PENANAMAN MORINGA OLEIFERA UNTUK PENINGKATAN KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT DAN PENGHIJAUAN DI DUSUN TAMBAK REJO MOJOKERTO

ABSTRACT Tambak Rejo Village has a fairly arid area in the dry season and in areas that are flooded by rivers experiencing flooding in the rainy season. In the dry season the conditions of the settlement are hot because few plants can grow. Only certain plants can flourish in the area. Moringa plants are plants that are easy to plant and also have very good endurance in the event of seasonal changes. Moringa plants which have the Latin name Moringa oleifera can grow up to 7 meters high or even 12 meters tall. Moringa tree in addition to greening on arid land, has many benefits in the field of health both leaves, bark or fruit and seeds. The leaves can be made into useful vegetables to increase endurance and improve the digestive system. The procedure of this community service activity starts from the team coordinating with partners. The implementation begins with coordination with partners to determine the schedule of activities. The socialization of the benefits of moringa oleifera was carried out in Tambak Rejo Village, attended by 68 residents. After the socialization continued with the distribution of Moringa oleifera seeds to the people who attended. The team gave examples of planting and monitored the process of planting moringa oleifera in Tambak Rejo Village. The results of the evaluation of Moringa oleifera plants grow well and are well groomed. Residents have used the leaves for consumption as a daily vegetable menu. The targets of community service are greening on arid land and the use of moringa oleifera to improve public health.

The main objective in this community service activity is to improve the insight of the people in Kepohbaru Bojonegoro sub-district about zoonotic diseases. The hope is that with the increasing knowledge of citizens, the level of public health in general can be better. The implementation method that will be used in this community service program is counseling and discussion. The purpose of counseling conducted to the community is to provide a general description of zoonotic diseases and then conduct an in-depth discussion about the clinical symptoms, handling, prevention and treatment of zoonotic diseases. After the activity is completed, monitoring will be carried out through the transfer of students of BBM KKN Universitas Airlangga.AbstrakTujuan utama dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dapat meningkatkan wawasan masyarakat di Kecamatan Kepohbaru Bojonegoro tentang penyakit zoonosis. Harapannya dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan warga, maka tingkat kesehatan masyarakat secara umum bias menjadi lebih baik. Metode pelaksanaan yang akan digunakan dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penyuluhan dan diskusi. Tujuan dari penyuluhan yang dilakukan kepada warga masyarakat adalah memberikan gambaran umum tentang penyakit zoonosis dan selanjutnya dilakukan diskusi yang mendalam tentang gejala klinis, penanganan, pencegahan, dan pengobatan penyakit zoonosis. Setelah kegiatan selesai, akan dilakukan monitoring melalui penerjunan mahasiswa KKN BBM Universitas Airlangga.

