Riau is One of the targets to be achieved in national development is economic growth that can accelerate the growth of employment opportunities, so that economic development is the most important field for improving people's lives and welfare. The economic field has become a dynamist of change, namely walking ahead and driving the development of other fields. Besides playing a role in providing employment, small industry and home industry also play a role in improving the community's economy. One of the household handicraft industries is the songket fabric industry. Songket cloth is a cloth that is usually worn or worn as a bandage for the bottom of women's clothing. Songket cloth is usually worn at certain times during wedding celebrations. Songket cloth is a traditional heritage cloth from the ancestors of the people of South Sumatra. The raw materials for activities in analyzing data start from classification, categorization and interpretation, to discussion. The implementation of Islamic educational values in the use of male and female songket fabrics is in fact implicit in every stage of the procession of customs. Because this research looks more at the values of Islamic education in the use of male and female songket cloths, it is recommended that other researchers conduct broader and more comprehensive research in order to obtain more data good again.

This research is motivated by the large number of people who assume that in the activities of pencak silat there are many negative things especially to their members. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The results of this study found interesting facts that in this martial arts activities there are Islamic educational values, namely the value of faith (I'tiqodiyyah), moral values ​​(khuluqiyyah), and amaliyah values. The form of internalization of Islamic education values ​​towards pencak silat activities is to teach the values ​​of faith by inviting prayer together before holding exercises and also sparring, inviting that to always trust Allah SWT. Always respect people who are older both in terms of age and knowledge. Always maintain brotherhood and create benefit for the people of the nation's progress. After the researcher gets the data, the writer gives a few suggestions: 1) a trainer or chairman should discipline the training time so that the results of the exercise can be as expected. 2) More emphasis on the values ​​of Islamic education so that its adherents can achieve the basic objectives of the GASMI martial arts. [Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya masyarakat yang beranggapan bahwasanya dalam kegiatan pencak silat itu banyak mengandung hal-hal negatif terlebih pada anggotanya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan fakta menarik bahwasanya dalam kegiatan pencak silat ini terdapat nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yaitu nilai keimanan (I’tiqodiyyah), nilai akhlak (khuluqiyyah), dan nilai amaliyah. Adapun bentuk internalisasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam terhadap kegiatan pencak silat ini adalah dengan mengajarkan nilai-nilai keimanan dengan cara mengajak do’a bersama sebelum diadakannya latihan danjuga latih tanding, mengajak agar supaya selalu tawakal kepada Allah SWT. Selalu menghormati orang yang lebuh tua baik baik dari segi umur maupun ilmunya.Selalu menjaga persaudaraan dan menciptakan kemaslahatan masyarakat kemajuan bangsa. Setelah peneliti mendapatkan data-data maka penulis memberikan sedikit saran: 1) hendaknya seorang pelatih maupun ketua lebih mendisiplinkan waktu latihan agar hasil dari latihan tersebut bisa seperti apa yang di harapkan. 2) Lebih menekankan lagi nilai-nilai pendidikan islam agar para penganutnya bisa mencapai tujuan dasar dari pencak silat GASMI tersebut]

PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT NON PRODUKTIF MELALUI KETERAMPILAN PEMBUATAN TAWAS DARILIMBAH KALENG BEKAS MINUMANABSTRACT Leuwiliang Village, Leuwiliang District, Bogor Regency, is a village that has a fairly dense population with diverse livelihoods. Village Government information is known as 25% of the population has not had a job, so classified as a non-productive society with a very limited educational background and skills. The people of this group are right as partners of abdimas to be given an advanced skills in order to be independent. In this abdimas given the skill to make alum from waste used drink cans. The existing hope can transform into a working society and become a productive society. Instead it can improve the economic prosperity of the village. Abdimas this time was chosen from RW 10 residents of Leuwiliang village with potential both men and women. In addition, also selected the Foundation of Islamic Education Saefulloh Assa'diyyah (YAPISA) which can provide a means of producing alum from the raw materials used tin cans. Implementation of this program is done through training and demonstration skill of alum making from raw materials of beverage cans for household scale until finished product with good alum quality, this training had be done 4 time in July and August 2017. The results are very satisfying, the community was very enthusiast, they able to make alum products well and able to demonstrate how to use alum products for purification of turbid water.Keywords: abdimas, alum, KOH, waste used tin cans. ABSTRAK Desa Leuwiliang Kecamatan Leuwiliang Kabupaten Bogor, adalah desa yang memiliki jumlah penduduk cukup padat dengan mata pencaharian yang beragam. Dari informasi pemerintah Desa Leuwiliang diketahui sebanyak 25% penduduk belum memiliki pekerjaan, sehingga tergolong sebagai masyarakat non-produktif dengan latar belakang pendidikan dan keterampilan yang sangat terbatas. Masyarakat kelompok ini tepat sebagai mitra Abdimas untuk diberikan keterampilan lanjut agar bisa mandiri. Pada abdimas ini diberikan keterampilan membuat tawas dari limbah kaleng bekas minuman. Harapan yang ada dapat mengubah menjadi masyarakat berkarya serta menjadi masyarakat yang produktif. Alih-alih dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi di desa tersebut. Abdimas kali ini dipilih dari warga RW 10 Desa Leuwiliang yang potensial baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Selain itu dipilih juga Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Saefulloh Assa’diyyah (YAPISA) yang dapat menyediakan sarana berupa tempat memproduksi tawas dari bahan baku berupa kaleng bekas. Pelaksanaan program ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan dan demontrasi keterampilan pembuatan tawas dari bahan baku kaleng bekas minuman untuk skala industri rumah tangga sampai dihasilkan produk jadi dengan kualitas tawas yang baik. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan 4 kali pada bulan Juli dan Agustus 2017. Hasil yang didapat sangat memuaskan, masyarakat sangat antusias mengikuti tahap demi tahap pelatihan dan mampu membuat produk tawas dengan baik dan mampu memperagakan bagaimana menggunakan produk tawasnya untuk menjernihkan air keruh.

