The article focuses on the use of teaching information and communication technology for physical experiments simulation on quantum physics, in particular, the study of the "valley of stability". The features of the processes occurring in the atom and affecting the nucleus stability and their location in the nucleus valley of stability are analyzed. The relevance of the study is the need to intensify the process of using models and simulations, abstraction and idealization and analogies in the educational process on physics. Idealized objects creation, in particular, the nucleus valley of stability, helps to reach a first approximation the truth and to improve the quality of mastering knowledge on physics, raise the level of success of the development of knowledge and skills, as it is directed on the formation of the relationship between physical concepts, theories and laws.

The scientific and technological revolution has made radical changes in all social and scientific systems, especially in pedagogical science. Technical and digital devices, as well as modern information and communication technology (ICT), have become an integral part of the teaching process and they represent an imperative of contemporary education. As a consequence of the mentioned informatization of the educational process, the idea of an innovative type of learning was created: e-learning which represents a way of acquiring knowledge and skills with the help and through educational and information and communication technology. The paper aims to study and to perform a theoretical analysis of the concept of e-learning in modern education. The paper gives a review of the concept of e-learning, as well as an analysis of the basic types or modalities, advantages and disadvantages of this type of learning. The occurrence of e-learning has enabled the transition from the process of reproduction to the process of building and upgrading the necessary knowledge and skills, thus overcoming the limits of tradicional teaching and realizing the ideas of active and lifelong learning. The student takes a central and key role in teaching, where teaching contents are presented in a creative and interactive way through modern technology and where the student acquires necessary competencies for living and working in modern society. The significance and implications of the conducted theoretical research are reflected in emphasizing the importance of the existence of e-learning modalities in teaching practice, which creates the prerequisites for quality and contemporary education. Elearning represents the future of pedagogical science and it is important to work on further popularization and research of this educational phenomenon.

The study was based on the development of information and communication technology (ICT), which enters theworld of education. ICT developments are always dynamic, so teachers need to adapt every dynamicdevelopment of ICT. Master Islamic senior high schools in Garut regency reached 1281 people, so to see thelevel of knowledge and competence utilization of ICT-based learning media need proper research. The survey of1281 people taking population recorded as a teacher of Islamic senior high schools. The sample of this researchis 100 people. The level of competence of teachers in the use of media-based learning information andcommunication technologies have a considerable level. The relationship between the level of knowledge with thelevel of teacher competence Islamic senior high schools in Garut has a very strong correlation value. Based onthe results of the study, submitted suggestions that teachers Aliyah madrasas in Garut has a high potential in thedevelopment of teaching and learning. Thus, to obtain an increase in the need for knowledge of the authority ofthe government to hold trainings, workshops, etc., so that the quality of education will be more advanced.

So far, in implementing school strategies, they tend not to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT), despite the availability of ICT resources available. Stages of strategic management are needed to generate the vision, mission, objectives, policy, program, budget, and procedures as well as control and evaluation process as an effort to utilize ICT to improve school quality. Based on the interpretation and the results of the study, it is concluded that schools have organized stages in strategic management that enable schools to have a quality profile. The impact of effective utilization of ICTs for schools is the achievement of effective school management, as per the National Education Standards, which is characterized by effective planning, implementation, control, and evaluation of school ICTs.The purpose of this study is to get a general description, describe, and reveal the Strategic Management of Information and Communication Technology Utilization to Improve the Quality of School Learning in Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational High School and Garut 1 Vocational High School, both on environmental analysis, strategic formulation, implementation and strategic evaluation. The research method used in this research is the case study method, because the problems studied occur in the place and situation of Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational School and Vocational High School 1 Garut. The use of case study models in this study is based on the consideration that to provide an overview of the strategic management activities of the use of ICTs carried out at vocational high schools with the ultimate goal of being able to improve the quality of school learning. Based on observations in the field of SMK 1 Garut and SMK Al Musaddadiyah Ciledug Garut is one of the public schools and private schools that have these advantages.

Background: Health Information and Communication Technology (HICT) has the potential to reduce patient wait time and improves patient satisfaction. The Long wait times for patients to receive medical services are a big issue in Canada. The Canadian government has invested in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to shorten patient referral wait times for medical services. Little was known about the association between ICT investments and the quality of health care delivery, and particularly between the use of ICT and referral wait times in the Manitoba Health System (MHS). Methods: The purpose of this quantitative correlational study was to determine if a relationship existed between the use of HICT and the quality of health care delivery in the MHS. The quality of health care delivery was measured in terms of referral wait time, health information sharing effectiveness, physicians’ satisfaction, and patients’ satisfaction. Conclusion: Findings indicated the absence of a significant association between HICT use and referral wait times. Significant correlations were found to exist between (1) HICT use and health information sharing effectiveness, (2) HICT use and physician’s satisfaction, and (3) HICT use and patient’s satisfaction. Four recommendations emerged from this study: First, patient satisfaction should be used as an indicator of the quality of health care delivery. Second, health knowledge repository and expert systems should be integrated into health ICT systems to minimize unnecessary referrals. Third, a mixed health system should be implemented to shorten wait times. Fourth, the portability of the Canadian Medicare should be enhanced to allow Manitobans in particular and Canadians in general to seek medical services abroad. This study was intended to contribute to the existing body of knowledge associated with ICT investments’ outcomes and health care delivery in the MHS.

