AbstrakThis paper presents the results of research on Substantive Technical Training for Promoting Competence Research Action Class VIII (DTSPK PTK VIII). The objective is to examine the implementation of DTSPK PTK VIII in on in model, more specifically to know the improvement of competence of compilation of Class Action Research paper (PTK). This research was conducted using case study method with the data collected through questionnaire, interview, and documentation. This research concludes that the competence of DTSPK PTK VIII participants in the preparation of paper of PTK after following the in on model is good meaning DTSPK PTK VIII in on model can increase the competence of writing papers of PTK. AbstrakTulisan ini menyajikan hasil penelitian pada Diklat Teknis Substantif Peningkatan Kompetensi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Angkatan VIII (DTSPK PTK VIII). Tujuannya adalah mengkaji pelaksanaan DTSPK PTK VIII model in on in yang lebih khususnya untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi penyusunan karya tulis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, yang data-datanya dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kompetensi peserta DTSPK PTK VIII pada penyusunan karya tulis PTK setelah mengikuti diklat model in on in adalah baik. MakaDTSPK PTK VIII model in on in dapat meningkatkan kompetensi penyusunan karya tulis PTK.

Abstract: The purpose of this class action research is to improve the learning outcomes of under passing the volleyball students of class VIII-D State Junior High School 15 Malang using the play approach. Based on the results of preliminary observations obtained learning outcomes of students when the practice of the basic technique of under passing volleyball at a lesser level. Then learning using the play approach for two cycles and learning outcomes using the play approach at the end of the second cycle obtained the percentage results with the level of truth that is 23 or 76.67% good category, body position 24 or 80% good category, 23 arm position or 76.67% good category, the direction and direction of the ball 24 or 80% good category. Based on the results of the percentage it can be said that through the play approach can improve the learning outcomes of basic techniques of under passing the volleyball of students of class VIII-D State Junior High School 15 Malang. Keywords: learning outcomes, under passing of volleyball, physical education, playing approaches. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bawah bolavoli siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 15 Malang dengan menggunakan pendekatan bermain. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal diperoleh hasil belajar peserta didik saat praktik teknik dasar passing bawah bolavoli pada taraf kurang. Kemudian dilaksanakan pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan bermain selama dua siklus dan hasil belajar menggunakan pendekatan bermain pada akhir siklus dua diperoleh hasil persentase dengan tingkat kebenaran yaitu posisi kaki 23 atau 76,67% kategori baik, posisi badan 24 atau 80% kategori baik, posisi lengan 23 atau 76,67% kategori baik, perkenaan dan arah bola 24 atau 80% kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil persentase dapat dikatakan bahwa melalui pendekatan bermain dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar teknik dasar passing bawah bolavoli siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 15 Malang. Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, passing bawah bolavoli, pendidikan jasmani, pendekatan bermain.

<p><strong>Purpose:</strong> This study comprised two main goals. The first goal demonstrates how LT (Lean Tools) allows the highest impact during the implementation phase.The second goal consisted of introducing procedure changes based on the Management of Human Resources through Lean Leadership tool. The target for these two objectives is to achieve an increase of 5% in machine occupancy rate and a reduction of 10% regarding the costs of defective products per hour.</p><p><strong>Methodology/Approach:</strong> The research methodology is a Action-Research/Research-Action developed by Professor Kurt Lewin of MIT that goes through cycles of five stages: Diagnosis; Planning; Implementation; Evaluation, Conclusions.</p><p><strong>Findings:</strong> Regarding the two objectives above mentioned, it was observed an increase of 8.5% in machine occupancy rate and a reduction of 27.9% regarding the costs per hour of defective products. It was created an additional motivation in the employees and very satisfying results in every production.</p><p><strong>Research Limitation/implication:</strong> The study is limited to a Portuguese Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) in the metalworking sector.</p><p><strong>Originality/Value of paper:</strong> Lean tools can be rapidly and easily implemented and quickly understood by the workers. With that implementation, the occupation of the machines has increased and the defects and their costs have decreased, so the added value grows.</p>

