Abstract The object of this research is about the social interaction and the Islamic law in the Surat Undang-Undang.  Islamic law is the core which is the core of the personality of the Malay community Malays consisting of rulers, kings, rulers, and people.  Surat Undang-Undang is kept in the Special Collection, Leiden University Library. Surat Undang-Undang contained twenty-four clauses that describe the customs and rules that should be guide in Malay traditional societies. However, this writing is focuses to the regulations and laws into the context of Islamic rules. This study was conducted to prove that the Surat Undang-Undang are full of Islamic values, social ethics, culture and rules. Through social interaction, Surat Undang-Undang is the intermediary for conveying religious values ​​and policies among the Malay community who at that time had just embraced Islamic values, ethics, culture and religion. Thus, social interaction between society, the ruler, the people and the people will be refined through the content analysis method by applying the Islamic approach as the basis of this researcg. This research has two objectives, firstly is to identify the rules and Islamic law contained in the Surat Undang-Undang.  Secondly, to analyze the Islamic rules and laws in the Surat Undang-Undang based on the concept of social interaction. Thus, this study were able to demonstrate the process of social interaction among the Malay traditional society, the harmonization of the relationship between the ruling class, the ruler and the rulership of the nation's integration regarding  to the al-Quran and Hadith. Abstrak Objek penelitian ini mengenai interaksi sosial dan peraturan Islam dalam Surat Undang-Undang.  Undang-undang Islam merupakan teras keperibadian masyarakat Melayu yang terdiri daripada golongan pemerintah (raja), para pembesar, dan rakyat.  Surat Undang-Undang merupakan manuskrip Melayu yang tersimpan di Koleksi Istimewa, perpustakaan Universiti Leiden. Manuskrip ini memuatkan dua puluh empat fasal yang menggambarkan adat dan peraturan yang perlu menjadi panduan dalam kalangan masyarakat Melayu tradisional. Justeru, penulisan ini berfokus kepada hal-hal yang bersangkutan dengan peraturan dan undang-undang untuk disuai padankan dengan konteks syariah dan ajaran Islam.  Kajian ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan bahawa Surat Undang-undang sarat dengan nilai, etika sosial, budaya dan peraturan yang berlandaskan Islam. Menerusi interaksi sosial, Surat Undang-undang merupakan perantara untuk  menyampaikan nilai-nilai dan dasar keagamaan dalam kalangan masyarakat Melayu yang pada ketika itu baharu sahaja menganuti nilai, etika sosial, budaya dan agama Islam.Golongan pemerintah dalam komuniti minoriti berusaha  membangun harmonisasi hubungan sosial kemasyarakatan dengan golongan rakyat sebagai komuniti majoriti.   Justeru, interaksi sosial antara lapisan masyarakat iaitu golongan pemerintah, pembesar dan rakyat akan diperhalusi menerusi kaedah analisis kandungan dengan menggunapakai pendekatan Islam.  Kajian ini mempunyai dua objektif iaitu mengenal pasti peraturan dan undang-undang Islam yang termuat dalam Surat Undang-Undang.  Keduanya, menganalisis peraturan dan undang-undang Islam dalam Surat Undang-Undang berlandaskan konsep interaksi sosial.  Oleh itu, kajian ini mampu memperlihatkan kaedah masyarakat tradisional berinteraksi, gambaran harmonisasi hubungan antara golongan pemerintah, pembesar dan rakyat sebagai integrasi bangsa dan merujuk kepada al-Quran dan hadis.

An Islamic system of governance is an ideal system, which is a tantalising objective for many Muslims but often times not achieved in practice. Countries may call themselves ‘Islamic’ but the core element of Islamicity, that of values such as compassion, equity and justice may not have breached the consciousness of their leaders and citizens. Sometimes it is individuals who act as the catalyst for sparking action. For a Muslim, it is his īmān that serves to light his conscience, and guiding him the dispensation of his everyday tasks within his organisation. This individualised īmān may at times serve as a small but critical factor tilting the different organisational functions of government towards integrations under an Islamic system of governance. This paper recounts the challenges of a Muslim engaging in legal issues in a non-Islamic context, seeking to help enable his organisation to undertake the role of incorporating non-Islamic law with Islamic values.

