With the development of computer technology , especially in the field of multimedia enabling competition in the highly competitive retail world . At the present time due to intense competition in the business world , the service and quality of goods is not enough to be able to increase revenue and attract customers who are loyal and inevitably this makes employers think hard to find a way to survive and stable in the business . One way is to use visual communication media can indirectly communicate the expected value of its effectiveness in product marketing programs . CV.Zero Store is a company located in Villa Mutiara Pluit Tangerang which sells a variety of products and a jersey type shirt screen printing . The problems that exist in the company does not have a means of supporting media promotion of effective programs , this company is already using a media campaign to promote its products as it is used today is the brochures , banners , promotions with clients directly keklien and perceived inadequate for future promotion . Therefore , it takes promosiyang other means such as the media in the desired catalog marketing targets that have been programmed . For media catalog is a masterpiece of design that is packaged in the form of a booklet which is a medium that can be made in the company’s assets that can be used to improve an image or the image of the company to establish cooperation relations with companies , institutions and other relevant agencies . Besides the new design is expected to add variants of the media campaign so as to form the image or the image of the company as desired . Therefore dituangkanlah such a design in an article entitled “Designing Catalog For Supporting Information Media and Promotions at CV Zero.Store “

Talk about retail business can not be separated from the importance of service to consumers and good quality goods . But at the present time due to intense competition in the business world , the service and quality of goods is not enough to be able to increase revenue and attract customers loyal . This makes companies think hard to survive and stable in the business . One of them is by using a media campaign in this regard more toward print or visual media is indirectly felt the value of their effectiveness in communicating product marketing programs . PT . Times Prima Indonesia is a company engaged in the retail book with the name of the Times bookstores . Based on the analysis of the company’s problems requires additional media types supporting more varied and creatif promotion of existing ones, which will be used as a complement and a media campaign as well as to enrich the data renewal campaign design to capture the interest of consumers in which one form of the media campaign is shaped merchandise . Therefore , do Enriching ( enrich ) media campaign merchandise before it is less varied and has not formed a company image . The methodology used is the analysis, observation and design . Besides the new design has been tested with the implemented test duration for 6 months, and greatly increases the perceived contribution , this is evidenced by the chart sales increasing each month.

The development of visual communication media at this time is very helpful in supporting information and communication. But often presented visual communication  media  are  less  effective  and appropriate. While so many universities in Indonesia, the increasingly fierce competition in attracting new students. Media Visual Communication can be applied to college in introducing or raising the image and popularity or promote and provide information to prospective students. In essence, in this case the effectiveness of media campaigns assessed in spreading information, influence or persuade prospective students and new student to join the university. The method used by the questionnaires to assess the effectiveness of implemented that have been implemented such as  brochures,  banners, posters, billboards, catalogs, paper bag,  flyers  and  merchandise.  In  conclusion,  this  article specifically assess visual communication media from case studies in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja considered effective and consistent contribution.. This study found a great opportunity to improve the promotion of additional digital marketing media campaign called the college through the  stages resulting in some visual communication media that can be received by the target audience. To create a media campaign needs planning in accordance with the background of the problem so that the media are made to overcome the problems encountered

<p>Vehicles being the most widely used machines need to get smarter compared to their current technology. The necessity described by the younger generation of users, the millennials, for their devices to be smart and their vision to have more computerized and smarter applications of various sensors. The invention and development of better-computerized systems for infotainment and control of vehicles have taken speed and research is done mainly in an open-source on Linux kernel-based operating systems. The Smart Bike System is a Raspberry pi based operating system(AGL) for bikes tracks the various components of the bike like Speed, Quantity of fuel, Distance covered in a single trip, Temperature, Date and Time. We make a note that the current system of dashboards for representing the various aspects of a bike is old. A significant improvement would be made in the quality of the bike and the way people use it if the current computer technology of the world embraces the vehicular system. Automotive Grade Linux(AGL) is an (open source tech) operating system for automobiles which when installed on a computer in synchronization with the parts of a motor-bike has an ability to display more information in a more colorful and animated format like a computer desktop but specifically for automobiles.</p>

