PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN LKS BERBASIS INKUIRI TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIS SISWA KELAS XI IPA SMA

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan LKS berbasis inkuiri dengan pembelajaran konvensional menggunakan LKS  terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 17 Batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment dengan populasi 160 orang. Sampel penelitian adalah kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes essay sebanyak 4 soal yang telah valid dan reliabel ( ). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t satu pihak untuk hippotesis 1 dan 2 serta uji-t polled varians untuk hipotesis 3 dengan taraf  keyakinan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pembelajaran menggunakan LKS berbasis inkuiri berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 17 Batam; (2) pembelajaran konvensioanal dengan menggunakan LKS tidak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 17 Batam; (3) terdapat perbedaan antara pembelajaran menggunakan LKS berbasis inkuiri dengan pembelajaran konvensional menggunakan LKS terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematis siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 17 Batam. This research aims to determine the effect of using inquiry-based student’s worksheet with conventional learning using student’s worksheet on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 17 Batam. Type of this research is a quasi experiment with the entirety population XI IPA SMA Negeri 17 Batam with amount 160 students. The research sample is XI IPA 4 as the experiment class and XI IPA 3 as the control class. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The intrument of this research is an essay test, which is 4 questions and has been valid and reliable ( . The data analysis technique used is one part t-test  for hyphoteses 1 and 2 with polled varians t-test for hyphoteses 3 with a 5% certainty level. The results showed that: (1) learning using inquiry-based student’s worksheet affected on the ability of understand mathematical concept class XI IPA SMA Negeri 17 Batam; (2) conventional learning using student’s worksheet hasn’t effect on the ability of understand mathematical concept class XI IPA SMA Negeri 17 Batam; (3) there is a difference between learning using inquiry-based student’s worksheet with conventional learning using student’s worksheet on the ability to understand mathematical concept class XI IPA SMA Negeri 17 Batam. keywords: Student’s Worksheet, Inquiry, Student’s Mathematical Concept Understanding Ability.

The ability of students to understand the concept of learning varies, it is very necessary to know the level of understanding of students' concepts in learning mathematics, so that it becomes a rationale in determining the appropriate learning approach. This study aims to determine the effect learning approach of the ELPSA eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 6 Makassar. The type of research used is experimental research. The design of this research is the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 6 Makassar in the 2019/2020 academic year and the research sample was determined by the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The instrument in this study was an essay test on understanding mathematical concepts. The data analysis used was descriptive and inferential. The descriptive research results show that there is an increase in understanding of the mathematical concept after the application of the ELPSA learning approach; the score of concept understanding after the application of the ELPSA learning approach met the completeness criteria, namely more than 80; and completeness of students' conceptual understanding after being applied classical ELPSA learning approach is 97% complete. The inferential hypothesis testing results show that the application of the ELPSA learning approach affects the understanding of mathematical concepts in class VIII students of SMP Negeri 6 Makassar.

The ability to understand the mathematical concepts of learners is important. However, some existing research suggests that understanding of the mathematical concepts of learners is still low. The low understanding of the mathematical concepts of learners is allegedly caused because students are still difficult in solving math problems and less active in the process of learning in class. The implementation of the heuristic vee expenditure strategy is expected to improve the problem. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of heuristic vee learning strategy on the ability to understand the mathematical concepts of learners. This research type used Quasi-Experiment Design research and sampling technique used is Probability Sampling method with Random Sampling technique. Hypothesis test used in this research is the t-test. The result of statistical test shows that the value of t_hitung based on the calculation obtained t_hitung = 2.096, and t_table = 1.998 so t_hitung>t_table, with a real level of 0.05, in other words, it can be concluded that the students' mathematical concept understanding that expected heuristic vee learning strategy better from the conceptual comprehension ability applied by the lecture method.

Science learning carried out by teachers mostly uses conventional methods and rarely uses media in the activities of their teaching and learning process. Media mind mapping in physics learning can be used to describe a lot of material and can package it to be more interesting. The aim of this research to determine the effect of mind mapping media toward the students’ concept understanding. This study used quasi-experimental research with pretest and posttest control group design. The population used was all students of class X in SMA Negeri 1 Lingsar at 2018/2019 Academic Year. The number of samples are 32 students for the experiment class and 33 students for the control class taken by purposive sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is the t-test using IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Based on the results of hypothesis testing (t test), it is known that the significance value of the posttest data (0.00) is smaller than alpha testing (0.05), so it can be stated that the mind mapping learning method influences the students' understanding of concepts.

