic Village, Mangunharjo Village, Tembalang District. In an effort to improve empowerment of creative economy, enterpreneurship and management for small business and cooperation is the basis for author to improve the empowerment through training. Training is one of the way to improve the competence of people for generating optimal performance that  suitable with the expectation. The study was conducted by using survey method with interview, observation techniques, and questionnaires. The title of this community service activity is Enterpreneurship Training for Small Business and Cultivated Cooperative at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan.  The purpose of this activity is to develop an improve the enterpreneurship as well as improving the management skills  of small business and cooperation at Rusunawa Cipinang Besar Selatan. This activity are developing enterpreneurship, market and marketing analysis, business management, partnership, production efficiency, financial management, and business proposal can be useful in developing the business. [Bahasa]: Pemerintah Desa sebagai pengelola dan pemangku kebijakan di desa harus dapat menyelenggarakan pengelolaan secara profesional, efektif, efisien, dan akuntabel. Pengelolaan juga harus didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip manajemen publik yang baik agar terhindar dari tindakan yang kurang bermoral seperti penyimpangan, penggelapan, penyelewengan, dan tindakan korup lainnya. Pengelolaan keuangan meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan, dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan desa. Secara regulatif semua keuangan desa ini akan terdokumentasi dalam bentuk APBDes yang pengelolaannya mengikuti berbagai petunjuk peraturan perundang-undangan. Ini artinya, pemerintah desa tidak lagi sembarangan mengelola keuangan desa sekalipun otoritas sebagai kuasa pengguna anggaran dan pengguna anggaran ada pada seorang kepala desa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pelaksanaan pembinaan bagi kepala desa dan aparatnya sehingga dapat menambah referensi aparat tentang manajemen atau pengelolaan keuangan desa yang sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku yang berstandar akuntansi keuangan. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan yang diberikan memberikan manfaat dan kontribusi bagi peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan dalam manajemen pengelolaan dan pelaporan keuangan desa baik secara manual maupun dengan aplikasi TIK dengan aplikasi SIKUDes. Kata Kunci: Sistem Pengelolaan Desa, Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (SAK), SisKeuDes [English]: Administrative village as the manager and stakeholder in the village must be able to carry out management in a professional, effective, efficient and accountable manner. Management must also be based on the principles of good public management to avoid immoral actions such as irregularities, embezzlement, fraud, and other corrupt actions. Financial management includes activities in planning, implementing, administering, reporting, and responsible for village finance. Refering to the law, the finances will be documented in the form of APBDes whose management follows various legislative guidelines. This means that the village government is no longer carelessly managing village finance even though the authority as the power of budget users and budget users is with a village head. This community service program aims to increase the knowledge and implementation of guidance for the village head and his apparatus so that they can add apparatus references about village financial management or management in accordance with applicable regulations that have financial accounting standards. The result of this service is that the training provides benefits and contributes to the improvement of understanding and knowledge in village financial management and reporting management both manually and SIKUDes application.