In modern times, barbershop aka men's shaving places is the main choice of modern men to style their hair. The results showed that the popularity of Barbershop itself is due to the trend of the haircut, the classic hairdo. Classic hairstyle trends are also supported by the media which has a positive impact on popularity, hair fashion as a priority, knowledge about fashion is getting better, pomade trends. In general, customers want to get the best quality of services provided.Changes in customer haircuts or Barbershop customers are usually caused by changing trends or because they want to find new models that are more age-appropriate. The haircut catalog is a book that contains information on various haircut models that are made in the form of pictures and names of haircuts, where the names of haircuts are generally made in English.The problem that can occur in cutting hair is the lack of desires of the customer to the results of the hair stylist cut, it happens because the customer does not understand or do not remember the name of the desired haircut model. Crochemore Perrin's algorithm factored the right pattern so that pattern = right pattern left pattern. Globalization has a big impact on the business world. One of the spearheads that must be owned by a company is qualified and capable human resources in their fields. One effort to improve the quality of human resources is to improve work efficiency and effectiveness so that employee performance increases, where performance is a function of motivation and ability (Gomes, 2000). Through the fulfillment of abilities and motivations that are believed to improve employee performance, in this case Lavalette Hospital and Malang Islamic Hospital employees. This study uses explanatory research with a questionnaire as the main tool for data collection. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of inferential analysis indicate that the variables of existence needs, relationship needs and needs to develop, technical abilities and behavioral abilities partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Variable technical ability and behavioral ability partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work performance. Thus, the company must be able to maintain and improve motivation and ability of employees, especially for the needs of relationships and behavioral abilities because it has a dominant influence on employee performance

In this final project, design a web-based sales information system for CV. SINAR CREATION in marketing all information about its products through the media website, so that finally this website is expected to increase sales efficiency in the business world. The development of media campaign currently very rapid. Media campaign that is widely used today not only in the form of visual communication media, but many companies that develop the promotion through audio-visual media. The development of the hospitality world increasingly rapidly, causing more and more facilities and advantages that should be promoted in order to compete, especially at Padjadjaran Suites Busines & Conference Hotel. The aim of this study was to design-based audiovisual media in order to become an effective appeal, especially in the delivery of information and promotion of it - matters relating to the overall Padjadjaran Suites Busines & Conference Hotel. Padjadjaran Suites Business & Conference Hotel is a four star hotel located in Tangerang. Existing problems that the media used by Padjadjaran Suites Business & Conference Hotel is in the form of visual communication media, in general, people are more receptive to information through interactive media and communicative, so Padjadjaran Suites Business & Conference Hotel requires video media profile as a medium for supporting information and promotion at the show to prospective customers, establish relationships with clients, or as a medium of information to the public, so that the design of video media profile that show the entire scope, advantages and facilities of the hotel, could be a solution in solving problems in media promotion and information. The methods used in this research is a method of analysis of the problems, methods of data collection, data analysis, methods of analysis, as well as the basic concepts of media production. In the basic concepts of media production there are stages of preproduction, production, and postproduction. The end result of this design is a video that can be directly used for media promotion.

An attempt is made in the paper to analyze the nature of virtue of ecological sensitivity to argue for its relevance and need in the business world. Ecological sensitivity is a virtue or quality of a human being to relate himself to the environment in a protective spirit of oneness. It is not a virtue by extension from human to environment like compassion or empathy but a virtue of independent normative standing since it is argued to be equal to other personal and inter-personal virtues in the pool of virtues to live a good human life. It is further argued that since ethics is a study of values and virtues to live a good human life and business companies are a great source to sustain and improve upon the state of mankind in the world and the condition of planet earth itself, it makes sense to emphasize the need to include ecological sensitivity as a virtue in the conduct of business professionals. It also attempts to understand how the business professionals ought to interpret ecological sensitivity in and around their surroundings on a daily basis.

Radio is one of the communication media that used to be a primadonna in society. However as media technology grew rapidly, radio became less attractive. Radio had to fight to maintain its existence in the media community. Various efforts are made by radio to reclaim the hearts of its listeners through improving the quality of broadcasting until the renewal, improvement and development of the program. Radio Persada faces the same problem. Radio Persada is a Local Public Broadcasting Institution (LPPL) in Blitar Regency that is independent, neutral, and non-commercial. It produces broadcast programs not solely to meet the demands of capitalism, liberalism, market tastes, or government mouthpiece, but primarily to carry out its function as a mass media serving the interests of the public. Persada is the flagship program of Radio Persada that seeks to realize the function of the service. Programs whose content prioritizes local information or news and live reportage is broadcast since 2018 and still exists today. This research aims to understand the management of Suara Persada program in an effort to maintain its existence in the era of digitization. Research is conducted using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation studies. This research found several faktors that influence the existence of Suara Persada program, namely; 1) excellence in serious but relaxing packaged local content, 2) community engagement through citizen journalism in Suara Persada program, 3) implementation of program management that follows developments in all stages of planning, organizing, influencing and controling activities, 4) the use of streaming channels and the utilization of social media (Facebook and Instagram), 5) consistency in maintaining a two-way communication system using various communication media including social media.
