IMPROVING TEACHER WORK EFFECTIVENESS THROUGH PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCY STRENGTHENING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AT PRIVATE JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS IN CIBINONG, KABUPATEN BOGOR This study aimed to determine empirically the enhancement of teacher work effectiveness. The sampling in the study was 146 teachers who were determined by using proportional technique. The method used was the correlation method.  Hypothetical testing was carried out by using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, where a significance level of α = 0.05. The research came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between pedagogical competence and teacher work effectiveness where a random sampling correlation coefficient of ry1= 0.75.  Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational climate and teacher work effectiveness where its correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.56. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between pedagogic competence and organizational climate together with teacher work effectiveness where its correlation coefficient of ry.12 = 0.79. It could be concluded that teacher work effectiveness might be enhanced by strengthening the pedagogic competence and organizational climate.

IMPROVING TEACHER JOB SATISFACTION BY STRENGTHENING TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTUREThis study is intended to empirically determining teacher job satisfaction by strengthening transformational leadership and organizational culture of honorary teachers of private vocational schools at Cibungbulang District. The number of research sample was 158 teachers taken using proportional random sampling techniques. The utilizing method was the correlational method. Hypothesis testing was carried out using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis with significance levels α = 0.01 and α = 0.05. This research resulted in four conclusions. Firstly, there was a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and teacher job satisfaction where the correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.588, the coefficient of determination Ry12 = 0.3461.  Secondly, there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and teacher job satisfaction where the correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.626, the coefficient of determination Ry22 = 0.3914. Thirdly, there was a positive and significant relationship between both transformational leadership and organizational culture with teacher job satisfaction where the correlation coefficient ry.12 = 0.71 and the coefficient of determination Ry.122 = 0.504. Fourthly, the job satisfaction could be improved by strengthening transformational leadership and organizational culture, both separately or altogether. It can be concluded that teacher job satisfaction can be improved by strengthening transformational leadership and organizational culture.

RESUMENEl objetivo general del estudio fue determinar la relación que existe entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral de los docentes de la Red N° 11 de Condevilla en San Martín de Porres. 2013.La población estaba conformada por 300 docentes, siendo la muestra escogida de 171 docentes. Los datos fueron recogidos mediante encuestas validadas a nivel nacional por la Psicóloga Sonia Palma Carrillo y sometidos a juicio por tres expertos. Los datos fueron procesados utilizando el software Excel y SPSS, utilizando como prueba estadística el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman.Conclusión. Existe una relación significativa entre el clima organizacional y la satisfacción laboral, dado que el valor encontrado de p=0.000 es menor que el nivel de  significancia considerado, α=0.05, y que el grado de correlación es moderada por ser el valor de Rho encontrado de 0.521.  This study aims to determine: (1) significant relationship between the cost of distribution, promotion and marketing headcount simultaneously against the sale at PT. Prima Athatama Magelang. Prima Athatama Magelang.          The research was conducted at PT. Prima Athatama Magelang. Data collection techniques used were interviews and observation techniques. The data obtained are qualitative and quantitative data. Peneitian objects are data on the number of distribution costs, promotional costs, the sheer number of employees of marketing and sales results have been achieved. In this study proposed two hypotheses: (1) Is there a significant relationship between the cost of distribution, promotion and marketing headcount partially against the sale at PT. Prima Athatama Magelang. (2) Is there a significant relationship between the cost of distribution, promotion and marketing headcount simultaneously against the sale at PT. Prima Athatama Magelang. Data analysis test of two hypotheses to be used multiple linear regression analysis with significance level of 5%, then before the data in the analysis test is conducted prior t test, F test, test R (determination) and classical assumption.The results showed that: (1) distribution costs, variable costs of promotion and marketing of variable number of employees partially have significant influence on sales results (Y) in PT. Prima Athatama Magelang evident because of the test results obtained by value t count t is greater than t Tabel is 3,475> 1,672. (2) distribution costs, variable costs of promotion and marketing of variable number of employees simultaneously have a significant impact on sales results (Y) in PT. Prima Athatama Magelang evident because of the test results obtained F count F count larger than F Tabel, namely 204, 811> 3,162. The results showed jointly have a significant impact on sales results (Y) in PT. Prima Athatama MagelangKata.

Madrasah quality is one of the most urgent in the world of education. in this study will attempt to reveal the relationship between madrasah head leadership and teacher work participation with madrasah quality.  The research method uses correlational research, namely research that seeks to see the relationship between variables. The study population was all MTs teachers in Labuhan Batu District totaling 83 people. The sample was taken using proportional random sampling technique, so that the sample was taken as many as 75 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire, data analysis techniques were carried out with data descriptions, and hypothesis testing using simple regression and multiple regression. The following results were obtained: 1) There was a positive and significant relationship between the leadership of the madrasah head (X1) and the madrasah quality (Y) in the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Labuhan Batu with moderate correlation levels with the correlation coefficient value of 0.092. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.092 or 8%. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher work participation (X2) and the quality of madrasah (Y) in Laban Batu Tsanawiyah Madrasah with a moderate level of correlation with the correlation coefficient value of 0.390. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.390 or 15.2%. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between madrasah head leadership (X1) and teacher work participation (X2) with madrasah quality (Y) in Laban Batu Tsanawiyah Madrasah with moderate correlation levels with a correlation coefficient value of 0.512. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.512 or 26.2%.

