The subject of the article is foreign language professional training of future teachers. The research is devoted to substantiation of Subject-Based Speaking method, which contributes to the development of foreign-language professional communicative competence among university students. The article is aimed at analyzing the effectiveness of using this method in foreign-language professional training. Research methods include study of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature, observation and interviewing of the experiment participants, analysis of the experimental results. The article gives a detailed description of the stages, requirements, properties, and forms of training used in the proposed method. The results of the study can find application in practice of foreign-language training not only for future teachers, but also for other specialists, since Subject-Based Speaking method is focused on developing the ability to use a foreign language for professional purposes. Conclusion. Subject-Based Speaking is an effective method used for developing foreign language professional communicative competence, which helps to motivate students to learn a language, their willingness to communicate in a foreign language increases, and students demonstrate a higher level of foreign language professional communicative competence

The relevance of the topic is due to the entry of the world community into the era of information civilization, acceleration and intensification of information processes, improvement of communication means, which entails the need to overcome communication barriers, which are foreign languages. The current stage of society development requires medical specialists to speak a foreign language as a means of communication to solve professional and social problems, and to successfully cooperate internationally. The theory and practice of modern education require the development of employees’ communication skills. In order to effectively interact in science and practice, in the field of interpersonal relations, a medical specialist needs to have communicative qualities that represent an integrative connection of value orientations, moral positions and aspirations, knowledge, skills, and professional medical ethics. Mastering a foreign language requires a certain orientation of the student’s personality at a medical university and the formation of cognitive activity. The value orientations act as an energizer of this orientation of the medical students. The formation of value orientations for learning a foreign language is necessary from the first day of training at a medical university. In contrast to speech activity, communication activity involves not only the ability to express thoughts in a foreign language, but also a certain communicative behavior of the doctor. The communicative orientation of training should be an interactive learning goal that focuses on achieving foreign-language medical professional communicative competence in the unity of all communication functions: cognitive, regulatory, value-oriented, label, pragmatic. The aim and tasks of the research are a need to clarify the essence of communication, the ratio of communication and types of communication, determining the location of foreign speech as a means of medical communication.

A future teacher who speaks foreign language is in more demand by school today than ever before. Pedagogical universities change their activities to meet the school educational system’s requirements. The need of English for future teachers is determined by the necessity of subject activity. In the process of teaching the teacher not only stimulates the mastering of the basics of science, but also creates the opportunity to develop learning skills, critically realize their experience of foreign language usage. First and second year students, while learning foreign language, improve their speaking skills, learn to use the best way to build their learning activity. The goal of the next step of professional training is to master teaching methods, which will let the students use their foreign language knowledge. Teaching English on the basis of meta-subject approach principles will allow to solve these problems. The article is devoted to the analysis of solving the problems of foreign language education of future teachers. The author suggests using the meta-subject potential of a foreign language as a general strategy of foreign language education. The experimental pedagogical work carried out at the Pavlodar Pedagogical University allows us to draw a conclusion about the effectiveness of the proposed ideas.

The article explains the key concept "multicultural education of future teachers of foreign languages". The essence and content of the notions "multiculturalism", "multicultural education" are clarified; the connection between them is established. The influence of these concepts on the process of professional training of future teachers of foreign languages is also revealed. The concept of culture is defined, namely the origin and history of ancient, medieval and modern times of the use of this concept. The relevance of teaching humanitarian disciplines in higher education institutions, especially a foreign language, is highlighted, which expands the language knowledge of students and gives them the opportunity to become full members of a multicultural environment. Also, synonymous terms for the concept of "polyculture" and the main goals of polycultural education are presented. So, we can state that the multiculturalism of the personality of future teachers of a foreign language consists in striving during intercultural communication with representatives of other languages; to understand a specific foreign language system of language and concepts of culture, their system of value-semantic guidelines, to integrate new experience into one's own system of language and concepts of culture, and also to analyze the system of one's own culture through cognition of a new culture, which leads to the formation of multicultural value guidelines.

The article substantiates the importance of proper organization of professional and pedagogical training of candidates for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (in particular, economic profile) as future scientific and pedagogical workers of high qualification; it is also determined the role and place of the course “Modern educational technologies” in the system of professional training of doctors of philosophy of economic profile. In order to understand the peculiarities of scientific and pedagogical activities in the educational program of PhD students it should be normatively provided educational components aimed at providing theoretical and practical training of future scientific and pedagogical workers (by the way, as required by the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education). Analysis of postgraduate curricula suggests that in most of the analyzed institutions, educational programs for doctors of philosophy contain educational components of both theoretical and practical orientation, which is also confirmed by the availability of educational and methodological literature aimed at organizing pedagogical training of future teachers. In general, an integral part of the training of future doctors of philosophy in higher education is the formation of their professional and pedagogical competence, as well as methodological culture, which involves the possession of methodological knowledge (theoretical, methodological, subject methodology, methodology of knowledge of the relevant field of science). Thus, the system of professional and pedagogical training of future teachers of economic disciplines should include the use of modern forms, methods and teaching aids, as well as the latest pedagogical technologies, differentiation and individualization of professional training of future doctors of philosophy, implementation of innovative programs into pedagogical training of potential teachers.

