This study aims to determine the level of socioeconomic feasibility of the pond cultivation business and formulate a sustainable development policy strategy for the pond cultivation business in the Lawallu village of Barru Regency. who works as a shrimp farmer in Lawallu Village. Analysis of the data used consists of business feasibility analysis (profit analysis, NPV, IRR, Net B / C, BEP), analysis of community social conditions and SWOT analysis.The results showed that the profit analysis was able to produce a large enough value based on the results of that the average net income or the benefits that could be generated from this aquaculture business could reach IDR. 21,165,179 per cycle and IDR. 84,660,714 per year. From the acquisition of each investment analysis shows the analysis of investment criteria obtained NPV values> 0, net B / C> 1 and IRR> of the applicable interest rate (11%), so it can be concluded from the pond cultivation business in Lawallu Village Barru Regency has high feasibility to be developed. From the results of the analysis and discussion of the prospects for developing a pond aquaculture business in Lawallu Village by using a SWOT matrix based on internal and external factors that exist in a traditional pond business there are 9 strategies to be developed.

Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Swot analysis is accompanied by looking at the efas ifas and swot matrix for measuring the strategy assessment that will be taken. <p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study focuses on identifying internal and external factors from Crystal Guava Production and Service Unit of SMK 2 Batu. Therefore, strategies for the development of Production Units as edupreneurship can be obtained, namely vehicles for practicing work and entrepreneurship for students by doing creative and innovative efforts, the use of technology at the time of the guava crystal production process and its marketing implementation. Based on the internal factor analysis of the UPJ in SMK 2 Batu at 1.19 and the external factor analysis of 1.15 which is then analyzed using the SWOT matrix at the coordinate point (1.19:1.15) which means the quadrant I (SO) namely having to develop their internal power be`1cause the opportunity to develop UPJ in SMK N 2 batu is widely opened. The SO strategy that has been developed based on the SWOT matrix is (1) making Guidelines for production activities of Production Units that propose Curriculum, (2) product development and the use of the latest technology in organic crystal cultivation, (3) expanding market share with promotional media on social media, (4) increasing student involvement in cultivation and marketing (sales services, promotion in social media), (5) increasing collaboration with industrial parties to transfer knowledge and technology of crystal guava cultivation and maintain continuity of guava products.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengindentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dari Unit Produksi dan Jasa Jambu Kristal SMKN 2 Batu sehingga diperoleh strategi-strategi pengembangan Unit Produksi sebagai <em>Edupreneurship</em> yaitu wahana berlatih bekerja dan berwirausaha bagi siswa dengan melakukan yang usaha kreatif dan inovatif, dan penggunaan teknologi pada saat budidadaya Jambu Kristal serta pemasarannya. Berdasarkan analisis faktor internal dari Unit Produksi dan Jasa SMKN 2 Batu sebesar 1,19 dan analisis faktor eksternal sebesar 1,15 yang selanjutnya dianalisis susuai matriks SWOT berada pada titik koordinat (1,19: 1,15) yang berarti pada kuadran I (SO) yaitu harus mengembangkan kekutan internalnya karena peluang untuk mengembangkan Unit Produksi dan Jasa SMKN 2 Batu sebagai <em>Edupreneurship </em>terbuka lebar. Adapun strategi SO yang dikembangkan. Adapun strategi SO yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan matriks SWOT ialah (1) pembuatan Pedoman kegiatan produksi Unit Produksi yang mengaju Kurikulum, (2) melakukan pengembangan produk dan penggunaan teknologi terbaru pada budidaya jambu kristal (organic), (3) memperluas pangsa pasar dengan media promosi di media sosial, (4) peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam budidaya dan pemasaran (layanan penjualan, promosi di media soasial), (5) Meningkatkan kerjasama dengan pihak DU/DI yang sejenis untuk transfer ilmu dan teknologi budidaya jambu kristal dan menjaga kontinuitas produk jambu.