IMPROVEMENT OF COMMITMENT TO PROFESSION THROUGH STRENGTHENING EMPOWERMENT AND SELF-EFFICATION OF PRIVATE SMP TEACHERSThis study is intended to determine the increase of organizational commitment by studying its correlation with Empowerment and Self-Efficacy of Private Junior High School Teachers located in Tapos District, Depok. The number of research samples were 106 teachers which were taken by using proportional random sampling techniques. The method used was the correlational method. Hypothesis testing was carried out using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple and multiple linear regression analysis, simple and multiple correlation analysis and partial analysis where the  significance levels α = 0.01 and α = 0.05. This study came up with three conclusions. Firstly, there was a moderate positive and significant relationship between the variables of empowerment and organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient ry1 = 0.63, a coefficient of determination Ry12 = 0.4026. Secondly, there was a high positive and significant relationship between the variable of self-efficacy and organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient ry2 = 0.81, and the coefficient of determination Ry22 = 0.6580. Thirdly, there was a high positive and significant relationship between the empowerment variable (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) together with organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient ry.12 = 0.834 and a coefficient of determination Ry.122 = 0.696. It couldn be concluded that the organizational commitment variable might be increased by strengthening the empowerment and self-efficacy variables.

<p>The aim of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of leadership style on employee productivity, identify and examine the effect of organizational climate on employee productivity, to identify and examine the effect of the work ethic on employee productivity, in order to know and examine the variables that have the most impact level dominant on employee productivity PT. HP Metals Indonesia part Powder Coating.</p><p>This research is an explanatory research or study the explanation, the research describes causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The numbers of sample in this study are 98 respondents. The independent variables consist of: Leadership styles (X1), Organizational Climate (X2), Work Ethics (X3). The dependent variable in this study is Productivity employee (Y). While, the technique of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis</p>Based on the analysis in this study showed that the variables of leadership style, organizational climate, work ethic on employee productivity responded well by employees. Aspects of leadership style that followed targeted Climate employee srated the organization has also been rated as good, especially on the cooperation between employees and management, while at the work ethic of employee srated very high, especially on adherence to regulations, adherence to labor standards and work ethics. And employee productivity is also very positive response from almost all three elements, namely timeliness, quality of work and quantity of work.

AbstractDemands for productivity are getting higher. The tight competition among retailers causes companies that do not have high productivity to compete. Quality of HR is the key to success. The purpose of the study was to obtain an explanation of the influence of work discipline and organizational climate on the work productivity of employees at PT. Surya Donasin Regional Office Cianjur, which numbered 59 employees randomly selected. The research method uses explanatory survey with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research that productivity as one of the keys to compete in the retail industry is determined by work discipline and organizational climate that supports work productivity. Labor productivity is determined by internal and external dynamics in the form of organizational climate. The managerial implication is that the lack of productivity over employees causes low company productivity. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh penjelasan tentang pengaruh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja para pegawai di PT. Surya Donasin Regional Office Cianjur yang berjumlah 59 pegawai yang dipilih secara acak. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey explanatory dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa produktivitas sebagai salah satu kunci untuk bersaing dalam industri retail ditentukan oleh disiplin kerja dan iklim organisasi yang mendukung produktivitas kerja. Produktivitas tenaga kerja ditentukan oleh dinamika internal dan eksternal berupa iklim organisasi. Implikasi manajerial adalah lemahnya produktivitas pegawai menyebabkan produktivitas perusahaan rendah. This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the company, size of the board of commissioners and industrial sensitivity to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility partially and simultaneously. The data of this study were taken from 87 observations. The number of samples used in this study was 29 LQ-45 companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2016. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that size of company significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with significance level by 0,021, while size of board of commissioners did not significantly influence the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with the value of significance by 0,621, but industry sensitivity has significant influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure with a significant value of 0,010. The simultaneous test showed that firm size, board size and industry sensitivity simultaneously and significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility significantly by 0,004. The GMS members who have the authority to propose, appoint and dismiss the board of commissioners should consider the candidates of the board of commissioners to be proposed, and the further research should expand the object of research and develop other factors that can affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility such as foreign ownership, growth company, good corporate governance (GCG) practices and several other factors.

This study aims to investigate the influence of servant leadership on job satisfaction with individual character as a moderating variable. It used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study were employees of the Central Sulawesi province industry and trade office. It involved 72 samples selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that servant leadership significantly influence job satisfaction with a value of 82.5%. The most significant factor affecting job satisfaction is wisdom (correlation coefficient = 0.863) in which the higher the wisdom, the higher the job satisfaction. The next factor is persuasive mapping in which the higher the persuasive mapping, the higher the job satisfaction (correlation coefficient = 0.697). Then, it was followed by altruistic calling with the correlation coefficient value of 0.524 in which the higher the altruistic calling, the higher the job satisfaction. The last is emotional healing with a correlation coefficient value of 0.291 in which the higher the emotional healing, the higher the job satisfaction. On the other hand, organizational stewardship is the only factor does not influence the job satisfaction (correlation coefficient = 0.009).

<p><em>This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of lifestyle variables (X1), money attitude (X2), personal values (X3), marketing stimulation (X4) on purchase decisions (Y).</em></p><p><em>Methods This study uses qualitative research by distributing questionnaires to students stikes muhammadiyah Banjarmasin ever using smartphones as much as 157 respondents. Using variable measurement technique kiteria interval scale from strongly agree to strongly disagree, with weights from 1 - 10. To determine the effect of variable X to variable Y using multiple linear regression analysis technique.</em></p><p><em>Results of this study conclude that (1) There is a significant difference between lifestyle variables to variable purchase decision. (2) There is a significant relationship between the variables attitude toward money purchase decision variables. (3) There is a significant relationship between the variables of personal values to the variable purchase decision. (4) There is no significant relationship between the variables of marketing stimulation to variable purchase decision.</em></p>
