Mother's Milk (ASI) is the best food that contains all nutrients needed by infants aged 0-6 months. Breast milk can affect the growth and development of bayp. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between family support and mother's behavior in providing exclusive ASI in the trenyang village Sumber Pucung health center. This research was conducted with a case control approach. The variable in this study is the dependent variable family support, the independent variable exclusive breast feeding. The research was carried out in trenyang village, the working area of Sumber Pucung, sampling purposive sampling with a large sample of 96 infants aged 7-24 months. Date were then tested using chi square analysis. Chi squere test results obtained p (0.015) <0.05 then H1 is accepted and rejected by H0, which means there is a relationship between family support and maternal behavior in providing exclusive breastfeeding in trenyang village Sumber Pucung. And the value obtained OR = 2.77 means that family support gives 2.77 times the opportunity for family support. Conclusion of this research is all family give support to mother's behavior in providing exclusive ASI health officer should increase cooperation with mom family because support will increase the mom�s self supporting. Health workers are expected to increase cooperation with Posyandu cadres because family support will increase independence for mothers in exclusivebreastfeeding.

The Elderly Posyandu is a social organization that is engaged in fostering advanced health, health workers who serve elderly health and the wider community are a forum for the community supported by cross-sectoral collaboration. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and family support for elderly Posyandu activities in Seuriget Village, Langsa Barat District, Langsa City in 2014. The research method used a crossectional research design. The population of this study was all usas aged 60-69 years totaling 79 people. The sample in this study was total sampling. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of the study showed that 88.6% of respondents did not take part in the elderly posyandu activities, 72.2% of respondents were less knowledgeable and the majority of family support was 74.7%. The chi-square test results showed knowledge with the elderly posyandu activities (p = 0.001), with a value of X2 count = 12,443> X2 = 3.841. There was a relationship between family support and elderly posyandu activities (p = 0.007) and the value X2 count = 9.069> X2 = 3.841. Suggestions for the results of the study can be input for the community and the elderly towards the importance of the elderly Posyandu and can be used as input for the research site on the importance of the elderly posyandu.

Objectives: Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is closely related to maternal care. MMR in Indonesia based on the 2015 IDHS is 359 per 100,000 live births. By increasing the utilization of MCH handbooks, MMR would be decline. Therefore, this research investigated the relationship between of the utilization of MCH handbooks and attitudes pregnant women regarding pregnancy and childbirth complications.Materials and Methods: We conducted a cross sectional research with 54 pregnant women during March - June 2018 at the Sooko Health Center, Mojokerto. The independent variable was the utilization of MCH handbooks and the dependent variable was the attitude of pregnan women regarding pregnancy and childbirth complications. Data analysis included descriptive and bivariate analysis.Results: The results showed that 79.6% of respondents used the MCH handbook well. The results of the chi square analysis test showed a p value of 0.027 (<0.05).Conclusion: MCH handbook utilization effected the attitude of pregnant women regarding the complication of pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnant women who read and utilize MCH handbook would be have better alertness about the risk of complication so they would make the right decision for their pregnancy.

Some families who treat people with mental disorders have fully support their family member, but people with mental disorders do not care about it. ODGJ (People with Mental Disorder) prefer to do what they want to do unless there is an award from the family. The aim of the study is to find out the relationship between family support and the level of independence of ODGJ in Posyandu Jiwa, Wonokromo Village, Surabaya. The design of this study is analytical with a cross sectional approach. The population is all ODGJ families. The sample is 35 respondents with Purposive Sampling techniques. The independent variable is family support and the dependent variable is the level of independence of ODGJ. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis using Rank Spearman test. The results showed that of the 35 respondents most (62.9%) had good family support and most (65.7%) were independent. The test results of Rank Spearman statistics p = 0.000 <α = 0.05 indicate that there is a family support relationship with the level of independence of ODGJ. The independence of ODGJ can be achieved to the maximum with good support from the family. It is expected that families can maintain good family support for ODGJ to be more independent and maintain ODGJ's independence, so as not to depend on family

OHI-S is a state of oral and dental hygiene measured by a debris score and calculus of a person's teeth. Gingiva is part of the outer periodontal tissue. Self-confidence is a positive attitude of someone who enables him to develop a positive assessment of himself and his environment. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of OHI-S status and gingival health to self-confidence in class VII adolescents at Unaaha 2 Public High School. Type of correlative analytic research with cross sectional approach. Data collection techniques are questionnaire and examination. The sample amounted to 103 people. Analysis techniques with the SPSS program and statistical tests using chi square. The test results of the relationship of OHI-S status to confidence with the chi square analysis test. The value of ρ-value = 0.00 <α = 0.05 thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is a relationship between the status of OHI-S and self confidence in adolescents of class VII at Unaaha Public High School 2. The test results on the relationship of gingival health to self-confidence with the chi-square analysis value ρ-value = 0.00 <α = 0.05 thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that there is a relationship between gingival health status and confidence in class VII youth at Unaaha 2 Public High School.