The article deals with possible ways of using information technologies in teaching future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature. It is established that the primary task of the organizer of the educational process is to build an educational process with a view to facilitating the development of the competences necessary for the future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature. The latest information technologies are analysed and the effective ways of their use are suggested. It was found out that information technologies actively contribute to the unique function of preparing the future specialist for the quality realization of educational services in the information and digital space. It is researched that the functional approach to the analysis of IT in the context of the educational process outlines the specific scientific basis of the proposed scientific search, which allows to organically combine the postulates of media-oriented education with cognitive and communicative principles in the study of the ways of using IT in teaching teachers of foreign language and foreign literature. According to the guidelines of this approach, the functional purpose of IT influences the processes of formation of the form and value of the obtained knowledge. An important element in describing the use of IT is the principle of consistency. It is confirmed that the general competences of future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature are represented by both subject and general competencies, where IT competence is ranked as one of the top priorities. It implies the teacher’s ability to use information technology in the course of his/her professional activities effectively and appropriately. Information technology competence, in turn, is divided into three main competences, which correspond to the separate activities of teachers of foreign language and foreign literature: general, diagnostic and subject-oriented. Examples of tasks aimed at forming different types of competences in future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature with IT involvement are given. It is proved that the use of information technologies in the process of realization of educational and professional training of future teachers of foreign language and foreign literature contributes to a more effective fulfilment of the basic curriculum assignments, in-depth study of the content of the studied discipline, optimization of self-education and self-development of the level of future specialists, an individual way of perceiving information and working with it.

The article highlights the problem of implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development of future music teachers.It defines readiness for professional self-development of future music teachers as a professionally important quality of a studentʼs personality.The article establishes pedagogical conditions that ensure the efficient process of formation of readiness for professional self-development of the future music teachers. They are strengthening of motivational foundation of professional self-development of students based on acmeological positions; implementation of competence approach to professional training of future music teachers based on pedagogical innovation; enrichment of creative potential of students in the process of involving in artistic and educational activities.The article substantiates experimentally tested methods of introducing pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development of future music teachers, which include the value-motivational stage (development of the motivational component of readiness for professional self-development of students), cognitive-activity stage (formation of competence for professional self-development of future music teachers), creative stage (creation of conditions for maximum creative self-realization).It proves that the implementation of the proposed methods of implementation of educational conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development will significantly improve the quality of training of future music teachers. This conclusion is based on the comparison of the results of the control and experimental groups, as well as on the processing and generalization of the results. Cultural globalization of different countries, extended social circle of future teachers, exchange programs, emigration, scientific and professional contacts with representatives of other cultures call for the need to study foreign languages. Current changes pose new pedagogical challenges for scholars in terms of instilling communication culture while preparing future teachers of foreign languages. The article studies the concept of bilingualism, bilingual communication culture and its specifics, scope and relations with other concepts. The author argues that bilingualism is an essential component of general communication culture of future teachers, crucial for them to exchange information and share experience by means of their mother and foreign tongues. Specifics of professional training for future foreign language teachers implies the need for bilingual communication, the effectiveness of which depends on the mastery of languages as well as ability to organize language interaction and communication skills. One possible way to develop bilingual communication culture in the process of preparing future foreign language teachers to their professional activity is engaging the model of developing linguistic and communication skills of bilinguality. It is this bilingual training system that allows students to perceive general aspects of communication culture and its fundamental principles, determins the specifics of bilingual communication and features of professionally oriented expression in the process of comprehending bilingual communication culture as a whole. Integration of languages and cultures contributes to identification, classification, organization and evaluation of objects of the world around us, facilitates adaptation to new cultural environment, helps organize and coordinate activities, encourage other participants of language groups to act correctly.

The article addresses the issue of development of Kazakh, Russian and English languages in Kazakhstan. For this purpose, the authors give a definition of the types of bilingualism and polylingualism. The paper focuses on the significance of modeling of the educational process, the use of effective methods and technologies, gradual formation of foreign language speech culture and communicative competence. The model of multilingual teachers’ training is presented as a combination of motivational-value, content and technological components. In accordance with this, experimental work was conducted in three Kazakh universities. The result of the experiment is a polylingual speech culture and communicative competence of the future teachers within the selected scope of educational material. Another achievement in the experiment is the professional readiness of undergraduates to develop an integrated educational process for the formation of foreign language communicative competence, an ability to apply the concepts of the learning in educational process and justify them in a discussion. In the course of the study, the authors came to a conclusion that future teachers should have an integrated competence: knowledge of a foreign language and linguodidactic skills to plan classes in a foreign language.

The article substantiates and presents the structure and content of the information and communication learning environment for the formation of important components of the professional competence of the future teacher of foreign languages – a professionally oriented communicative competence other than language, methodical and innovative competencies. Taking into account the technical and didactic capabilities of the Moodle education management system, it is determined that it should be used to design the information and communication learning environment for the professional training of the future foreign language teacher. The structure of the electronic informational and methodological package for the discipline as a complex of electronic educational resources, combined into training modules, electronic cases, topics designed to provide a comprehensive system of teaching of future teachers of foreign languages for the development of professional competence in the process of independent out-of-class work is presented.
