Kampung Tajur is a unique village located in the village of Pasanggrahan, Purwakarta. Kampung Tajur has a variety of ecotourism potentials, but Kampung Tajur needs to improve the quality of service, especially in terms of guiding services. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the interpretation of the material for guidance in Kampung Tajur. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and literature study. This research has several key informants in Kampung Tajur, such as tour guides and informants from the tourism industry, pokdarwis and community leaders in Kampung Tajur. Based on the research results, it was found that at this time the guides in Kampung Tajur did not have any reference material for interpretation. Interpretation is only done as it is. Meanwhile, the development of interpretation material faces several obstacles, one of which is the lack of human resources as a tour guide, especially as a guide for foreign tourists, so it is necessary to make a bilingual guidebook containing interpretation material for guides. Therefore, it is necessary to produce a bilingual guidebook containing translated material for tour guides. This is necessary to anticipate differences in interpretation between guides and clarity of interpretation for tourists.

Abstrak Persaingan di bidang industri pariwisata semakin ketat. Perubahan-perubahan di era distruptif ini mau tidak mau akan memaksa organisasi untuk terus menemukan inovasi-inovasi baru untuk tetap bersaing dengan organisasi lain. Salah satu organisasi di bidang jasa pariwisata adalah kampung tulip. Kampung tulip terletak di daerah ciwasta, Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan masukan-masukan/rekomendasi bagi pengelola objek wisata setelah peneliti melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di kawasan tersebut sebagai bagian dari kewajiban perguruan tinggi untuk melakuakan Tri Dharma Pendidikan. Metode penelitian disini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan merekomendasikan penerapan ISO 9001:2015 secara bertahap sesuai dengan kemampuan organisasi, dan penerapan dimensi kualitas jasa servqual bagi pegawai di objek wisata kampung tulip. Dan diharapkan dengan diterapkannya ke dua rekomendasi tersebut akan mampu memberikan pengalaman lebih pada pengunjung dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan kepuasan dan word of mouth.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, ISO 9001, Kampung TulipAbstractCompetition in the tourism industry is getting tougher. This study aims to provide inputs / recommendations for managers of tourism objects after conducting community service activities in the region as part of the task of universities to do Tri Dharma Education. The research method used descriptive qualitative method. The results of the research that has been done ISO 9001: 2015 gradually in accordance with the ability of the organization, and the quality dimensions servqual services for employees in the tulip village tourist attraction. The village has the right to budget as regulated in Law no. 6 year 2014 on the Village, the village is also given the responsibility to report it accountably, cleanly and transparently. Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) along with its supporters are prepared to make the village have a fast, efficient, transparent governance by sticking to local wisdom. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Taking data through participatory observation, indepth interview and literature study to explore more deeply how the utilization of communication and information technology in Kesamben Village Kesamben District Jombang.Utilization of Technology, Information and Communication (ICT) in its identification appears on several aspects such as human resources, facilities, infrastructure. The limited human resources capable of Technology, Information and Communication become obstacles in the utilization of Village Information System along with the lack of Internet network.

This research aims to determine the management of the village owned enterprises to increase community participation in the village if Riase District Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang. The population in this study is 83 community figures in the village Bila Riase where the sampling used is Probability Sampling, with purposive sampling technique using formula Slovin with the number of samples 45 community leaders,  This research uses quantitative dexsriptif methods. Data collection techniques used through observation, questionnaire (Angket), interview, literature study. The data analysis techniques used are the DEKSRIPTIF statistics, the Data quality test, the classic assumption test using SPSS 16.0 and the Likert scale. The results of the study showed that the influence management of BUMDes with a value of 62.12% is categorized as "influential". The factors that affect the management of BUMDes are participation (67%) human resources (64%) with accumulated results of 65.5% or categorized as "influential". To improve the management of village owned enterprises to increase community participation in the village if Riase District Pitu Riase District Sidenreng Rappang with results 50.02% categorized less influential.

Abstract:  This research aims to determine and test the effectiveness of the role of the village government in creating a Tourism Village strategy to build competitive advantage in the Era of Industry Revolution 4.0 and to find out the factors that hinder and influence the role of the village government in managing the village of Blimbingsari Tourism Village which is a Special Interest Tourism Village (Spiritual). This research used descriptive qualitative method. The informants in this research were the Headman of Blimbingsari, Village Secretary, BUMDes Treasurer, Secretary of the Tourism Committee, Homestay Owners, Village Community Leaders and Academics. The technique of data collection is done by using triangulation technique (combined), the results of qualitative research emphasize the quality of the meaning of good research.The research results obtained by researchers from interviews, observations, and documentation are the role of the Blimbingsari Tourism Village Government to be carried out well. The Blimbingsari Tourism Village Government has a good role as a stabilizer, innovator and motivator. The provision of internet infrastructure and human resource development is a factor in the development of Blimbingsari tourism village in building competitiveness in the era Industry Revolution 4.0. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji efektifitas peran pemerintah desa dalam menciptakan strategi Desa Wisata untuk membangun keunggulan bersaing di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0 serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menghambat dan mempengaruhi peran pemerintah desa dalam pengelolaan desa Desa Wisata Blimbingsari yang merupakan Desa Wisata Minat Khusus (Rohani). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Perbekel Desa Blimbingsari, Sekretaris Desa, Bendahahara BUMDes, Sekretaris Komite Pariwisata, Pemilik Homestay, Tokoh Masyarakat Desa dan Akademisi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi (gabungan), hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan pada kualitas makna penelitian yang baik.Hasil penelitian yang didapat peneliti dari wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah peran Pemerintah Desa Wisata Blimbingsari dilakukan dengan baik. Pemerintah Desa Wisata Blimbingsari memiliki peran yang baik sebagai stabilitator, innovator dan motivator. Pengadaan infrastuktur internet dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor pada pengembangan desa wisata Blimbingsari dalam membangun daya saing di era Revolusi Industri 4.0.

