Effective classroom teachers don't have many problems, while ineffective classroom teachers are characterized by continuous disruption and chaos. By observing classroom teachers who are effective and ineffective. A good teacher is a teacher who in his PBM is able to inspiring teaching students, he is able to turn on great ideas, great desires for his students, able to develop creative and innovative traits. Based on the focus of the study, this study aims to describe the Effective Behavior of Teachers in Implementing Individual Learning Activities in a classical manner. The teacher's approach is the process, method or action that is approached by a teacher to students to create an effective and efficient learning process, in teaching, the teacher must be clever in using a wise and wise approach, the teacher's view of students will determine attitudes and actions. For teachers, the ability to apply the principles of learning in the learning process will help improve the effectiveness of learning management which in the end can be achieved with the learning objectives formulated.

The learning method is a strategy or technique in delivering teaching and learning activities in the classroom that is applied by teachers so that the set of goals can be achieved objectively. The learning process requires a variety of special methods which in essence can support the achievement of effective and efficient learning objectives. Teachers need to know and learn appropriate teaching methods to convey material to students. Teaching methods are practiced at the time of teaching and made as attractive as possible so that students can receive lessons easier. Additionally, the teacher must also know the advantages and disadvantages of the methods to reduce difficulties during teaching and learning. This research was formulated using the method by Nur Uhbiyati and E. Mulyasa.

Besides, to create an atmosphere and conditions that are effective in learning, there must be certain supporting factors such as the learning environment, the expertise of educators in teaching, adequate facilities and facilities as well as good cooperation between educators and students. These efforts are efforts to create and maintain conducive, optimal, and pleasant learning conditions and atmosphere so that the learning process can run effectively. Learning innovation is an important thing to be possessed by the teacher. This is because through the update that is later success in learning objectives can be delivered optimally. As one of these innovations is the use of learning media. This study was conducted to reveal the effectiveness of the use of audio media in the form of recording readings of short stories on the quality of the learning process of appreciation of the short story. This study used qualitative research methods class action, this study resulted in a conclusion that the audio media can improve the quality of the learning process of short stories with three benchmarks, namely the increasing activity of students during the activity apersepsi, the increased activity of students during the teaching and learning activities, and increased courage students to present the results of its work in the discussion forum.

Learning media is one of the learning components that has an important role in Teaching and Learning Activities. In the learning process, passion and interest are one of the most important dynamic aspects. With the enthusiasm and interest in students, learning results will be maximized. Thus, the teacher must know the form of enthusiasm and interest that how should be used to foster student enthusiasm for learning. Given that by providing enthusiasm and interest, students can develop activities and initiatives and can maintain perseverance in conducting learning activities and so students do not feel bored with the subject of Fiqh. These conditions will affect students' understanding of the subject of jurisprudence. If students truly understand and practice what is contained in it that is fiqh, then students will be able to carry out religious commands properly according to the commands of Allah SWT. Departing from the facts and descriptions above, the researchers are interested in studying and conducting research on "Madrasah Teacher's SWOT In Fostering the Spirit of Learning Jurisprudence in Millennial Generation in Tulungagung". In teaching and learning activities, as a teacher of Islamic education, he must be able to optimize his role when in class. One of them is as a motivator, meaning that teachers should be able to provide encouragement to students to be passionate and active in learning. In an effort to provide motivation, the teacher must be able to analyze the motives behind the students who are always lazy to learn and decline in school performance. Motivation can be effective if it is done by paying attention to students' needs. Diversification of ways of learning provides reinforcement and so on, can also provide motivation for students to be more passionate in learning. Besides the lesson material delivered without regard to the use of the method will also make it difficult for teachers to achieve learning objectives.

Implementation of school level education is determined by the readiness, competence and ability of teachers in managing and controlling learners. This study focuses only on the readiness of teachers of Islamic Education (PAI) in planning, implementing and conducting assessments in the learning process. This study aims to determine the strategy of learning planning, preparation of learning materials, methods of implementation and evaluation techniques by teachers of Islamic Education at SMAN in Pangkalpinang City. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results showed that PAI teachers at SMAN had done the planning by containing competency standards, basic competencies, indicators, learning objectives, subject matter, approaches, strategies and learning methods, learning activities, tools / learning resources and assessment. While the method of palembang is more dominant using lectures, discussions, assignments and practices. While the means of assessment use in writing, oral and observation.

Abstract : Education centered on the learning process in the classroom. The success in achieving educational goals depends on classroom management conducted by the teacher. Classroom management is an activity carried out by teachers to create a conducive learning environment, so that learning objectives can be achieved properly. Class is inhabited by a variety of different characters from each student, which can lead to various types of conflicts that could interfere with learning activities. In this case, a teacher must be able to control class conditions with various approaches, including authoritarian approaches, intimidation approach, permissive approach, recipe approach, behaviour change approach, socio-emotional approach, group approach, and electrical or pluralistic approach, in order to allow the learning process carried out as expected, therefore learning objectives could be achieved. Keywords : Education, learning, and Classroom Management

<p>The purpose of this study was to describe the authentic assessment of Hinduism learning in elementary school. Assessment is an integral part of learning as a whole. The position of assessment in the design of learning implementation is part of the three main components of implementation, namely learning objectives, learning activities, and assessment of learning outcomes. Learning activities are designed to meet the learning objectives that must be achieved. Assessment is needed to determine the level of success and achievement of learning objectives. Assessment is also used as feedback for the learning process itself. Assessment is needed so that corrective actions can be taken in the learning process. One of the characteristics of a good assessment is sustainable so that improvements in the learning process can be performed continuously.</p>

This study aims to describe the implementation of 'market day' activities to improve children entrepreneurship learning at Telkom Preschool Ternate. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research were students and teachers of group B Telkom Preschool in academic year 2019/2020. Data collection used direct observation, in-depth interviews and documentary methods. The data were analyzed qualitatively with such stages of reduction, presentation of data, verification and conclusion. The result showed that the implementation of the 'market day' or school market activities in Telkom preschool Ternate has integrated with entrepreneurial values based on Telkom preschool curriculum. The students were able to get direct experience about entrepreneurship value. All students in A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3 groups felt enthusiastic and motivated when buying and selling activities. The learning activities from the beginning to the end were done in accordance with the principles of learning for early childhood and directed towards the achievement of learning objectives. Thus, it will improve children's cognitive abilities and entrepreneurial skills from an early age.

This study discusses several aspects of differences in general for each individual which includes, among others, differences in aspects: biological, psychological, intelligence, gender, ethnicity, and so on, as well as their implications in the learning process in the classroom. This research is library research, which aims to collect information related to individual differences and their implications in the learning process in the classroom. Research data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. The data analysis used inductive analysis. Based on the data analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the individual characteristics of each lie in the biological (physiological) aspect, as well as the psychological aspect. These two aspects form a certain behavior in humans that makes them different from other humans. In addressing these differences, in the learning process in the classroom, teachers should be creative in managing the learning process in the classroom so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally.
