This research aims to identify the interference of Betawi language elements to the morphological variables of adolescent speech in Jakarta. The present study uses a qualitative method approach using descriptive analysis techniques. The subjects in the current study were adolescents who were in Jakarta. The data analyzed in this study are words in a sentence that interfered with the Betawi language, which contained aspects of affixation, reduplication, composition, and acronyms. The research findings indicate a Betawi language morphological interference to the morphological variables of speech from the aspects of affixation and reduplication. The results of other studies indicate that there is a Betawi language morphological interference to the morphological variables of speech from the affixation aspect, namely, words affixed with prefixes, suffixes, and confixes. The Betawi language morphological interference with the morphology of speech from the reduplication aspect, namely, dwilingga, can also be seen. The researcher did not find any Betawi language morphological interference to the morphology of speech from the aspects of composition and on the acronym teenagers speak in Jakarta.

Competition in the restaurant and cafe industry at this time is very tight and competitive. This is marked by the growing number of new competitors in the world of Resto and Cafe. The restaurant and cafe industry as one of the food and beverage supply sectors that can support national and regional economic development. In Depok, there are 170 restaurants and cafes operating. The purpose of this study was to find out how the results of the implementation of Marketing Strategy During the Covid19 Pandemic at Like No Other Cafe Depok. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Using interviews, questionnaires and observations to related parties as data collection techniques. Thus, the data analysis techniques used were VRIO and PESTLE analysis to analyze the business environment, profitability analysis to evaluate the results of the implementation of the marketing mix program used and descriptive analysis to analyze planning, implementation and marketing strategy activities. The results showed that the strategy implemented by Like No Other Cafe during the Covid19 pandemic was considered effective so that Like No Other Cafe was still able to survive and generate income even though the income was only 50% of normal conditions.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the product of the Bidik Misi scholarship program. This research uses case study qualitative method. The research was conducted at Djuanda University which is a private university in LLDIKTI region IV. Collecting data using interview instruments, questionnaires, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research findings show that the final results of the Bidik Misi scholarship are in accordance with the program objectives, namely increasing student motivation and achievement, increasing student achievement in the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular fields, causing an impact for students and prospective students to always improve achievement and be competitive, and produce graduates who are independent, productive and have social concerns to break the chain of poverty and empower the community. Meanwhile, aspects of increasing access and learning opportunities in higher education, as well as ensuring the continuity of student studies to completion and on time, still need improvement. In conclusion, the Bidikmisi scholarship program has produced graduates who are independent, productive and have social awareness, so that they are able to play a role in efforts to break the poverty chain and empower people in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out Islamic moderation model which is successfully developed by Jogokariyan mosque. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The research findings show that Islamic moderation approach in managing a mosque gives optimal effect on collecting philanthropy fund. Islamic moderation model developed by Jogokariyan Mosque has characteristics: 1) the leader of the mosque is also the leader of community; 2) Mosque belongs to community and everyone is allowed  to use the facilities; 3) philanthropy fund is used not only for ritual aspect but also for social and economic empowerment of community; 4) involving the elements and roles of community to build sense of belonging toward the mosque; 5) developing the icon of Java community such as prayer cap as important icon of the mosque and as the typical merchant to foster economy.

AbstractThis researchaims to describe mixing code form of the post of facebook account Meme Manado Basudara. The object of this research mixing code form of the post of facebook account Meme Manado Basudara. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis and data collection techniques with 2 techniques, namely reading and note taking. Based on the analysis of the research, it was found that the forms of words consisting of nouns (nouns), adjectives (adjectives), verbs (verbs), adverbs (adverbs). The various forms of phrase codes were also found in this research, namely noun phrases, verb phrases and adjective phrases.There are mixing code form of words consisting of mixed forms of noun code (nouns) instead of 7 nouns consisting of 6 Indonesian nouns and 1 English noun. The mixing code form of adjective found 8 adjectives consisting of 6 Indonesian adjectives, 6 Indonesian adjectives and 2 English adjectives. The mixing code form of verbs (11 verbs), 11 verbs consisting of 6 Indonesian verbs, 5 verbs in English. The form of a mixture of adverb code that is 3 Indonesian adverb languages. The results of the research mixing code form of the post of facebook account Meme Manado Basudaraalso found mixed forms of phrase codes including 1 English noun phrase, 1 English verb phrase and 1 English adjective phrase.Keywords : mixed code, social media, ,meme

This article examines the national role of KH. A. Wahid Hasyim, especially at the beginning of Indonesia's independence. This study is motivated by the scarcity of studies related to the contribution of figures from Islamic boarding schools in national studies, and at the same time the role of this figure is recognized in the form of an award as a national hero. This is library research with analytical descriptive analysis techniques. The research findings showed that at the young age, the national role of KH. A. Wahid Hasyim appears in his efforts to maintain the unity and integrity of Indonesia through his moderate Islamic thinking, neither right nor left extreme. This was proven by his position as one of the independence committees (BPUPKI), and one of his policies was to approve the elimination of seven words in the Jakarta Charter agreement.

