The purpose of the article is to highlight the evolution of scientific research in land relations and outline the prospects for their development in the context of the 65-year activity of the National Scientific Centre "Institute of Agrarian Economics". Research methods. The research was based on general scientific and economic research methods, scientific works of Ukrainian scientists on the formation of land relations, their regulation, the implementation of scientific support, and archival materials. Historical and abstract-logical approaches have made it possible to single out the most significant stages in the development of land issues during the last sixty years and characterize the peculiarities of their scientific support, outline prospects for further development, and formulate appropriate conclusions and recommendations. Research results. The evolution of scientific research of land relations, the formation of which took place on the basis of the National Scientific Centre "Institute of Agrarian Economics", is described. The key areas of scientific research on rational land use, land management, economic valuation of land, etc., which were assigned a key role in scientific research at different periods of time, are highlighted. The contribution of researchers to the solution of these issues is disclosed. The prospects for the development of land relations are outlined and an algorithm of actions for the implementation of the final stage of land reform is proposed. Scientific novelty. A retrospective-evolutionary review of the formation and development of land relations in Ukraine during the last sixty years has been carried out. The essential stages have been singled out, and the peculiarities of their scientific support have been characterized. Practical significance. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the need for comprehensive legislative, organizational and financial support of the market circulation of agricultural lands, as an important factor in the competitive development of the agricultural complex of Ukraine. Research methodology. In the process of research were used: general and special methods of scientific knowledge - in the system of land relations; logical method - to determine socio-economic trends; systematic approach, observation, specification, analogy - to determine the procedure for assessing and market value of land resources and areas for improvement of land legislation. Results of the research. It is proved that the development of land reform would not lead to the land market and attract investment in the country's economy. The buyers of the land would actually be the tenant farmers, who will never give the highest price. The necessity of revision of methods for determining estimates of normative value of land is substantiated, development of the legislative basis for the control over the vicarious lands. In the process, it has been established that the main buyer of the land is a power as the most powerful owner and manager. The country will try to force the state policy and legislate the base can easily be done with a land asset that will trim the majestic incomes to the budget, and by themselves, will save the skin of the bulk of Ukraine. For all, only the will of the people and the bazhanya of pratsyuvati to the land are needed. For the sake of the transfer of the State Land Bank, the regulation of land management in Ukraine, the development of the national infrastructure of geospatial data, and the unified methodology of the normative penny assessment of lands were transferred. Elements of scientific novelty. A systematic substantiation of the ways of further development of land reform in Ukraine has been obtained. Practical significance. The results of the study can be used in the development of legislation on the land market, regulation of market turnover of agricultural land, deepening research, use in the educational process and in the practice of government agencies and agricultural enterprises.

The legislation on the contract system does not have the definitions of “procurement object”, “technical task”, “lot”, which are widely used in procurement activities by state and municipal customers. With the formation of these substances, customers begin to organize procurement activities. The purpose of this work is to develop systemic rules for the formation of the procurement object in accordance with the norms of the legislation on the contract system and law enforcement practice. The work used general scientific research methods, comparison and analysis, and the method of expert assessments. The regulatory legal acts in the field of procurement were used as of 02 July 2021, including those that come into force from 01 January 2022. The concept of the terms “lot”, “object of procurement” is given, the requirements that are established for the description of objects in the legislation on the contract system are explained: how to describe the product and what should be indicated in the description. The main requirements for the formation of lots in order to protect competition are named. The legal responsibility norms for violations of the purchase objects description are given. It is indicated on what it needs to pay attention while checking the prepared description of the procurement object.

The purpose of the article is the study of the essence, objectives and methodological approaches to the organization of scientific research in the system of financial and economic security. Methodology. The scientific works of scientists in the organization of scientific research of financial and economic security are the theoretical and methodological basis of the study. In order to achieve the established goal of the article, the following research methods were used: theoretical generalization – the essence, the system of indicators for assessing financial and economic security; methods of positive and normative analysis – for the development of recommendations for improving the organization of research in the system of financial and economic security. Results. The essence of the definition of financial and economic security system has been investigated. The absence of a singular approach to defining the essence of the concept of financial and economic security among domestic scientists has been determined. The difference in approaches of domestic scientists to the financial and economic security have been proven. The following approaches to understanding the essence of the concept of economic security of the enterprise have been outlined as protection against: unauthorized access to information; methods of unlawful competition, threats. Also, the economic security of the enterprise is distinguished as a state of stability or equilibrium or efficient use of its resources. Some define economic security as dependent on the harmonization of interests. A system of indicators characterizing the state of financial and economic security and meeting such requirements is presented: are easy to calculate and understand; substantial and meaningful; based on current accounting and statistical reporting; operational for appropriate response to the state of financial security; characterize the qualitative and quantitative state in statics and dynamics. In the process of conducting scientific and economic research is described as task-solving. The mechanism of economic security management is revealed. Among the main methods of assessing the system of financial and economic security the following are determined: peer review, regression and analysis of variance, regression method and the method of exponential smoothing methods fuzzy systems, cluster and discriminant analysis. Systematization of methodological approaches to the organization of scientific research in the system of financial and economic security has shown that they are defined in terms of resource (investment) system, infrastructure (cluster) and process approaches. Practical significance. The research of essence, tasks and methodical approaches of the organization of scientific researches in the system of financial and economic safety which can be used by applicants and scientists and pedagogical workers of higher education is resulted. Prospects for further research. Formation of the organization of scientific research in systems of financial and economic safety.