KKN merupakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di daerah tertentu atau lembaga pendidikan, dilaksanakan secara kelompok, terintegrasi antar jurusan, terkoordinasi di tingkat Fakultas, Kegiatan KKN (Kuliah Kerja Nyata) dilakukan secara online yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengalaman kerja nyata di lapangan dalam bidang apapun yang membentuk sikap mandiri dan tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan di lapangan. KKN juga bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraannya. Kegiatan KKN dibagi menjadi empat tahap kegiatan, yaitu pembekalan, pelaksaaan kegiatan secara daring agar dapat mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 dan penyusunan laporan, dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan KKN ini dimulai dari tanggal 1 agustus 2020 sampai dengan 31 Agustus 2020 di Desa Karangmulya Kecamatan Telukjambe Barat Kabupaten Karawang. DesaKarang Mulya merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kecamatan Teluk jambe Barat.Yang letak geografisnya dekat sekali dengan kota Karawang. Sebagian besar penduduknya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani,ada juga yang berprofresi sebagai guru ,home industry,dan juga berdagang. Kondisi perekonomian masyarakat pada umumnya mengandalkan pertanian. Desa Karang Mulya terletak sangat dekat dengan Kantor Kecamatan Telukjambe Barat,jika ditempuh dengan memakai kendaraan dapat menghabiskan waktu selama ± 10 menit menggunakan kendaraan bermotor. Jumlah luas tanah DesaKarang Mulya seluruhnya mencapai 425,0000 ha dan terdiri dari tanah darat dan tanah sawah. Wilayah Desa Karang Mulya yang beriklim tropik basah memiliki curah hujan sebesar 200-300mm per tahun. Iklim di Desa Karang Mulya terdapat dua musim yaitu musim hujan dan musim kemarau.Musim hujan terjadi pada bulan November hingga Mei.Sedangkan musim kemarau umumnya terjadi pada bulan Juni sampai Oktober. Desa Karang Mulya memiliki intensitas curah hujan sedang sehingga suhu udara tinggi dan kategori ini cukup baik untuk dapat mendukung kegiatan masyarakat dalam bidang pertanian. Sumber air yang digunakan oleh warga Desa Karang MulyaKecamatan Telukjambe Barat untuk keperluan sehari-hari adalah sumur gali dan air pam. Kata Kunci : KKN, Karangmulya, Telukjambebarat KKN is a community service activity in certain areas or educational institutions, carried out in groups, integrated between departments, coordinated at the Faculty level, KKN activities (Real Work Lectures) are carried out online which aims to provide real work experience in the field in any field that forms independent attitude and responsibility in carrying out work in the field. KKN also aims to assist the community in increasing knowledge and skills so that it is expected to improve their welfare. KKN activities are divided into four activity stages, namely provisioning, implementing online activities so as to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and compiling reports, and evaluating. The implementation of this Community Service Program starts from August 1st 2020 to August 31th 2020 in Karangmulya Village, Telukjambe Barat District, Karawang Regency. Karang Mulya Village is one of the villages located in Telukjambe Barat Subdistrict, which is geographically very close to the city of Karawang. Most of the population works as farmers, some are teachers, home industry, and also trade. Generally, the economic condition of the people relies on agriculture. Karang Mulya Village is located very close to the Teluk Jambe Barat District Office, if it is reached by using a vehicle it can take ± 10 minutes using a motorized vehicle. The total land area of Karang Mulya Village reaches 425,0000ha and consists of overland land and paddy fields. The area of Karang Mulya Village, which has a wet tropical climate, has rainfall of 200-300mm per year. The climate in Karang Mulya Village has two seasons, namely the rainy season and the dry season. The rainy season occurs from November to May. Meanwhile, the dry season generally occurs from June to October. Karang Mulya Village has moderate rainfall intensity so that the air temperature is high and this category is good enough to be able to support community activities in agriculture. Most of the people of Ba'ka Village are conventional palm sugar farmers whose whose selling prices are cheap. The purpose of this service is to provide innovation in palm sugar into ant sugar. Through training in making ant sugar, it is hoped that it can increase people's income. The stages of community service include needs analysis, problem formulation, work program formulation, and work program implementation, and evaluation. This service activity produces ant sugar products that are packaged in a modern way. Ant sugar products can attract consumers because they are more durable, hygienic, and practical.

Health is a healthy state, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially that allows everyone to live productively socially and economically. Health development as one of the national developments designed for the achievement of awareness, willingness and ability to live healthy for every population to realize an optimal degree of public health. Self-medication is an attempt by someone to overcome a problem of illness or disease without prior agreement with a doctor or health worker. More than 60% of members of the public swarmed the legal basis Permenkes No.919 / MENKES / PER / X / 1993. Swamedication was more focused on handling quickly and effectively without prior intervention by medical consultants, pharmacists, to reduce the workload on the limited resources and labor. The target audience for this community service activity is 30 health cadres obtained through collaboration with the state visited by the health cadres to provide information and understanding to other community members in their neighborhoods. From this dedication activity obtained 1) Increased knowledge and understanding of health cadres about self-medication 2) Increased knowledge and understanding of health cadres about managing drugs in the household.