The emergence of inclusive populist parties disputes the social construction of the ‘people’ to the exclusive populism, recently generating new academic debates. Do the new radical left parties have a nationalist character? Are populism and nationalism two inseparable dimensions? Drawing on an original dataset in Spain, this article shows that Podemos’ supporters are significantly less nationalist, expressing more open attitudes towards cultural diversity and immigration, and lower levels of Spanishness than voters from other parties. Arguably, Podemos operates as an antagonistic political option to the traditional positions of the populist radical right (PRR), building an inclusive imagined community around a type of constitutional patriotism or republican populism. These findings contribute to the scholar debate on the relationship of nationalism and populism, bringing to discussion the core values of the supporters of a populist party as a complementary element to its categorization.

The management of zakat in relation to economic empowerment means that zakat as an asset of an Islamic economic institution, zakat is a source of strategic potential funds for efforts to build the welfare of the people. Because of that, the Koran gives a sign that the zakat collected is managed appropriately and effectively. The purpose of this research is to describe how the management and distribution of zakat to improve the social welfare of society. The type of research used in this research is library research or library research conducted by collecting data or scientific papers aimed at the research object. The results of the discussion in the article are; 1) in the process of managing zakat, it can be realized seriously, of course, this needs to be supported by good management, as was done in the early days of Islam. Managing zakat effectively and efficiently needs to be managed properly. Therefore, the management of zakat provides the application of modern management functions. 2) Zakat must be distributed to mustahik under Islamic law. 3) the distribution of zakat is carried out based on a priority scale, with due observance of the principles of equity, justice, and territoriality, and 4) Zakat is distributed through two distribution models directly or consumptive zakat, and indirect distribution, namely productive zakat.

This paper raises forms of local wisdom in the Bengkulu Malay community in terms of the religious aspects of Islam. This local wisdom was formed through acculturation, and assimilation between the traditions of Bengkulu Malay society and Islamic values. Some forms of tradition that are still maintained by the people of Bengkulu are: Tabot, Kain Besurek, Syarafal Anam, Sekujang, Dzikir Marapulai, Aqiqah, Bakunob, Aksara Ulu / Kaganga Islamic style, Ndoa Hari Rayo, Nigo Day, Go to Hari, Nyudah, Kaiak Beterang, Pilgrimage of Ramadhan and Rayo Day, Ndoa Masuk Puasa, Temikang Cupik, Embes Apem, Central Date Ceremony and Giving Names, Inviting Seeds, and Kaji Subdistrict. These various local wisdoms in Bengkulu from the perspective of Islamic law are included in the ‘urf category which needs to be addressed critically. On the other hand, this kind of local wisdom is a cultural uniqueness that is also preserved because it has been Islamized through the process of assimilating culture and Islamic values.

In the beginning, the surface of BSMI problematizes the red symbol that was used by PMI because it was analyzed as a Christian symbol, feeling hesitant when used as a cross symbol in humanitarian missions is the basic reason as their appearance of religiosities in public life. Talking about the symbol, the crescent has a long history of how it can be “identified” as a symbol of Islam and how the people identified those as an identity of the religion by signifying sacred behind the symbol. The symbolization of religion cannot be separated from the method of semiotic approach where explains the science of sign. Through this sign, people can find their identity and communicatewith each other as social interaction and also find a sacred behind the symbol. For the last theory, I would use the social movement and development that indicate the turn organization not only happen in the case of philanthropy but also will eradicate to the other social application movement. Therefore, in my opinion, the surface of BSMI cannot be rid by the development of crescent symbol interpretation as a symbolization of religious identity due to symbolism as a way to communicate and interact with society