This study began with many students having low concept comprehension skills. This can be seen from the learning process that there are still many students who are less active, and there are still many students who still get grades below the KKM. the purpose of this study was to determine the ability to understand students 'mathematical concepts using the Think Talk Write learning model better than students' ability to understand mathematical concepts using conventional learning models in class VIII MTs Al-Ihsan. The type of this research is experimental, the design is Quasi Experimental, with Randomized Subjects Posstest Only Control Group Design. The sampling technique in this study is cluster random sampling, where class VIII.3 was chosen as the experimental class and class VIII.5 as the control class. Data collection techniques through concept understanding tests, then data analysis techniques used are inferential statistical analysis using the "t" test (Independent Sample t Test). Based on the results of research testing the hypothesis of this study obtained t count = 2.061 t table = -1.999. This means that the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students using Think Talk Write learning models is better than the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students using conventional learning models in class VIII MTs Al-Ihsan

The purpose of this research is to find out how the students' mathematical understanding of the concepts before and after the use of the Dakota defense equipment and whether the Dakota defense apparatus affects the students' understanding of the mathematical concepts in MIS.Research of the quasi-experiment of the kind of Nonequivalent Control Group Design.In this study the sample used was a class IV A as an experimental group and a class IV as a control group with 15 students each. The sample was taken using a Simple Random Sampling technique with a method of drawing. Data were analyzed using percentages and T test, namely SPSS. The results showed that student’s understanding of mathematical concepts before and after using the Dakota teaching aids was increasing, this was evidenced by the percentage of understanding mathematical concepts before using the teaching aids was 34,33%, while after using the Dakota teaching aids the percentage of understanding mathematical concepts wa 80,6%. As for the t-test, it was 4,267 with a sig (2-tailed) of 0,000. Since sig got a < 0.05 so significantly then we can assume Ha accepted that there is an influence of Dakota's defense on the student's understanding of the mathematical concept at MIS Integrated Langsa

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan yang signifikan ukuran perusahaan antara PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. Penelitian komparatif, populasi penelitian ini adalah data laporan keuangan PT TERKOMSEL TBK selama 22 tahun dari tahun 1997-2018 dan PT XL AXIATA TBK yaitu selama 18 tahun dari tahun 1999-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Sampel penelitian ini selama 5 tahun dari 2014-2018 terdaftar di bursa saham. Jenis data penelitian kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas data dan independent sample t-test. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Ukuran Perusahan pada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk. berdasarkan nilai Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,010 sehingga nilai signifikan 0,000 > 0, 05, maka Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima yang menyatakan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara Ukuran Perusahaanpada PT Telkomsel  Tbk dan PT XL Axiata Tbk.AbstractThis study aims to find out how big a significant difference in company size between PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk. Comparative research, the population of this study is the data of PT TERKOMSEL TBK's financial statements for 22 years from 1997-2018 and PT XL AXIATA TBK for 18 years from 1999-2018. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling. This research sample for 5 years from 2014-2018 was listed on the stock exchange. Types of quantitative research data with secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses normality test data and independent sample t-test. The analysis shows that the Company Size variable at PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk. based on the Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.010 so that a significant value of 0,000> 0, 05, Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted stating that there is no significant difference between Company Size at PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT XL Axiata Tbk.

This quasi-experimental research aims to determine the effect of Think Pair Check (TPC) learning models on understanding of mathematical concepts in terms of cognitive style. A purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of 54 students from a junior high school in Patamuan sub-district, Indonesia. The data were obtained from mathematical concept understanding tests and Group Embedded Figure Test (GEFT) to determine students' cognitive styles. Data were analyzed using t-test. The findings indicated that students who learned using TPC method had a better understanding of concepts than those learning using the conventional model. Furthermore, the TPC learning model positively influenced the understanding of mathematical concepts of students with the Field Independent cognitive style but had no influence on students with the Field Dependent cognitive style. Therefore, the TPC learning model can be used to improve the understanding of mathematical concepts, especially for students with the Field Independent cognitive style.

