Madrasah quality is one of the most urgent in the world of education. in this study will attempt to reveal the relationship between madrasah head leadership and teacher work participation with madrasah quality.  The research method uses correlational research, namely research that seeks to see the relationship between variables. The study population was all MTs teachers in Labuhan Batu District totaling 83 people. The sample was taken using proportional random sampling technique, so that the sample was taken as many as 75 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire, data analysis techniques were carried out with data descriptions, and hypothesis testing using simple regression and multiple regression. The following results were obtained: 1) There was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership of the madrasah head (X1) and the madrasah quality (Y) in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Labuhan Batu with moderate correlation levels with the correlation coefficient value of 0.092. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.092 or 8%. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher work participation (X2) and the quality of madrasah (Y) in Laban Batu Tsanawiyah Madrasah with a moderate level of correlation with the correlation coefficient value of 0.390. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.390 or 15.2%. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between madrasah head leadership (X1) and teacher work participation (X2) with madrasah quality (Y) in Laban Batu Tsanawiyah Madrasah with moderate correlation levels with a correlation coefficient value of 0.512. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.512 or 26.2%.

This study aimed to examine the extent to which the relationship variables (gender, age, level of education and class) to the discipline of civil servants in the General Section of the Regional Secretariat Bengkayang, to analyze the factors that have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline in General District Secretariat Office Bengkayang. The sample in this study population using all Civil Servants in the General Section Regional Secretariat Bengkayang of 60 people (saturated sampling technique). The analytical method used was a bivariate analysis with chi square test (χ2) and the hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results of the chi square test showed that four factors have a positive and significant relationship with the discipline of civil servants, namely Gender, the value of χ2 count = 6173> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.013. Age to calculate χ2 = 23.741> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.000. Education level with χ2 count = 11 507> Asymp.Sig. (1-sided) = 0.009. and a group with a value of χ2 count = 10 446> Asymp. sig. (1-sided) = 0.005.

Adolescence is a unique time in the phase of teenage life, where a person who has entered adolescence has a unique characteristic. With these distinctive characters, teenagers are required to be able to adjust well to the surrounding individuals. However, not all teenagers have a good adjustment. This has become one of the obstacles in the lives of teenagers to lead a healthy life. One other obstacle is the problem of emotional maturity, because there are still many teenagers who do not have good emotional maturity. This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and adjustment at SMPN 19 Surabaya. The study population was all students of class VIII, totaling 261 people and a sample of 106 students. The sampling technique used in this study is non random sampling with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires arranged on a Likert scale. The study showed very significant results, where the value of r = 0.809 with p = 0.000 (p <0.010). This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Emotional maturity has a very significant relationship with adapting to adolescents at SMPN 19 Surabaya

<p><em>The research aims to analyze the relationship between brand image and price perception with purchasing decisions at PT. Humpuss Trading, Jakarta. The study population was 140 customers and the number of samples 104 respondents using proportional random sampling technique. The research method used was a survey with a correlational approach consisting of two independent variables namely brand image and price perception and one dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between brand image and purchase decision, there was a positive and significant relationship between price perception and purchase decision, there was a positive and significant relationship between brand image and price perception simultaneously with purchase decisions. Thus it can be concluded that purchasing decisions can be improved through brand image and price perception partially or simultaneously.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the relationship of understanding of working drawings to learning outcomes practices lathe machining techniques; (2) the relationship of learning outcomes lathe machining engineering theory with practice learning outcomes lathe machining techniques; and (3) the relationship of understanding of working drawings and learning outcomes lathe machining engineering theory with practice learning outcomes lathe machining technique class XI student of SMK Muhammadiyah Prambanan Academic Year 2015/2016. This research is a correlation study. Members of the study population consisted of 149 students. Samples were taken based on the formula slovin is 110 students. Sampling was conducted using Proportional Random Sampling technique. In this research, there are two independent variables that relationship understanding of working drawings and learning outcomes theory lathe machining techniques, as well as the dependent variable is the result of learning practices lathe machining techniques. Methods of data collection using tests and documentation.Data were analyzed using partial correlation formula and double correlation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the understanding of working drawings to learning outcomes practices lathe machining techniques. Evidenced by the price of r count larger than r 0.285 0.186 table. It shows that the higher a person's understanding of working drawings, the higher the learning outcomes the lathe practice machining techniques; (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between learning outcomes lathe machining engineering theory with practice learning outcomes lathe machining techniques. Evidenced by the price of r count larger than r 0.250 0.186 table. It shows that the higher the yield learning theory lathe machining techniques a person, the higher the learning outcomes the lathe practice machining techniques; and (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the understanding of working drawings and learning outcomes theory lathe machining techniques together with the learning outcomes the lathe practice machining techniques. Evidenced by the price of R = 0.372 and p = 0.000 smaller than 0.05. It shows that thehigher a person'sunderstanding of working drawings and learning outcomes theory lathe machining techniques a person, the higher the learning outcomes the lathe practice machining techniques.

