 The purpose of this study is to describe the success of the Solo 99 super meatball culinary business in the city of Bengkulu, as many as three subjects in this study. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The research results show that first, there is a form of success obtained during running a meatball culinary business in the form of assets such as shop houses, boarding houses, cars and motorcycles as well as gaining popularity and benefits of building an economic system in the vicinity. Second, the acquisition of meatballs culinary entrepreneurship skills education is obtained by the owner by self-taught by learning from experience, actively asking and paying attention and diligently reading books and looking for info from social media. Third, the effort to develop innovative businesses is to make new innovations in food and beverage menus and the process of making meatball balls so that they can be promoted. Fourth, the obstacle faced is the price of raw materials going up and down or unstable. Fifth, the solution made to deal with existing problems is by reducing the portion of meatballs that are sold but not too much. Keywords: Success, Business, Culinary, Meatballs

This study aims to determine the implementation of E-Procurement in the procurement of goods and services in the Procurement Services Section of the City of Makassar Regional Secretariat. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data analysis techniques using steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, verification of data that are qualitative in nature, to draw conclusions. The results showed that there were five indicators: (1) BLPBJ Makassar City human resources suppressed the readiness of character qualities that are continuing; (2) Online communication provides accessibility and flexibility; (3) The objective of going hand in hand is between Tender and Non-Tender for the Makassar City DPRD game; (4) The environment supports the Makassar City LPSE in terms of politics and economics and not the general public; (5) Compliance of the implementor on the condition of direct appointment to the deposited contractor requires that the compliance of the implementor in handling Direct Procurement (PL) has not been maximized.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of creative traders in the field by the police unit of Pamong Praja at Jalan Jawa City Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative research methods. The source of the data is derived from the Police unit organization of the city Palangka Raya, PKL, the community in the large market of the street Java City Palangka Raya Raya, as well as documents that support this research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing Verification. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the use of Creative Trader Field (PKL) is done because of the number of creative traders who have been made use of public places in the trading activities so that the implementation by Satpol PP. As well as the effectiveness of regulating and supporting factors and the implementation of creative traders field by Satpol PP on Jalan Java City Palangka Raya is insufficient infrastructure to perform regulation such as transportation tools that is too old to carry out patrol activities and the lack of budget earned funds.

This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program Policy or Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) in the area of ??the Ministry of Religion, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation with informants, namely application managers to verify the Smart Indonesia Program. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) carried out at the Ministry of Religion Office of Sidoarjo Regency was running well so that it could verify student data data to get financial assistance. Students who have registered at educational institutions with KIP, KKS, PKH, as well as parents who have been laid off. This program aims to help parents who are vulnerable to poverty in order to get a good education and prevent dropouts. Every year the funds are disbursed in registered student accounts.

The number of competitors coupled with the COVID-19 pandemic is a factor that affects sales turnover at the company, because sales turnover is important to realize the company's goals. CV. Caldera Panen Pertiwi Bandung branch is a meat distributor company and the only branch in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of market segmentation on sales turnover in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, to determine the impact that occurred and the efforts made to increase sales turnover. This research includes inductive qualitative research using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques, where this study tries to explain the solution to existing problems based on existing company data. The results of the study that caused the decline in sales turnover during this pandemic were limited availability or supply of stock from abroad, unstable raw material prices or goods prices, then less demand for goods, then central and regional government policies which of course had an impact on companies or distributors. meat because many places of business are temporarily closed. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of English competency tests in work skills education programs at LKP Cororado English Course Bengkulu City. This research is a qualitative research with as many as three research subjects and data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation ranging from time triangulation, subject triangulation and technique triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of the competency test went well and in accordance with existing procedures, had adequate supporting facilities and facilities. However, the number of competency test participants who get incompetent results is due to several factors, namely the training carried out does not refer to graduate competency standards, design of learning implementation and syllabus. The training method only studies examples of existing problems. In addition, the training schedule is too tight and does not reach the minimum number of training hours, which is 144 hours. Keywords: Implementation, Competency Test, English

The purpose of this article is to examine the "study business" program as a new idea in boosting the interest of young people who want to become more religious, wealthier, successful, on the pilgrimage, and enter heaven. This article uses descriptive qualitative research, data collection methods through observation and interviews, with analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the process of implementing the "study business" program in the Da’wa Terace was by telling stories about the actions of business by Gus Madkhan and Haji Thariq, giving material from bankruptcy, having a lot of debt, giving alms to rising and building businesses to become successful. With this program, young people are interested in trying to open a business or open business opportunities in order to achieve success, become rich so that they can give alms more, can go on pilgrimage, become pious people and then go to heaven.

This research titled is “Empowerment of Rattan Industry Craftsmen After Disasters by Department of Trade and Industry in Palu City Central Sulawesi Province”. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the empowerment process, supporting factors and inhibiting factors faced, as well as efforts made by the Department of Trade and Industry to overcome obstacles in the empowerment of rattan industry crafters in the aftermath of a disaster. The research method used by the author in this study is descriptive qualitative.The data collection techniques are interviews, documens and observations. The data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The result of this research apprenticeship show that empowerment of crafters in managing the rattan industry after disaster has been carried out. But in the implementation, the empowerment process has not been carried out optimally. Because the mindset of craftsmen who are still using old mindset, the absence of Standard Operating Procedures regarding the rattan industry which results in an ineffective upstream and downstream system, Limited funds owned by the government in providing assistance and the independence of the craftsmen in producing raw materials supporting the rattan industry. After disaster, Department of Trade and Industry has made efforts to overcome obstacles with : make a Standard Operating Procedures dan rebuilding the upstream and downstream systems. In addition, Department of Trade and Industry has also allocated funds in accordance with needs and provides socialization in changing the mindset of rattan industry crafters and training to develop rattan industry businesses. The authors suggests to the city government that in the future in making a development and empowerment planning, the city government must fist make Standard Operating Procedures. This study aims to determine the accuracy of task completion in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the accuracy of the completion of tasks in the implementation of PATEN in Candi District, namely the completion of a PATEN application in the KTP service, could be completed within 7 days with a note that the file requirements were complete so that it could be processed immediately. In the management of ID cards, Candi Subdistrict employees have carried out their duties to the maximum. However, in terms of managing E-KTP, there are obstacles in terms of coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs located in Jakarta where the server at the Ministry of Home Affairs is turned off every 3 hours for server maintenance purposes, then after that 5 minutes later it is turned on again. So this causes the processing of E-KTP takes a long time

The results of the study, pembalajaran in Madin, M2M TQ of Kediri greatly influenced by the role diligence of the teachers in teaching and learning activities in the classroom, as well as the readiness of the students, habituation sets student discipline, and set the method of punishment