A balanced human capital from physical and spiritual aspects are the most important asset in the development of a country. Formerly the People with Disabilities (OKU) were considered as those who are unable to contribute to the development of country and merely expected help from others. But now, the view is no longer relevant, even people with disabilities cannot miss in developing countries even they experienced physical and sensory disabilities. Their disability cannot be likened to a typical human being capable of contributing to national development through physical and intellectual skills. Hence, this paper focuses on the aspect that Muslims OKU can achieved to be a human capital in the development of the country. The main aspect that needs to be developed to produce human capital is the spiritual aspects through Islamic Education. The goal of Islamic Education is not only to cultivate faith in God, but also to develop moral character, attitudes and values for the Muslims OKU. The goal is very important so that they are able to meet the challenges of world development in the future. Through spiritual development, they will always enthusiastic and seek to develop themselves despite of diversity in disabilities. As a measure and strategy to develop human capital of the Muslim OKU, it is supposed governance of Islamic Education for those groups need to be empowered. The curriculum adjustment, the production of skilled instructors, accessibility and research and development activities need to be enhanced to ensure the teaching and learning objectives of Islamic Education for Muslim OKUs are achieved. Abstrak Modal insan yang seimbang dari aspek fizikal dan spritual merupakan aset terpenting dalam pembangunan sesebuah negara.Dahulunya golongan Orang Kurang Upaya (OKU) dianggap sebagai golongan yang tidak mampu menyumbang kepada pembangunan negara dan cuma mengharap belas ihsan semata-mata. Namun kini, pandangan  tersebut  tidak  lagi  relevan, bahkan golongan OKU  tidak  boleh  ketinggalan  dalam membangunkan negara walaupun  mereka  mengalami  ketidakupayaan dari sudut fizikal dan pancaindera. Ketidakupayaan  mereka  tidak  boleh  disamakan  seperti  insantipikal  yang  mampumenyumbang  kepada pembangunan negara melalui kemahiran fizikal dan intelektual. Justeru, kertas kerja inimemfokuskanaspek yang  mampu  dicapaioleh  OKU  Muslim untuk  menjadi  modal  insan  dalam  pembangunan negara. Aspek utama yang perlu dibangunkan bagi menghasilkan modal insan OKU Muslim adalah aspek spiritual melalui Pendidikan  Islam. Matlamat  Pendidikan  Islam  bukan  sahaja memupuk  keimanan  kepada  Tuhan,  bahkan membentuk akhlak, sikap serta nilai-nilai murni bagi OKU Muslim. Matlamat tersebut amat penting supaya mereka mampu mengharungi  cabaran  perkembangan  dunia  pada  masa  hadapan.Melalui  pembangunan spiritual  dan  rohani,mereka akan bersemangat  dan  berusaha  memajukan  diri  walaupun mengalami kepelbagaian  ketidakupayaan.Sebagai  langkah  dan  strategi  untuk  membangunkan  modal  insan  OKU Muslim, seharusnya urus tadbir Pendidikan  Islam bagi golongan tersebut perlu diperkasakan. Penyesuaian kurikulum, penghasilan tenaga pengajar mahir, kebolehaksesan serta aktiviti penyelidikan dan pembangunan perlu dipertingkatkanbagi memastikan matlamat pengajaran dan pembelajaran Pendidikan Islam bagi OKU Muslim tercapai.

