The modern learning process is impossible without the use of the latest information and communication technologies. The integration of modern educational and information technologies is becoming an important condition for improving the learning process. From the perspective of training psychology, the use of modern technologies such as Drag-and-drop technology enhances students' work efficiency by reducing the iterative steps of the same type and focusing precisely on the algorithm or method of solving the problem Due to the fact that the implementation of the introduction of new methods of teaching modern teacher requires special knowledge in the field of programming or services programmers, there is a need to develop tools that will allow the untrained user to independently create training programs and tools. The article proposes a method for creating such a programmed environment for the development of educational software systems based on the technology Drag-and-drop and the corresponding software module. The software product offered in the article allows you to create controls – Button, Table, Picture, Text Field. Each control has settings that allow you to perform drag-and-drop actions and other properties of Drag-and-Drop objects. Each of the controls is created in the dialog mode by the user using the special commands of the program menu. The program has a user-friendly interface and is easy to use. The practical value of the development - the program module for the creation of training systems using the technology Drag-and-drop, allows a teacher who does not have special knowledge in the field of programming, create educational software independently. This will increase the efficiency of the teacher himself and the quality of the educational process.

In the concept of the Ukrainian education modernization new priorities have been identified. The leading aspect is the preparation of the younger generation for life in a rapidly changing information society, in the world where there is a constant need for new professions and continuous professional development. In the modern system of education there is a situation, when the established methods, techniques and forms of education require interpretation, correction and new pedagogical solutions. This is primarily due to the widespread introduction and wide use of information and communication technologies. The process of education informatization is quite complex and requires a rethinking of experience while implementing innovative information technologies analysis and evaluation of opportunities of their use in the learning process. That causes the necessity of a new level of studying the subjects in order to develop each student’s steady willingness and ability to learn independently-acquired knowledge, creative approach to the implementation of learning tasks. The use of new information technologies in teaching is one of the most important aspects of improving and optimizing the educational process, enriching the arsenal of methodological tools and techniques that allow diversifying the forms of work and making the learning process of a foreign language interesting and memorable for students. So a contemporary teacher should not only have knowledge in the field of new informational technologies. The purpose of the article is to investigate existing innovative SMART tools which English teachers can use as a part of their professional activity, disclose the essence of these instruments and benefits of using them in the teaching process. Using SMART tools in the process of teaching a foreign language reveals the enormous capabilities of the computer as an effective means of learning. SMART tools allow you to train different types of speech activity and combine them in different combinations, understand the language phenomena, contribute to the formation of linguistic abilities, create communicative situations, automate linguistic and speech actions, as well as ensure the implementation of an individual approach and the intensification of the independent work of students.

The present article considers the results of implementing the distance learning technologies at Vinnytsia National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in the process of mastering the discipline "Internal Medicine". Today, the amount of information that is so necessary for obtaining, understanding and mastering knowledge is growing rapidly. Given the current pace of development of education, today it is quite important to find innovative forms of quality organization of the educational process. This led to the introduction of information technology in education and the formation of a separate type of learning - distance learning. Now in Ukraine, distance learning is widely developing at all levels of education, this makes it possible to individualize the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, which occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, functioning based on modern information and communication technologies.

The article describes the process of transforming the industrial model of the school into a modern one. The conclusion is made about the influence of the development of the educational process on the formation of architecture and space-planning decisions of buildings. The increase in the nomenclature of classrooms is directly related to the complexity of the structure of the school and its functional component. Also, modern trends in the design of school buildings are described. The space of schools is considered as a multifaceted structure, combining both places for study, and for rest. The problem of expanding and deepening the information space is analyzed, and ways of its solution are suggested. The main principles of designing public school zones, their division into different-scale volumes are described in detail. Conclusions are made about the requirements for modern school buildings to ensure their compliance with the aesthetic needs of the student's personality. The main problems that are present in the modern school fund are analyzed and possible options for its reconstruction are analyzed. Also, the principles of reconstruction in accordance with the types of planning organization are developed. Examples of solutions to some of these problems are given, and the issue of creating comfortable conditions for people with disabilities is separately highlighted. A conclusion is made about the effectiveness of applying these principles to ensure the modern learning process.

