The article analyses the main psychological theories and considers the theoretical aspects of the concept of leadership qualities in future teachers. Purpose. The purpose of the publication is scientific study and systematization of experience on this issue, to identify the essential characteristics in the holistic structure of the personality of future teacher leaders in the educational space of Institutions of Higher Education.Methods. In the research were used such a theoretical methods: content analysis, synthesis, classification and generalization of scientific and theoretical provisions of the concept of "leadership qualities" in the modern educational environment. The methodological basis of the article is the scientific concepts of native and foreign researchers who have dealt with issues of leadership and leadership qualities. Different approaches of scientists on understanding the essence of leadership qualities of the individual and their features are considered. The components and criteria of leadership qualities from the standpoint of the psychology of work of the teacher are described. Leadership qualities of future teachers has an important role of the formation.Results. As a result of theoretical and methodological research, we analyzed, systematized and identified the following components of leadership qualities in the holistic structure of the future teacher's personality from the point of view of psychology of pedagogical work: motivational-value, emotional-communicative, organizational-regulatory and reflexive-evaluative.Conclusions. It is concluded that in the conditions of modernization of the educational system the teacher-leader becomes an important strategic resource of all transformations, and is able to generate and perceive innovations, ready to show activity and creativity. Subjectivity and congruence are defined as the fundamental qualities that determine the purposeful development of important personal and professional characteristics that contribute to the development of personality to the position of a leader.Key words: leadership, leadership qualities, future teachers, pedagogical activity. У статті проаналізовано основні психологічні підходи і теорії, розглянуто теоретичні аспекти поняття лідерських якостей у майбутніх педагогів. Мета публікації – наукове вивчення та систематизація досвіду з даної проблематики, виявлення сутнісних характеристик у цілісній структурі особистості майбутніх педагогів-лідерів в освітньому просторі закладу вищої освіти.Методи. Під час проведення дослідження використовувалися такі теоретичні методи: контент-аналіз, синтез, класифікація та узагальнення науково-теоретичних положень поняття «лідерські якості» в системі сучасного освітнього середовища. Методологічну основу статті становлять наукові концепції сучасних вітчизняних та зарубіжних дослідників, котрі займалися питаннями лідерства та лідерських якостей, зокрема у педагогів. Розглядаються різні підходи та погляди науковців на розуміння сутності лідерських якостей особистості та їхні особливості. Описуються структура, компоненти та критерії лідерських якостей з позиції психології праці педагога. Підкреслюється важлива роль формування лідерських якостей у майбутніх учителів. Результати. У результаті теоретико-методологічного дослідження нами проаналізовано, системати-зовано та виокремлено такі компоненти лідерських якостей у цілісній структурі особистості майбутнього педагога з точки зору психології педагогічної праці: мотиваційно-ціннісний, емоційно-комунікативний, організаційно-регулятивний та рефлексивно-оцінювальний. Висновки. З’ясовано, що в умовах модернізації освітньої системи педагог-лідер стає важливим стратегічним ресурсом усіх перетворень, здатним генерувати і сприймати інновації, готовим проявляти активність і творчість. Основоположними якостями, що зумовлюють цілеспрямований розвиток важливих особистісно-професійних характеристик, які сприяють розвитку особистості до позиції лідера, визначені суб’єктність і конгруентність. Перспективи подальшого дослідження ми вбачаємо в дослідженні лідер-ських якостей та розробленні психолого-педагогічного супроводу в процесі фахової підготовки педагогів.Ключові слова: лідерство, лідерські якості, майбутні педагоги, педагогічна діяльність.

The article deals with the phenomena of lifestyle and educational environment of confessional educational organizations. The methodological basis of the research is based on general scientific methodological approaches (system, comparative, historical, ontological) and special scientific methodological approaches: a system-activity approach, which assumes a motivated solution of problems in the educational process determined by problem situations; a cultural approach that allows us to correlate general, individual and special cultural phenomena, in particular religion and education; an anthropological approach that allowed the interpretation of knowledge from various spheres of life from the point of view of pedagogy. The article contains definitions of the following concepts: «Lifestyle of a confessional educational organization» and «Educational environment of a confessional educational organization». The role of religious worship in the development and functioning of the confessional educational environment is noted. The main factors of the external environment that have a determining influence on the confessional educational environment are highlighted. The author emphasizes the open nature of the modern confessional educational process, which unfolds in the context of a dialogue between all its parties: the religious denomination, the state and the individual.

