The disease known as Covid-19 was declared a pandemic at the beginning of 2020, substantially attacking the respiratory system of those infected. The progressive respiratory failure generated by the disease even leads to death in severe stages of the disease. Due to this alteration some users may require mechanical ventilation. Much research links intubation to dysphagia. The Speech Therapist is the one who helps in the rehabilitation of swallowing disorders, the objective of this research was to review specialized literature to gather information on the Role of the Speech Pathologist in the Treatment of Dysphagia in High Clinic Users due to (Covid-19). A specific search was carried out in the databases PubMed, Science direct and in the Virtual Health Library (BSV). The key term Mesh “Covid-19” was used then the intersection boolean “AND” and the key term Mesh “Dysphagia” then the intersection boolean “OR” and the key term Mesh “Swallowing Disorder”. A total of 42 articles in distributed as follows: PubMed (14), ScienceDirect (7), BSV (21). In the present investigation only articles corresponding to experimental studies, quasi-experimental studies, case studies, bibliographic reviews were included, clinical trials, where the role of the speech therapist in the work of dysphagia in patients with clinical discharge after having had Covid-19 is observed. The results obtained relate prolonged intubation to dysphagia, although the articles found are not enough to make a generalization, added to the fact that the quality of the articles found does not have the expected level of evidence, despite that, the results found confirm the speech pathologist specializing in orofacial motor skills as a relevant actor both in the evaluation and in the intervention of users who have dysphagia due to prolonged intubation by Covid-19.

The education system is organized in the form of cycles, each feeding the one following it with learners. They will continue their studies in the destination cycle, and their future will certainly depend, at least in part, on the quality of the skills acquired in the previous cycle. Given the divergences and disparities existing between the different cycles mainly due to the fact that each responds to its own design logic and in the absence of coordination between them, there is a huge lack of quality to gain at the interface of the cycles . The referral system that plays the role of supply service needs to be updated to strengthen educational quality, but it is not the only one. It is also necessary to help the orienting staff to assess the quality of the learners at its true value, to set up partnership links between the cycles to help each other in favor of quality, and to set up reception control systems at the entry of each cycle, supported by corrective and preventive measures.

Purpose Some marketers have challenged psychologists’ contention that human beings can only learn by using conscious effort. They argue that advertising can be effective at low levels of (or even no) attention. Also, despite the absence of (or low levels of) consciousness, these subconscious responses can be linked to brands. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of implicit learning in the context of logo substitution – an image that may not look like the original logo, and may not even be consciously associated with the original brand or its logo. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected by means of two quasi-experimental studies. Findings The results suggest that, thanks to implicit learning, logo substitution can be effective. Research limitations/implications One limitation was that data were collected from two relatively small convenience samples. Practical implications Logo substitution can be of value when a company faces a situation when advertising is banned or restricted, when the target market is saturated with marketing stimuli (clutter) and when there is a risk that aggressive advertising can lead to psychological reactance. The purpose of logo substitution would then be to unobtrusively activate mental representations closely related to the original logo. Originality/value The central contribution of this study is that it demonstrates how the principles of implicit social cognition, implicit learning and logo substitution can be used by marketers to overcome the undesirable and even adverse advertising circumstances they sometimes face.

ABSTRACT The objective of this review was to analyze the evidence of Pilates in physical fitness related to health in the elderly. The article indexing databases (Pubmed, Medline, Science Direct, Scielo, Lilacs, and Cochrane) were reviewed along with the Pilates, elderly and aging descriptors. A total of 41 studies with a randomized experimental and quasi-experimental design met the inclusion criteria. The selection of the studies was carried out by two researchers and the quality of the articles was assessed using the PEDro scale. Interventions ranged from 4-24 weeks with 1-3 sessions/week, and balance was the most investigated variable. The studies included in this review indicate that Pilates improves health status in the elderly, promoting gains in balance, muscle strength, flexibility, functional autonomy, muscular endurance, body composition and aerobic endurance. Despite these findings, some variables need to be further investigated. Level of Evidence II; Systematic review.

Children are more susceptible to various infections because of underdeveloped immune system as compared to adults. Strengthening the immune system is a natural way to help the body fight against the disease-causing pathogens and immunomodulators can play a major role in this context. Various Ayurveda classics and studies published in journals related to Ayurveda drugs for improving immunity are reviewed and analysed. In Ayurveda, the objective of immune enhancement is achieved through the use of the Amalakyadi Rasayana (an Immunomodulators), as it increases longevity of life, memory, intellect, luxture, complexion, voice, strength of the body functions, strength of all senses and provides the resistance to disease, improves glow and power. Analysis of classical references and various experimental studies show that Amalakyadi Rasayana posse immuno-modulatory, Antioxidant, Anti-inflammatory, Antimicrobial, Anthelmintic activity. Present paper is a review to update knowledge on pharmacological properties, therapeutic actions and possible mode of action of the selected formulation, Amalakyadi rasayana from Yogaratnakara (Rasayanadhikara/17) to enhance the immunity in children. Rasayana is an important part of Ayurvedic therapeutics used to improve the quality of life by strengthening the tissue quality and by reducing the age-related tissue degeneration. This study reveals that Amalakyadi Rasayana have potential to improve or strengthen the immune system in children and thereby can lower down the morbidity rate in children.