Introduction. The purpose of the article is to show the effect of the law of correspondence as a factor of stability of the social system and the relevance of this problem for ancient Indian philosophy. The problem of the stability of society was not directly considered in ancient Indian philosophy or in modern literature, especially through the prism of the law of correspondence.Methodology and sources. The work uses content analysis, system approach, dialectics and the concept of self-organization. In addition, the main analysis of the problem of stability in ancient Indian philosophy is carried out on the basis of the law of correspondence between the real relations that connect people at a given moment and the essence of the “social”. This law was formulated and proposed by V.V. Tuzov. The essence of the “social” could be conditionally expressed through the concepts of “equality”, “humanism”, mutual assistance, “justice”. Real relations may deviate from the essence, but by a certain amount, a measure. Going beyond the limits of the measure deprives the system of stability, and it becomes uncontrollable. The main source of analysis is the academic edition of the text Arthashastra (ancient Indian political and economic treatise), as well as “History of political and legal doctrines”, “Development of ideas about management in philosophical thought”.Results and discussion. The article analyzes the ancient Indian philosophical texts to reveal in them, in a latent or explicit form, the concern of philosophers with the problem of maintaining the stability of the state and society. Attention is focused on the fact that there is a need to observe the law of conformity in the recommendations for rulers on how to govern the people.Analysis of the main source of ancient Indian philosophy, which deals with the problems of governance, shows that the recommendations to the king, which are set forth by the author of Arthashastra Kautilya, imply, in the end result, the need to maintain a balance of interests between the ruling class and the people, that is, to observe the measure for which society loses its stability due to for the impoverishment of the people. In other words, in the management recommendations, the law of conformity, which was discussed above, appears in a latent form.Conclusion. The problem of the stability of the social system in a class society was and remains extremely relevant. The philosophical law of correspondence between real relations and the essence of social relations, which ensures the stability of society while observing the measure, requires justification. Since the principle of forming relationships and the nature of interaction has remained unchanged for centuries, the reflections of ancient philosophers on management, on the structure of society, on the relationship between different groups in it, and on the interaction of interests, on the one hand, confirm the operation of this law, on the other hand, could be useful for modern management.

<p class="ListParagraph1"><em>This article focuses on implementing the Social learning method, which is used by Persatuan Islam organization in Garut district (West Java) and aims to found the impact of the curriculum for Santri life to strengthen the puritanism among society. This is mainly because Pesantren Persatuan Islam, the Islamic educational institution from Indonesia, has led citizens to broaden their knowledge and skills. Santri (pesantren students) should take a preaching class, which becomes one of the most well-known curriculums to spread Islamic values in society. This is a qualitative-descriptive that uses observation and in-depth interviews. The study indicates the method in Pesantren Persatuan Islam Garut district has a huge impact on social skills since it can also implement in society. This is mainly because the strategies of the Persatuan Islam (Persis) organization give some social contributions, so the people become accustomed to the Persis activities and leading some members of society to enroll their children to some Persatuan Islam religious schools.</em><em>          </em><em></em></p><p>Artikel ini berfokus pada implementasi dari metode pembelajaran sosial yang diberlakukan oleh organisasi Persatuan Islam di Kabupaten Garut (Jawa Barat) dan bertujuan untuk menemukan dampak dari kurikulum pada kehidupan santri dalam rangka penguatan nilai purtan di masyarakat. Hal ini didasarkan pada Pesantren Persatuan Islam sebagai salah salah satu Lembaga Pendidikan Islam dari Indonesia telah membina masyarakat untuk dapat memperluas ilmu pengetahuan dan keahliannya. Santri (siswa pesantren) harus mendalami dakwah yang menjadi salah satu kurikulum paling populer sehingga mereka mampu untuk menyebarluaskan ajaran Islam puritan di kalangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan teknik observasi serta wawancara kepada beberapa sumber penting yang berkaitan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode yang digunakan oleh Persatuan Islam Kab. Garut memberikan dampak yang besar pada kemampuan sosial sejak hal tersebut dapat diimplementasikan di dalam masyarakat. Hal ini disebabkan karena strategi yang digunakan oleh Persis memberikan kontribusi sosial sehingga orang-orang menjadi terbiasa dengan kegiatan Persis serta membuat masyarakat tertarik untuk mendaftarkan anak-anak mereka ke beberapa pesantren Persatuan Islam.</p>