<div><p><strong><em>Abstract:</em></strong><em> Five hamlet in Walen Village, there is<strong> </strong>Pokoh, Wates, Walen, Jeringan and Ngampon are bamboo industry cluster area. This cluster is characterized by the existence of a bamboo forest as a provider of industrial raw materials, the people who have expertise to weave bamboo, bamboo woven activity and presence of a network or cooperation of small industry craftsmen. Industry cluster is absorbing the local workforce so we need to cuntineu in order to trigger the growth of the local economy. The problem in this research is how the level of sustainability of bamboo woven industry cluster in Walen Village to see between the existing conditions with the concept of sustainability of industrial cluster. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of Walen Village, Simo, Boyolali with sustainability concept. This study uses deductive research methods with quantitative research. Analysis uses scoring analysis which is based on the normative and suitability to the needs of the community. Conclusions from this research is the suitability of bamboo woven industry cluster Walen Village towards sostainability concept into the category of medium suitability. Normatively, the sustainability factor were classified as  high compatibility towards sustainability indicators are infrastructure, raw materials and capital; were classified as moderate suitability factors are location and labor; and were classified as low suitability are market, technology, partnership and government support. The result of analysis based on suitability to community needs were classified as high suitability is the raw material; were classified as moderate suitability are location, infrastructure, market, capital, labor, technology and partnership; and were classified as low suitability is government support.<strong></strong></em></p><p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Industry Cluster, Small Industry, Sustainable Development.</em></p></div>

This study aims to describe the values ​​of Islamic education for children in the local culture that still exists as an educational process in preserving the local culture of the Sekongkang community of West Sumbawa. The urgency of the basic tradition is carried out as a binding value in the Sekongkang community of West Sumbawa, where when another person provides help, that person must provide similar help without having to pay a wage.  This is the case with circumcision activities carried out by the people of West Sumbawa in general. The author uses an interpretive approach with an ethnographic writing model. Ethnographic studies describe and interpret cultures, social groups, or systems. Several findings related to the value of education for children such as; Aqidah Educational Values, Character Education Values, Health Education Values​​, and Sesks Educational Values. These values ​​are instilled by parents to be understood and implemented by the child.

Keperawatan merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan kesehatan. Selain diharapkan meningkatkan dan mengembangkan potensi dalam pelayanan kesehatan, dalam konteks Keberagaman (multikultural) perawat juga dituntut mampu memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif  dengan pendekatan etnografi yang mengambil setting di Akademi Keperawatan Pemerintah Kabupaten Gresik. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Implikasi hasil penelitian ini secara berhubungan dengan teori nilai pendidikan agama Islam berbasis multikultural dalam dunia keperawatan sedangkan secara praktis berimplikasi terhadap Akademi Keperawatan Pemerintah Kabupaten Gresik dalam rangka pembinaan mahasiswa yang beraneka sebagai persiapan profesi sebagai perawat harus memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkah laku, sikap dan pola pikir. Demikian juga bagi pihak pemerintah baik pemerintah daerah, provinsi maupun pusat dalam  pengembangan nilai-nilai pendidikan agama Islam multikultural.Kata kunci: keperawatan, multikultural, nilai-nilai, pelayanan, Islam The study of Multicultural Islamic Education in the multicultural society’s social interaction relationship in Laban illustrates the social interactions of the people of Laban which have educational values of children and succeding generations. The findings of this study are; 1) the existance of the multicultural character of the people of Laban through the habit of imitating the prevailing traditions of ancestors and imitating what parents do and commanded. 2) there is no balance between literal / textual with contextual learning. From these findings, can be taken lesson in the education theory as follows: 1) multiculturalism in the character of society will be better if more often conduct social interaction activities. 2) There is a need for a balance between text and context to produce moderate education. Because the education that is conduct through experience and giving examples of reality will produce a realistic understanding, but there is no detailed explanation yet. Meanwhile, the development of education conducted through the understanding and delivery of material according to the literature will generate theoretical knowledge, has not guaranteed appropriate in its implementation in reality.Keywords: nursing, multicultural, values, service, Islam