The Effect of Single Leg Bound and Split Jump Exercises on the Back Service Ability of the Sepak Takraw Klub Academy Sepak Takraw Foundation (ASTF) Dukuhseti". Faculty of Social and Sport Sciences Education, PGRI University Semarang in 2020. This research was motivated by the unfavorable condition of the ASTF Dukuhseti club's Sepak takraw training, this is seen from there are still many athletes who have not mastered the technique of doing tekong or back service properly and many do not cross the net while serving. In addition, the Tekong pedestal is still weak to support when serving, so that the footstool steps on or comes out of the service circle. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effect of single leg bound and split jump training on the back service ability of the Sepak Takraw Club Academy Sepak Takraw Foundation (ASTF) Dukuhseti. This research method is an experimental research method with the design "two groups prestest-posttest design". Group A was treated with single leg bound exercise and Group B was treated with split jump exercise. The population of this study were athletes from the ASTF Dukuhseti club aged 12-20 years. The sample used was all 16 athletes of the ASTF Dukuhseti club tekong club, the samples were taken using purposive sampling technique and group division using the original pairing technique. The instrument used in this study was back service. The data analysis technique used the Kolmogorov-Smirno normality test and the homogeneity test, then the final analysis used the t-test. The results of this study, the single leg bound exercise t-test showed the value = -13,981 with sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05 while the split jump exercise t-test shows the value of t = -8.275 sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05. So that single leg bound training is effective for improving the ability to serve takraw backs. The conclusion from this study is that the single leg bound training method is more effective for improving the ability of the back service of the Sepak Takraw to the ASTF Dukuhseti club athletes, compared to the split jump exercise, this is evidenced by the data obtained by the increase in single leg bound training by 41.25% and increased training. split jump of 18.75% or (41.25%> 18.75%). Selain itu juga kaki  tumpu  tekong masih  lemah  untuk  menumpu saat melakukan servis, sehingga  kaki  tumpu  menginjak atau keluar dari lingkaran servis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh latihan single leg bound dan split jump terhadap kemampuan servis punggung sepak takraw klub Academy Sepak Takraw Foundation (ASTF) Dukuhseti. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan desain “two groups prestest-posttest design”. Grup A diberi perlakuan latihan single leg bound dan Grup B diberi perlakuan latihan split jump. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet tekong klub ASTF Dukuhseti usia 12-20 tahun. Sampel yang digunakan adalah keseluruhan atlet tekong klub ASTF Dukuhseti yang berjumlah 16 atlet, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan pembagian kelompok menggunakan teknik oridinal pairing. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu servis punggung. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas kolmogorov-smirno dan uji homogenitas, selanjutnya analisis akhir menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini, pada uji t-test latihan single leg bound menunjukkan nilait = -13,981 dengan sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 sedangkan pada uji t-test latihan split jump menunjukkan nilai t = -8,275 sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga latihan single leg bound efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan servis punggung sepak takraw. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah metode latihan single leg bound lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan servis punggung sepak takraw pada atlet tekong klub ASTF Dukuhseti, dibanding latihan split jump,hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan diperolehnya data peningkatan latihan single leg bound sebesar 41,25% dan peningkatan latihan split jump sebesar 18,75% atau (41,25%>18,75%). Saran yang dapat diberikan bagi atlet sepak takraw klub ASTF Dukuhseti agar selalu berusaha berlatih meningkatkan kemampuan servis punggung sepak takraw sehingga dapat meraih prestasi.

The purpose of this study was to prove empirically the increase in understanding of mathematical concepts through inquiry learning methods. This research is an experimental research. The population is all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 204 Jakarta. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was 30 students in class VIII-C who did the learning through the inquiry method as an experimental class and 30 students in class VIII-B who did the learning through the expository method as a control class. The research instrument used the concept understanding evaluation test in the form of an essay test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the understandings of mathematical concepts of students who take learning through inquiry methods with an understanding of the mathematical concepts of students who follow learning with the expository method.