This research aims to know the process of social aspects influenced the importance of accountability in an organization of Islamic religious education that is don't give priority to profits in its operational activities, in Indonesia is often referred to as boarding schools. In order to further deepen the social accountability of the process, then the researchers used a qualitative research method with approach case studies boarding school Sidogiri Pasuruan. As for the analysis tools used are interactive analysis. As noted, there are more and more accountability role played in ancient civilizations and pre-modern societies. Therefore, at this time, the case for tracing the genealogy of accountability as a follow up said is best seen as a presumption that requires further examination. One of them is about the accountability of boarding schools which is rich in religious values and culture as a form of the spread of Islam. The dynamic life of boarding schools has been proven with the involvement of active participation in providing service to the community and many aspects of life that always accompany it. Interestingly, in terms of financial resources, the pesantren depends not only on the parents of the students, but also other sources of funding. The existence of this mandate, then boarding schools are definitely required to conduct financial accountability. These principles are very in line with the principles of Islamic law. It is closely related to surat Al-Baqarah verse 282 and 283 goals for the benefit of the people, i.e. If there is a transaction then write so that measurements obtained in a fair manner, not preferential treatment and is not reduced (ash-Syu'ara v. 181-184). Can be said to forbid these forms of transactions contrary to the Shariah.

The ability to behave socially needs to be educated since children are still small. Hampered social development of children from childhood will cause difficulties for children in developing themselves in the future. Efforts to help the social development of children, there should be cooperation between parents and teachers. In the social development of children, the interactions caused by the people around them will have a strong influence on the formation of children's emotional social behaviors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of traditional Congklak games on social interaction in enhancing the emotional social abilities of children aged 5-6 years in RA Al-Kautsar Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the researcher wants to describe factually and objectively the facts in the field. The results showed that the activities of playing congklak affect the social interaction of early childhood in RA Al-Kautsar Pekanbaru. This is evident from the pre-test scores carried out showing an average of 58.3% of children who still need help. After the researchers took action by showing the ways and rules of playing congklak to obtain the post-test results of 2.75% of children who need help. Abstrak Kemampuan berperilaku sosial perlu dididik sejak anak masih kecil. Terhambatnya perkembangan sosial anak sejak kecil akan menimbulkan kesulitan bagi anak dalam mengembangkan dirinya di kemudian hari. Upaya untuk membantu pengembangan sosial anak, selayaknya ada kerjasama antara orang tua dan guru. Dalam perkembangan sosial anak, interaksi yang ditimbulkan dengan orang-orang di sekitarnya akan memberikan pengaruh yang kuat bagi pembentukan perilaku-perilaku sosial emosional anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional congklak terhadap interaksi sosial dalam meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional anak usia 5-6 tahun di RA Al-Kautsar Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, yaitu peneliti ingin mendeskripsikan secara faktual dan objektif fakta-fakta yang ada di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui kegiatan bermaian congklak berpengaruh terhadap interaksi sosial anak usia dini di RA Al-Kautsar Pekanbaru. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai pre tes yang dilakukan menunjukkan hasil rata-rata 58,3% anak yang masih membutuhkan bantuan. Setelah peneliti melakukan tindakan dengan menunjukkan cara dan aturan bermain congklak sehingga diperoleh hasil post test 2,75% anak yang memerlukan bantuan. Cooperation agreement in the principles of Tabadul al-manafi and An'taradhin is very effectively applied. For this is evident from the fundamentals of the law. This principle is aqidah, shari'ah and morals. This economic system is based on Islamic values, namely equality, usefulness, balance, kindness and universality (rahmat li al-aalmin), so that the people of Indonesia in the future experience improved economic welfare on the basis of sharia principles. According to thrifty authors that the cooperation agreement has the benefit to be applied to the actors of the production of halal food products.  The source of the law that underlies all economic activities, and other philosophical foundations of Islamic law that form the basis in developing the Islamic economy anywhere and in any form, and should not be out of the sharia corridor. Benefit is the main objective in Islamic economic activities and avoids all forms of normality. Through this paper by qualitative research method, with normative juridical approach through literature study. So that with this method can be excavated filosifis values in the development of Islamic economy in the field of halal product production.