Penelitian tentang Pendidikan Agama Islam Multikultural dalam hubungan interaksi sosial masyarakat multikultural di Laban ini menggambarkan tentang interaksi sosial masyarakat Laban yang memiliki nilai pendidikan terhadap anak-anak dan generasi penerus.Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1) adanya pembentukan karakter multikultural masyarakat Laban melalui kebiasaan meniru tradisi yang berlaku dari nenek moyang dan meniru apa yang dilakukan dan diperintahkan orang tua. 2) belum terdapat keseimbangan antara pembelajaran literal/tekstual, dengan kontekstual. Dari temuan tersebut, dapat diambil pelajaran dalam pengembangan teori pendidikan sebagai berikut: 1) multikulturalisme dalam karakter masyarakat akan lebih baik jika lebih sering mengadakan kegiatan interaksi sosial bersama. 2) perlu adanya keseimbangan antara teks dan konteks untuk menghasilkan pendidikan yang moderat. Karena pendidikan yang dilaksanakan melalui pengalaman dan pemberian contoh dari realitas akan menghasilkan pengertian yang realistis, namun belum terdapat penjelasan yang rinci. The Malay people made Arabic as the medium of instruction in the form of writing by the Malay community. The use of this script is known as Malay Arabic script by adding some Arabic letters by adjusting the sound with Malay language. The first stage of this writing as a communication in trade between the people of Indonesia with Arab traders, then the writers use it as script writing in Malay language. This writing continues to use it as the medium of instruction in Islamic education and teaching to the public. Then the scientists and scholars use it as well as writing characters in writing religious books such as fiqh, tafseer, hadith and tarekat and other writings. After that Malay Arabic script has become a national script of Malay society, including in Indonesia. The Malay Arabic script was used as a newspaper and magazine literature until the arrival of Europeans to the archipelago. Slowly after that Malay Arabic script is no longer used as a national writing script by Malays society including Indonesia.

Basically, Islamic education is a continuous, sustainable, and everlasting process of human life. Duties and functions of education are targeted at learners who continue to grow and evolve dynamically, starting from the womb until the end of life. Educational success cannot be separated from the educators, who are essentially the people having the responsibility to educate, guide, direct and lead their learners to get of success both in this world and in the hereafter. Therefore, qualified educators and professionals should have specific criteria and requirements that must be met in order to achieve the purpose of life, and also the properties that adorn his personal duty and responsibility as educators in the view of Islam. A good educator is a person who pays attention to the duties and responsibilities to the students, based on faith and piety to God, and also able to develop the potentials of either the inner or outer (physical, psychological, and spiritual). Pada hakikatnya, pendidikan Islam adalah suatu proses yang berlangsung secara kontinyu dan berkesinambungan dalam kehidupan manusia dan berlangsung sepanjang hayat. Tugas dan fungsi pendidikan memiliki sasaran pada peserta didik yang senantiasa tumbuh dan berkembang secara dinamis, mulai dari kandungan sampai akhir hayatnya dan keberhasilan pendidikan tidak lepas dari aspek pendidik. Pendidik pada hakekatnya adalah orang yang telah mendapatkan amanat dan mempunyai tanggung jawab dunia akherat dalam mendidik, membimbing, mengarahkan dan mengantarkan peserta didik ke gerbang kesuksesan baik di dunia maupun di akherat. Oleh karena itu untuk menjadi pendidik yang berkualitas dan profesional harus memiliki kriteria dan persyaratan tertentu yang harus dipenuhi dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan hidup dan juga sifat-sifat yang menghiasi pribadinya dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggungjawab sebagai pendidik dalam pandangan Islam. Pendidik yang baik adalah pendidik yang memperhatikan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya terhadap peserta didik, yang dilandasi iman dan taqwa kepada Allah SWT, dan juga mampu mengembangkan potensi yang ada baik lahir maupun batin (jasmani, psikis, maupun rohani).

Infrastructure development is an integral part of national development and the driving wheel of economic growth. Infrastructure also has an important role in strengthening national unity and unity (Bappenas: 2009). The banjarwaru, banjarwangi, and telukpinang highways are the access roads traversed by 8 villages including alternative routes for the cicurug-sukabumi area. This road is always passed by the people who headed to the city. Therefore, the benefits of this road is very important because it is often passed from the cicurug-sukabumi area due to the diversion of traffic flow so that the intensity of high road users.In this study the author uses the theory of Ridwan and Sudrajat. Quality of service is the level of incompatibility between expectations with customer desires and also the perceptions of these customers. Quality of service here can be assessed by looking at the dimensions. These dimensions include the quality of service, the ability of officials, and service convenience. During the observation to the community through the survey to direct approach with the community, most people complained that the development service to build the kecamatan should be further improved and the results of this study showed that the Quality Assessment of Service in Road Infrastructure Development in Ciawi Sub-district Bogor Regency is categorized Fair Good this is because the assessment of the quality of development services by the Subdistrict Apparatus itself and from the community assess the ability of District Officers still have to be improved in conducting the service and its implementation.Keywords: Service Quality, Infrastructure Development.