Distance learning is the process of acquiring knowledge, abilities, skills and methods of human cognitive activity, it occurs mainly through the indirect interaction of participants in the educational process distant from each other in a specialized environment, it functions on the basis of modern psychological, pedagogical and information and communication technologies. In today’s world, distance learning is a must. This was shown by the existing COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of our work was to present teaching methods at the Department of Orthodontics of the Ukrainian Medical Dental Academy and to determine the advantages and disadvantages of distance education. To present theoretical and practically oriented content, organize independent work and control knowledge during quarantine, the possibilities of distance learning were used using the Google Classroom web service and using the ZOOM platform, Google-meet, which made it possible to use video, photographic materials, tables, control and diagnostic models, panoramic and other images, orthodontic appliances, orthodontic instruments. Distance learning technology is flexible than traditional. This is its advantage. It is aimed at those who study, creates a comfortable environment for the applicant for higher education to master the material 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Distance learning allows you to move away from the traditional system of teaching educational material. However, this teaching methodology requires a high level of teacher training. The teacher must have modern pedagogical and information technologies and be psychologically ready to work with applicants for education in a new educational and cognitive environment. The distance form of education must correspond to the methods of teaching in higher medical school. So, the material and technical clinical base of the Department of Orthodontics of the UMCA allows you to provide high-quality online training. But the spread of COVID-19 leads to day-to-day changes in all spheres of life, including healthcare, and the education system.

One of the priority directions of modernization of the system of teaching staff training in Ukraine is the introduction of modern information and communication technologies into the educational process. This encourages research and pedagogical staff to use the learning tools that helps to present educational material in an interesting and accessible form. One of the tools is electronic learning quest-manual. The electronic educational quest-manual is called an electronic publication, which promotes the intensification of the learning process, the development of students’ creative thinking, formation of their skills to work in the information and communication environment, etc. The article describes the interface and structure of the electronic manual «Matrixes and operations on matrices», built with the use of gaming technologies, elements of educational material and hyperlinks visualization. The structural blocks of the quest-manual are subdivided into the blocks with theoretical material and assessment blocks.The quest manual is developed in accordance with the methods of teaching: consciousness and activity, visual impact, systematic method, method of consistency, scientific and method of accessibility. The content of this pedagogical software tool corresponds to the curriculum and work program for linear algebra for students of the specialty 014.04 Secondary education. Mathematics. It deals with the topic «Concepts and types of matrices», «Properties and operations on matrices». It is established that electronic quests-manuals should be used for students’ independent work and in practical classes. The introduction of this software in the learning process provides access to training for all categories of students, the ability to study at any pace, at any time, accelerate the memory of learning material, save time, etc. It is shown that the introduction of electronic manuals in the process of preparing future mathematics teachers contributes to raising the interest and students’ motivation for studying, developing their information culture and forming readiness for future pedagogical activity, individualization and intensification of the educational process. The article presents the students' feedback on the use of electronic learning tools, in particular quest-guides.

The use of modern information technologies, including distance learning, significantly strengthened the traditional approaches to the educational process in higher education institutions. On the one hand, the reason for this is the rapid development of information and communication technologies, and as a consequence, appearance of new modern pedagogical approaches to conducting lectures, practical and laboratory trainings. On the other hand, students also have changed. Under present conditions, they have a number of personal qualities that were not inherent to pupils and students of previous years. The article argues the use of distance learning technologies and the possibilities of modern specialists trained in educational measurements in the field of distance learning.

Informational support of educational process is based on increase of effectiveness and quality of all levels of educational process achieving the goals of developing training with the use of new information technologies and directing training of individual. In the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «About Education»: «The main task of educational system – to create the conditions of education directed to the formation of individual and professional development on the basis of national and civil values and practice achievements, to set new educational technologies, informational support of the educational process, to go out into the world international communicative network», – were written. The development of information technologies makes it possible to record a large amount of data in the learning process, both on the results of performing educational operations and on the psychophysical characteristics of students. In this regard, a number of ethical, pedagogical and methodological problems arise. Among them are the disproportionate control actions to the volume and properties of information retrieved during monitoring and problems associated with ensuring the information security of the student. In contrast to natural monitoring, monitoring the management of teaching has as an object of training a person, who can be considered, from the point of view of management, as a highly organized information system. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of non-invasive monitoring, involving the redirection of most of the monitoring information to the student himself. As a definition of non-invasive monitoring, the following is proposed: non-invasive monitoring is a type of pedagogical feedback that is used exclusively for correcting the student’s actions and is prohibited from using to control the effectiveness and transfer the results outside class. The article analyzes 15 different teaching paradigms, which are explicitly or implicitly adhered to by teachers, organizing the educational process, from the point of view of compliance with the tasks of non-invasive monitoring. The methodological aspects of the implementation of non-invasive monitoring from the point of view of computer support of the learning process are also analyzed. It is shown how non-invasive monitoring can be supported by software that provides active interaction of the student with the subject environment and gives the teacher more freedom in planning and achieving strategic goals of managing the educational process.

The article considers the role and importance of information technology in the field of educationalservices and innovative teaching methods. It has been determined that the use of information and communication technologies in the teaching process in higher education institutions is a necessity that has been accompanied by challenges of the world space, in particular in recent years.