This study aimed to describe the happiness of couples with a marriage age above 50 years. The informants consisted of two pairs of husband and wife with a marriage age above 50 years. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation and interviews with data analysis techniques consisting of data codification, triangulation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that married couples feel happy shown by having an attitude of gratitude and sincerity for all that is owned or through it from young to old age. The two pairs of subjects believed that in carrying out human life, God's protection was needed and there was God's intervention so that the desire to draw closer to God was stronger in the two pairs of subjects. The factors that influence the happiness of a married couple are (a) the purpose of marriage (b) commitment (c) communication (d) romanticism (e) utilization of time together with spouse (f) religion.

Access to services in accordance with the Public Information Disclosure Act directs all public bodies that utilize state/local budgets, must have Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) whose duties and obligations provide information services to the public in order for the distribution of information so that aspects that prioritize services can occur properly. This study examines how the PPID performance of Bungo Regency Government in the fulfillment of public information availability. This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data analysis techniques using the model of Miles and Huberman. Furthermore, this study uses a data validity experiment using the Triangulation Method, namely by comparing information or data in different ways to obtain the correctness of information. The results showed that the performance of PPID Bungo Regency in the fulfillment of the availability of public information has not been maximally shown resulting in the service of unsatisfactory information received by the community. The cause is due to the lack of public information. The public does not always get the public information that is intended. Nevertheless, the development of public data/information has not been carried out. As the main provider of public information, the Regional Device Organization (OPD) as the Auxiliary PPID in Bungo Regency has not performed the function of depositing information to the main PPID by applicable rules.

Since the enactment of Law No.22 of 1999 concerning Regional Government, the regional government has been given the right, authority and obligation to regulate and manage regional government affairs. The Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA) of Blitar Regency is one of the regional government agencies that has the responsibility to record revenues from the local tax sector and report it to the public as a form of transparency. Hotel tax is one type of local tax collected by the local government of Blitar Regency, this is in accordance with PERDA No.2 Year 2017. The purpose of this study is to find out the implementation of the Minister of Home Affairs No.64 of 2013 on hotel tax accounting records in BAPENDA Blitar Regency. The type of research used in the study is a qualitative method with data analysis techniques in the form of qualitative descriptive analysis and data triangulation. The results of the study show that BAPENDA in recording has used the accrual basis effectively at the beginning of 2017. However, in the recording of hotel tax receipts there are still records of accounting journals that have not been carried out by the treasurer of BAPENDA Blitar Regency

This research aims to know the perspective of tourists against the availability of the current homestay in Samosir. Research methods used in this research was the qualitative method with descriptive analysis techniques.In this study that will be scrutinized is the perspective of tourists against homestay Samosir Regency. Research findings: (1) the tourists prefer to stay in homestay than a hotel because of the cheaper cost.(2) the existing Services in the homestay or good already is in compliance with the expectations of tourists.(3) Yet the existence of the development of the homestay is located directly in the tourist area and there are several homestay has not been in accordance with the standard concept of homestay.

AbstractThe blandes learning model has not yet been implemented so that it needed for new innovations in learning. Hydrocarbon and Crude Oil Lessons were abstract and compact lessons, so it needed time to finish it.   This research aimed at producing Edmodo based blended learning media on Hydrocarbon and Crude Oil lessons and knowing the validity level of the produced media. It was Research and Development (R&D) with Borg & Gall model.  The subjects of this research were Chemistry lecturers and teachers. Techniques of collecting the data were interview, validity test questionnaire, practicality test, and documentation. Analyzing the data was done by using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research findings showed that it was obtained 84.6% (very valid) for validity level of learning implementation plan, 84.4% (very valid) for validity level of student workbook, and 80.4% (valid), 83.4%( very practice) for practicality level of learning implementation plan, and 82.9% (very practice) for practicality level of student workbook, and 80.4% (practice) for practicality level of Edmodo e-learning media. Based on this research, it could be concluded that Edmodo based blended learning media on Hydrocarbon and Crude Oil lessons could be tested. Keywords: Learning Media, Edmodo, Hydrocarbon and Crude Oil