Tourism has begun to develop in the village of Tablanusu. The community as a major component in tourism development plays an important role to develop the local potentialities of nature and culture. The purpose of this study is to identify the forms of community participation in tourism development in Tablanusu village. This study uses descriptive qualitative method, the technique of collecting data through observations, interviews and documents study. This study was conducted at the Tablanusu village. Informants in this study were 17 people selected by purposive sampling. This research uses the theory of participation. The results of the study reveal the form of participation in planning, implementation, and monitoring. The research results suggest the government to support the community to improve the quality of human resources, building infrastructures which are still lacking, and make good cooperation between tourism stakeholders including the local community in Tablanusu village.

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memenuhi kewajiban dosen untuk melakukan tridharma perguruan tinggi. Untuk itu sudah menjadi kewajiban bagi dosen berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan melalui penyuluhan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia agar senantiasa berupaya mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan efisien. Dan juga bertujuan Karang Taruna Kampung serua poncol dapat menjalankan fungsi dan perannya secara optimal sehingga mendatangkan manfaat bagi Kampung serua poncol. Pengembangan juga dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sehingga lebih positif dalam berkontribusi tenaga dan pikiran untuk memajukan Kampung serua poncol.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Sumber Daya ManusiaABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service activity is to fulfill the obligations of lecturers to do tridharma of higher education. The hospitality industry acquires the features of an integrative industry, which combines material resources and intangible factors to meet the needs of modern man for comfortable travel and recreation. Hospitality is interpreted as a complex economic, social, cultural, psychological phenomenon, the impact of which on the development of the tourism industry determines the effect of synergy from the combination of tourist resources and quality of service. The author of article proposes to consider hospitality management as a multilevel dynamic management system for the process of providing services to tourists and vacationers, based primarily on the principles of humanism, tolerance, personalization of hospitality, respect for cultural diversity, priority to meet human needs for quality recreation and physical strength as well as cultural self-development. The social orientation of this system to some extent balances the commercial, purely pragmatic aspect of managing the development of tourism enterprises. A holistic model of hospitality management is based on a harmonious combination of four concepts. They are humanitarian, technological, functional and commercial. The system-forming component of the hospitality sector is a mechanism for managing consumer behaviour, which ensures an optimal balance of supply and demand in the market of hospitality services. The specifics of service in the hospitality industry is that the quality of service affects the emotional perception of tourists in the area and, accordingly, affects the image of the state. Therefore, the mechanism for implementing the service policy should be established through public administration measures. Among the key areas of hospitality management development is the formation of a rational organizational structure, improvement of hospitality marketing and support of corporate culture, the values of which are adequate to the socio-cultural environment of the hospitality industry. The specificity of the hospitality industry is also that an important role in ensuring competitiveness is played by an attractive brand, which stipulates the allocation in the management system of such a component as brand management. Considerable attention should be paid to the innovative development of hospitality enterprises and the constant improvement of professional competence of managers of socio-cultural activities.

The aim of the research is the systematic search of promotion and quality of service with interest to visit tourist objects. This article is a systematic search that collects data from relevant indexed journals in Indonesia. These findings are discussed in a theoretical study so as to produce a conclusion. This article draws the conclusion that in the current era, the use of the right marketing strategy is very important because many new attractions are emerging as competitors. Applying the right marketing strategy will bring tourists and make tourists who have visited have an interest to visit again. The interest in revisiting is the encouragement of someone to carry out a visit to the destination that was visited. The regional tourism industry pays attention to the duties and functions of the promotion department and service quality in planning and implementing strategies that optimize a tourist interest. The quality of service within these institutions and local governments in the field of tourism is very closely related and has a strong influence on the tourism industry. There are promotion factors and service quality, connected with the interest of the local government in tourists visiting directly or indirectly, thus affecting the development of industries in the region. The attitude of the local government directly influences the visit of domestic and foreign tourists, then indirectly the situation and stable conditions in political, economic and security developments. The contribution of this research is to study theories about promotion and service quality with an interest in visiting tourist objects.


South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

Purpose: The purpose of this study is identifying and mapping to select pre-existing potential and the management of tourist attraction which have been developed both from attraction and supporting facility on all tourist attraction in Denpasar city. Research methods: This research used qualitative method with technique of participant observation collecting data, comprehensive interviews and documentation. Results and discussions: The results of this research are recommendation of tourist destinations equally considered for development using Integrated Model of the destination competitiveness model created by Dwyer and Kim (2003). The final results of development strategies are based on the analysis of SWOT. Conclusion: In order to be able to focus on the competitiveness of a destination, a macro business perspective is required for the entire tourism industry, meaning that all stakeholders should work with each other by focusing on the common benefits of destination rather than on opportunistic objectives