Dysmenorea is menstrual pain that the girly teenagers often feel. In Indonesia, the number of primarydysmenorea happen in 54,89% and the others are the type of patients facing menstrual pain. The kind of this study is analytic. The independent variable is knowledge and the dependent is the manner. The population counts 35 students. Taking samples is done by total sampling. The data taken are observed and analyzed by Chi Square. The result of this study shows us that having good knowledge counts 51% and the most respondent have positive manner in facing menstrual pain. Statical test using Chi Square test gets the result sig (2 talled)(0,026), so H1 will be accepted, if sig (2-tailed) <α so, based on Chi Square test shows us that H1 is acceptable, it means the relationship between knowlwdge and the manner of girly teenagers in facing menstrual pain. We hope the health workers more actively giving education about menstrual pain.

As the front line, nurses in carrying out their duties in services during the covid19 pandemic can increase the risk of anxiety. One of the factors that can affect anxiety is spirituality at work. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workplace spirituality and nurses' anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research design is a correlation with a sample of 130. The study’s independent variable is spirituality at work, while the study’s dependent variable is nurse anxiety. This research uses a quota sampling technique. Data analysis using chi-square and has received a certificate of research ethics. The study results showed a relationship between workplace spirituality and nurses' anxiety during the covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia, p = 0.000. Based on the results of research, workplace spirituality affects the level of risk of anxiety events, especially during the covid19 pandemic, so this needs to get attention from organizations and leaders in the workplace to improve spirituality in the workplace, especially nurses, who are health workers on the front line during this period covid19 pandemic. Background: Antenatal Care is supervison before delivery especially knowing growth and development of fetus in uterus. The purpose of this study is to conceive the relationship between the frequency of ANC (Antenatal Care) with the incidence of anemia in the mother trimester III RSUD Nganjuk 2017. Method: in this study this research in an analytic  survey using case control design or caase control is related to how risk factors are studied using retrospective approach.in this study the population is pregnant women TM Nganjuk from January to june 2017. Populationin this study based on data from RSUD Nganjuk is 254 pregnant women TM III the sample of this  study is TM III pregnant women in the month January to june 2017 large sample are in use is  154 from the data collection in the analysis with chi square test. Results: After doing calculation hence found count bigger than table (3,84) hence ho rejected, so it can be concluded that there is relation between frequency of Antenatal Care with Genesis Anemia in pregnant mother Trimester III. Conclusion: Based on result of analysis,it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the frequency  of antenatal Care with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women.

Exclusive breastfeeding is breast milk that given to babies from birth for six months without and / or replace with other food or drinks. Exclusive breastfeeding can provide the immunity needed for the growth and development of infants. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding at Perdagangan Health Center in Simalungun Regency. The population is in this study were all mothers who have infants aged 7-12 months who live at ​​Perdagangan Health Center in Simalungun Regency. The sample in this study was 115 respondents. The study was conducted from September 2 to October 1, 2019. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire created by the researcher. Statistical test is using Chi-square. The results of the study obtained at Perdagangan Health Center in Simalungun Regency that the majority of mothers' knowledge about exclusive breastfeeding is in the poor category of 78 respondents (67.8%), the majority of mothers do not provide exclusive breastfeeding, namely 92 respondents (80%). Statistical test results show that P-value is 0.01 <0.05, so that the null hypothesis (HO) is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between maternal knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding. It is recommended that health workers who work in the area of ​​the mother and child area should improve education programs for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers to increase the knowledge and interest of mothers to breastfeed exclusively in the first six months of a baby's life.

The population in this study is the elderly who live in Banjar Tengah, Negara District, Jembrana Regency, Bali. The sample used in this study was selected using purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 62 people who met the criteria. The results showed that there was a significant effect simultaneously of hope, support from friends, and family support on the quality of life of the elderly because the p value Chi-Square was 0,000 where <α 0.05 or the value of Chi-Square Count 70.870> Chi-Square table. 7,815. The logistic regression test results show that the Nagelkerke R Square value is 0.908 and Cox & Snell R Square is 0.681, which indicates that the ability of the independent variable to explain the dependent variable is 0.908 or 90.8% and there are 100% - 90.8% = 9,2% other factors outside the model that explain the dependent variable

Introduction: A healthy diet is a way or effort in regulating the number and type of food with certain intentions such as maintaining health, nutritional status, preventing or helping to cure disease. Blood pressure is the power caused by the heart that contracts like a pump, so that blood continues to flow in the blood vessels. A person's blood pressure can be more or less than the normal value limit. The trigger factor for changes in blood pressure is one of them about food consumption patterns, such as consuming excess salt. Methods: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of food consumption patterns with increased blood pressure. The design of this study uses analytics using the Case Control and sampling approach that is used is a non probability sampling with a number of 60 people and the number of samples taken by 36 respondents. Data collection used questionnaires coded, scored, tabulated and analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Results: The results of the study were 20 respondents (56%) with dietary patterns that did not fit the diet, 20 respondents (56%) with high blood pressure, from the Chi-Square analysis of 0,000 showed a significant value, meaning H0 was rejected or there was a relationship between consumption patterns food with increased blood pressure. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between food consumption patterns and an increase in blood pressure.