The use of technology in UT instructional media allows students of the Open University of Indonesia (Universitas Terbuka, UT) to improve their knowledge and skills without being hampered by distance, space, and time. This study explored the perception of UT alumni and stakeholders about the benefit of using information and communication technology (ICT) and learning media obtained during their study period in UT. The information was gathered from a tracer study conducted in 2008, which was used to evaluate 5 study programs at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Science in the use of ICT and instructional media. The data were collected from 37 UT regional offices through questionnaires to a sample of alumni teachers and their principals, as well as interviews with selected alumni and stakeholders. According to the surveys and interviews, both alumni and stakeholders perceived that alumni had improved in their knowledge and skills of ICT and learning media. However, according to alumni perceptions, the knowledge and skills they had learned from UT were relatively low. On the other hand, stakeholders perceived that the alumni had good knowledge and skills of ICT and learning media. We argue that differences in perception between alumni and stakeholders result from different experiences and expectations on the part of each group.

The rapid development of information and communication technology is currently having an impact on changes in various fields, one of which is changes in people's lifestyles, including consumption in society. The development of information and communication technology has resulted in easier access for people in the world to access the internet and use it to buying and selling transactions online via the internet. The report Global Web Index notes that Indonesia has a high level of users e-commerce highest in the world and as many as 96% of internet users looking for a product or service to make purchases online. This has resulted in the development of e-commerce in Indonesia and throughout the world which is increasing as a consequence of which the competition is getting harder service providers are e-commerce required to provide the best service in order to increase customer satisfaction and trust so that customers will be loyal to using these services. This can be achieved by paying attention to customer value and corrective actions in an effort to restore service to customers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of customer perceived value and e-service recovery on e-loyalty with e-satisfaction and e-trust as intervening variables. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to ecommerce Shopee Indonesia customers in Medan City with a total sample of 328 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling. Data analysis was carried out through SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that customer perceived value has a significant effect on e-satisfaction and also e-loyalty. However, customer perceived value has no significant effect on e-trust. The variable e-service recovery directly has a significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust, and e-loyalty. E-satisfaction and e-trust cannot mediate the relationship between customer perceived value and e-loyalty, but they are able to mediate the relationship between e-service recovery and e-loyalty. The development of information and communication technology (ICT) has been implemented in various fields, including in government. To support the implementation of e-Government (e-Gov) and improve the quality of public services, many technology-based applications have been created by government agencies, both central and local governments. DISKOMINFOARPUS Cimahi City built an application called SILPa KAMI to support the vision of Cimahi Smart City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that aims to determine how the implementation and sustainability of the SILPa KAMI application and what kind of characteristics the agencies should have so it can replicate this application. The results of the study reveal that the implementation of the SILPa KAMI application is running well because it has fulfilled various success factors of e-Gov implementation which is also marked by the sustainability even though there are still obstacles. Also, the use of ICT based on the e-leadership aspect, the information network infrastructure aspect, the information management aspect, the business environment aspect, as well as the community and human resources aspect has been optimally utilized. This application is relatively easy to be replicated by other agencies. The agencies that can replicate this application must have the availability of budget, the availability of related facilities and infrastructure and the availability of reliable ICT managers.

Information and communication technology (ICT) contributes significantly to the optimization of the promotional design. QR-Code is one of the technologies that can improve promotional media to be more informative and interactive, especially visual media. The various information embedded in the QR-Code can provide varied impressions to the user. On many occasions, QR-Code can even direct to transactions. This advantage is packaged in a simple appearance because it is a one-dimensional to two-dimensional development of barcodes. These characteristics make QR-Code as a designing promotional media technology that every business actor must mastering. This paper describes the training conducted to improve promotional design skills that are integrated with QR-Code technology. The training is carried out in collaboration with Rumah Siap Kerja, through the video conference platform. The training results show an increase in knowledge and skills in integrating QR-Code technology into promotional media. Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) berkontribusi besar dalam optimasi desain promosi. QR-Code menjadi salah satu pilihan teknologi yang mampu meningkatkan media promosi menjadi lebih informatif dan interaktif, terutama media promosi jenis visual. Berbagai informasi yang ditanamkan dalam QR-Code dapat memberikan impresi yang bervariatif kepada pengguna. Dalam banyak kesempatan, QR-Code bahkan dapat mengarahkan terjadinya transaksi. Keunggulan ini dikemas dalam tampilan yang sederhana karena pada dasarnya merupakan pengembangan barcode satu dimensi ke dua dimensi. Karakteristik ini menjadikan QR-Code sebagai teknologi yang wajib dikuasai oleh setiap pelaku usaha dalam mendesain media promosi. Makalah ini memaparkan pelatihan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan desain promosi yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi QR-Code. Pelatihan dilaksanakan atas kerjasama dengan Rumah Siap Kerja secara daring melalui platform video conferences. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi QR-Code ke dalam media promosi.