71 Background: Medication reconciliation (MR) in outpatient clinics has been under-evaluated. We postulated that cancer patients would benefit from MR done by a pharmacist as these patients have many care providers, many medications, and are at high risk of drug-drug interactions (DDIs). Hence, we conducted a quality initiative evaluating the role of a pharmacist in the ambulatory clinics. Methods: One pharmacist prospectively rotated amongst four oncology clinics four days a week from June 3 to September 18, 2008. The pharmacist performed MR, and as a consultant developed therapeutic plans related to drug therapeutic problems (DTPs) including adverse reactions and DDIs. Patient medication lists were retrospectively analyzed using Micromedex and DDIs were categorized by frequency, severity and evidence level. A monthly survey (Likert scale) evaluating pharmacist contributions to each clinic team was completed by physicians and nurses. Results: A total of 158 patients were seen in 227 patient visits. The pharmacist identified 141 DTPs in 60 patients across 74 visits. The most frequently observed were no drug for a medical problem (51.1%), dose too low (12.8%), wrong drug (9.9%), and adverse drug reactions (9.2%). In response, 174 therapeutic plans were made. The most frequently recommended actions were drug added (40.8%), dose changed (13.2%), drug discontinued (9.2%), and interval/duration changed (7.5%). A total of 414 DDIs were identified in 110 patients, across 149 patient visits. On average, 2.62 DDIs were reported per patient, and 1.82 DDIs per visit. By severity, 139 (33.6%) major, 258 (62.3%) moderate, 16 (3.9%) minor and 1 (0.2%) contraindicated DDIs were documented. By level of evidence, 46 (11.1%) DDIs were excellent, and 236 (57%) were good. Survey results showed that doctors and nurses agreed/strongly agreed that pharmacist presence was valuable. The most useful contributions identified were consultation regarding DDIs, adverse drug effects, and medication efficacy decisions. Conclusions: DDI rates are high and most are moderate or major in severity. There is a clear benefit from the integration of a pharmacist to the clinics with an improvement in patient safety and quality of care.

The article offeres an approach to including ecological factor in the Human Development Index (HDI). HDI is aimed at reflecting the quality of life of population, which is defined along with other important characteristics and state of environment. However, there is still no ecological living conditions of population in the formalized representation of HDI. Two directions of constructing ecologically adjusted HDI are developed: introducing ecological index to HDR, and using ecologically adjusted GDP/GRP in income index. Ecological index reflecting the state of environment in the places of residence and recreation of population is constructed on the basis of indicators of the number of air/water samples exceeding the ambient standards, as a percentage of the total number of examined samples. This indicator is presented in the annex to the statistical handbook «Environment Protection in Russia» for all regions. It is offered to modify the index of income in HDI by subtraction of the economic damage caused by pollution from income, as this part of income does not go to growth of the population welfare, but only compensates for the damage. For implementation of this approach there is no official statistics, and in the study was used the database accumulated by the author over many years of ecological-economic research. As a result, there was calculated ecologically adjusted HDI for all 85 regions in comparison with the traditional HDI. In 14 regions with the best ecological situation the HDI value grew, in the others it decreased. Some of the regions formerly leading by the HDI value lost their positions. Comparing the impact on HDI of ecological index on the one hand, and of modifications of income index on the other, showed an incomparably greater role of the introduction of ecological index.

Local spatial development plans, are one of the most important urban landscaping tools. Their goal is, on the one hand, to protect urban space including, inter alia, prevention of creation of illconsidered developments, that are bad to the urban landscape, the environment or the local communities. For this purpose, there is a number of restrictions introduced into local spatial development plans. On the other hand, the role of local plans is also creating the space, so they should be conducive to projects with high-quality architecture, that are often unconventional and innovative, adding new value to the architectural landscape of the city, which could be blocked by too strict regulations. The trick is to create regulations in a way that can help reconcile that two goals.

Young women every month experiencing menstruation will be at risk for anemia, coupled with poor dietary habits. The aim of the study was to analyze the effectiveness of giving Fe tablets to hemoglobin levels of female students who suffer from anemia in SMAN 3 in Sampang Regency. Descriptions of quasi-experimental studies using the one sample pre-post design cohort approach, the population is the third-grade students of Sampang State High School who suffer from anemia as many as 115 students. The sample size is determined by the formula as many as 89 respondents. Provision of Fe tablets for 1 week with a dose of 1 day 1 time, when students experience menstruation. Data retrieval was done by measuring Hb levels before and after administration of Fe tablets. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by a paired test t-test. The results of the study showed that the administration of iron tablets was significant for changes in Hb levels that the results of the test analysis showed a p-count of 0.00. This is due to the fact that the administration of Fe tablets for 1 week can change Hb levels in Sampang 3 High School students. The conclusions of the study showed that the administration of Fe tablets was able to change Hb levels so that students who were anemic at the time of menstruation should be given a Fe tablet so that there was no decrease in hemoglobin levels. Keyword: Anemia, tablet Fe, Kadar Hb

Botia or clown loach is the one of fishes was originated from Indonesia and as an ornamental fish commodity in the global market. Clown loach both nature and cultured have some problems when reared in aquaria that is the decrease of color quality. An innovation technology to improve color quality through diet formulates is needed. The aims of this research were to increase the color quality using astaxanthin in diet and to find out the role of astaxanthin as antioxidant in clown loach. The study consists of four treatments of astaxanthin dosages in the diet with isoprotein and isoenergy, namely 0, 50, 100 and 150 mg kg-1 with four replications. The fish juveniles with size of 3.44±0.51 cm and 0.56±0.02 g of weight with density of one fish per littre were used. The test diet was given three times a day during 60 days. The results showed that there were no significant differences antioxidant activity such as superoxide dismutase enzymes and malondialdehyde. However, there was a significant effect (P<0.05) to color quality of the chroma and total carotenoid, whereas no significantly different in lightness. The addition of astaxanthin was effective to improve the color quality of clown loach juvenile. Thus, 100 mg kg-1 of astaxanthin in diet is an optimal dose for clown loach juvenile.