Trends motorcycle online has increased in recent years with the increasing need for fast transportation in Jakarta. Ease and speed of motorcycles message via applications and the speed of travel (travel time) becomes a key factor many motorcycle enthusiasts online. Gojek as pioneers face challenges in maintaining quality service and win the competition. The marketing strategy is one way to determine the competitiveness of each force. Effective Use of SWOT can play an important role in determining the marketing strategy, in order to know the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by enterprise IT in maintaining the viability and continuity of the company. Issues to be resolved in this research is How to determine the internal and external factors which will affect the company's strategy and determine appropriate marketing strategy planning for Gojek. The research was conducted using the method of analysis of IFAs to analyze the internal factors, the analysis of EFAS to external factors, then, input into the model kuantittif ie SWOT matrix. Results of the analysis showed that, based on internal strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and external threats, four sets of strategic alternatives that may be taken by the manager of the company in the face of increasingly competitive. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited. The keyword list provides the opportunity to add keywords, used by the indexing and abstracting services, in addition to those already present in the title. Judicious use of keywords may increase the ease with which interested parties can locate our article

This study is to find out how much the potential for solid and liquid waste produced by oil palm plantations in the study area, methods of utilizing palm oil waste in the study area, and to determine the priority strategies for the utilization of palm oil waste in Labuhanbatu Regency. Based on the IFAS matrix, the x-axis is obtained = 1.02 and from the EFAS matrix, the y-axis is obtained = 0.45 so that (x, y) = (1.02,0.45) is in quadrant I (positive, positive). PT Pangkat Indonesia's SWOT quadrant matrix where the position shows PT Pangkat Indonesia as a strong and potential company, the strategy recommendations provided are potential, meaning that the company is in prime and stable condition so that it is possible to continue to carry out large potentials, increase growth and make progress in a progressive manner in the treatment of solid and liquid waste. Furthermore, the SWOT matrix is used based on the results of the classification of various possibilities of internal and external factors to facilitate decision making. Based on the IFAS matrix, the x-axis is obtained = 1.02 and the EFAS matrix is obtained by the y-axis = 0.45 so that (x, y) = (1.41.0.64) is in quadrant I (positive, positive). PT Sinar Pendawa's SWOT quadrant matrix where the position shows PT Sinar Pendawa as a strong and potential company, the strategy recommendations given are potential.

Retail sukuk is a sharia product offered to Indonesian citizens as a safe and profitable investment instrument. This study identified the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that the government may face in offering retail sovereign sukuk. It aimed to provide the government the appropriate strategies based on the historical data of listed retail sukuk and its peripherals during 2009-2020. This paper used a qualitative research approach. The data collection techniques used were literature review and in-depth interview. Internal and external factors were identified. SWOT matrix was made prior to analysis. The results show that the coupon rate offered by retail sovereign sukuk is mostly higher than BI rate. Market expansion is needed. The government shall optimize all distribution partners. Newly innovated products should be developed. Certain criteria should be formulated to determine coupon rate. Gunung Pinang Nature Tourism is located in Kramatwatu District, Serang Regency. This nature tourism is managed by Perum Perhutani. This tour offers tourist attractions in the form of nature photos with the beauty background of Serang Regency.A variety of photo attractions are offered in this nature tourism. Affordable ticket prices make this natural tourism as one of nature tourism in Serang District. This research was conducted to determine the attraction of tourist attractions in Gunung Pinang natural Tourism, the method of study used is the assessment of ODTWA in the form of scoring or ranking on the potential of Gunung Pinang natural tourism based on guidelines according to Dirjen PHKA 2003 and SWOT analysis.The Data that is examined is the attraction of tourism objects, accessibility, environmental conditions, accommodation, supporting facilities and infrastructure, availability of clean water and safety.Then formulate the internal and external factors of the SWOT matrix as a SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the research of Gunung Pinang nature Tourism has a percentage of ODTWA assessment of 81.63%, so it is worth to be developed, then based on the SWOT analysis that has been done then it is known that the total score of EFI = 1.22 and the total value of EFE = 0.95 score appears that the chosen strategy is in the Quadrant I (one), which is an aggressive strategy. This position that was absolutely strategic ecotourism the further investigated in the the ecotourism program. This is clearly for the purpose of compelling more visitors to Gunung Pinang Natural Tourism.