SMP Negeri 2 Banjarangkan is a location for classroom action research. The purpose of writing this class action research is to find out whether the Expository learning model aided by Audio Visual media can improve student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Banjarangkan in Class VIII.A where the ability of students for Indonesian subjects was low. Data collection method is a test of learning outcomes. The data analysis method is descriptive. The results obtained from this study are expository learning models assisted with audio visual media can improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the results obtained initially at 69.74 in the first cycle to 77.83 and in the second cycle to 82.17. The conclusion obtained from this study is that expository learning models assisted by Audio Visual media can improve the learning outcomes of Indonesian students in class VIII. Semester II of the 2018/2019 academic year at SMP Negeri 2 Banjarangkan.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam pada materi pokok infak harta diluar zakat pembahasan Sedekah, Hibah, dan Hadiah di kelas VIII SMP AL-Hidayah Medan  dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang meliputi kegiatan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui kemampuan siswa, peneliti menggunakan tes hasil belajar siswa secara individu.Yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP AL-Hidayah Medan yang berjumlah  39 siswa yang terdiri dari 23 siswa laki – laki dan 16 siswa perempuan. Sebelum pemberian tindakan, persentase ketuntasan klasikal siswa dilihat dari pree test diperoleh sebesar 25,64 % (10 siswa). Setelah pemberian tindakan dengan menggunkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe STADl. Tes hasil siswa pada siklus I memperoleh persentase klasikalnya sebesar 53,84 % (21 Siswa). Sedangkan setelah dilakukan perbaikan dari siklus I ke siklus II maka nilai persentase ketuntasan klasikalnya meningkat sebesar 87,17 % (34 siswa). Jadi peningkatan nya mencapai 33.33 % dari siklus I ke siklus II. Dari hasil penelitian tindakan kelas ini, maka peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar pendidikan agama islam dan merekomendasikan pada pelaksana pembelajaran untuk mengerjakan materi dengan mengembangkan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Agama Islam, Belajar, Model Pembelajaran, Kooperatif tipe STAD Abstract: This study aims to determine the increase in the results of learning Islamic religious education in the subject matter of infaq assets outside the almsgiving discussion of Alms, Grants, and Gifts in class VIII of Medan AL-Hidayah Middle School by applying the Cooperative Type STAD learning model. This research is a classroom action research conducted in 2 cycles which includes planning, implementing, observing and reflecting activities. Whereas to find out the ability of students, researchers use individual student learning outcomes tests. The subjects in this study were the eighth grade students of Medan AL-Hidayah Middle School, amounting to 39 students consisting of 23 male students and 16 female students. Before giving action, the percentage of students' classical completeness seen from the pree test was obtained at 25.64% (10 students). After giving action by using the STADl type cooperative learning model. Student test results in cycle I get a classic percentage of 53.84% (21 students). Whereas after the improvement from cycle I to cycle II, the percentage of classical completeness was increased by 87.17% (34 students). So the increase reached 33.33% from cycle I to cycle II. From the results of this class action research, the researchers concluded that there was an increase in the results of learning Islamic religious education and recommending the implementers of learning to work on the material by developing a Cooperative Type STAD learning model Keywords: Islamic Education, Learning, Learning Models, Cooperative type STAD

Writing skills based on the topic of the presentation by some used in the lesson for students of class XII SMALB Tunarungu Karya Mulia Surabaya is to help the students. Teachers can explained a knowledge of the images through life (video), picture dead, even a teacher can make variety of information are connected through the internet at the time. Media is developed for writing on a specific topic in learning encounters many obstacles, based on a particular topic proven low-self municipality study result of the students far below KKM. For that writer do a class action research (PTK) includes 3 cycle and each cycle consists of two times. The research starts from the pre action activities as spearhead of research action class, and then continued with a cycle 1, 2, to cycle the cycle 3. The results indicate an increase in the class learned the student of class XII SMALB Karya Mulia Surabaya based on a speci c topic during a presentation by the media. AbstrakKeterampilan menulis karangan berdasarkan topik tertentu melalui media presentasi yang digunakan pembelajaran bagi siswa kelas XII SMALB Tunarungu Karya mulia Surabaya sangat membantu mempermudah pemahaman siswa. Guru dapat menjelaskan berbagai pengetahuan, baik melalui tulisan, gambar hidup (video), maupun gambar mati. Bahkan guru dapat memilih berbagai informasi melalui internet yang disambungkan pada media presentasi. Media ini dikembangkan karena pelajaran menulis berdasarkan topik tertentu menemui kendala, yang terbukti dari masih rendahnya nilai hasil belajar siswa, jauh di bawah KKM. Oleh karena itu, penulis tergugah untuk melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang mencakup 3 siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Penelitian dimulai dari kegiatan pra tindakan, dilanjutkan dengan siklus-1, siklus-2, sampai dengan siklus-3. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas XII SMALB Karya Mulia Surabaya dalam menulis berdasarkan topik tertentu melalui media presentasi.

