The company needs a warehouse information system to make it easier for warehouse administrators to manage incoming and outgoing goods at PT Duta Astakona Girinda. The role of this Information System is also inseparable from the users of equipment that are able to overcome the inability of human labor. The desktop application created here is internal in nature, which can only be accessed by employees.

Consulting Engineering Services is a company engaged in building construction consulting services. In this company in processing employee salaries still use manual calculations and use the Ms. Excel program. This can lead to errors in calculating employee salaries and the process of printing employee salary slips which takes a long time. In solving this problem, the authors designed an employee payroll information system. In this design, the authors use the PHP programming language. The method in this research is the Waterfal Method. The method in this research is through observation, interview, documentation and literature study. The system design is made using Contex Diagram, HIPO, Input Output Design, relationships between tables and database design. The system is made in a program with the PHP programming language with a database format using MySQL. The result of this design is to produce an application program that will be used to process web-based employee salaries in CV. Consulting Engineering Services and it is hoped that companies will find it easier to input data and compile payroll reports to be faster and more efficient

Liochita cleaning is a company engaged in the field of cleaning services which are located in the city of Semarang. Until now, the existing of information systems on Liochita Cleaning were not sufficiently able to manage the company and thus to make this company as a company that developed and developing its field and can compete with other companies is not possible. Start from recording customer data and order data, which is the became one as income data, so this companies are less aware in detail of the customer data. On the other hand, customers must make a call in advance to order the services that it requires no small cost. Lack of marketing facilities makes this company unable to include all of costumers in the city of Semarang. Data recording is still using paper, so this company were at risk of paper lost which is containing data that has been recorded . Development of an information system in this study using the method of the waterfall. Waterfall model consists of: requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. For the start of the design, developer need to observations or interviews to determine the needs of the system that being developed. Applications developed using the framework CodeIgniter. The results of this final project is an information system that can meet the needs of Liochita Cleaning in the management of these services, customers and orders in accordance with the business processes that Liochita Cleaning have and allow customers to book services .

The development of services has developed into the internet media, to make it easier for customers and employees in managing a job. In the problem of Lucky Photo, which covers services including printing, sales, stock of goods, purchases, and reports are not effective properly. The researcher aims to develop a service system entitled Service Information Systems at Lucky Photo. By building a web-based application, a waterfall method is needed to become a benchmark for the creation of a service information system, so the results will be obtained on a web-based application system to demand progress in a company, including services that become easier, easier customer service in conduct transactions, generate reports, and process customer data. So it can be concluded that with the construction of a new Service Information System it will be easier to make transactions, make it easier for customers, create reports, and process customer data that is embedded in the Mysql database which will become a well-systemized report.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, information technology is speeding up. In managing the information required good technology because the information has a greatvalue for a company. And computer technology today with its increasingly sophisticated processing speed has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. Problems that exist in Kauman Apothecary is about the data processing that is still done manually, ranging from the admission process of incoming drugs, drugs out, often the absence of matching stock between the data with the original drug, as well as in making reports that still use microsoft excel. The design of the system is described by UML modeling, drug sales information system on web-based pharmacy kauman intranet this is the best solution, can improve the quality of data processing drugs in pharmacies kauman. And with the creation of this information system, can help simplify data processing moreleverage, while keeping data safe and minimize the data kerangkapan. The design of web-based drug sales information system is made using PHP and MySQL.Keywords: Information System, Sales, Kauman PharmacyAbstrak: Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya.Dalam mengelola informasi dibutuhkan teknologi yang baik karena informasi mempunyai nilai yang besar bagi suatu perusahaan. Dan teknologi komputer sekarang ini dengan kecepatan prosesnya yang semakin canggih telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis komputer. Masalah yang ada pada Apotek Kauman yaitu mengenai pengolahan data-datanya yang masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari proses penerimaan obat masuk, obat keluar, sering tidak adanya kecocokan stok antara data dengan obat aslinya, serta dalam membuat laporan yang masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Perancangan sistem digambarkan dengan pemodelan UML, sistem informasi penjualan obat pada apotek kauman berbasis web intranet ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik, dapat meningkatkan kualitas pengolahan data obat di apotek kauman. Dan dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi ini, dapat membantu mempermudah pengolahan data lebih maksimal, sekaligus menjaga data tetap aman dan meminimalisir adanya kerangkapan data. Perancangan sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini dibuat menggunakan PHP dan MySQLKata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjualan, Apotek Kauman.

The research aims to know the application of the Management Information System used in the management of financial data to be more effective for the long-term continuity in the Pratama’s Baby Shop store. The method of data collection used is with observation, and library studies. Government Services is one of the supporting elements of the implementation of regional autonomy authorities in various fields in the context of carrying out the tasks of government decentralization which has the function of providing public services needed by the community, starting from services in the form of regulation or other services to meet the needs of the community in the fields of education, health and the other. One city that has many government offices and is spread in various regions in the city of Situbondo, where the city is experiencing developments in various fields, especially in the field of community service. One solution to help Situbondo residents obtain information about the geographical location and services of government offices so that it needs to be designed mapping of the Geographic Information System of the Situbondo Regency Government Office. With this system, it is expected to provide geographical location information, office services, information services, and office agendas. In making this system, researchers used the methodology for developing a waterfall system, with several stages carried out starting from Requirements to Maintenance. The results of this study are expected to overcome the problems faced by the Situbondo district government office.

<span><em>PT Kusumahadi Santosa is a company engaged in manufacturing, the textile industry. One of the major </em><span><em>processes that occurs within the company is printing process where types of chemicals that are used are </em><span><em>more than 250 different types. However, in conducting the management of chemical inventories, the </em><span><em>company still use the manual process which has not been computerized. As a result, there are some </em><span><em>problem occurs, such as miscalculation of 5%-30% in the process of recording the amount of chemicals, </em><span><em>process of discharging chemicals not recorded, control and planning of chemical inventories is not </em><span><em>optimum that will indirectly result in losses company. Therefore, it is necessary to design information </em><span><em>system management inventory for controlling chemical inventories. Information system management is </em><span><em>designed in the form of web applications and integrated with continuous review inventory model. In </em><span><em>addition, the system is equipped with functional and non-functional requirements to fix of the previous </em><span><em>system. By adopting the proposed information systems management, the process management of </em><span><em>chemicals can be managed more effectively and efficiently. The Institute for Research and Community Service University of Palangkaraya (IRCSUPR) manages research activities, community services and controls the administration ofnecessary resources. Therefore, an application is requiredto record a lot of data from theproposal to the final report of research and community servicethat ultimately is expected tobe a control and evaluation on the performance of all parties involved.The methodology used in the development of this application there are several stagesranging from problem identification, needs analysis, design (which includes architecturedesign, database design, interface design and website navigation design), coding, testingand maintenance. On the testing stage used blackbox testing method.The results achieved from the making of this application there are 4 actors areadministrators, proposers, reviewers and operators who have different access rights inaccordance with its function. While from the results of the testing is known that all thefunctionality of the system is running well in accordance with the required and designedpreviously.