Reduced Rate

The reduction in green open space causes its reduction in the surface that can absorb water into the ground in residential areas. An increase in the amount of wasted rainwater that is wasted due to the reduced rate of water infiltration into the soil will cause flooding in the rainy season and drought in the dry season. A solution is needed to absorb water into the soil. Trisakti University in collaboration with Cisalak Village and the Indonesian Water Partnership held the training and counseling on the application of Biopore Infiltration Holes to residents of RW 12. This Community Service activity supports the program target of making 100,000 LRBs in Depok City. The method used was counseling conducted online and offline. After the counseling activity, the team made 80 LRBs equipped with booklets and X-banners containing procedures for making LRBs.

This community service activity discussed the introduction of Islamic Banking in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at the Nuruddin Mosque, Gelebak Dalam Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency, Palembang. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide an introduction to Sharia Banking to the people of Gelebak Dalam Village with the hope that the community or socialization participants can understand the current existence of Islamic banking which is everywhere both in villages and in urban areas. The socialization participants can also find out that sharia talks are currently being discussed by many people. Sharia banking is a banking system developed based on sharia or Islamic law.

Two Stages

Bulusari village, Tarokan sub-district is a fertile village with the majority of its residents making a living as farmers. Most of the residents' houses in Bulusari Village still have empty yards on the side of the yard and the side of the houses. So it is necessary to use the vacant grounds to become a TOGA Park which is beneficial for improving public health and increasing family income. One form of service that is done is by empowering community members to make TOGA Parks in their respective yards. In this service activity, there are several stages, starting with giving information to the community about the importance of TOGA plants, how to cultivate TOGA plants, how to utilize TOGA plants and the efficacy of various TOGA plants. This community service activity consists of two stages, namely extension activities, and mentoring activities. In this activity, community members actively participated in providing vacant yards in their homes to be used as TOGA, providing TOGA seeds that could be obtained from the surrounding environment, and actively exchanging knowledge about the use and efficacy of various TOGA.

ARI (Acute Respiratory Infection) is an acute inflammation of upper and lower respiratory tract caused by infection of microorganisms or bacteria, viruses, or rickets, without or with inflammation of the lung parenchyma. ARI is caused by a virus / bacteria that begins with heat accompanied by one or more symptoms such as sore throat, swallowing pain, runny nose, dry cough or phlegm. ARI is a public health problem in developing countries. The incidence of ARI tends to increase during the dry season.The goal of this research is want to know factors causing the event of ARI in dry season at public health center of kampar 2020. This research is observational analytic study with case control study design. Based on the results of research in the Kampar Public health center. The population is suffering from this research is the people in the Kampar Public health center and the samples is the people whos cames to Public health center to get treatment. Sample of case is 52 people and sample of control is 52 people. The variable in this research is Personal Protective equipments. The data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis using Pearson correlation test and simple linier regression.The result of this research is that there is a significant correlation of using personal protective equipments with ARI in the dry season with (p value < 0,01). The preventive of action that can be done by the community is that if driving in the dry season, you should use PPE (Personal Protective equipments) like a mask, and if you are often active in the sun, you should use protective clothing such as hats, long sleeves, trousers and hats to avoid direct sun exposure.

ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk aplikasi keuangan berbasis online telah banyak dikembangkan, diantaranya di bidang perbankan, keuangan, transportasi, jual beli, kesehatan, dan sebagainya. Demikian juga aplikasi berbasis perangkat bergerak seperti telepon seluler, komputer, laptop maupun lainnya juga sudah lazim dan banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat antar RT dalam satu RW di wilayah Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang (khususnya RT-02 dan RT-03 di RW-03) untuk menggunakan aplikasi keuangan. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan keuangan di tingkat RT, sehingga lebih efektif, efisien, akurat dan transparan. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diawali dengan melakukan observasi dan survei khususnya RT-02 dan RT-03 di RW-03 Kelurahan Kauman Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang. Hasil survei ini dijadikan dasar implementasi aplikasi keuangan yang dikembangkan. Selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi yang telah berhasil dikembangkan dari referensi terpilih, agar masyarakat lebih terbiasa dalam menggunakan sistem layanan keuangan tersebut. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan pengelolaan layanan keuangan menjadi lebih mudah dan pengguna aplikasi juga dimudahkan dengan adanya fitur-fitur yang telah disediakan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu, Sistem Pengelola Keuangan RT (SIPUT) dapat diakses dalam berbagai platform baik perangkat PC desktop maupun web, lalu sistem ini menggunakan tampilan yang user friendly sehingga Staff RT-02 dan RT-03 RW-03 Kelurahan Kauman dapat dengan mudah melakukan manajemen pengelolaan keuangan dengan cepat dan akurat, sehingga kinerja mereka menjadi lebih baik. Jadi SIPUT ini sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan objek pengabdian masyarakat. Staff RT dapat melakukan berbagai pengelolan beberapa kegiatan seperti membuat manajemen keuangan, manajemen surat, dan manajemen kegiatan warga. Likewise, mobile device-based applications such as cell phones, computers, laptops and others are also common and are widely used by the public. In accordance with these conditions, a community service activity was carried out in several RTs in one RW in Kauman Sub-District, Klojen District, Malang City (specifically RT-02 and RT-03 in RW-03) to use a financial application. The developed application is expected to facilitate financial management at the RT level, so that it becomes more effective, efficient, accurate and transparent. The stages of community service activities began with observations and surveys, especially in RT-02 and RT-03 in RW-03 Kauman Sub-District, Klojen District, Malang. The results of this survey formed the basis for implementing the financial application that was developed. After that, socialization and training on the use of applications that had been successfully developed from selected references were performed, so that the people were more accustomed to using the financial service system. With this application, it is hoped that the management of financial services will become easier and application users will also be facilitated by the features provided. The results of this activity are that RT Financial Management System (SIPUT) can be accessed in various platforms both desktop PC and web devices, and this system uses a user friendly display so that RT-02 and RT-03 Staffs in RW-03 Kauman Sub-District can easily conduct financial management quickly and accurately that improves their performance. Therefore, SIPUT is very suitable with the needs of the object of community service. RT staffs can carry out a variety of management of several activities such as making financial management, mail management, and citizen activity management. Homecoming activities that occur each approaching Eid certainly make travelers feel exhausted on the way to their hometown. So with that it requires activities that help travelers. In this case we provide a place to rest for travelers and provide free massage for travelers. Massage comes from the French word "masser" which means rubbing or from the Arabic word "mash" which means to press it gently or from the Greek word "massien" which means to massage or wrap. With the provision of massage it is expected that travelers can relax and make the body fit again. Based on the above problems, we need a place of rest for travelers who drive motorized vehicles and volunteers who are able to reduce driver fatigue by giving free massage to the travelers. With this done, it is expected that the smoothness and safety of motorists who make homecoming in 2019 can be maintained until they are in their respective hometowns. The target of this community service activity is travelers in 2019 who pass through Banyuwangi City. The preparatory stages include location survey, after that coordinate with the campus to hold campus room loan licensing as a place of rest and massage place for the homecomers. In addition, we are socializing to the public that there will be a free massage at Campus C, Uniba Banyuwangi. Providing all the facilities of massages, such as mattresses, olive oil and towels. The implementation phase is carried out May 18-19, 2019. The homecomers are recorded by filling in attendance and biodata. Travelers come into the room to rest and are given massage treatment. Based on the results of community service activities that have been carried out, the people who have been going home in 2019 are happy and are greatly helped by the location of free rest and massage. The resting place is very helpful for travelers to see a long time in travel and the long distance traveled by the travelers. For free massage activities also make travelers feel more comfortable and more fit to continue their homecoming journey to their hometown.