The purpose. The peculiarities of the use of linear images in the visual environment are investigated. Their influence on human perception and relevance of their use in design and art is determined. Methodology. General scientific research methods are used: analytical, typological, comparative analysis are used to determine the lines and their application in advertising and design. Results.Linear images differ against the background of modern media space. The use of linear, schematic, simplified images and their assimilation appeals to the historical development of human perception, which allows such images to be perceived on a subconscious level, without requiring concentration and distraction from other activities. Trends in the development of linear images in human perception are analyzed. The use of lines in various types of fine arts is emphasized and revealed. The scientific novelty. To consider the lines as a tool for visual emphasis of facilities and distribution lines in various forms of art. Their historical development and significance for human activity are established. Practical significance. The study allows to expand knowledge about the use of lines in modern and elite areas of art. The obtained results can be used in further studies of linear visual solutions.

The genesis and current condition of scientific approaches to defining methods in criminalistics are considered. It is noted that, despite the significant importance for the formation of the methodology of criminalistics science, no separate doctrine of its methods has been created yet. Conversely, scientists offer different definitions and classification constructions of methods of this science. There is not always a justifiable division of criminalistics methods into research methods and methods of practical activity. It is emphasized that the introduction of a single, unified, consistent classification of methods in criminalistics science is a prerequisite for the further effective scientific research in this area of knowledge and the solution of praxeological tasks in the activity of judicial investigative bodies, expert institutions, operational units. Finding out established approaches to the classification of methods in science of criminalistics will contribute to the final formation of the modern scientific criminalistics paradigm. In view of the results of the analysis of scientific approaches, it is proposed to divide the methods in forensics into two varieties, using the following terms: 1) methods of criminalistics that means methods of studying the subject of research of this field of knowledge, carrying out scientific research; 2) criminalistics methods, that is, the optimal methods of action of authorized subjects that are the result of the conducted research and recommended for practical use. Methods of criminalistics should be grouped into the following levels: philosophical, general scientific (methods of empirical research, methods of theoretical research, general logical methods), separate scientific (special) (borrowed, transformed, especially criminalistics). In turn, forensic methods can be divided into: methods of collecting, recording and investigating evidence; methods of using forensic and special techniques; methods of conducting individual investigative (search) actions; methods of designing and testing investigators, court, expert versions and construction of forecasting models, etc. The above points out that in the forensic scientific knowledge there is a complex, dynamic, subordinated system of numerous methods of different levels, spheres of action, directions, which are realized taking into account specific conditions and subject of research. At the same time, this system is open and constantly updated with new methods as a result of their development and renewing.

BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES. In modern economic conditions the formation of financial and economic factors to enhance the development of integrated business structures cannot take place without the active use of mathematical modeling methods. One of the main directions of improving the financial and economic mechanism is the use of these methods as an effective modern tool for strategic management of the development of integrated business structures.METHODS.The methodology of scientific research are general scientific and special research methods: All scientific research carried out within the framework of established integrated business structures, use general scientific methods, such as the method of scientific abstraction, the method of analysis and synthesis, the method of unity of historical and logical, positive and normative methods, as well as specific research methods. To the specific methods of research can be attributed modeling, which is presented in the study as the basis for effective management of the development of integrated business structures.FINDINGS. The hypothesis of the scientific study is to model the process of development of integrated business structures as a given condition for managing the available combined potential. The aim of the study is to substantiate theoretically the use of mathematical modeling in the management of the development of integrated business structures.CONCLUSION. It was determined that in modern conditions, under the specifics of the formation and development of integrated management structures, which includes many structural units, to improve the management mechanism can be achieved by using as an effective tool of computer technology, allowing a flexible and responsive to changing economic conditions.

Subject. This article examines the factor influence on human health depending on the socio-demographic characteristics of the population. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the factors that affect the health of the population of the Arctic area, and their impact on various groups of people. Methods. For the study, we used general scientific research methods. Results. Based on a sociological survey conducted in the municipalities of the Arkhangelsk Oblast, the article identifies the key determinants of public health and the change in the importance of various factors depending on the age of the person. Relevance. The results obtained can be used when developing and adjusting programme documents related to the Arctic demographic policies.