The purpose and tasks of the work are to analyze the contemporary Ukrainian mass culture in terms of its value and humanistic components, as well as the importance of cultural studies and Ukrainian studies in educational disciplines for the formation of a holistic worldview of modern youth.Analysis of research and publications. Scientists repeatedly turned to the problems of the role of spirituality in the formation of society and its culture. This problem is highlighted in the publications by O. Losev, V. Lytvyn, D. Likhachev, S. Avierintsev, M. Zakovych, I. Stepanenko and E. Kostyshyn.Experts see the main negative impact of mass culture on the quality approach, which determines mass culture through the market, because mass culture, from our point of view, is everything that is sold and used in mass demand.One of the most interesting studies on this issue was the work by the representatives of Frankfurt School M. Horkheimer and T. Adorno «Dialectics of Enlightenment» (1947), devoted to a detailed analysis of mass culture. Propaganda at all socio-cultural levels in the form is similar in both totalitarian and democratic countries. It is connected, according to the authors, with the direction of European enlightenment. The tendency to unify people is a manifestation of the influence of mass culture, from cinema to pop. Mass culture is a phenomenon whose existence is associated with commerce (accumulation in any form – this is the main feature of education), in general, the fact that it exists in this form is related to the direction of the history of civilization.Modern mass culture, with its externally attractive and easily assimilated ideas and symbols, appealing to the trends of modern fashion, becomes a standard of prestigious consumption, does not require intense reflection, allows you to relax, distract, not teach, but entertains, preaches hedonism as the main spiritual value. And as a consequence, there are socio-cultural risks: an active rejection of other people, which leads to the formation of indifference; cruelty as a character trait; increase of violent and mercenary crime; increase in the number of alcohol and drug addicts; anti-patriotism; indifference to the values of the family and as a result of social orphanhood and prostitution.Conclusions, perspectives of research. Thus, we can conclude that modern Ukrainian education is predominantly formed by the values of mass culture. Namely, according to the «Dialectic» by Horkheimer and Adorno, «semi-enlightenment becomes an objective spirit» of our modern society.It is concluded that only high-quality education can create the opposite of the onset of mass culture and the destruction of spirituality in our society. It is proved that only by realizing the importance of cultivating disciplines in the educational process and the spiritual upbringing of the nation, through educational reforms, humanitarian knowledge will gradually return to student audiences.Formation of youth occurs under the influence of social environment, culture, education and self-education. The optimal combination of these factors determines both the process of socialization itself and how successful it will be. In this context, one can see the leading role of education and upbringing. It turns out that the main task of modern education is to spread its influence on the development of spiritual culture of the individual, which eventually becomes a solid foundation for the formation of the individual. Such a subject requires both philosophical and humanitarian approaches in further integrated interdisciplinary research, since the availability of such research will provide the theoretical foundation for truly modern educational and personal development.

В условиях перехода в новый социально-экономический период меняется нравственно-духовный мир молодежи, в том числе у студентов. С этой точки зрения на первый план выходит задача формирования общечеловеческих ценностей, которые должны стать главным объединяющим фактором дальнейшего социокультурного развития общества. Обогащение опыта глубокого понимания общечеловеческих ценностей у будущих педагогов в профессиональном обучении способствует формированию подготовленности будущих педагогов профессионального обучения в будущем, также важно привить в них систему общечеловеческих ценностей. Annotation. the article touches on one of the pressing problems of our time - the decent education of the younger generation. The article considers the issues of youth education and the formation of universal values. The article deals with the role of the works of Chingiz Aitmatov in the education of youth. With the transition to a new socio- economic period, the moral and spiritual world of young people is changing, including among students. From this point of view, the task of creating universal human values comes to the forefront, which should become the main unifying factor in the further socio-cultural development of society. The enrichment of the experience of a deep understanding of human values in future teachers contributes to the formation of preparedness of future teachers of vocational training in the future, it is also important to instill in them a system of universal values. The article substantiates the features of leadership in the professional activity of a teacher. It is emphasized that leadership is a specific type of management relationship, which is based on social interaction, and the leader in this situation is an innovator. The functional differences of a leadership (regulation of interpersonal relations in the team, spontaneity) and management (organization of official relations of the group as a certain social organization, purposefulness, control of various elements of social structure) are determined. It is argued that a person's leadership qualities mean a set of their psychological qualities, abilities and features of intragroup interaction that ensure the success of their leadership functions. Important leadership behavioral qualities of a leader: responsibility, cooperation, personal development, resilience, awareness, integrity. The organizational and managerial qualities of a teacher-leader (professional competence, moral qualities, ability to work, culture of taking into account different points of view, etc.) are systematized and the differences in the activity of a teacher-functionary and a teacher-leader are determined. It is noted that the effectiveness of leadership is determined by the teacherʼs ability to perceive and satisfy the specific needs of the group at each stage and choose the appropriate style of influence, harmoniously combining individual and group needs while providing the necessary conditions for completing the assignment. The main problem of leadership is to maintain consensus and unity of the staff of the educational organization on the basis of common goals and values, the implementation of a specific approach to reveal the individual potential of staff. It is concluded that the training of a teacher-leader should be aimed at developing his analytical skills, at the formation of design and modeling competencies, at stimulating the individual to a possible solution of the problems in difficult and uncertain situations, at the ability to respond not only quickly but also on the basis of various strategies behavior.  According to some thinkers, in the 21st century, the Japanese society is facing a crisis of values. The postmodern approach to the individual and society may be one of the causes of this problem. In this point of view, an inadequate grasp of the relationship between the individual and the society seems to play an important role. The problem of this relationship was elaborated by the early 20th century philosopher Watsuji Tetsurō who endeavoured to re-define the role of an individual in the society. This paper attempts to examine the contemporary problem of Japanese identity from the perspective of Watsuji’s conception of interpersonal relationships.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