This study aims to determine the competitive strategy adopted the Bali Tropic Resort & Spa. The subjects in this study were 14 department head managers. This research was tested using a SWOT analysis, namely by identifying various internal and external factors of the company. The analysis of internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) which were then formulated in the SWOT Diagram and SWOT Matrix. From the results of the analysis on the SWOT diagram, it appears that the position of the Bali Tropic Resort & Spa is located in Quadrant I, which shows that Bali Tropic Resort & Spa faces several opportunities and has various forces that drive these opportunities and it is recommended to carry out the SO strategy by taking advantage of opportunities. Based on the SWOT matrix, the SO strategy that companies can implement is to take advantage of increasingly sophisticated technological developments to facilitate promotional activities and make packages that attract guests' attention.

The aim of the research are (1) knowing the internal and external factors which are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of potato agribusiness.), (2) knowing the alternatives and priorities that can be applied in the development of potato agribusiness, (3) knowing how much cost, revenue, and income of potato farming, (4) knowing Knowing the feasibility of potato farming in the study area.The research area was determined by the purposive sampling of Trademark, Trademark District, Karo District which was conducted in May 2019 - August 2019. The reason for choosing the area was because the majority of the population were cultivating potato plants. The sampling method is done by simple ranom sampling (simple random). The sample in this study were farmers who worked on potato crops throughout the year. The number of samples in this study amounted to 30 samples. The results showed that: There are internal and external factors that become strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the development of potato agribusiness in the study area. Based on the results of the QSPM matrix analysis of the eight strategies there is one strategy that needs to be prioritized with a TAS value of 5,893. Costs used by farmers in managing their farms are Rp.17,099,180 per farmer. Revenue per farmer is Rp.59,500,000. The level of income of potato farmers in the study area is relatively high. Where the net income per farmer is Rp.42,400,820, while the R/C value of potato farming is 3.48 per farmer, this shows that the R/C ratio is greater than one so that the potato farming is feasible (economically profitable).

Indonesia to be the world’s second-largest contributor of plastic waste in the oceans. Every resident in Indonesia can produce 0,52 kg/person/day of waste. Efforts to overcome the problem of waste by processing it into Pellets, which contain calories from 2,800 to 3,300 kcal/kg using the peuyeumisasi method, so that they can use for co-firing in PLTU. Trial for direct co-firing coal and RDF Pellet from Klungkung Bali, will be carry out on Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) boiler. The goal of study to analyze the feasibility for co-firing with SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis questionnaire was compiled based on internal and external factors, which was carried out through the study of literature and document. After the questionnaire was compiled, the questionnaire was given to respondents who collected 10 people, selected based on factors of relevance and understanding of the issues discussed. The results of the questionnaire show the main indicators, which are divided into 2 parts, internal factors consisting of strengths, weaknesses and external factors consisting of opportunities and threats. Then implemented in the SWOT matrix, to get the best strategy and whether the decision is feasible or not. The results is feasible to be implemented in the PLTU MSW, with internal factor value of 3,03 or rounded to 3 (strong) and an external factor value of 2,6 or rounded to 3 (strong). Several strategies are designed to use the strength to take advantage of opportunities, reduce weaknesses and threats.

The aims of this study are to identify both internal and external factors of agribusiness in PT Lentera Panen Mandiri (PT LPM), map the company’s position, and determine its development strategy. Main data used in this study is primary data obtained from stakeholders of PT LPM by direct interview. Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat (SWOT) of soybean agribusiness in PT LPM were identified in this study and followed by determining the company’s position using SWOT diagram. Alternative srategies were derived from the SWOT matrix and prioritized using Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The results of this study identified 5 strengths, 7 weaknesses, 9 opportunities, and 6 threaths with the highest factors consisted as "company's commitment to supervise and foster farmers and suppliers", "is time-consuming sorting process and potency of mixed between rice and soybean", "opportunity to increase the  productivity of soybean at farmer level ", and "uncommit suppliers to supply only from areas that have been approved by the company" respectively. Based on the  SWOT diagram, soybean agribussiness in PT LPM positioned in Quadrant I, which mean that the company should apply Agressive Strategy or Strength – Opportunity (S-O) strategy. Based on the SWOT Matrix, 5 alternative of S-O strategies were derived. Based on the QSPM analysis, strategy for guarding and coaching farmers through patnership scheme is the first priority with Total Attarctive Score (TAS) is 12.9.
