The objective of this article is to analyze the problems of deviant behavior in the context of the processes. The method of research is a theoretical analysis of the problem of deviant behavior in the context of the processes and results of deformations of the value system of an individual and the community. Results. Deviations in human behavior in different ages are manifested in a variety of forms, such as aggression and autoaggression, alcoholism and drug addiction, offenses and crimes, and new forms of the addiction. The problem of the (re/trans) formation of a system of values is touched upon in the multitude of works by modern and classic scientists, pedagogues, social workers, and other specialists. Production-technological, socio-psychological and politico-economic changes in worlds have led to the destruction and desacralization of the customary system of values, such as moral norms, their representation in interaction with fatherland, family and friendship, professional and work communication. Modern societies began to exist in the spirit of principles and rules of life, that values are formed spontaneously and exists in individual forms. This makes these norms very vulnerable to deviations and crushes the very understanding of deviations. Conclusions. In working with deviations in the framework of academic psychological counseling and psychotherapy of educational disorders (didactogeny), it is important to understand that value deformations are not only a person and their relationships, but also the social context, including state and national programs and deformations. Therefore, work with violations is related to helping a person to remain human or to help restore human status in the foot despite the circumstances, anomie, and desacralization of macro-social crises and injuries.

The article problematizes the search for the principles to create and implement the educational program in theology at the university, taking into account the specifics of the Eastern Christian theological tradition. The need for integrative and sociallyoriented approaches that allow students to authentically perceive the essence of Orthodox theology, expressed in the unity of Eastern Christian speculation and moral attitude towards life, is substantiated. Taking into consideration the synergistic nature of theological knowledge and its value-worldview capabilities, the author identifies a number of fundamental theoretical and methodological approaches for the development of the educational program and the corresponding goals of its implementation. The formation of a personal value-semantic conceptual system of a young person as a “super-task” is emphasized. Developing personal meanings with a focus on values, as they are presented in the Holy Scriptures and the patristic heritage, is a great pedagogical task, which should include the methodology of the so-called “existential cognition,” orienting a person to coexistence and one’s spiritual foundations. The author illustrates that in theological education, the information-cognitive approach, even with all its innovations, must be supplemented by an appeal to the issue of personal coexistence. Many years of the author’s practical experience in the field of education made it possible to identify a number of pedagogical conditions for such conjugation presented in the subject-semantic model of pedagogical integration of knowledge.

In domestic scientific and public opinion, interest in religion as a new worldview paradigm is very high. Today's attention to the Christian religion in our society is connected, in our opinion, with the specificity of its value system, which distinguishes it from other forms of consciousness: the idea of God, the absolute, the eternity of moral norms. That is why its historical forms do not receive accurate characteristics and do not matter in the mass consciousness. Modern religious beliefs do not always arise as a result of the direct influence of church preaching. The emerging religious values are absorbed in a wide range of philosophical, artistic, ethical ideas, acting as a compensation for what is generally defined as spirituality. At the same time, the appeal to Christian values became very popular.

AbstractIslamic Law is one of the broadest and most comprehensive systems of legislation in the world. It was applied, through various schools of thought, from one end of the Muslim world to the other. It also had a great impact on other nations and cultures. We will focus in this article on values and norms in Islamic law. The value system of Islam is immutable and does not tolerate change over time for the simple fact that human nature does not change. The basic values and needs (which can be called maṣlaḥa) are classified hierarchically into three levels: (1) necessities (Ḍarūriyyāt), (2) convenience (Ḥājiyyāt), and (3) refinements (Kamāliyyāt=Taḥsīniyyāt). In Islamic legal theory (Uṣūl al‐fiqh) the general aim of legislation is to realize values through protecting and guaranteeing their necessities (al-Ḍarūriyyāt) as well as stressing their importance (al‐ Ḥājiyyāt) and their refinements (taḥsīniyyāt).In the second part of this article we will draw attention to Islamic norms. Islam has paid great attention to norms that protect basic values. We cannot explain all the Islamic norms that relate to basic values, but we will classify them categorically. We will focus on four kinds of norms: 1) norms (rules) concerned with belief (I’tiqādiyyāt), 2) norms (rules) concerned with law (ʿAmaliyyāt); 3) general legal norms (Qawā‘id al‐ Kulliyya al‐Fiqhiyya); 4) norms (rules) concerned with ethics (Wijdāniyyāt = Aḵlāqiyyāt = Ādāb = social and moral norms).

The psychological characteristics of adolescence, the phenomenology of deviant behavior, types of deviant behavior are considered. Particular attention is paid to the consideration of the factors of the formation of deviant behavior of minors. The authors note the lack of scientific knowledge about this. Identifying and taking into account such factors will make it possible to individualize the process of psychoprophylactic and corrective activities of a psychologist. Experimental work on the study of the socio-psychological reasons for the deviant behavior of minors is described. The analysis of the research results is presented. The study made it possible to determine the influence of socio-psychological determinants on the formation of deviant behavior in adolescents: personal and characterological characteristics, character accentuations, peculiarities of adolescent self-esteem, types of family upbringing, characteristics of parental attitudes. All this will allow in the future to develop programs of psychological prevention of deviant behavior in adolescents, taking into account their characteristics and family upbringing.

This paper discusses the design features deliberately used in social media technologies to cause behavioral addiction, while outlining how this addiction leads to altering, reshaping and redefining of basic human values such as contemplation, well-being, mindfulness and connectedness that bring about social, psychological, cultural and ethical changes in human existence. The paper sheds light on how the altering of the human value system goes against the values and principles of Islamic law by citing Qur’ānic verses, prophetic traditions and teachings of Islamic scholars. Currently, there are no frameworks, laws and/or strategies that view social media addiction from a metaphysical perspective and in terms of human worldview and existence. Hence, as a solution, our paper introduces an ethical framework for designing social media technologies using the objectives of Islamic law that discourage a social media design with indefinite ends and encourage a design methodology with well-defined objectives and consequences.

Presented paper focuses on measuring tax literacy among bachelor degree students at the University of Economics, Prague, along with analysis of the two factors that influence it. Based on the 150 collected questionnaires (63 % response rate), we measured tax literacy of students (personal income tax and VAT) and examined whether it depends on (i) previous passing of tax courses and (ii) previous practical experience with filing tax returns. More than half of the students were well to excellently-versed in tax matters, including those who have not completed any more advanced tax courses apart from the elementary tax course. For VAT, the results of statistical tests show that students’ knowledge depends on passing a more advanced course on consumption taxation. On the other hand, the link between experience with tax returns and results of tax literacy tests cannot be unambiguously confirmed or rejected. Within the first statistical test (personal income tax), it was established that students’ knowledge does not depend on previous filing of tax returns; the second test (value added tax) led to the opposite conclusion.