Learning independence is the ability of a student in realizing his will or desire in a way without dependent on others. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning discipline and learning motivation with the independence of student learning in SMA Negeri 1 Binjai. This research is quantitative research with population as much as 324 students of SMA Negeri 1 Binjai. By using stratified random sampling technique obtained sample of 180 respondents. Data analysis technique using Multiple Regression Analysis. In general, discipline, motivation to learn, and independence of high school students learn 1 Binjai classified high. The results showed that in the first hypothesis there is a positive and significant correlation between discipline with student learning independence in SMA Negeri 1 Binjai with correlation coefficient of 0.730 and p 0.000, then the second hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation with independence student learning, with correlation coefficient of 0.751 and p 0.000 and in the third hypothesis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between discipline and learning motivation with learning independence with a correlation coefficient of 0.793 and p 0.000. The total effective contribution between the learning discipline and the learning motivation toward the independence of the students of SMA Negeri 1 Binjai is 62.8%.

Teachers will have a good performance if the teacher in carrying out his profession as well as possible in accordance with the principles of professional teachers and supported by the compensation and culture of a good school organization as well. This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance. Methods Survey research with correlational approach. The population in this study is the teacher of State Senior High School 2 Ambon as many as 93 people. The sample was determined using random sampling technique. The number of sample research as many as 50 people and test samples of 40 people. Hypothesis testing shows that 1) there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and performance. It is shown by the value of correlation coefficient (r) equal to (0,641) and tcount 2,645 bigger than ttable (2,011), 2) there is positive and significant correlation between compensation with teacher performance. The correlation coefficient (r) obtained is 0.527 and the tcount (4.923) is greater than the ttable (2.011); 3) there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance, the value of the multiple correlation coefficient (R) 6,070) and the value of Fhitung (19,151) is greater than Ftable (5,641). There is a coherent relationship between organizational culture and compensation with teacher performance.

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif teknik korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh wasit karate Jawa Barat sebanyak 15 subjek penelitian sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes Advanced Progresif Matrics dan The Emotional Intelligence Quostionaire. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan intelektual dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate, 2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan kinerja wasit karate, 3) Terdapat hubungan antara kecerdasan intelektual dan kecerdasan emosional secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja wasit/juri karate dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,808 yang menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat kuat dan kontribusi sebesar 65,3% dan sisanya sebesar 34,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Variabel kecerdasan emosi memiliki hubungan yang lebih kuat dibandingkan dengan kecerdasan intelektual. Namun mempunyai peran yang sama penting dalam kinerja wasit/juri saat memimpin pertandingan.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence with the performance of the referee/karate jury. This studied used a quantitative approach using descriptive methods of correlational techniques. This research was conducted by a karate referee in West Java, as many as 15 subjects were sampled using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used the Advanced Progressive Matrics Test and The Emotional Intelligence Quostionaire. The results of the studied proved that: 1) There was a significant relationship between intellectual intelligence and the performance of karate referees/judges, 2) There was a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and the performance of karate referees, 3) There was a relationship between intellectual intelligence and emotional intelligence together with the performance of the referee/karate jury with a correlation coefficient of 0.808 which indicates a very strong relationship and a contribution of 65.3% and the remaining 34.7% is influenced by other factors. The emotional intelligence variable has a stronger relationship than intellectual intelligence. However, it has an equally important role in the performance of the referee / judge when leading the match.

IMPROVING TEACHER WORK EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCY STRENGTHENING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AT PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN CIBINONG, KABUPATEN BOGOR This study aimed to determine empirically the enhancement of teacher work effectiveness. The sampling in the study was 146 teachers who were determined by using proportional technique. The method used was the correlation method.  Hypothetical testing was carried out by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, where a significance level of α = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between pedagogical competence and teacher work effectiveness where a random sampling correlation coefficient of ry1= 0.75.  Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and teacher work effectiveness where its correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.56. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between pedagogic competence and organizational climate together with teacher work effectiveness where its correlation coefficient of ry.12 = 0.79. It could be concluded that teacher work effectiveness might be enhanced by strengthening the pedagogic competence and organizational climate.

This study entitled "Analysis of Effect of Climate Organization and Competence Againt Employee PT. Hutama Karya ". The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0
