This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership of madrasah principals and teacher performance on the quality of madrasah. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sample on this research is 70 teachers of State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) at Solok, West Sumatera, Indonesia. Data were collected using a Likert scale model questionnaire via a google form. Prerequisite tests performed were normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test with SPSS application. The results of the prerequisite test state that all data are normally distributed, two independent variables have a linear relationship, the respondents from a homogeneous sample, there are no symptoms of multicollinearity, and two independent variables do not occur heteroscedasticity. Data were analyzed using simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation analysis. The results showed that the influence of transformational leadership of the madrasah principal on the quality was 0.846 (strong correlation), with an effect of 71.6%. In addition, the influence of teacher performance on the quality of madrasah was 0.740 (strong correlation), the effect is 54.8%. Furthermore, the influence of transformational leadership of madrasah principals and teacher performance on the quality of madrasah was 0.861 (strong correlation), while the effect is 73.3%, and other factors influenced the remaining 26.7%.

This study aims to determine the influence between Development and Discipline either partially or simultaneously on the performance of Teachers In PAUD-PAUD in Kec. Talang Kelapa. Hypotheses submitted (1). Suspected Coaching Positively and significantly affect the performance of teachers in early childhood in the district. Talang Kelapa (2) .Dispossible Displin positively and significantly influence on PAUD Teacher Performance in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (3) Positive and Real Motivation affect the performance of PAUD teachers in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (4). Alleged Fostering Discipline and motivation jointly affect the performance of Teachers In PAUD in Kec. Talang Kelapa which amounted to 50 people, with the research sample taken all by using census technique. Instruments Data collection used is a questionnaire that uses Likert scale which is compiled based on the summarizes of the various theories embodied into operational variables, while testing on the research instrument is done through validity and reliability test. Data analysis was performed through a requirement test consisting of normality test using Smirnov kolmogrof test, homogeneity test using Chi square test, and linearity test using One-Way Anova. Hypothesis testing dilakuka by using regression analysis and correlation between the guidance and displin variable as a free variable on the performance of teachers as a dependent variable. The T-test is used to determine the effect of the three independent variables of Discipline Development and Motivation parcially on teacher performance as dependent variable. While the F-Test to determine the effect of the three independent variables Development of Displin and Motivation simultaneously on the performance of teachers as a dependent variable. Signature level used in this research is α = 5%. The results showed that (1). Positive and tangible coaching influences Teacher Performance in PAUD in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (2) Displin positively and significantly influence on Teacher Performance in PAUD in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (3) Motivation positively and significantly influence on PAUD Teacher Performance in Kec. Talang Kelapa. (4) Development of Discipline and Motivation together influential on Teacher Performance In PAUD in KEC. This research is motivated by customer satisfaction which is a customer action to save. The purpose of this study was to determine the ef ect of location, quality of savings products, service quality on customer satisfaction. In this study using primary data collected by explanatory research methods and sample collection techniques in the form of accidental sampling of BMT customers Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah using a questionnaire with a likert skla in BMT Adzkiyah Khidmatul Ummah in Metro City. Testing the instrument requirements used include validity, reliability testing. Requirements analysis using normality test, linearity test, homogeneity test. And analysis tools using multiple linear regression with partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), coef icient of determination test (R2). As testing requirements analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis obtained location influences customer satisfaction, the quality of savings products does not af ect customer satisfaction, and service quality influences customer satisfaction.

This research was conducted at Public Elementary School 68 Palembang with 34 teachers as respondents in the study sample. In this study there are three research variables consisting of two independent variables Principal Competence (X1) and Community Participation (X2), and one dependent variable Quality of Educational Services (Y). The extent to which the realization and role of community participation in education depends on the understanding of the community itself in education, and depends on the ability of the school. Quality education services are educational services that are in accordance with the plan and achieve the goals set and can meet the expectations and needs of customers. The results obtained in this study illustrate that the quality of educational services in Public Elementary School 68 Palembang is very good and can meet customer needs.

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-motivation and empowerment of human resources (down line) on the effectiveness of transformational leadership (study at PT.Ratu Nusantara in Ambon City), using the several technical analysis model / tool. There are several techniques / approaches to collecting data, namely through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature. Indicators used to measure the effect of self motivation and downline empowerment on the effectiveness of transformational leadership are motivation, namely the need for achievement, affiliation needs, power needs. Whereas for empowerment that builds strengths and resources by encouraging, motivating and raising employee awareness of their authority and striving for their development. While the effectiveness of transformational leadership is a leader with integrity according to words and actions, which shows the attitude of trustworthiness / honesty as the foundation of a trusting relationship between leaders and employees. The results showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.563 or 56.3%. This means that the two independent variables (self-motivation variables and empowerment variables) in this study were only able to explain 56.3% of the variation that occurred in the dependent variable (the effectiveness of transformational leadership). While other variations of 100% - 56.3% = 43.7% are explained by other variables not explained in this research model. Research on the influence of two independent variables namely service quality and product quality (of room and food) conducted at Harris Hotel Sentul Bogor aims to examine the level of its influence either partially or simultaneously on customer’s satisfaction as the dependent variable. The dimensions of service quality that are examined in terms of its influence on consumer satisfaction include elements of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness. Some of the product quality indicators for the rooms quality examined to have its influence on customer satisfaction include elements of design, features, quality of performance and the perceive of quality while indicators for the quality of food products which considered to have effect on consumer satisfaction includes the element of taste of food, aroma of food and the presentation of food. The number of respondents who took part in the research was 300 of respondents who were the consumers invited to share their experience on the questioner during their stay at Harris Sentul Hotel. Data analysis techniques used in this study are linear regression analysis. The study results have answered the 3 hypotheses and show that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction partially likewise, the study results has showed that the quality of room and food have a strong influence on the level of customer satisfaction who stayed at Harris Sentul as well as study has showed that simultaneously the 2 (two) independent variables had a positive and significant effect.