The video recording of lessons allows the analysis results to provide data about the teaching practice. Analyzing the pedagogical practice itself allows the teacher an exercise of self-reflection, as they become aware of their behavior in the classroom, leading to the revitalization of their teaching model. This study aims to present the use of autoscopy as a stimulus to reflection, to a new understanding of the pedagogical practice of teachers, in an action research. This is a case study, with a qualitative and descriptive approach, performed with a new nursing teacher. The data were initially collected through a semistructured biographical interview and subsequent video recording of the classes, characterizing nonparticipant observations. The application of autoscopy followed the proposal of action research, with its phases: exploratory phase, in-depth research, action phase, and evaluation phase. The autoscopy was a useful strategy to stimulate teacher reflection because during the projection of the sketches selected for the video of the autoscopy session, the teacher can see himself or herself in action and self-analyze and discuss the selected pedagogical moments, stimulating reflection and generating a new understanding about his or her teaching practice. In this way, the use of autoscopy under the epistemological perspective of action research stimulates the self-analysis and reflection of the teaching practice.

This research is a class action research (Action research) Aiming To: Improve Economic Learning Outcomes Through Application of Contextual Teaching and Learning CTL ". In this study researchers used qualitative research methods using descriptive analysis approach. In this research, the location that the researcher chose is the students of class XII IPS 3 SMA Negeri 2 Watampone Bone District. The method used to collect data on the implementation of contextual learning by teachers Economics in SMA 2 Watampone Bone District are: Documentation Methods, Interview Methods, and Observation Methods. This classroom action research procedure consists of 2 cycles. Each cycle is implemented in accordance with the changes to be achieved. Cycle I and cycle II are 5 times each. Teachers are expected to improve the quality of learning by providing a contextual and practical learning experience to students, meaning that learning should be meaningful and provide opportunities to train students into real citizens, so as to be able to deal with daily problems in society later.

Preliminary observations conducted in class VIII-2 SMPN 6 Malang showed that students have not developed their reading comprehension of mathematical text. So selected class action research (CAR) to overcome these problems, with the purpose of improving students’ reading comprehension skills.The research was successful after the implementation of cycle II with the average of each criteria is first criteria 76 percent, second criteria 87,67 percent, and the third criteria 76,3 percent. While the average percentage of success cycle 1 is 55.4 percent and increased in cycle 2 to 79.99 percent. Observasi awal yang dilakukan di kelas VIII-2 SMPN 6 Malang menunjukkan siswa kurang untuk mengembangkan kemampuan reading comprehension pada teks matematik. Sehingga dipilih penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dengan tujuan meningkatkan kemampuan reading comprehension siswa. Penelitian ini berhasil setelah pelaksanaan dalam siklus II dengan rata-rata tiap kriteria yakni kriteria pertama 76 persen, kriteria ke-dua 87,67 persen, dan kriteria ke-tiga 76,3 persen. Sedangkan rata-rata presentase keberhasilan siklus 1 adalah 55,4 persen dan meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 79,99 persen.

Purpose This paper aims to explore the factors leading to the phenomenon of child trafficking in Egypt, how deeply it runs through the Egyptian society and evaluate the state’s efforts to combat it. Design/methodology/approach This research paper uses a case study method applied to the phenomenon of child trafficking in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and how the State is fighting it. The general policy approach is also used to clarify the State’s plans, programs and legislation in addressing the phenomenon of child trafficking, evaluate those policies and analyze the international documents. Findings The research paper concluded that child trafficking in Egypt represents a serious phenomenon, which stems from social, economic and cultural reasons. Even though the Egyptian Government exerts relentless efforts to fight this crime, all attempts have proven insufficient due to the lack of coordination between the concerned parties and low funds, in addition to the feeble services offered to the victims. Practical implications This study sheds light on a very perilous phenomenon in the Egyptian society; an international one with intricate magnitudes, upon which the State must concentrate more and eradicate it. Originality/value The study contributes to drawing the attention of decision makers in Egypt to the dangers of this phenomenon, and to the points of strength and weaknesses of the government’s efforts against it.