AbstractBefore 2008, several studies provided empirical evidence of a positive correlation between the functions of financial intermediation and economic growth. In 2008, the financial crisis shook trust in this correlation. Several studies found that comprehensive and fundamental changes were needed in the entire financial market. Attention focused on the role of morality as an essential and integral element of the economy, arguing that without a moral attitude at the individual and institutional levels, the whole system necessarily runs into crisis. Among the moral interpretations of the economy, which are concurrently based on philosophical tradition and religious doctrine, the Catholic Church has presented some of the most consistent and unified teachings related to such questions over time, but the effect on economic thinking is less than what relevance and other merits justify. Catholic social teaching suggests morality and the economy are inseparable and highlights the moral interpretation of economic discrepancies. By analyzing theoretical and empirical evidence, this paper assesses the economic validity and legitimacy of Catholic thought about the immanent role of ethics in the economy and the financial crisis.

The article considers the conceptualization of the world from the point of view of its methodological paradigm assessment in the context of the globalizing world. A retrospective analysis of the relationship between language and human speech activity is given. The authors explain the role of language as a socio-cultural phenomenon in the formation of worldview systems that develop in the consciousness with the help of minimal units of human experience in their ideal meaningful representation in special concepts, which allows the individual to think within the boundaries of a certain linguistic picture of the world. Analyzes the problems of the functioning of communicative norms with regard to the hierarchy of the spiritual representations of the world. The article attempts to consider the impact of the “blurring” of the information boundaries of the globalizing world on the cognitive abilities of the individual in the nomination, qualification of the subject, phenomenon, process.

The article is devoted to the problem of the educational environment of higher educational establishments as the factor of forming the future foreing languages teachers’ conflict competence. In this article, the essence of the following notions has been analyzed: educational environment in higher educational establishments, teaching environment, educational space. The notions of «educational space» and «teaching environment» have been given detailed description; the notion of «educational environment» is regarded in contemporary scientific literature from the point of view of institutional approach (social environment) and substantial approach (personal environment). The author of the article notes that the educational environment of a higher educational establishment is viewed as the system of different impacts and conditions for creating personality with the help of modern technologies and educational content. Also it is regarded as complex phenomenon of requirements and modes of behavior which are used for professional and personal growth of future teachers. The author claims that the notions of «educational environment» and «educational space» are closely connected: an educational space is defined as a special sphere of sociocultural practices that includes educational environment as the total of social and educational conditions which influence the personality of a student and its future professional orientation. While analyzing the structure of educational environment the author examined its components taking into consideration the peculiarities of professional growth of the future teachers of foreign languages: resourse-technological, intrapersonal, strategic-technological, sociocultural and communicative. These structural elements of analyzed phenomenon have been given detailed observation. It is also noted that the investigation of the structure of educational environment is interconnected with the topic under consideration – the formation of conflict competence of the future foreign languages teachers. The prospects for further exploration are seen by the author in highlighting a strategic line for the formation of the future foreign languages teachers’ conflictual competence with the application of certain pedagogical technologies in the educational environment of higher education institutions.