This study was aimed at finding if integrity affects the performance of High School Teachers in Pekanbaru. So the hypothesis of this study is that if the integrity has an influence on the performance of high school teachers in Pekanbaru. The method used in this study was a survey with correlational techniques. This technique was carried out to analyze the influence of two independent variables X with dependent variables Y. The population in this study were all high school teachers (178 teachers) and the samples were teachers who had received teacher certification at the SMAN Kecamatan 121 Tenayan Raya. Data were analysed using descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis to test hypotheses. The requirements for analyzing the data are: normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. The results showed that integrity had a significant effect with a positive direction on teacher performance in the Tenayan Raya High School in Pekanbaru. This is indicated by the regression coefficient of integrity against teacher performance of 0.083. The point is that if the integrity variable rises by one unit, an increase in teacher performance is 0.083. Furthermore, the effect of the variable integrity on teacher performance resulted in a value of 0.69%. This means that integrity contributes significantly to teacher performance by 0.69%. This contribution is in the very low category. Therefore, it can be concluded that integrity has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ performance in Tenayan Raya High School.

The purpose of this study is determining the influence of location, quality of service, product completeness, and price towards consumer repurchase interest. The populations are consumers Surya Gemilang Store with 100 respondents, using questionnaire for collecting data. The technique of this research is purposive sampling. Analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The result shows that partially two independent variables, quality of service (X2) and price (X4) have a significant influence on consumer repurchase interest of Surya Gemilang Store. However, the location (X1) and product completeness (X3) has no significant effect on consumer repurchase interest. Simultaneously, location (X1), quality of service (X2), product completeness (X3), and price (X4) have a significant influence on consumer repurchase intention (Y). Conclusion: The quality of service and price have a significant influence on consumer repurchase interest in Surya Gemilang Store.   ABSTRAK  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, kelengkapan produk, dan harga terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen pada toko ritel. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden konsumen Toko Surya Gemilang yang ditentukan dengan purposive sampling, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya variabel kualitas pelayanan dan harga yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen. Namun, secara simultan, keempat variabel, yakni lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, kelengkapan produk, dan harga menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat pembelian ulang konsumen pada toko ritel. Adanya kesesuaian antara performa dari produk atau jasa (pelayanan) yang ditawarkan, dan jumlah alokasi daya beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk yang ditentukan oleh harga, lebih mendorong minat konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian kembali di waktu yang akan datang. Sehingga, harga dan kualitas pelayanan dapat membangun keunggulan kompetitif bagi toko ritel untuk bersaing, dan mendorong konsumen untuk melakukan pembelian ulang.

The aims of this research are to determine the effect of principls’ managerial skills on the quality of education, to know the effect of teacher performance on education quality, and to know the influence of principals’ managerial skills and teacher performance on the quality of education. This research is quantitative with ex-post facto by descriptive-quantitatif characteristic. The population are 67 people with saturated sampling technique. Data processing begins with a validity test and reliability test of the research instrument is obtained using SPSS. The analisys of prerequisite test included normality, homogeneity test and linierity test. The final analysis (hypothesis testing) using statistical multiple regression analysis Y=α + βX1 + βX2 as a predictor in determining the magnitude of fungsional relationship between variables X1 and X2 with variable Y. Hyphothesis test using SPSS program assistance. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the influence of principals’ managerial skills and teacher performance on education quality is 36.2%. It means that 36.2% of principals’ managerial skill (X1) and teacher’s performance (X2) influence the education quality variable (Y) through a linier relationship Y=29.480+0.058+0.475. therefore there is influence of principals’ managerial skills and teacher’s performance on the quality of education at MTs Negeri Palopo.

The influence of organizational culture and work ethos against the quality of student services (LP3I Polytechnic Case Study in Jakarta, Campus Cibinong) This study aims to how much influence organizational culture, work ethic on the level of customer satisfaction. The sampling method used is Proportionate random sampling. The sample in this study follows the formula of Slovin, or as many as 80 students and 21 staff employees. The data that have met the test of validity and reliability testing further processed to generate a regression equation of Y = X1 + 0.025 0.457+ 0678 X2, where Y is the variable quality of student services, organizational culture is a variable X1 and X2 are variables work ethic. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that each of the independent variables studied was shown to significantly affect the dependent variable partially on the quality of student services. Then through the F test can be seen that the two independent variables were examined simultaneously shown to affect the dependent variable quality of student services. Figures Adjusted R Square of 0.697menunjukkan that 69.7% Customer Satisfaction variables can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 30.3% is explained by other variables.

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of compensation and career development toward the quality of work life in the hospital nurses in Kota Yogyakarta. The sample of this research is 75 people, taken from a population of 284 people. Data was collected by applying questionnaires, analized by using multiple linier regression,and processed with the SPSS application program. Based on the result of data analysis, it was showed that the two independent variables, namely compensation (X1), and career development (X2),) influenced partially or simultaneously on quality of work life (Y), thus partially or simultaneously supporting the 3 hypotheses. Those were indicated by the value of regression coefficient and the significant level of each factor which are 0.227 and 0.009; 0,546 and 0,000, respectively. Likewise, the value of F amounting to 43,100 with the significance level of 0,000, whereas adjusted R2 counting to 0,532. Furthermore, career development indicates as the dominant variable that influences on the quality of work life.Keyword : compensation, career development, and the quality of work life
