This study aims to analyze the effect of occupational health and safety on employee productivity at PT. Haletora Powerindo. The sampling technique in this study uses a nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling method that is 75 employees. Analysis and testing of hypotheses used are multiple linear regression methods with research instruments using a questionnaire.The results showed that the occupational health program partially affected the work productivity of employees at PT Haleyora Powerindo. The work safety program partially affects the work productivity of employees at PT Haleyora Powerindo. Occupational health and work safety programs simultaneously affect the work productivity of employees at PT Haleyora Powerindo.

Productivity is the ability to achieve certain tasks in accordance with predetermined standards. Companies must create safe work environment to motivate employees so that they can increase overall company productivity. Purpose of the study is to explain the effect of work discipline, occupational health and safety on the work productivity of Sariasih Garment employees with 51 people as samples, using saturated sample method. Data collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires and analyzed by multiple linear regression. Based on the results, work discipline, occupational health and work safety have  positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. It is expected that company pays attention to employees' compliance with regulations in doing their jobs and the company is able to create a safe, comfortable and clean work environment. Employees have enthusiasm and protection while working so that employees are able to increase work productivity in order to create maximum work results. This study aims to analyze (i) the effect of information technology variables on job satisfaction; (ii) the effect of competency variables on job satisfaction; (iii) the effect of information technology variables on work productivity; (iv) the effect of competency variables on work productivity; (v) the effect of job satisfaction variables on work productivity; (vi) the influence of information technology variables on work productivity through job satisfaction variables; and (vii) the effect of competency variables on work productivity through job satisfaction variables. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and work productivity. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar City. The population in this study were Unhas employees with the status of ASN (State Civil Apparatus) as many as 935 people. The sampling method uses probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Withdrawing the number of samples using the Slovin formula, which produces 90 people as a minimum number. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that information technology and competency variables significantly influence job satisfaction and work productivity. Information technology and competence have a significant effect on work productivity through job satisfaction variables. All hypotheses are accepted and supported by previous research.

This research aims to find impact of work discipline, competence, occupational health and safety to employees performance on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang. Design used in this research is associative. Variables used are four variables, those are independent variables which Work Discipline (X1), Competence (X2), and Occupational Health and Safety (X3), and also dependent variables is Employees Performance (Y). Population in this research as much 135 persons. Sampling technique useed probability sampling, sampling method used cluster sampling. Sample used as much as 101 persons. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.According to the research result, find: (1) Work discipline, competence, occupational health and safety simultaneously have positive and significant effects to employees performance on on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang, (2) Work discipline and competence partially have positive and significant effects to employees performance on on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang, and (3) Occupational health and safety have no significant effects to employees performance on on Sucofindo, Co. Ltd Branch Palembang.

Increased employee productivity and occupational health safety is the main aspect to be taken by each company. Some of the problems is a workplace that is not feasible, this can lead to hazards that can arise in the workplace itself, health workers are low, and decreased work productivity of employees. Occupational health and safety program is an effort to improve employee productivity. This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health safety to employee productivity at PT Pindad (Persero). In this study, occupational health safety is the independent variable (X) and employee productivity is the dependent variable (Y). This research is a quantitative research used descriptive method and survey method. By type and method of the study, data analysis used is descriptive analysis, a classic assumption test, regression test, correlation and hypothesis testing. This study Table Krejcie to determine the sample. By using krejcie table can be seen what will be the sample of respondents. The sample in this study were 140 respondents who are employees of PT Pindad (Persero). Results of simple linear regression, obtained by the equation Y = 33.867 + 0.209 X with R-Square of 0.603. It shows that the variable quality of work life of 60.3% impact on work productivity, while labor productivity by 39.7% influenced by other things such as work attitude, leadership, control, management of labor productivity and efficiency so that is not explained in this study. Therefore, it can be seen that there is significant health salvation to employee productivity at PT Pindad (Persero).

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety programs on employee productivity at PT. Musi Banyuasin Indah. The method in this research is simple linear regression model. The population in this study all employees of PT Musi Banyuasin Indah which amounted to 578 people. The sample in this study amounted to 86 respondents taken using random sampling. The data studied is employee questionnaire data of PT Musi Banyuasin Indah. The results of this study can be seen that there is a significant influence between the safety program on employee work productivity PT. Musi Banyuasin Indah. The result of kofisien termination obtained by value of R square (R2) equal to 0,312 or 31,2%. This means the work safety program affecting work productivity by 31.2%, the remaining 68.8% influenced by other variables/factors not included/investigated in this study.

Health and Work Discipline on Employee Productivity (Study on Employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Central Java & D.I.Y) Distribution Regulatory Areas". This study have a goal to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment, work safety, occupational health and work discipline on employee work productivity. The research was carried out on one of the owned companies that specialized in electricity in PT. PLN (Persero) APD Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Region. The research method used is a survey with judgment sampling sampling technique. The population in this study is PT. PLN APD Central Java and Special Region of Yogyakarta, the number of respondents taken in this research is 68 respondents. Based on the results of research and data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis shows that: (1) Physical work environment has a positive influence and significant effect on employee work productivity (2) Physical work environment has a positive influence and significant effect on employee work productivity (3) Work safety has a positive influence and significant effect on employee work productivity (4) Work discipline has a positive influence and significant effect on employee work productivity. The implication of this research is to continuously improve the work productivity of its employees, the management of PT. PLN (Persero) APD Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Region needs to maintain and improve various policies related to efforts to improve and improve the physical work environment, work safety, occupational health and employee work discipline.

Human Resources has been recognized as a central force that drives organizational dynamics. This study was conducted to determine the Effect of Compensation and Work Safety on Employee Productivity At PT. Musirawas Lestari Makmur Unit Tuah Negeri Musi Rawas Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 50 employees determined based on simple random sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Test F. From result of Multiple Regression Analysis obtained that compensation (X1) and safety (X2) give contribution of 83,2 percent to work productivity Y). While the rest of 16.8 percent influenced by other variables. which is not included in this study. The results also indicate a significant influence between compensation and work safety on work productivity. For that the company needs to increase the compensation and employee safety to increase employee productivity. Keywords: Compensation, Occupational Safety and Work Productivity

This study Wages and incentives are important elements in increasing employee productivity. With the provision of appropriate wages and incentives, it is expected that the productivity of 5 SME Service Businesses in west Java, Bekasi will increase, so that companies are ready and able to compete with other companies in facing competition. The research objective of this study was to determine how high the influence of wages and incentives on employee work productivity. The sampling technique is quite simple, namely by using a saturated sample, namely all employees of 5 SMEs, totaling 81 people. The research method uses the PLS technique. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, outer inner loading analysis and t test. The results of this study indicate both partially and collectively salaries and incentives have a significant positive effect on employee work productivity.
