Chronological thinking skills are one of the most critical goals in learning history, distinguishing it from other sciences. This skill is not a natural skill that already exists in students but is a skill that needs to be developed in students, especially in studying history. This study aims to develop an instrument for assessing chronological thinking skills with the Rasch model.  The development model adopted the Gall Borg development model by adjusting to the research objectives and needs. The adaptation of the Borg Gall model resulted in four stages in this study: (1) needs analysis and preliminary investigation, (2) planning and preparation of product development, (3) expert validation, and (4) instrument implementation. This research was conducted in Senior High School (SMA), involving 120 students from three schools. Sampling was carried out employing the proportional sampling technique. The data was collected using validation sheets, tests, and assessment sheets (scoring rubric). Data analysis was then performed with the Quest Program utilizing the Partial Credit Model (PCM). The results showed that the chronological thinking skills assessment instrument with the Rasch model was valid and reliable. The validity value of items that fit the model ranged from 0.77 to 1.30, and the instrument reliability value of 0.76 was in the high category. Therefore, it could be concluded that the assessment instrument developed can measure students' chronological thinking skills.

This book chapter focuses on the developmental-oriented perspective of CSR which views corporate involvement as a ‘support-aid' for meeting triple bottom-line development in Nigeria. Arising from the literature, the stakeholder, legitimacy and social contract theories provide the required theoretical grounding for the discourse. The qualitative research method was found appropriate for this discourse. From the list of 25 registered telecommunication companies in Nigeria, a sample of 8 functional companies was selected using purposive sampling technique. The data extracted from the annual reports and websites of these companies were analysed using the content analysis. The findings indicate that the telecommunication companies are practically leveraging their CSR initiatives for social, economic and environmental wellness in Nigeria through a number of developmental programmes. The chapter explicates the fact that CSR as a private sector development model can be a potent tool for bridging governance gap environment instead of leaving all social problems to governments.

This study aims to determine the extent of implementation of the in-novation one stop service at the Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Non TPI Se-rang. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative ap-proach. The technique of taking informants using snowball sampling technique combined with accidental sampling. This research was conducted at the Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Serang from April 22, 2019 until August 27, 2019. The data were collected by observation, inter-view and documentation. Based on the results of this study concluded 1) innovation that run was good enough, 2) services provided when running the innovation was already good. While that is a contributing factor in the implementation of this innovation is 1) a queue at the immigration quota is not too much so as to sum up the work of immi-gration officers, 2) Immigration Office adequate facility for the com-munity. Then the inhibiting factor is the lack of clear information dis-semination to the public.
